Dr Medina is an excellent doctor and I consider him as a part of my family as we also consider Dr Rolando DeLeon. Dr. Media is by far the best doctor for me. His bedside manners are outstanding. He has been my doctor since I was 19 years old. I trust him 100%. The office front desk is not the best. I called three times yesterday and all three time I was on hold for 11 minutes, 14 minutes. Etc. I was pretty upset because when I went in for my appointment, none of thr ladies at the front desk were busy. They were having personal conversations. The office would be more effective if the customer service would be top notch.

This has to be the worst medical office in the US. The staff is unfriendly and rude, and they do not care to help patients. The receptionist specifically should not be working there if she doesnt like helping people.

Such an amazing Doctor with a heart of gold! He has been my doctor since I was pregnant with my first daughter 18 years ago and I have always been treated so very well and spoken to in a manner that you don’t require a PHD to understand. At my first appointment last year, we first sat in his office as he took my health history. He asked questions and brought up issues that I wasn’t even necessarily thinking about. After a follow-up diagnostic, he called me to discuss the results, which were fine. Today I had my second annual appointment. Plus I never wait for more than 15 minutes at any appointment. My only complaint is Mercy Hospital is now charging $5.99 for parking!

If I could give this doctor zero stars I would. I was a patient of his back in March 12, 1999. I am able to write this review because looking through my Medical Records I found his name. I could not remember for the life of me since I was so young and nervous because it was my first time seeing a Gyno but I found it my records. I went to see him since he was highly recommended. I was pregnant at the time. I went to see him twice and both times he told me he could not hear the babys heart beat. He said that was normal and did not do further testing. The third time I went to see him same thing happened. I was already 4 months at the time. Long story short went to see another Gyno for a second opinion and he practically saved my life. Baby was dead inside me for a while. I could have died!!! Please stay away from this doctor. If all is well with your pregnancy I am sure he is great otherwise he has no idea what he is doing.
