I just went to Any Lab in downtown Nashville to have some blood drawn for a test. Ashley was the sweet lady who drew my blood and she was wonderful! She was very friendly and pleasant. I don’t know where she received her training but they did good. I barely felt a tiny stick and it never hurt. She was the best. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I highly recommend.

We had wonderful service here. Angela took care of our specialty blood lab work with specific instructions for the draw and centrifuge, and even sent the lab packaging for us. Her calm demeanor made the whole process easy. Will definitely be back for any future lab needs!

Angela, at any lab test now, was absolutely amazing. And with autism, I was treated no different then anyone else. It’s like I was already her family. She really shined her face to what the brand and company stood for. I highly recommend her for any test or labs you need.

I needed a test done fast and close to work and thru Google search O found this place. Their website gave me all the info and more plus pricing and I also called to make sure I can get the test done there. While you can make an appointment, I chose to just walk in between errands. After fast check in, I got the test done and I was there maybe 10 minutes if not less...Angela was the person who took my blood and she was caring and professional. Thanks for a great experience.

Can’t get anyone to confirm how to interpret my lab test results.They “take care of the doctor’s order” for the patient but no one can be found for explanation of the lab results. Not the doctor, the lab, or Any Lab Test Now. You’re on your own.I called the lab and they do not speak to patients. I called Any Lab Test Now 5 times, after they opened at 9AM, and cannot get an answer. They also have not called me back.They will take your money to test you, and then provide no assistance in what your lab test results mean. The key for interpreting isn’t clear compared to what they said the results would be written like when I was in office.You’re making your best guess with the “information” provided. Do not come here if you want answers.Editing my review to add: They seem to want to call you back after a negative review! Give me a break. They nonchalantly sent me a dismissive email. The information in it, I was already forced to conclude given their non responsiveness. I am not looking for a free doctor out of a phlebotomist service, but to have no next steps or recommendations based on test results you can’t even read, is discouraging.After I wrote my review, they began to call me repeatedly. They took all day to reply after I called 10 times throughout the day.I do not recommend coming here and there is no solution to be found for their lack of care and unprofessional actions. They believe they are doing their jobs to the best of their ability.Please save yourself the money, time, and frustration these people WILL cause for you and your family. It’s not worth the risk.Editing to add:They are now using several different phone numbers, maybe even personal numbers, to attempt to reach me, even after I stated DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN to the manager, Brandi.Brandi, Ashley, and Hilda have only begun to call after this review. So if you leave less than 5 stars - be prepared to get calls from several different phone numbers. It’s a shame they couldn’t answer the phone when we needed help, but I refuse to speak to them when they don’t care anyway. They want to “make things right” but I think they just want this review rectified- which I will not be editing further. The owner’s response is laughable considering positive or negative was NEVER indicated in writing on my test results. What a joke all around.

I’m absolutely terrified of needles and bloodwork, but Ashley made the experience so great. She chatted with me through the test and reassured me when she could tell I was nervous. I was in and out so fast, and it was painless.

I scheduled a same day appointment with Any Lab Test Now for labs and received the best care with Angela. I arrived early for my appointment, hoping it wouldnt be a long wait. I was reassured when I saw Angela arrive well before the open of the business. I could see her setting up and preparing for the day from my car, as I parked in front of the lab. I walked in for my appointment and was greeted by Angela and her friendly smile. Angela checked me in and took me straight back to the lab. Angela talked to me as she began to draw my labs and I didnt even notice that she had stuck me. Im a registered nurse, and I can tell you drawning labs on the first try and the patient not even notice theyve been stuck is truly an art. My appointment was at 9am and I was out of the lab and in my car by approximately 9:09am. Angel was excellent with my lab draw, very timely, and extremely curtious. Thank you Angela for making my experience with Any Lab Test Now an excellent one.

I’m glad I found Any Last Test when I did. I needed to get a test done today and I was able to walk in and be seen. The total process was less than 15 mins. Angela was very professional and answered all of my questions which made me feel very comfortable to proceed with testing.
