Middletown Medical Urgent Care

I’ve been a patient of Cynthia’s for many years. She is an extremely professional provider. She is truly concerned about her patients well being, is always accessible and offers great advice.

If I could give 1000 stars I would. All staff- front end administration, nurses, NPs, and Dr Tashman are wonderful. They are extremely accommodating and understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. I am confident and comforted by the care and guidance they have provided my family.

My experience from check in to check out was awesome. Every staff member I had contact with was courteous and friendly. Dana my nurse was professional and personable and Christine was amazing. She came in, sat down and took her time to hear my issues. She made me feel heard and also I left feeling like we had a plan for my health. I would recommend Christine and the whole staff from Middletown medical !

The staff are very courteous, and most of all they put their clients first. They listen to you attentively and works with you the best way possibly. I would definitely recommend them , especially DR Gulati to anyone. I am happy I chose Middletown Med.

Its a good professional medical facility, absolutely wonderful doctors with a good amount of experience and new doctors and nurses and assistants and office staff are all wonderful and professional and very friendly. Some even remember who you actually are speeding up your processing and getting in and out faster with out skipping the line of others.Mary Ann Park is my personal favorite. She is truly a wonderful doctor and person.Dr. Raymond Hui, has been my general doctor for over 15 years, he is a wonderful honest straight forward doctor. He doesnt care about feelings when it comes to your health he tells you like it is. He cares more about your health than feelings which makes me happy that hes a honest doctor who doesnt sugarcoat your feelings over health. I was overweight he said it straight and gave me options to improve my health and it helped me to catch my pre-diabetes, Im still not diabetic thanks to him and this wonderful medical practice.

Dr. Reyes and her staff are the most caring, considerate and welcoming pediatric practice I’ve ever encountered for my children. We always feel well taken cared off and they always accommodate to all our needs. My children and I will miss going to Dr. Fatima Reyes’ clinic. Unfortunately Middletown Medical no longer accept CIGNA. Ms. Nancy their front desk administrative personnel is a true advocate for their patients. You don’t even need to ask, but she would always do an extra mile to assist patients and their families. She gave me valued informations on how we can get my son’s test and follow up and tried to check how I can avoid paying out of pocket for our last visit. The medical assistant and the nurse have been consistently caring and sincere all throughout these years. Dr. Reyes is knowledgeable, caring, she listens, provides health teachings and always sees her patients with a smile. Highly recommended! Thank you all for what you do. Well if I based my review off the two female doctors I see it be a 5 star. However, the staff, not so much. I need my medical records. A release was sent along with a request a few times from what I am being told and the person still hasnt received them and we need them before Thursday. I was told I have to contact medical records so I call back go through all the options to get the medical records dept. to be sent to a voice-mail wherein the mailbox is FULL???????? How in the world are these record keepers doing their job if a person cant even leave a message? I have no choice but to go in person tomorrow to get my records so I stop being sent all through the facility extensions to not get anywhere anyway. Im actually so frustrated Im debating on staying with this provider just because of certain office staff!

Robert Hamilton was great !!!Gave us the time heard my son out he was very attentive and made my son feel really comfortable in talking with him even had a few laughs ! He was thorough and explained everything well !He has beautiful plants in his office I made a nice comment about how good they looked and he was so nice and just handed me one of his plants !Very pleased with his serviceThank you

This is the first time that Ive used the telemedicine app. When I initially scheduled the appointment, one of your office staff called me and did a thorough review of my medications and medical history in preparation for my video visit. When the provider came on the screen, she took an interest in how I was feeling and what my concern was, and immediately prescribed any medications as necessary. This video visit is a wonderful thing when you are not able to go to the actual office. Everything was done in a very caring way, the video visit was wonderful and I could go back to resting comfortably. Highly recommended for patients who cannot travel to the office for various reasons. This does not replace an actual physical visit to the provider when able.

Dr, Hyman was thorough and explained in detail what the knee problem was, what to expect in the future and recommended an immediate solution to correct the knee pain. I have felt such a great improvement that I am able to walk with much ease with minimal pain in less than 48 hours!!Dr. Hyman and the staff were courteous and professional - If I could rate them with a 10-star rating I would!

I love dr.Rampam & her entire staff. They all make me feel welcomed and cared for. I also feel so comfortable with the doctor, I just know i can trust her which makes it easier to communicate my medical issues without worry and anxiety.

Everyone who attended me in this practice was wonderful. Dr Toback and the entire staff patiently answered all of my questions and spent quite a lot of time with me. This should be the standard for all medical care, but sadly, it is rare these days. Very glad to have found them!

Dr. Mepparambath is an amazing doctor. He is kind and has an amazing bedside manner. He took so much time with my daughter, explaining everything very thoroughly. He reviewed all test results carefully to give an appropriate evaluation. Throughout the exam, he asked if we had any questions. He is a very thoughtful doctor and I am glad we found him as our pediatric endocrinologist. Dont be fooled by the unassuming and rather ugly office. What the office lacks, Dr. Mepparambath makes up for in knowledge and professionalism.

Dr. Kelley Rolison is such a kind and compassionate Doctor. She made me feel so comfortable and took the time to really listen. I am so grateful for finding a great doctor like her.

I saw Dr Bridget McKeever and she was absolutely amazing! She was absolutely patient and thorough with treating my toddler. My toddler has a phobia of doctors and the doctors offices and Bridget McKeever made my daughter so comfortable and had her smiling. She was able to distract my daughter, keep her laughing and treat her. As we were leaving my toddler said, I love that doctor mommy! I never thought I’d hear her say that, haha Some Drs can be so cold & so short with you but she was the total opposite! Highly recommend. Her nurse was also amazing too! I forget her name. We went to the Ellenville office.

We love Dr Modi, he’s upstairs on the second floor. He’s really great. We had Doctor Park for the first time yesterday downstairs, and she is extremely knowledgeable. She suggested some thing that nobody has suggested before. Very happy with her. Also, the women that work in her office are all extremely polite and very helpful.

Excellent staff all around. Samantha Garigliano is very attentive medical specialist who likes to get ahead of possible future health risks and will listen to any issue or question you have. Shell be my primary for as long as possible.

Everyone was so nice, from the moment I walked in the door! Front desk staff were very friendly, nurses were very professional & Kelli was awesome. She listened & knew what to do about my problem. She explained what she was doing & was very gentle with the exam. I would highly recommend this office!

I had a scheduled tele-med with Amanda Hansen PA. They contact you by text and let you know youre up next. At that point the PA went over all the results of my recent blood work. From there recommendations were made with my healthcare and follow ups. Amanda took her time and explained the next course of action with my healthcare all in the comfort of my home. Just like an old fashioned house call.

Staff at the front desk were professional and efficient. Short wait in the waiting room as well as the examination room. Very thorough exam by Dr. Munther Alshalabi. Easy to talk to . Explained details of exam, diagnosis , prognosis and recommendations in a way that was easy to follow. My family member immediately felt at ease.

I love Dr. Rampam. She has been my primary doctor for a little over 10 years now and she is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and they treat me like family.

Very good professional doctors NP’s and staff. Easy to work with on scheduling. Literally life saving comprehensive testing and diagnosing but treating the symptoms rather than dumping too many prescriptions on patients.

Crystal Harter was an absolute delight. She was so sweet and thorough. She answered the concern I was having and gave me different information that other gyno’s have not given me. I will be seeing her from now on, and will be recommending her to everyone I can!

Whenever I have been there, everybody is kind and knowledgeable, the place is immaculate and has just about every service one would need example—- x-ray machine, blood can be drawn there, the front desk person is always pleasant and the Doctors I have met there have been very professional and have given me excellent care

Went for blood work. The phlebotomists were nice, on time and great personality. Had laughs first thing in the morning and all while they gently did the blood work. Quick and smooth.

Dr. Staback and the office at Middletown Medical PT were fantastic. Dr. Staback was very thorough in his physical exam, tests, history and questions regarding my son’s injury. Hes very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and we are grateful to be in good hands.

Dr. R. Dudekula is thoughtful, thorough and professional. Additionally he has a personable, friendly and kind disposition. He is a likable and respectable physician whose treatments are professional and comforting. I’m sure that he will only become better as time goes on because he is dedicated to healing.The office staff is excellent too. They are friendly and dedicated to the management of the doctors and their patients. They are deserving of a more effective and user friendly software for communicating more efficiently with patients.The entire operation gets my gratitude and unreserved FIVE STAR review. Dr Hoffman is very direct. Speaks in terms you understand. Appears to be honest and thorough. I enjoyed first visit and impression.

First time coming to Middletown medical to see dr crystal harter. She as well as the staff were great! Loved them. So glad I chose them

Horrible experience. The woman at the front was very disrespectful and condescending. The new training nurse, Jillian, had no personality and was very rude. Then the doctor, after waiting 1.5 hours, she knocked once then busted through the door and immediately asked me why im here. Totally threw me off guard. Just the whole experience here sucked. Everyone hated their jobs.

I searched for a pediatric neurologist for my daughter and the Dr I was looking for was booked up too far out so I asked for someone else and made appt with Emma Bodeker. She was very thorough and attentive and never made me feel rushed. She asked my daughter many questions, ran all necessary tests, referred my daughter to a rheumatologist and went over all test results in detail. Thank you!

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr.Cynthia Davilia and in my visit I expressed just exiting an abusive relationship, for which had nothing to do with the visit. Cynthia sat down took a breath looked me in the eye,speaking very softly she began to give me information on exercises to help with stress,anxiety. She encouraged me to seek counseling. She made me feel like she really cared at a time in my life that was very critical for me. She is more then a doctor,at that moment she was the best friend I had. She knew I was struggling as a person and took the extra time to sit with me and let me know she cared. You dont find Drs let alone people like Cynthia anymore.

All staff was friendly, efficient, and the check-in process was streamlined and perfectly painless. Dr. Palmer was warm, knowledgeable, and obviously a seasoned, trustworthy professional.

Dr. Hoffman is an amazing urologist who I would highly recommend. He recently helped me with some kidney stone issues and hopefully I am on the road to recovery now. Dr. Hoffman listens to his patients and genuinely cares as he would call me or pop in to see me when I was in the hospital. His office staff is also organized, professional and experienced which makes office visits a pleasure.

Even though consruction upgrades make navigation in the building tough, when its finished the will have a nice facility, the doctor and her staff ate very efficient and caring.

Dr Park is excellent and really listens and dives into the issues. Staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Only issue is Middletown Medical does not take Cigna anymore.

It’s been a great doctor always thinks out of the box. Couldn’t find a better one. Very happy.

This was my 1st time there and the clerks were very polite and nice . Dr RIZWAN DUDEKULA was very patient and listened which is rare nowadays with doctors. His nurse was absolutely amazing .

The wait was very long ( why I only gave 4 stars) but everyone was pleasant and Dr. Hanson was very attentive and thorough.

Barbara was great! She listened and took her time with me and made sure I understood what she was explaining to me. I went to two other Drs. over a year ago and was told they could give me a pill that did absolutely nothing for me. My wife & I are visiting family & unfortunately My wife had a scratched cornea.(Which it turned out tobe) But the lady at the desk told her that they DO NOT ACCEPT her insurance, after goin to Garnet health urgent care, we were informed that NY STATE ACCEPTS HER INSURANCE.

The staff is friendly and warm. My 7 year old was comfortable with all the tests. The nurses were understanding and made it fun

Dr. Yuen is by far the BEST Dr I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. I met him with an emergency at Urgent Care, he sent me to the hospital immediately and saved me from having a major health emergency. From that day on I switched all my drs and GP to Middletown Medical. He continues to be a fantastic dr and is always there for myself and husband who has also switched over to him. We told him the other day, when we move next year I will absolutely be flying up to NY to continue being his patient.

DR. GOHEL OFFICE IS TERRIBLE . WAITED FOR THAN 2 hours in the waiting room . The whole office was waiting on Dr.Gohel he was clearly overbooked and moved with NO urgency what so ever. Will never be back

Saw Dr. Abushahin for orthopedics. Receptionists and doctor were very nice. I explained to the receptionist at the counter that I am trans, and she was very accommodating and wrote down my name on my sheet so that others in the office would know to call me that instead. However, the assistant appeared to be very dismissive about this and it was quite concerning. Otherwise, the doctor himself was very nice.

Doctor Park is great. There usually is not a long wait. She is thorough and gets right to the point.

Today I had a great vusut with my dietitian Traynor.She helped tremendously. I now know hiw to plan my meals to help me on my weight lost journey.

Dr Shah is a very kind and compassionate, knowledgeable Professional! He listens to the pt... explains his diagnosis (dx) and follows up to make sure the rx/dx has resolved the issue.

I see Doctor Patel for my stomach issues - he’s great at what he does not to mention extremely personable and funny - helps put you to ease . Also when I had emergency surgery he showed up bedside at 2am to evaluate me himself . 10/10 recommend him (this is coming from someone who has seen a handful if not more of GI doctors).

My experience with Dr. Napchan has always been great. I was referred to him due to his amazing work, knowledge, & treatment for migraines. He has been a major help.

Hamilton is a very professional and caring Practitioner. He is excellent with young adults.

Dr. Palmer is one of the most thorough and articulate doctors I’ve ever met! He is kind and cares very much about his patients! He even brings his patients into his office after every visit to make sure you’ve had all your questions answered. Makes it very personable! Great Doctor!

Doctor Schwalb was very helpful in understanding all of my health issues and I appreciated his wisdom and suggestions .

On 5/18/24, I came here feeling sick hoping to get some antibiotics. They said I had Covid and send me home with a mask. On 5/20/24, I had called to get lab results for work. I waited and nothing happened so I came back to the office. They told me I tested negative for Covid. I said 2 days ago I was here and tested positive. The notes from the nurse practitioner said I was positive. My husband tested positive this morning. The supervisor came and was ready to give me antibiotics. Then she tested me again…. Positive! Gave me a mask and was rushing me to leave. I said I needed an official email to send to my work and all the receptionist were doing something else. So the supervisor took a picture of the lab results with her phone and sent it to me.Bottom line…incompetent , unapologetic,and unprofessional.Do not go here!

Last Saturday I arrived at Immediate Medical Care (urgent care) and was seen with 10 minutes by Dr. Yuwen. Dr. Yuwen was thorough and had a wonderful personality. He explained everything to me and I was very pleased, so pleased that upon hearing he was also a Primary Care Physician there, I changed Primary Care to him. A week later I saw him at his office (same location) and once again he was very thorough, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I have finally found a Dr I trust. I would rate Immediate Medical Care a 100 percent if i could. I had the same nurse twice (for both visits) and she is wonderful. The staff is excellent also.

The facilities are clean. The staff there were respectful and customer friendly. Service was fast, safe and efficient.

I am truly happy I switched over toDr. TOBACK. The very first visit was more inform able than with my previous Dr. Within 2 days I felt a difference in the amount of pain I was relieved from. His practice is, by far, more compassionate, understanding, and helpful. All of his staff is friendly and right on que! They all know what is going on with every patient and quick to help. I absolutely love this practice and definitely urge others with foot pain to make an appointment with them!

I don’t have much to say about Middletown Medical as a whole but the Dr Lori Musorrafiti, FNP-BC, took the time hearing each one of my concerns and didn’t make me feel like my appointment was rushed like many other doctors do.

Had to quickly make a virtual appointment while on the road, was able to schedule a video call online. Easy chat with Dr. Hansen about my symptoms and she wrote a prescription that I was able to pick up that day. Saved me so much time!

Just love Dr. Barbara Hearle, she is kind, compassionate and always professional!

Dr. Shah immediately put my uneasiness to rest and made me feel comfortable speaking about my weight that Ive been reluctant to do for my entire life. He has gone above and beyond in my opinion to assure me he is there with me every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Steve Shah for believing in me. Down by 28lbs in 2 weeks.

After paying in advance for my urgent care visit, I was shocked to receive a bill from the doctor for $543 (considering I had no lab tests done and waited for an hour in an exam room for a 15 minute consultation). I was even more annoyed to find he had charged me $57 for a 3-10 minute smoking cessation consult that was neither provided nor asked for. The website billed worry-free pricing for uninsured patients, so imagine my confusion. When I called, the woman rectified the situation, which is why Im not giving one star. Between this and the push for unnecessary tests, this urgent care feels predatory at best.

Dr. Patel is excellent. My mom and I have both had GI issues and Dr. Patel was thorough in his exams and his treatment was good. In my case I needed further surgery and he recommended an excellent doctor to care for me. He is always helpful, and he has a great smile.

Doctor A is very skilled. Great Bedside Manner. I was hesitant to get cortisone shots (after a prior bad experience at a different Podiatrist office)…But Im glad I trusted Doctor A to do my cortisone series. Doctor A is helping me with a chronic issue. I have high hopes.

On my initial visit Dr. Rampam presented that she truly cares and educates regarding the importance of knowing specifics on balancing medications properly with her monitoring of your on-going care. Immediate feedback ,nurturing, and complete responses to all my nervous inquiries. Dr. Rampam is a Great Primary Care Physician in the Hudson Valley!!! Has taken 10 years to locate the Best so far for me!!

As always, Dr. Toback is an amazing foot doctor. We do like him very much. He is helped our family and numerous ways over the years. He may not remember us, but he is an awesome foot doctor.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and friendly.Amanda was very thorough and she listened. Im overweight and was worried I would get a lecture, never happened.

Sometimes Drs are way too over booked! And that can create time and care issues. Also some Drs do not have proper bedside manners. Otherwise, youre getting decent medical Care

The telemed visit was great. I felt listened to and there was good communication. However, having to go in to an office to complete testing was a nightmare. I understand being short staffed (we are short staffed where I work too) but if someone is being sent in for testing, they shouldnt be waiting over an hour to be seen for what took literally 2 minutes.

Dr. Brandi is amazing and will listen to your problems and provide a solution quickly! I almost cried when i finally got long-term meds for migraine that had been painfully lasting for weeks on end. I felt so comfortable with her and in the office. Dr. Brandi will make sure you are taken care of!

The staff was great however it was a very long wait which I understand that you are understaffed, but it was a bit much and it was freezing as the A/C was on and it was uncomfortable for all of us while we waited

Dr Ahmed was very nice. He took time to ask questions and listen to me.

Monday. A week after a Holiday. A busy Dr office. Asking for the worst experience in my Dr.BUT Dr GOHEL and her staff handled it with upmost professionalism. Figured I would be just another patient to get in and out pronto, but no! All questions answered, all test done thoroughly, all with smiles. This Dr has it together and what a great first impression. Kudos to reception staff and nurses too. Thanks.

I personally dont get sick very often but my husband requires a lot of medical attention. I use Dr Yuen and am extremely satisfied with the quality of attention that I get from him. However, for my husband who needs to see not only a GP but several specialists, he is very happy with Jen Samples as his GP but we struggle a great deal with specialists. We have gone outside the network to find specialists on our own. Often, as was the case with his endocrinologist, we were so dissatisfied that we did a great deal of research and found one outside the network. So the urgent care and the GP care is wonderful but the specialist care leaves a lot to be desired. I would never recommend most of the specialists at Middletown medical.

Doctor listened and addressed all my concerns. Also made sure I understood what he was talking about. Awsome guy!!!

Dr. Steve Shah is best I’ve been at Middletown medical. He is very thorough and went above and beyond for me. He saved my life and highly recommended. He is very personable and I am delighted to have him as my doctor.

Staff was friendly. Nurse Dana was awesome, she listenedcarefully to all my complaints. Dr. Christine was excellent...its great meeting a new primary care physician who showed interest and care in your treatment.

Dr. isha Gupta is always pleasant, along with the entire staff. Wait time is daily quick.

Office staff is great. Dr. Uri Napchan is very thorough with his assessment. Called me with my MRI and CT-Scan test results. We are now discussing treatment. I would highly recommend him to others.

I have always had a good experience with Dr Tashman and most of the staff. This time, I told the nurse I needed to speak to the Dr privately, she told me she entered it into the notes, but my request was ignored. It was important I speak at the office and it was ignored. First tine I ever had a complaint.

I went to the urgent care in Ellenville. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and the nurse was clear, sympathetic and professional during her examination (swabbing).The lab results were posted about an hour later, and soon after that I had a tele-visit with the doctor in Middletown. I have used the Chester Urgent care a couple of times and have always been pleased with the treatment I have received there.

I visited this urgent care 3 days ago. The provider told me she was sending a script to my pharmacy. I called later that day to tell them the script had still not been sent. I was told they would send a message to remind the provider todo it. I call the next day in the morning to once again remind them my script has still not been sent and I was told they would send a “ priority message “ to let them know. 10 hours later I still see no script sent. I call again to let them know and I was told another “ priority message “ was sent. I am highly frustrated at this point. Clearly the priority messages aren’t priority. Day 3 of not having my script sent and once again I called, and was told they would talk to a provider to see about it getting sent. Why does it take so long for a script to be sent? Whatever I have can be getting worse because no one can seem to send a script. I have never in all my life seen such a delay for medicine. I will never ever goto this urgent care again and will spread the word about my experience because this is ridiculous. Maybe I’ll get my script sent on day 4.

This telemed visit went well. I was sent information beforehand explaining the process, including the required link. Shortly before the scheduled visit, I had a call from doctor’s office, making sure everything was in order and explaining again how to connect.It went perfectly. And of course Dr. Hoffman was, as always, a pleasure. He cares about people, and it shows

Dr. Ahmed office is the best doctors office in the area! I finally found a primary who actually listens and makes sure you have what you need for your after care. Your treated like a person and not a number, which was my experience in many other offices. The staff is wonderful and the doctor is knowledgeable. His bedside manner is extremely adequate.

Had an allergic reaction not concerning enough to go to ER and also because they take my insurance, and the epi pen I brought was my expired one. I dont remember the nurse and doctors names but they were very nice, and very helpful and just made me feel taken care of and calm. Listened to my concerns and just overall very nice. Got me in quickly once I realized the area I had to go to. Way better than a lot of interactions Ive had at Crystal run and garnet. Again thank you so much!

I have been going to Dr. Ramapam for years and she is amazing. She always takes me in if I need something last minute and she really cares about her patients and it shows. She has a great bead side manner and she takes care of everything from being my PCP to my OB/GYN and she has always been extremely helpful, supportive and informative. We love Dr. Ramapam!

The wait time was much too long and since it is an urgent care facility there were a lot of people coming in/out expressing covid or flu systems. It should be mandatory that the staff offer mask to clients experiencing these symptoms immediately upon arrival and not have them sitting among unsick people.

Urgent care facilities right now have his of wait time. I was able to secure a tele health visit for the same day. With primary care drs taking fewer and fewer “sick” appts … being able to be seen right away when you’re feeling ill is key.

I have always had a positive experience with middletown medical. The staff are professional and courteous. I am very appreciative that they still allow you to wait in your vehicle. I recently had covid and they made an uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible.

I would actually like to review the GYN office but they don’t have a page.The care I have received from urgent care and from my primary Physician at MM has been nothing short of stellar. The GYN office on the other hand leaves much to be desired.PATIENTS BEWARE! If you are a woman of child bearing age and you become pregnant(accidentally or on purpose) Middletown medical GYN will drop you as a patient like a hot potato with not even a referral to an OBGYN. The lovely thing is that they don’t tell you they cannot see pregnant patients until you’ve already established care with them and built a rapport. Once you get a positive result you’re untouchable. They do NOT provide Copper IUD as emergency contraception (even though it is the most effective form of emergency contraception) and some of the providers don’t know about anything past Plan B.If you’re seeking comprehensive healthcare, I’d suggest going elsewhere, to people who can actually tend to your needs. Like a private practice, Crystal Run, or Cornerstone Family Healthcare, shoot even Planned Parenthood. Just don’t waste your time unless you know for absolute certain you cannot have children. Don’t go through the heartache I went through feeling abandoned during a sensitive time.

I will never forget being 16 and scared in the office when Jean-Louis Florence at the60 Dunning Rd location was assigned to insert my IUD.I will always remember her as the woman who made sexual harassment remarks regarding the clothes I was wearing right before she started my procedure.During my intimate procedure she never gave me any options on pain medication expect for “take ibuprofen and you’ll be fine.” I’ll never forget her damaging my cervix with a giant metal device and forcing my cervix open. I nearly passed out in the doctors office. I was SIXTEEN.She offered nothing for that traumatic experience. I left the office in a panic attack, feeling so dizzy, faint, scared, and in so much pain.She’s the reason I’m scared of the doctors office now. She gave me the worst experience in women’s health.If you are looking for services regarding birth control, please go to Planned Parenthood. They dilate your cervix with a little gauge tool and gently insert it. They also talk to you, provide comfort, and give you options for pain management.Speak up about the horrible conditions you face. I am horrified to find out she’s still practicing in this field. I deserved better.

Mrs. Aquino was knowledgeable about my condition and symptoms. She developed a treatment plan to treat my symptoms accordingly. Mrs. Aquino has great bedside manners and explained things throughly. She took extra steps, and considerations to the level care if needed. ( referral to a specialist to treat specific head trauma ).I highly recommend this provider .

I went to urgent care the other day due to my diabetes. I also had a sinus infection. Dr. Yuen took great care of me and offered to be my primary care doctor since I just moved here. He took every concern seriously and followed up. I received text messages for every single test he took with the results!Then I called today for a new issue. The P.A. Amanda called me back immediately and got me what I needed at CVS. I am thrilled to have these new doctors for my care!!! Great work by everyone. Awesome team!!!

It took us a little while to warm up to each other, but Dr. Toback cares about his patients and wants them to be well-informed. He also seems to remember his patients and their issues without looking at the chart. I feel that my feet are in good hands!

Satisfied with my visit. The nurse practitioner Cindy was amazing & listened to my concerns. At discharge the front desk staff was amazing. It was a very busy day but I was in and out within an hour. My only issue was I scheduled my appointment online and was told if I had COVID symptoms to wait in my car & call (told by the chat appointment setter) and they would test outside. That was not the case. I had to go inside and it was packed wall to wall with people coughing all over. Other than that it was a good experience

Highly recommend. Special needs friendly facility. I brought my very sick 3yo child with autism and sensory defensiveness here to be seen. We were treated with kindness, compassionate and respect from start to finish. Doctors visits are always a struggle and often you aren’t given a chance to succeed. Not the case here. The staff who checked us in offered a private waiting space for us and we were seen as quickly as they could move us in. The nurses were so calm and understanding and PA Bridgette was also fantastic. She offered us several treatment options and carefully considered everything I had to say. My daughter was giving high 5s on the way out, even after 6 swabs.

Worst Ive ever used. I have seen 4 diff Drs for the same issue just because they bounce you to whoever, they did prescribe my medication, but then never bother to call it in, and the last straw was they set up med transport for me,called and said it was done, but never actually did it. So now my Thanksgiving plans are ruined because its either be in withdrawal and go, or skip and go to the Dr. Completely irresponsible.

Went here and my knee was swollen and they didn’t do anything for me and said i had joint effusion (fluid in the knee) and had me make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor meanwhile i went to see my regular doctor before the orthopedic doctor and they said i might have lyme and they were right

I absolutely love chest urgent care the ppl there are amazing BUT middletown….. not anymore. They use to have nice ppl working there and not anymore. I went to go get dating labs done and I handed her the lab orders I had explained I was fasting. There was ppl in waiting room but a lot of them brought ppl so made it look busier.I waited 45 min til I went to counter and was told they’re busy. Ten minutes later I see ppl checking in and being taken before me. So I was there for over an hour around 3pm no food so I was pissed and told girl I’ll come back another day and apparently my lab sheets were tucked to the side where the nurses are. Usually the nice women that work there know when ur fasting u need it done and I’m usually in and out in 10min.Sony theory is they forgot about me….

Today was a very tough day for me. I was not myself during my health struggles over the past several months. I did reach out to the office several times to get in touch with the Dr. between 8:30am-3:30pm and when I was forwarded no one would answer the phone. (In their defense, I am not sure the call center has the correct extension for 60 Dunning Road) Eventually I drove over to the office myself., I could have presented myself better I knew their was something wrong. That being said, I was in a crisis. The team at the front desk of 60 dunning road for internal medicine was not as understanding as I would have expected. My personal opinion is they should have took me to a separate room to further discuss with the state I was in. Eventually, Dr Ediale came out and brought me back to see/speak with me. His bed side manners are impeccable, he does not realize how much he helped me today, when I needed it the most. He assured me I came to the right place and he will create a plan in place. That is why I am taking the time to leave this review. If you need endocrinologist. He is the ONE. He is more than 30 years experience knows and really wants to do what is best for his patients. The reason I’m leaving a 4 star is because Middletown Medical is a team as a whole. I was shut down by the front desk. Seeing I wasn’t at my best self and we are in a medical field I would expect the compassion to be an expectation and a strong team all around. This is just my experience and to share how grateful I am for Dr. Ediale today.

If I could give a 0 then I would. I called this morning upon opening requesting a telemedicine appointment for ear and throat discomfort. They scheduled me for their soonest appointment at 10:15am. By 10:00 they reached out and I completed my check-in phone call, and told me to sign in and wait for the doctor. By 10:20, the doctor wasn’t signed in. I waited until 1:00pm and then the program said “session ended” as if I had been seen 🥴…I called customer service to try to still be seen. One time the customer support employee hung up on me after putting me on hold. Two more calls, it went straight to voicemail. At that point I simply put the phone down and waited for a phone call…. Which never came!When I called at 8:00 to inquire about whether I’d be seen or not for my 10:15am appointment, the representative lied about having reached out multiple times and said that telemed ended for the day and that there was nothing I could do.Thanks for never treating my now severe ear pain! Super duper great! 👍

This rating pertains to the Lab/Ultrasound Reception only! Terrible! 2 people sitting (3rd one standing) at reception in the Lab room: terrible! They talk to you from the side of their face take a seat and are extremely rude! They are rude to everyone with their attitudes and eyerolling, the most unprofessional disrespectful people. If they do look at you its to glare at you with disdain! Then theres the Ultrasound/Radiology reception, another medical professional who seem to think it was hilarious that I was having a reaction to the oral contrast and was laughing about with the lab reception while no one knew what to do about it not even the CT technician knew what to do. Where are the protocols in place to reporting adverse reactions to contrast?! This is serious, if contrasts are being used, go to a hospital. Get a script from the doctor and go to a hospital of choice. My rating has nothing to do with the Physicians and PAs at Middletown Medical, they are all awesome! I hope the Doctors do read this and do something about these departments and how patients are being treated. Its wrong!

Doctor Yuen is one of the most patient, understanding and kind medical professionals Ive been to in decades. The staff at the Chester and Warwick offices are a pleasure to deal with. Honestly, I dont ever want to go anywhere else.

They have an excellent staff. From the receptionist, to the nurses and other staff members. They treat you with respect, they are very professional. Dr. Hyman is outstanding in his care for all his patients. He explains things in layman’s terms so you understand everything being done. He gives all his attention to you when you are there and answers all and any questions you may have. I highly recommend him and is staff.

Had to wait over 3 hours to be seen and then the physician assistant had the nerve to get an attitude and told me I would be waiting longer, somewhere else. That was a lie, because I’ve been to Urgent Care other places and I’m properly treated and released in 1.5 hours, by a real doctor (not a physician assistant). Everyone in that place was complaining and asking what was taking so long. Especially people that had small children with them. Very unprofessional. No way to treat a patient! A waste of time and didn’t even get to see a real doctor. Wasn’t even treated, because they said it would take even longer! The only positive part of the experience was that the rest of the staff was respectful. Very disgusted and disappointed by that whole experience!!!!

Dr. Edioli is a great Dr. After years of not getting my thyroid regulated, he was the only doctor that really listened to my concerns and it has been regular for years now. I wouldnt see anyone else.

Dr. Kaw at the 419 East Main St. location is totally unprofessional and her bedside manner lacks comfort. She was clearly irritated upon entering the room and her demeanor was negative. She didn’t listen to what the issues were. I would not recommend using her as a primary care physician. She is RUDE! I’d give her ZERO stars if possible.Terrible.

I had an ovarian cyst rupture while visiting family from out of town. None of the local obgyns would see me, and most of the urgent cares I called just referred me to the ER because they didnt have ultrasounds on site. Middleton Medical was so helpful and caring over the phone and said they would see me immediately, and that they had the ability to do ultrasounds on site. Start to finish, including seeing the doctor, getting lab work, getting an ultrasound, and then seeing the doctor again, the whole process took under 2 hours. The facilities are a little outdated and the waiting room was a little crowded, but they do a great job moving people through and the care I received was excellent.

Our visit was fast and the doctor was great. But it’s going on 6 hours of waiting for my daughter’s meds and I’ve called 3 times and still nothing. I understand it gets busy but this is ridiculously

Then said blood pressure was high then ask rude are you not taking your blood pressure medicine. I said to him I just had surgery Friday evening on both Kidneys and Bladder and in pain really bad. He said eat oatmeal it will help and then went on that I am not listening to the doctor. I said the doctor at Garnet hospital stated you have me on too much medication for blood pressure . He said that my blood pressure is high so he doesnt. I said to him again I just had surgery of course its up with the pain and trauma my body had with surgery and stents implants then driving here. He said about sleep apnea and the machine and that I am refusing to listen. I NEVER was tested nor ever had that machine and he mentions it every visit!!! Why!? I said your being rude and not listening to me I am in Pain with Spasms your supposed to be my doctor. I got up and went to the window where the nurse was at and told them about what happened and he didnt even care about why I was there. I said I am reporting him to the State and Administration office and Middletown Medical and seeking guidance from a lawyer about a lawsuit if needed. I called the main number of the practice and was ask in detail about his treatment towards Me and was told an email is sent about the incident and was given a apology for what happened. Administration is to be calling me I was told. In my years of a patient Dr. Hui has treated me really bad for no reason and seems to lack in the care of being a medical doctor.

Your waiting room isnt a break room. I went to urgent care and waited four hours. Heard all about one of the nurses babies and how the other nurse didnt want to deal with today. Teach your supporting staff to have bedside manners or take it to the break room. I understand being short staffed but, it does not help when said staff is giggling and cursing. Im not sure how the doctors are here but do not go to urgent careIm editing this on Friday. I have yet to get my results back nor has anyone contact me regarding them. I have called multiple times, hung up on multiple times and just pushed around your system. This is absolutely unacceptable to not get brain scanned results talk about as soon as possible or anything to help. I was told multiple times by your CSR that I will get a call from either doctor or the nurse about this. Waiting 5 days for results is ridiculous. Waiting 6 hours in urgent care is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would. Dont go to this urgent care. Dont go to these doctors. Youll never get your results. Or your promise that theyre going to give you a call at the end of the day and they never do. A supervisor or manager is unheard of an they just send you to their voice mail were if its anything like RESULTS you will not hear back from them

Dr.Maryann Park is a wonderful & compassionate doctor. I had a cough for 2 months & no one knew why but she helped figure it out. Did tests immediately & discovered I have GERD. Gave me medicine & cough gone in 1 week of taking it. She is remarkable and staff & medical assistants super nice.

Dr Michelle Appelbaum and her staff have displayed professionalism intertwined with care and compassion. This is very hard to find nowadays. I feel blessed to have them as part of my special needs childs team.

I was not seen for emergency purposes, I reached out to Middletown Medical after I called around to find a Neuro provider that participates with Workers Compensation. I was told by other physicians that the MRIs from Middletown Medical were of poor quality, to the point that a severe cervical disc problem went undiagnosed & untreated because it was not detected by their images. The radiology department staff were very kind & attentive to anxiety, although the images were not the best you can get. Now two years later I have a clear diagnosis for problems that were getting progressively worse.

My wife and I have gone to this location three or four times and each time we get in quick and receive great care. They are very pleasant and helpful.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Jennifer Reich at Middletown Medical since we moved to Middletown 13 years ago and she and her team are by far the best and most caring group of individuals we have ever worked with and the best doctor I have ever known. She is caring and takes her time with you and her staff is so amazing and always pleasant and wonderful.

I was very satisfied and pleased with Middletown Medical Urgent Care when I took my son there for the flu. The staff and doctor was very professional and compassionate. We were able to get in right away and the staff was attentive and thorough.

Staff was caring and professional. Prompt visit. Acceptable waiting period. Clean, well-lit, airy office with lovely views. Some medical procedures and tests are conveniently located on site or literally around the corner. For a doctor visit, it went as well as it possible could.

Very professional and recommended the appropriate form of beginning treatment. Very satisfied.
