My wife and I had a great experience with Mate! We transferred clinics after a poor experience at MCRM in Tulsa. Everyone is warm and welcoming, from the receptionists to the embryologist. Dr. Patel was very straightforward and honest from our initial consultation. Which included giving us answers we didn’t want to hear. Dr. Patel and the nurses were always available for questions. He encouraged and made us feel good about another transfer when our first one failed. Our second transfer worked and our baby will be born this week. I cannot say enough great things about Mate.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Mate. We chose to do Reciprocal IVF (her egg and Im carrying). Dr. Patel and the whole staff were kind and always willing to help. If I had questions regarding medication or dosages Stephanie or Lori were always available before end of day and got back to me very quickly. Our first transfer was successful and I am now 6.5 months pregnant. We were able to save thousands with Mate and I love that all their prices are listed online and not hidden or a surprise. Would recommend them 100x over.

Mate has been absolutely wonderful. From the beginning communication-scheduling-payment has all been clear. No surprises costs or anything unexpected. The staff has an amazing team and are always so nice and helpful. Dr Patel is very kind and straight to the point, Stephanie and Lori were always there on call ready for any questions or concerns. I’m now 10+ weeks and have “graduated” from the clinic. I wish I could stay with them through the whole pregnancy, but I am so grateful for what they do and hope they realize how much their work matters. Infertility is a club that no one wants to be a part of so it helps when you have a team of people that make it “easier” to go through and are there for you. Thank you mate fertility! ❤️

My first experience with Dr. Patel was a video conference. I was working remotely in one location, and my wife was in another. I knew after this first interaction that Mate was different from other local clinics.The office feels intimate, while still being professional. Great care. Several of the nurses were truly invested in our journey. They were excited when we got pregnant and really expressed that they were rooting for us.Dr. Patel and Lori and Kayla all got strange phone calls from my wife about things like, how to give shots, or having medicine reactions, often at strange times. Everybody was super positive every time.In short, we love Mate and highly recommend them.

Dr. Patel and all of the staff at Mate Fertility have been fantastic. They thoroughly explain the process and are by your side through every step of the journey. Kayla, our in office nurse has been a huge help and has such a calming energy when you work with her. I only have positive things to say about Dr. Patel and everyone at Mate! I went other places before going to Mate and I felt like an actual person there. The staff knew who I was, they called me by name, and I felt as though they were all invested in my success. I had great experiences with all nurses and staff. Dr. Patel can come across blunt, but he is intelligent and I trust him fully. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

We had an amazing and successful experience with Mate Fertility! From the scheduling department to the Front Desk Staff to the Nurses, Phlebotomist, Embroyologist and Dr. Patel . He is awesome and very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing! Staff is very efficient! Nursing being a text and phone call away made the process so much better! Our IVF experience was wonderful and successful. Everything was clear and laid out for us and cheaper than other clinics we had been to. Mate was the first and only clinic that I felt actually tried to help us get pregnant. The staff was always kind and helpful. I can’t say enough positive and thankful things about this clinic.

Our experience with Mate was absolutely amazing. They are kind and patient. Im a fairly high strung person and infertility treatment really adds to my feelings of insecurity but they were with me every step of the way. I never once felt like there was something wrong with me like at other clinics and they would explain everything if I had questions. They let me do some things my way as long as it didnt interfere with the actual fertility treatment. I felt concerned about my age and weight and Dr. Patel always assured me it wasnt a big deal. I went to Bennet before they closed down and they were absolutely horrible. I went to OU as well and they were ok but not amazing. I even tried CNY and I felt like I was going to a doctor in a warehouse.Mate is up front about price. They have a nice office. They never make you feel like they are used car salesmen (Looking at you Bennet.) They make you feel comfortable and seen. There are only a few people there so you see the same faces all the time and they all treat you so well. I even had nurses want to come see my ultrasound even though I had been switched to the OBGYN side bc they had been part of our journey.No one there ever left me hanging when something was important whether it was the weekend or after hours. I would and have recommended them to every single person I know struggling with infertility.

Finding Mate was such a blessing for us. They quickly got us in, found a diagnosis, and began IVF immediately. They are up to date with current research & technology. The staff knows us by name when we come in and the coordinator, Stephanie, answered emails & calls no matter the time of day. They made it possible for us to start a family

So when we decided to start our IVF journey we had been trying for 4 years and had tried other treatments and meds. Our case was complicated. Possible PCOS, anovultion, thyroid issues, a polyp, a fibroid, issues with consistent cycles, and severe male factor. We knew we needed IVF but with how expensive it was around us (We live in Fort Worth, TX) we knew that it was a long shot that we would ever be able to afford it. Someone in one of my ttc groups on Facebook had mention how cheap Mate Fertility was and how her friend was going there. I commented on her comment and asked her a few questions. Currently our plan was to seek out CNY in Colorado but it being 13 hours away we knew again that it was a long shot with the travel. I thought why not and checked out Mates website. Instantly my gut was screaming at me that this was the place for us. At 3.5 hours away I could drive back and forth for appointments, was cheaper than CNY with travel and local monitoring costs, and their initial consult was only $100. I talked to my husband and we both agreed why not? So I set up an appointment for the next month.Our consult was short but determined that they definitely were equipped to take on our case. We scheduled an in person appoint a few weeks later. In January of this year after some basic testing we figured out I had a thyroid issue and was able to fix it by simple medication. After a few months of tinkering we found the right dosage for me.By April we finally figured out financing a round of IVF which we knew we only had enough for 1 round so we hoping it would work. Dr Patel knew this and threw the strongest meds so we would have the best results! The staff was wonderful answering all of our questions in a timely fashion and John, the embryologist, was awesome! The whole nursing staff was caring and considerate! I never had an issue and never had 1 single rude comment! In May we did an egg retrieval and got 15 eggs. Out of those only 2 fertilized and we got only 1 embryo. This was due to male factor. But we had 1 fighter so we gave it a shot and transferred in August. Turns out 1 is all it took! We are currently 12 weeks tomorrow and I cant thank Dr Patel and his staff enough! I never thought I would get here and Im so excited to see where this new adventure takes us!I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed.

Timeframe: March through August.For those with fertility issues, please give Ma(+)e your attention. My wife and I tried to conceive naturally for close to five years, and even tried a failed IUI. After the fail (to include tons of fertility hormones/meds), the facility/doctor we’d been going to was closing (which is likely indicative of their success rates and procedures), so we began searching for a clinic that could meet our needs. In March of this year, we made contact with the wonderful folks down at Ma(+)e. I will try to hit all of the high points here – but the bottom-line up front is we will be welcoming our son next year.Professionalism: From the first meeting we had with Dr. Patel, we knew we’d found the right place. You can tell a lot about a person in how they choose to interact with the world around them, and he was the most respectful and professional Doc we’d seen on this journey. He spoke to us clearly and pulled no punches – giving us facts and not opinions. His staff follows his great example as well – every single one of them holds themselves to high standards, and it shows.Honesty: Too often I have heard and seen doctors (in various walks of life) skirt the truth to make sure the facts they present marry up nicely with the opinions they hold or the biases they see the world through (which everyone has mind you). That was not the case with Ma(+)e. Full disclosure is what we got from day one. We never felt pressured into doing something, nor did we feel we were being taken advantage of by anyone in the clinic. They give you the truth 100% of the time.Accessibility: This was a big one for me as a husband who had to see his wife go through the IVF process. Whenever she had a question or concern, someone was back to her with an answer (or at least an acknowledgement to get an answer) relatively quickly. There was no phone tag. There was no lengthy automated process. There was always a person ready to help us at every step along the way.Care/Attitude of Staff: There is genuine care in this establishment. You can tell when folks are “at work” – but not one single person in this office seemed like they were just at work. They all seemed to really love what they do – and that translated into a very trusting relationship with the staff. There is a warmth that emanates from every person.Processes and Procedures: We were presented a great plan from the get-go, which included medically necessary processes and procedures, as well as things that would be good for us to do, but not necessary to get the job done. This kind of goes hand-in-hand with the professionalism and honesty of Ma(+)e. We knew what we were getting into and what we needed to budget for from day one. Everyone there who has a specific job does it very well as it pertains to the processes and procedures we were expecting to see/do. Highly organized and extremely well run.Cleanliness: This should go without saying, but this is 2023 and the last few years have been pretty bonkers as far as what I thought I would see in my lifetime, so this absolutely matters. The place is magnificently clean. Every room. Exactly what you would expect.If you are wondering if it’s worth it – yes, it is.All of the costs are worth it. Mate Fertility is the absolute best place you can go if needing help with fertility. We struggled for 5 years and with their positive attitudes, hard work, knowledge, and support we successfully became their 1st pregnancy at the OKC location. Dr. Patel and his team know what they are doing and make sure everything goes smoothly. They put together an easy to follow calendar so medications are taken correctly. Egg retrieval and transfer are quick, painless, and done correctly. Ivf with ICSI- fresh transfer was the way to go for us and it brought us our bundle of joy.

We had our initial appointment and were told the doctor was referring us to a urologist for part of the IVF process. After a week and a half there was no call so followed up with the main office. Was told the urologist was looking for alternative location for their practice and they would call us with update. Never heard back. Unless youre a cut and dry case I would suggest taking your care elsewhere. Felt very much like a transaction vs patient.

MATE - Dr. Patel, Stephanie, Tamara, Myra, the embryologist- are all top notch. The love, patience, excitement and assistance from each person involved in our process had made the process extra special. This is a wonderfully supportive place to face a very uncertain time.

Very professional and wonderful staff, they are quick and efficent too! Very clean and overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend to anyone needing fertility assistance. They are even partnered with future families for individuals that need help with financing options. Im 10weeks today!

SO.. where do I start… The wife and I have been talking about fertility for awhile I mean a couple years now, me being more open to it then she was. About a couple weeks ago my wife and I come across MATE FERTILITY in OKC, Monday morning comes around and I ask the wifey if I should make the call and she finally said yes, ANAIS answers the phone and let me tell you she was so professional and very knowledgeable, every question my wife and I asked she had the answer too and we had a lot my I add. My wife is Spanish speaking and just our luck Anais was also which made it even easier on me trying to translate all the medical terms. She made my wife and I so confortable, it felt like she was on our side and genuinely wanted to help us build our family and not just trying to sell us on fertility. We are on vacation so as soon as we get back home we are making the appointment. THANK YOU ANAIS AND MATE FOR MAKING EVERYTHING SO FLUID, answering all our questions and concerns we can’t wait to start our family with your help.

Forgot to send tests in after blood was drawn (had to go back to draw more blood, so they could actually do the tests we paid 700 for) then waited… over a month and a half for results, once we received the results they were quick to push meds on us (not covered with insurance 4.5k$, mind you, none of this is disclosed before you pay them ) then they want to push for the actual treatment (14k) not covered by insurance..Be upfront with costs, instead of blanketing it!

Lack of communication, wrong diagnosis over the phone , the doctor never talked to you after tests and, for 6 months, was waiting for phone calls from referrals and noticed that paper had never been sent to the doctor, who said he did and I would get a call back in one week. Everything had to be figured out by us.

The staff is amazing and truly cares about their patients. They always took the time to answer all my questions and never rushed me. Everything was really affordable and we didn’t have any surprise expenses.

Ive been working with Dr. Patel and his team for some time now and theyre pure joy. Always positive, respectful and friendly.
