California Cryobank

Awful place. The rooms they send you to are dirty and drab, have only a single plastic chair and a TV in each one. And you may be disqualified at any time, but they have a policy to not inform you of why.

NOT worth the money, the samples they send are TOO small and pipettes too short, the chances of getting pregnant is ZERO if you do it at home. Perhaps at doctors better chances??? I dont know.

I became a donor with California Cryobank about 2 months ago, and my initial experience with them was great. They were very friendly and polite with me at first. While we were still in the application phase, I was asked to agree that the cryobank would run tests on my DNA and that they could basically disqualify me at any time. Within a month, this happened, and I was fine with it. My problem isnt that I was disqualified. My problem is how dramatically these coordinators and receptionists changed their tune as soon as I was disqualified. Immediately, they began to avoid my calls and emails. Their interactions used to be polite, and now theyre just rude. Im only asking them to send me the final check that they said theyd send me the day I became disqualified. This organization still owes me a few hundred dollars, and its employees act as if Id be taking it from their own pockets or as if Im not entitled to the money I earned. Its been a month with this back and forth. I didnt want to leave this negative review, since they were so nice to begin with, but I must make my voice public, because this behavior is wholly unacceptable. I had seen reviews about the cryobank like this before, but I just believed that those were isolated incidents. Now its clear that this is how they work with people once theyre disqualified from the program. They ghost you and keep your last check. I dont recommend donating or soliciting any services from California Cryobank. I encourage you not to. If this is how easily willing they are to backstab their donors, theres no telling what they might do to others. See another cryobank.

In a 2-3 month period i received 20-30 calls, 20-30 emails and that was off of simple request for info on their site. Their emails of course did not provide any significant information. They never got the hint when I never returned a call or answered their call. I even unsubscribed and sent an email saying to stop bothering me and the calls did not stop all the way to the last days. This is my babys dna, her cord blood. Trust is a big part of this. I sure as hell do not trust them and encourage you not to as well. Why do you want my business so much? Especially since it comes to DNA, their behavior was sketchy at best. Like I was meat to a starved animal.

The worst place ever. Ladies at front desk seem to be friendly, smiling and joking with u. U ll fill sev applications. Then they want 1 time for test(and if its good then u get payed lol). Then u r invited for retest.(nothing specific, just regular procedure to be sure you really good lol) After retest u ll be informed that your application didnt pass and by policy of the California Cryobank, we are unable to disclose to you the specific reason(s) why your donor application wasnt accepted As a result they just get 2 samples of your sperm that they can use in future for free, they dont pay you at all and thats how it works. Dont let this greedy cheaters fool you.

Don’t trust them! If you was approved you will be stopped soon without any reasons ( just policy) and that’s it. Better make blood donation

They took my sample and told me they couldnt move me forward with the program. This place had alot of white donors when i went there. No minorities allowed I guess.

As far as I can tell this place consists of a voicemail box. Maybe they would be good if they ever picked up the phone or returned calls.

Trash .all is garbage.never answer phone ,only know let peoples pay
