I am currently a patient and have had nothing but the best experience with the Rejuvenating Fertility Center during such a sensitive time. Everyone I have encountered is so kind and will go above and beyond to assist, all while showing such empathy and understanding to your situation. The doctors are great, all office staff and the financial department are all just amazing. I cannot say enough. I had been to one other facility prior to finding RFC and it was a horrible experience, wish I found them sooner. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and shows such compassion, it really makes a difference and I appreciate everyone at this office. I would recommend this facility to anyone going through fertility issues.

I want to add my second review to say that my experience thus far with the drs, nurses and staff at RFC has been excellent and delightful! I want to highlight Jessica Haroun who has given me the honor to have such a positive and humane experience that I did not have at the previous fertility clinic. The communication has been so smooth. I haven’t had trouble or trepidations when I need to speak to Jessica about billing. Her professionalism, kindness, generosity and love for serving patients like myself supersedes my previous negative experiences with the fertility clinic I was going to prior to RFC. No woman having challenges in their 40’s or any age for that matter deserves medical gaslighting just to suit their own agenda and interests. Unfortunately, i experienced medical gaslighting at the previous clinic. But being with RFC and working with Jessica Haroun, Dr. Merhi and Dr. Marco is a breath of fresh air. If you haven’t succeeded anywhere else, give RFC a try because their energy, medical ethics and professionalism has done nothing but impress me and make me feel hopeful once again! I love RFC!

I went to the office to do PRP, flew in, went to the Manhattan office, paid cash because it was not covered by my insurance. Now a year later Im still getting bills and Ive gone through the process of documenting everything and getting clear records, and Im still getting billed after theyve told me twice that Im correct and its a billing error. Not an issue with the clinic, but billing needs improvement. The same issue on loop to deal with over and over.

Im the Lunar Lander Integration Lead at NASA, and Im writing this review to highlight the quality care my sister, Josette Zeno has received from Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco and Jessica Haroun at Rejuvenating Fertility Center. Im a huge advocate for my sisters health and witnessed her distressed from a previous fertility clinic. Im very happy she feels heard at RFC and doesnt feel invisible in the process. A positive review for Rejuvenating Fertility Center (RFC). As I sit here and hold my newborn son while writing this review, I know I owe this amazing opportunity in my life to Dr. Merhi.When I consulted with Dr. Merhi back in 2022, his approach of anyone is deserving to try to have a baby, including no age or BMI requirements was so comforting and empowering.Dr. Merhi’s person centered approaches for egg retrieval, with a customized non invasive medication regimen was so helpful for my body and needs.Our journey for my newborn son to arrive was a surrogacy journey and Dr. Merhi’s office was amazing with the whole process. RFC is also outstanding with working with out of state patients (like our surrogate) and it’s true, you only need to come to RFC for transfer day if you don’t live nearby and can do outside monitoring.Dr. Merhi cares about his patients and so does his staff. The offices are organized and the patient portal is intuitive along with early office hours so you can get your ultrasounds and appointments done before work.I am so incredibly grateful for RFC, Dr. Merhi & the amazing staff who all helped with this amazing miracle of my newborn son.

My care with them has been an emotional roller coaster and most times could’ve been avoided. Their billing department has been disastrous but just the overall communication of the staffs and doctors have just been mediocre. My first impression of Dr. Marco was that he had good bedside manners and he makes one feel comfortable in his care but he fell short when it comes to following up when it’s important. I did an IUI, 1 retrieval cycle with icsi and dna testing, 2 FET transfers with them. The IUI was unsuccessful, the 1st transfer done with Dr. Marco resulted in a chemical pregnancy, and 2nd transfer done with Dr. Merhi was negative. This was after doing a hysteroscopy after the 1st FET which was recommended by Dr. Marco. I highly believe something went wrong on the 2nd FET cycle and the day of the transfer was rushed because they were so busy. After the 2nd failed I was now told it could’ve been that the timing was off or immune response and was being recommended other services like ERA, PRP, and immune testing by Dr. Merhi. All reactive care in nature and then the communication stops. I have to be the one always inquiring or following up for answers or next step, like I’m the one chasing when I’m spending my money. It’s not even about the money for me, it’s more about courtesy and being empathetic towards their customers. These places take on so many patients it’s hard not to have missed something and it’s hard for them to keep up with all of their patients. They need to focus on more personalized care and I will leave it at that.

The Manhattan office was very very nice and the wait time isnt long at all. Dr Marco is very kind. And Jess, Dr merhis assistant, was our favorite out of everyone. Also the nurses just all were kind. But Jess deserves a raise for sure. IVF causes a lot of anxiety and emotions and Jess is like a godsend for the IVF world. Id def recommend rejuvenating fertility to anyone.

Ive been seeing Dr. Marco and Dr Merhi for over two years now, and I couldnt be happier with the care I receive. from day one, Dr. Marco and dr Merhi listened attentively, provided a clear diagnosis, and created a treatment plan that worked wonders for me. Dr. Marco’s patient demeanor makes each visit a pleasant experience. I love both doctors Marco and Merhi, but I feel like dr Marco is just lucky for me.The office staff is friendly and efficient, and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend RFC to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and caring doctors .Thank you for all you do!!

I wish I read the bad reviews before. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Dr. Merhi was really nice in the initial consultation, but his team is really useless, unprofessional, rude and extremely slow. They wasted 3 month of my valuable time, while I caught them lying over and over when they didnt do their basic job such as taking care the insurance part. I had to chase after them and find out that nothing was done on their end over and over. The lady in the billing department got really upset and rude after realizing that I was on the line with the insurance company and heard her stating that she sent the pre authorization only today, while the results were received a week ago). Dr. Merhis personal assistant will have to play along when the staff lacking professionalism. Ohh and the excuse that they had is insurance dep transitioning. Which is not true since there are same people in that department. Too bad they lost my business but mostly they wasted my time. So if you are going through fertility journey and dont mind that they are wasting your time, go ahead you will have fun here. Glad I decided not to work with them anymore and Dr. Merhi agreeing with me.Funny how they keep discharging patients from their clinic.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Merhi, a true blessing in my fertility journey. He is so positive, kind, upbeat and cheers you on the whole way. Everyone at the clinic is kind and professional. I have felt individual attention and not just a number or another patient. Dr. Merhi also connects you to other aspects of your fertility journey such as mindset by partnering with Rosanne Austin. I am enjoying her book, “Am I the Reason I’m not getting Pregnant?” What a wonderful gift! Thank you RFC and I can’t wait to thank you again when I have my beautiful babe! 🩷

Im not usually one to leave Google reviews, but I don’t want anyone to spend money on the lack of care that I received., especially one that involves something as sensitive as IVF. I have been to several clinics and this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lack of care that was given was shocking, and the disappointment I felt after I tried to work through the issues was unmatched. Promises were made that were never fulfilled, and I still have yet to receive a phone call from Dr. Merhi as he promised via email sent month’s ago. The communication was awful, and we all know the importance of having a direct contact and protocol during this process. As soon as I voiced concerns to Dr. Merhi he was extremely rude and insensitive. My husband and I had never been spoken to with such lack of care or concern by a physician. Let’s just say the clinic I’m at now is a breath of fresh air and were in shock by the things that were told to me. I would not recommend spending your money, time, physical or emotional energy on this clinic. There are doctors who actually care and it’s not this clinic.

I seriously cant believe.. that Im being contacted on 8/19/24 about a payment plan that no longer exists.. that was paid off in full on 5/7/22 plus.. we took out a loan paid upfront from Capex MD.,also this isnt the first time RFC billing department has reached out to me they contacted me on November 13th 2023 about storage unit and I told them I dont.. have a storage my Embryos and sperm were supposed to be discard of on April 27th 2023, I signed a Disposition in front of Notary Public.. please dont contact me anymore about an accountthat no longer exists.. stuff that has been paid for in full well over 2 years, and I no longer go to RFC.. your billing department has a lot of turn overs and no one keeps good notes for the next person taking job over.. terrible business practice on RFC part.. do yourself a favor seek treatment somewhere else that has everything in order.. dont go through what I went through I was sold false hope .. have no baby to show for!!!..

I came all the way from Nigeria to be a patient of Dr. Merhis. No one in Nigeria would use my own eggs and said I would need to use a donor. I just finished my first retrieval and I have my own eggs! Dr. Merhi Jessica and Dr. Marco are a godsent. They are very welcoming and they pay attention to details. It is a very friendly environment and there is no age discrimination. I love the rfc team. I love mina and lesley and the front desk and nastassia and leila!!!

My husband and I are from Puerto Rico. We have been battling with infertility since 2020. We have done 12 rounds of IVF and 1 IUI, among other many treatments; and still don’t have a baby in our arms. While we navigate this rocky journey, we have learned that despite the challenges that come our way, we have to find a way to see and hold on close to the blessings in our life. We started almost two years ago under the care of RFC. Online, we found about the clinic, the staff and the innovational treatments that they implement that could help us to achieve our family. Dr. Merhi, Dr, Marco and all RFC staff have been for us, the light of opportunity, as agreed by our fertility doctors at home. As the months unfold, I am amazed by the knowledge of the medical staff, being able to watch them collaborate in research that have ended in academic papers. These papers leave a trail of hope for couples, families and people like us.Additionally, they are pioneers in several treatments, providing the infertility community that are in very difficult situations, the chance of having a healthy child.In this occasion, I would like to thank RFC for not saying no to us when we first came to RFC looking for help and for not giving up on us. Your hard work to find ways and treatments like PRP and Stem Cell PRP, mean that you are always trying your best to provide us with a chance. Thank you for understanding us and for accepting cases that can beat down your numbers, because you know we are not just statistics. Where do I even begin. My experience at Rejuvenating Fertility Center has been amazing from the moment I first walked into their office. Dr. Merhi is extremely well mannered and has helped me feel comfortable and welcomed while entering this new stage in my life. He is very personable and brings a warm environment. The girls at the front desk are very sweet and always brighten my day when I come in. You can tell they truly have your best interest at heart. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for treatment.Thank you Dr. Merhi and staff

This is an update to what I wrote 2 months ago, google wouldnt let me update to original review ( its the one with orange profile circle) It got more than 10 thumbs up so Im guessing there are more patients who agree with my review.Update:I waited few months to make an update, I wanted to make sure my embryos were transferred out of this facility before I share my experience and update. I didn’t trust them at all with my embryos after how they resolved this issue.The resolution they came up with is kicking me out. Yes, I got kicked out of this facility.Office Operator called right away ( As I expected and wrote on my original review) and she kicked me out of this facility for writing a bad review. She said the staffs are refusing to take me as a patient and that nobody wants to work with me after seeing my review. ( All I did was pointing out the facts and their miscommunication and mistakes with evidence.) She didn’t want to listen, understand, and resolve this problem, she just wanted to let me know that I’m getting kicked out. I asked her if doctors know about this, and she said and I quote “ No, but it doesn’t matter.” Near the end of the conversation, she said she’ll talk to the staffs again if I remove the bad review.WHAT? That was it. I could not believe what I was hearing and I refused to take down the honest review, stay silent. I refuse to pay this much money and have them treat me this way.Then she told me and I quote “ Go to a clinic where they don’t make mistakes.”I was hoping in sharing this honest review was to highlight areas for improvement, not to be removed from the clinic along with my embryos. I had hoped it would serve as a constructive tool for growth rather than a reason for expulsion. I wrote to the doctor, got no response.20 of 5-star reviews got uploaded 20 mins from my 1-star review, and it continued to flow in until my review was at the very bottom. Please look at the timeline. People posted reviews maybe once or twice a week at most for this office but after my and other 1-star reviews, 20 of 5-star reviews were uploaded in the SAME DAY, SATURDAY starting at 7:00 pm, ending at 8:30 pm. (Googles various APIs allow you to pull the data for the specific review which would include the timestamp.) Coincidence? No.Yes, I agree with other reviewers, they control/buy reviews.Before deciding on this clinic, there were too many great reviews without details and specific experience. Most of them were very vague and generalized without who, when, where.There were very few negative reviews, which pointed out same problem over and over and I had some doubts.I should’ve trusted my gut feelings.Bottom line is that1. I had 2 ERA done at this office, (first one failed because of Doctor Marcos mistake of not getting enough sample, I had to do 2nd one without anesthesia and it was very painful and time consuming. Oh and they charged me twice, no one cared until I wrote the review and resolved.2. Hysteroscopy,3. mock trial4. Uterine PRP ( Insurance doesnt cover and paid out of pocket) and transferred 1 PGT tested embryo ( 6 days, 5AB), spent thousands of dollars and it didnt work.Lost 3 months in infertility journey for speaking up and raising awareness, when the time so important for us. I’m at the new doctor’s office now and they asked why I was taking so much hormone medication if I have severe case of Endometriosis. They were puzzled by the protocol I had.I am much happier with their communication system and treatment. And Yes, I’m at a clinic where they don’t make mistakes.

My experience at RFC was amazing! The staff and physicians especially DrMerhi are very caring andattentive to patients. My daughter did the Prp ovarian rejuvenation and Im very optimistic about her outcome and future fertility journey. At RFC you are not just a $ they actually care about your well-being. I cant say enough good things about RFC. Ive had such a wonderful experience with the staff - they are all warm, welcoming, and helpful. They are prompt with responses, theyve always been able to get me in exactly when I need to be seen, and theyve made my experience much easier than I expected. Im so grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

Hope all is well , I was a CNY patient at the time of seeking others and help. Currently still have an open option for IVF with them. I initially sought out Dr. Merhi practice and experience because I did not like being instructed by too many different doctors. At first, I was willing to work with someone else . However, yesterday helped build rapport and trust. He discussed my uterus polyp and has knowledge of the current medication metformin on fertility and health. I trust him more now.Its like he conceptualized my needs. My experience has been that each doctor has different approaches. I agree with his suggestions for next steps and how to approach it. Is it at all possible for me to be under his care for IVF. This journey has been long and expensive . I would like to feel confident in the process . He is the only doctor that stopped to talk to me while I was outside of his clinic in the hall. He recognized, I was his first patient from Mississippi . We took a picture bc I wore the colors like his employees . Although, Dr Browne is great too. I appreciate the consultation and knowledge. I would rather work with DR Merhi

I come accross RFC from a google search and Dr Merhi, Dr Marco and the team doctors are all very nice and informative.They are very patient with all my repetitive question.Also they never give up on achieving the best outcome.The nurse who did my monitor and blood work are all very nice too, this includes the team that gives the update about medication after the visit. They are very helpful and patient ad well.Not to mention the front desk team that is always greet you with a smile.

LOVE THIS CLINIC! My ob-gyn had recommended me to them and I have no regrets! Dr. Marco and his team are amazing and caring. “thank you does not seem adequate to cover the feelings of gratitude my husband and I feel towards you all. The staff are always friendly, listens well and they truly care about your well-being. I loved going to the Manhattan location ( Every appointment was pure positive vibes! ) . -Doctors seem to be knowledgeable, however, Id say avoid this clinic and save your money and time.-We spoke with Dr. Merhi and we book for ovarian PRP with him. One week before the procedure we were informed that doctor Marco will perform the procedure, and we were ok with that. The day of the procedure, the reception room was full of people with no privacy. The nurse who helped my wife and took her blood sample was extremely rude. After long waiting we were asked to go to the procedure room and there a different doctor (Dr, Brown) who seems o have no idea whats going on. Not only that, she brought someone else with her when we were clear for religious reasons we dont want male staff. During the procedure, Dr. Brown looked very confused and was telling the other staff maybe inject it here. Paying that much for maybe ???-The communication with this clinic is an absolute nightmare, theyll give you so much stress and headache. Every single time a different person contacts you.-The procedure of course didnt work which might be normal, but very disappointed with the clinic after reading many good reviews, but I believe they buy the reviews as I noticed they are posted at the same time every time.

Rejuvenation fertility has changed my life in a major way thank you to Dr.Merhi his staff of nurses to the people in the front desk so kind and make you feel right at home. My experience was an amazing journey yes it took some time but im finally pregnant and not just with one bundle of joy but God bless us with twins thank you so much Rejuvenating Fertility for making this happen. I recommend this facility to any parent who wants to make family.

I am so proud to say that I thank God for Dr. Mehri and Dr. Marcos and the entire rejuvenating staff. I was 50 years old when I started my fertility treatments and I’m proud to say that my husband and I are now four months pregnant. Glory to God for using this great office to make our dream come true! I am now 53 years old and pregnant.

I found RFC through social media and I was a little skeptical about the first appointment with Dr. Mehri. I’m glad I gave them a chance because they never disappointed me. The explanation of the process was so smooth and clear that it made me and my partner so comfortable through whole course.Now we are just praying to have some good news and be parents soon.

I have done three cycles of egg freezing at Rejuvenating Fertility Center and it has exceeded all expectations. At the beginning I was very nervous and sceptic about the whole process, however from the reception staff, to billing/ insurance departments, nurses, patient coordinators, and doctors- every one was so warm, kind, informative, communicative, and displayed the utmost professionalism.This is a challenging journey and there are many unexpected things down the road, but I appreciate the kindness, warmth and the professionalism of Dr. Merhi and his staff.

RFC is such a nice place. Dr. Merhi was very sweet and thorough when explaining the PRP process. The front desk staff are also so kind, supportive and understanding. I’m back and I am now exactly seven months. Again I thank God for Rejuvenating Fertility Center in helping making me and my husband dream come true. God showed him a vision of a baby before we even married. He was getting out of his vehicle and saw me, him and a baby in the back seat of the car in a car seat. Additionally, God gave me a dream and his cousin a dream of me being pregnant. I dreamed before marrying him that he was taking me to a hospital in my neighborhood for my obgyn appointments and this hospital was not even existing yet but I saw the structure of it and how it was made in my dream and it came to pass, a hospital with the structure was built and opened about 2 years ago in my neighborhood and addition to this in the dream we were driving in my black bmw when he was taking me to my appointments. Next his cousin dreamed I was pregnant and had on a blue sweater in the dream. God gave me revelation of her dream and what it meant after I was impregnated in April of this year. Her dream meant that because I had on a blue sweater it meant I was having a boy and the sweater also represented that he was coming in the winter. Hallelujah what a awesome God we serve. I encourage you to believe God if he has spoken to you and told you you are going to get pregnant then believe it. Read Hebrews 11:1 daily: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.God used Dr Mehri, Dr. Marco and Dr. Melvin and the entire Rejuvenating Fertility Center staff and I recommend you go there and allow God to use them for you. God work through Doctors. Remember Luke in the Bible was a Doctor.

I can’t speak more highly of Dr. Merhi and his team over at RFC. From start to finish, their patience and guidance throughout my journey to use a gestational carrier quite literally kept me and my partner sane. Their attention to detail made me feel as if they were genuinely invested in making our dreams become a reality.

I love Dr. Merhi and Dr.Marco. PRP has been a game-changer for me and my egg quality. I could actually see the difference after the first sessions! I froze my eggs in November at RFC and had a great experience. The nurses explained the procedure in details and made me feel very comfortable. It ended up being a much easier process than I thought and I would highly recommend that people do it here.They gave minimal medication and I had a great outcome.

My husband and I have been coming to RFC for a little over a year now. While that may seem discouraging for many, it has impassioned our determination to start our family that much further. Ive had the privilege to work with the brilliant Drs. Merhi and Mouanness: they are extremely compassionate, understanding and encouraging. It makes all the difference, especially after so many clinics and physicians never gave us hope. There is a difference between hope and reality but they are grounded in both. They have seen the strangest and rarest of cases from all over the world; so as a youngish, local lady, my goal is not far out of reach.I come to the NYC clinic often. It is clean, it is efficient and the staff is phenomenal. Nastassia greets you with a smile and professionalism before you even have your morning coffee; she understands insurance and process like no other. Mina and Leila make you feel instantly comfortable with all of the monitoring which gets up close and personal very quickly. They are completely understanding and not because they have to be for the job, but because they genuinely are.Theres a silver lining to all of the trials you are going through when you attend RFC. You have champions in your corner, friends really, that support and fight for you even when you dont feel like fighting for yourself. I know that my husband and I will have a baby and this team is the one to help us!

I only have excellent things to say about RFC. Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco and their team were the most attentive and kind people my husband and I could have asked for during what is an extremely difficult process. RFC doesn’t take a one size fits all approach and really does see you as an individual patient. When one thing isn’t working, it’s clear that the doctors are brainstorming other avenues and options, as opposed to throwing you into cycle after cycle. Over the course of being a patient here, I asked the doctors and staff countless questions and they were always answered promptly, clearly, with detailed explanation, and never with a condescending tone. I would highly recommend this practice. I wouldn’t have my son without them.

When my sister and i learned about this place we didnt know that would be like that because of bad experience from our previous clinic. I can tell you ladies the staff is very nice and compassionate they treat people good and understand your needs. Well definitely recommend you if youve had that desire of becoming a mother.

In starting this journey, it was a real overload of information. But from the moment you enter the office (manhattan) they are warm and welcoming. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Nastassia (front desk). She is always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to answering my questions. She has a wealth of knowledge and is always attentive in making sure I receive the best answers to ensure I make the right decision. It always great to see her and it has definitely support me during this phase in my life.I also cant forget about Laila. I am not a fan of needles, but she has never missed a vain. She is always make the experience palatable, by engaging in wonderful conversations to ease my mind when I come in for appointments. She also goes above and beyond. As busy at it can get, at RFC I feel like I am seen and heard.Thank you to the wonderful staff for making this journey a little less daunting.

The staff and doctors at RFC Manhattan are truly some of the warmest people I have experience in the healthcare space. Its extremely comforting to have confidence in the medical care that my wife experiences throughout this process and I am very satisfied that it is with this team.

Dr. Williams was very warm and pleasant. I sat with several OBs in the last year and she is the only one that made me feel like a human being, versus an AMH # or a fee. This place is better because she is part of the team. The center is beautiful and spotless!

Not only is Dr. Merhi an exceptional and skilled doctor but he also cares about his patients and gets to know them so you dont feel like just a number. One thing I loved is this is the only doctor who ever let me have a say in my treatments and what I was and wasnt comfortable with. It was nice to feel I had some control and wasnt forced to do any unnecessary treatments, procedures or medications I didnt want but he still worked with me. I cant say enough good things about this practice.

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Merhi last year after several failed frozen embryo transfers at another clinic. Our embryos had been genetically tested and were top grade. We had one left and were frustrated, losing hope and continuing to receive the same bad news with no clear steps forward. On our first visit with Dr. Merhi he laid out a plan for us and took the time to explain his recommended steps. He also incorporated PRP treatment to up our implantation chances, something most IVF clinics don’t offer. We found our way to Rejuvenating Fertility Center in NYC all the way from Texas, seeking only Ovarian Rejuvenation at first. After consulting with Dr. Merhi, learning more about Gentle IVF, & being treated with so much kindness by RFC’s staff, we decided to transfer our care from Texas to NYC to work with Dr. Merhi. He has been instrumental in helping us overcome our age-related egg quality issues & severe sperm deficiencies. He has tailored every IVF cycle to our individual needs, carefully adjusting protocols for each round. As a plus-sized woman in her early 40s, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to try different therapies, to attempt fresh embryo transfers, & to give our genetics a chance without being bullied into weight loss or donor conception. This fertility journey has been incredibly frustrating and stressful for me. From the beginning, I overlooked several warning signs when I started contacting RFC. However, I must say that my brief interaction with Dr. Marco was excellent. Throughout this process, there should have been closer communication with the doctor. There are too many intermediaries involved due to the overwhelming number of patients they handle. On the other hand, the IVF process was a complete disaster. My IVF cycle had to be cancelled because I ovulated prematurely, and this was a result of inadequate follow-up and monitoring. Despite my attempts to notify the team about my impending ovulation, no one answered the on-call phone number, and I never received a call back. Even the on-call email went unanswered. This office has multiple email addresses and contact numbers. I had to undergo external monitoring, which required me to coordinate travel and other arrangements. It wasnt until a week before I was supposed to start the medications that I finally received the information to purchase them. I had to urgently buy them from the pharmacy recommended by the office. I had to repeatedly follow up and ask for the next steps. This process should have been clear and I should have received closer guidance as a patient. What I can gather is that RFC is attempting to accommodate more patients than they can handle. After spending thousands on lab work, medications, and monitoring, and after taking time off from work and enduring immense stress, my cycle was cancelled due to the offices incompetence in providing adequate follow-up.

Ive had two separate virtual appointments with Dr. Merhi and Dr. Marco both were informative. However Im giving a low rating for the poor communication with the office staff, Ive reached out several times for a call back and possibly start the process of IUI no one returned my calls, for this I would not recommend this office at all. Its already frustrating for this ivf journey they just making the matters worst. They will lose patients for this poor behavior.

I tried two clinics. I didnt like the first one and came here in hopes for the better. Rejuvenating Fertility Center is by far the worst. I did two cycles with them. They didnt start me on stims until they cleared with the Financial department that I payed. Their department was closed when they had to start me, so they waited. That happened during both cycles. During the second cycle they monitored me just once. In the result I ovulated before the retrieval.I never spoke with any of the doctors during the cycles.I regret going with them. They had a promotion and I dont have an insurance. That was the primary reason why I did. Never again!

I could not speak more highly of Dr. Merhi and team. From start to finish, their knowledge kept me sane and made me feel cared for. Their attention to detail made me feel as if they were truly interested in making my dreams become reality.

The first fertility doctor we met with told me I needed a donor egg the moment she saw my age. We were disappointed but continued to see the doctor for a few months. We were days away from purchasing eggs when my husband met Dr Merhi in a social setting. They talked and when he heard what we were going through he offered to meet with us just to give some advice.That meeting was life changing! Within seconds of meeting him we knew we would switch doctors immediately. There are so many reasons to choose Dr Merhi he is kind, he is compassionate and he is insanely confident.I did the PRP and we tried IUI which unfortunately did not work. We started IVF and my body did not like the meds at all. Dr Merhi worked with us to change the protocol more than once. Then he suggested I take a 2 week break and then get monitored.I was driving to the office for the appointment thinking it was time to give up. Then I had my ultrasound and the technician suddenly got so excited! I had 2 follicles! It was like a miracle after so many months of nothing. That day I had a retrieval and next week we’ll start to prepare for the transfer.Hope is a new feeling for me but that is exactly what I have now and it’s all thanks to Dr Merhi.

Dr merhi is the best doctor ever. After two miscarriages and many terrible doctors I came to Dr merhi and never looked back. If youre considering between RFC and another clinic, go with RFC! Yes, the rumors are true, Dr. Merhi is a miracle worker! I started IVF 2 1/2 years ago with one of the largest and well-known IVF clinics in the nation ( you probably have heard of it) after 2 unsuccessful IUIs and 2 unsuccessful IVF transfers,I was told to consider donor eggs. I was 35 and I wasnt ready to give up on myself. So I started doing my own research on my specific conditions (DOR) and found specialists for this in California and NYC. We live on the East Coast, so I scheduled a consult with multiple clinics and after speaking with Dr. Merhi, I knew he was my doctor. He was the positive light and energy I needed when all of my hope and dreams seemed to be lost. I will never forget what he said when we first met I can see the sadness in your eyes, and I am going to fix it, we are going to get you pregnant!. His confidence was so convincing, my husband and I decided to drive 6 hours and experience the PRP treatment first. After meeting with him and him explaining our treatment plan for IVF, we agreed to treatment in NYC. We drove 6 hours there and 6 hours back for treatment for a full year. I wont say it was easy and definitely heartbreaking at times but I will say it was worth it. I am elated to report, I am 13 weeks pregnant with twins! They are healthy and growing strong and will be here in September. So thankful for our Dr. Merhi. Hes the BEST!!

This office is beautiful! It almost feels like a spa rather than a doctor’s office. Besides the office space, Dr. Merhi is by far the best doctor I have seen. He’s extremely compassionate and his friendly demeanor and sense of humor make this process so much easier. He also actively listens and provides me with options that are right for me. His entire staff is also amazing - I’m always comfortable and taken care of when I’m there as if I’m family. They are all great communicators and extremely responsive. Any questions I have are answered rapidly. Highly highly recommend!

This office is a disaster. Incompetent staff, disorganization on all levels. Far more patients than they can handle. Due to their staffs miscommunication and incompetency I had to cancel and entire retrieval cycle. The process cost me far more than it should have. I have heard that the embryologists are not properly licensed, which showed because we had an embryo go missing and then under duress of me ovulating they found another one that was technically supposed to be destroyed. While I dont have proof of their licensing, if you google a bit about the providers, youll find many lawsuits. When they tried to find the missing embryo I was told that their records were in shambles which explains what happened to me. There is a chance they told me I had more embryos than I actually did or theres a chance there is still a lost embryo somewhere. My final cycle was successful but it was SO much harder that it should have been. I would never recommend this office.

I was a patient of Dr. Merhis while he was at New Hope, just before he opened this center.Along my fertility journey, I had a variety of doctors and he is hands down the best RE doctor. He is personable and genuinely cares. Hes also able to explain things in a way that is easily understandable, even for the often hormonally emotional layperson.Personality aside, hes an excellent doctor and I love that he goes for the less medicated route when it comes to IVF. Looking forward to seeing what great things happen with the new center!

I need to start by saying that I LOVE this facility. My fertility journey has been a long 3 years so far. I started out at a different facility and then met Dr. Merhi while he was at a different facility. After opening his practice, his practice of medicine only got better (which is almost impossible). He has built a team of medical staff that is amazing. No matter what office you walk into, you are greeted with such personal attention; you are NOT just a patient file number! You are a human being. You are important!!!! This is how patients undergoing this type of treatment need to feel! Even more amazing is that your questions are answered with patience. Emails get responded quickly and follow up questions are never ignored. I trust that my dreams of having children will be fulfilled with Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco, Nurse Jess and the rest of the amazing individuals that make up RFC! Much love to everyone there.

I’m so tired of dealing with this incompetent office. As if this journey isn’t frustrating enough, I have to follow up on billing, insurance, medication, and office personnel. I missed an April IUI cycle because of an incompetent billing team who never obtained authorization from my insurance company. Additionally, my medication was on back order and I wasn’t informed until I did my own digging into the matter. Their after hours answering service is someone in Southeast Asia who is unhelpful and has no idea about my medical history — not much different from the people in the local office who hadn’t bothered to look into my chart after my consultation with the doctor—which is what I was told would happen. I wish this was an isolated incident, but a family member, close friend, and complete stranger I met in the clinic waiting room have been experiencing the same issues. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from any medical professional, and especially for a fertility clinic, where every visit is time sensitive. I am canceling my medical authorization and finding another doctor.

Dr.Merhi, Dr.Marco and Dr.Ramadan are nicest fertility doctors I have ever encountered. They will take their time and listen to your concerns. The staff at RFC are all polite and supportive as well. Even the embryology department was helpful. I would not be pregnant now if it wasn’t for RFC.

Where there a will there’s a way and let me tell you they will find the way! The staff is super friendly I absolutely love all of them. Dr. Marcos found something my gyn didn’t see this man has an eye, and Dr. Merhi is an absolute sweetheart. After a few rounds of ivf I am pregnant I did prp and a few added meds but I finally got my miracle. They keep you positive and hopeful I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband and I worked with a previous Fertility Clinic in NYC and they charged us 4, 500 because my body did not respond to the high dose stimulation; we were very discourged and upset. My experience with Dr. Merhi and RFC was excellent! I was considered a difficult case after more than 2 years and 8 IVF embryo transfers at another top clinic, where they could not find the cause or treatment for my thin uterine lining. I had 5 failed transfers and 3 early miscarriages and was being told that using a gestational carrier was my only option left. I decided to seek a second opinion with Dr. Merhi and he was confident that he could help me. I did a hysteroscopy where he determined that scar tissue and a uterine septum likely was the cause of my thin lining and he told me that my lining should be much better the next transfer cycle. I was skeptical, but he was right, my lining got above 7 for the first time ever and got to a 10!! I am currently just over 9 weeks pregnant and so happy. Not only was Dr. Merhi able to fix this problem I had (on the first try!), but the whole atmosphere at RFC is warm and friendly and makes it so much easier to go through this difficult journey. I would highly recommend them!

I did visit the New Hope center before he started his own clinic and I was very pleased when I was notified through email that he opened his own facility. My husband and I were at a previous fertility center where we had two rounds of IUI and both times turned out to be unsuccessful. Dr.Merhi helped me realize that IVF was an option and walked both my husband and I through the entire process. Right now, I am currently in the process and am about to have my eggs fertilized. I found RFC through an acupuncturist that I follow very closely on social media. I know I am in good hands here. I just get this feeling that I never had in previous places. They offer services that are different from traditional clinics, like Ovarian PRP, Gentle IVF, and Ozone Sauna Therapy. The fact that they adopted different approaches caught my attention right away. The moment you walk into the waiting room, you know you are in good hands. Annie is warm, welcoming, and always pleasant. Everyone is optimistic here. They dont give you fractions of percentages and statistics like other facilities would. My experiences with Kat, Cynthia, Luz, Amanda, and their entire staff have always been pleasant and encouraging. In RFC, you are a patient that matters, not just a number where youre rushed in and out. Dr. Merhi and his team of doctors are top notch. Dr. Merhi is such a ray of sunshine, and I am always happy to see him. He and Dr. Marco use phrases like, We are stubborn here... we wont give up on you. If things dont work out the first cycle, it is okay. Sometimes this takes time. We are here to get you pregnant. And I believe they will make our dream a reality! This is the most amazing place with the most incredible doctor in the world, and staff. Ive been to 4 fertility clinics, large nationally known ones, and this is by far and away the best experience Ive had anywhere. Ive also had two successful pregnancies solely because of this clinic and Dr. Merhi. I have low ovarian reserve and used PRP and minimal stim ivf with success. Dr. Merhi is optimistic and realistic. He will be honest with you and not try to steal your money. He has some really innovative treatments and knowledge on how to treat difficult cases. I wish I would not have wasted years and money at other clinics.

I met Dr. Merhi when he was working in another clinic. I came to him after a traditional 3 rounds of ivf with lots of hormones a failed implant and a recommendation for ovodonation because of my age. Dr. Merhi listened to me and told me I could use my eggs and nothing was wrong with me. Thanks to Dr. Merhi I now have a beautiful baby girl with my own egg. I followed Dr. Merhi to his clinic and am currently working with him to have child #2 with my own eggs.I personally recommend Dr. Merhi and his team for their empathy and humanity. As a patient you are never made to feel as a number and Dr. Merhi personally reviews all my test results. Also he never pushes any solution on you nor any solution that could help his stats but only a solution that works for you.

I have been a patient for a short time- since December! Everyone is extremely helpful, kind, compassionate, and available. Dr. Merhi, Dr. Hadi, and all of the ladies are God sent! Recently, I have started the Ozone Sauna treatments. I have done two so far- very relaxing, smoothing, energizing, and I truly did sweat a lot of toxins out! I highly recommend this treatment for anyone experiencing poor results with retrievals, feeling inflammation, and/or a lot of added stress with the overall process.

At first it seemed like a great experience but as time went by I started seeing things I did not like with the staff and drs and the financial end of it .. I feel like all they care about is money and I wasn’t a priority to them it was impossible to speak to who I wanted and needed To make me feel better. I had 3 procedures and then I felt jipped because it was a procedure to last about 3 months when they stopped me going into the 3rd month from getting anything done because of a payment plan that wasn’t paid off but how do u stop a person in the midst of a fertility journey.the payment plan doesn’t make sense . I would never recommend this place to anyone and never mind my travel from nj to Ny countless times

God send me doctor Merhi I found him In the last clinic he was working I check his reviews I couldnt believe everybody was talking nices about him and how good he was my last hope. 12/31/2020 I had the consult with Dr. Merhi we start the treatment for IVF less medication better result , today in less than 3 moths I see for the first time a baby and see heartbeat Im 6 weeks am very happy, doctor Merhi is the best he always answer his email always have smile in his faces, Im so happy I chose them he got the best team all his staff are friendly and helpful. I dont really have words to said thanks

Dr. Merhi is an incredible doctor. After years of failed fertility treatments and doctors saying it’s not possible, Dr. Merhi was able to make a personalized plan that beat the odds. Drs are nice but the Manhattan location is a disaster! The wait time for standard appt is easily over couple of hours!!!! If you have a job, don’t go to this place as you will always be LATE for work! Drs NEVER show up on time!!! Even if it’s a retrieval or transfer. I’m not going trust a clinic that has terrible tardiness!

It’s truly sad I have to write a review to get their attention, I know public relation will call me as soon as this review is up, this shows how bad their communication is.Before I write a long review, I want to say that I have nothing against the doctors, Dr. Merhi is truly a blessing in this clinic. He is empathetic, funny and very positive. I would’ve left this clinic a long time ago if it wasn’t for him. I am so sad to write this review because I want nothing but success for Dr. Merhi but his office staff need help.1. Nursing staff. The staffs miscommunicate and will mix up the instruction or forget to give you instruction. I’ve gotten several mixed up instruction from the nursing and when I called to confirm if the instruction is correct, they told me it was a mistake and I should proceed with what I thought it should’ve been. If this is your first time at infertility clinic, you’ll be screwed. I’ve done this several times so I know what’s right and wrong but if you have no experience, they will give you wrong instructions. They also forgot to tell me to take some medications over and over.2. Front desk. Front desk will hang up the phone when they don’t want to deal with you. I called the office several times for billing issues and they stopped picking up my phone calls. It felt weird so I called with my husband’s phone and they picked up right away.3. BILLING BILLING BILLING. The worst part of this clinic is the billing. If you have infertility benefit, you want to use them wisely and know how office is spending your benefit.A. I had ERA done but it was not successful because doctor’s mistake ( Not Merhi) so I had to do another ERA. When I called office to confirm they won’t charge my insurance again for their mistake, they assured me they won’t. I checked a few days ago and yes they charged me again for their mistake. When I called them to fix this issue, no one responded.B. I was told by my insurance that this office used up $17,000 out of my 25k maximum within 6 months. I checked all the claims and they charged $9,500 for anesthesia I had when I got hysteroscopy done. They charged me separately for hysteroscopy so yes, $9,500 is only for 15 minute anesthesia.Within 6 months of being here, I used up $17,000 and I’m left with $8,000.All I had done is hysteroscopy ( $2100) ERA ( $350) Anesthesia ($750) Mock trial ($350) Transfer ( $3,000) if paid in cash. If they told me they are going to charge me $9,500 for anesthesia,I would just paid in cash! It looks like they are using up my benefit like water so I max them out and pay them out of pocket. They have no consideration with patients and our financial situation.Worst part is not over.I contacted billing department to go over some discrepancies and billing issues, and they told me to reach out to backend insurance. One person works for backend and she is NEVER THERE. I called every day for a week and she is just not there. I asked staffs if she’s on vacation, they told me no, but she is just not there. I asked if someone else can help, they transfer you to random person who has no idea what to do. I reached out to Clinic manager, clinic operation manager and my IVF case manager and no one is responding. This truly feels like scam.After getting no response from anybody, I reached out to my insurance about this and they told me to report them to Medical State board and they’ll assist with next steps.Because of incompetent billing staff, this is the advice I got from the insurance.These staffs are dragging down best doctors into mud and this really saddens me to write this review because I love Dr. Merhi and Im getting teared up.I had miscarriage about 4 days ago and I cried for all those days. Infertility and miscarriages are difficult without any of these problems but RFC adds tremendous amount of stress.—- update OCT 2024For those of you who contacted me, I got pregnant on the first try from new clinic in April 2024, Im 27 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby :)
