Dr. Bardos and team are the best of the best. Each and every person you will interact with in the office or via phone is patient and understanding. No matter the situation. They will take every precaution necessary to ensure the best care for you!! Ive been with them for well over a year and Ive had consistent, amazing services. Short version: I wish every person looking to grow their family had the opportunity of doing so at CCRM Miami.Long version: Ive been working with Dr. Potts and the CCRM family for a little over a year.From day one, the doctor, nurses and staff treated my wife and I with respect, empathy, and professionalism. I truly hope this review helps anyone who is going through this difficult journey:Services provided (all in-house):- Donor sperm collection, donor physical exam, donor semen analysis + storage.- Hysterosalpingogram (HSG)- Hysteroscopy- All bloodwork required pre and post IUI/IVF- Two IUI procedures- IVF (one egg retrieval and one transfer)- Embryo storage- OB ultrasoundFinancing:We paid out of pocket. Amanda and the financing team were transparent with the pricing from day one. They shared the different financing and health insurance options with us.Communication:I am out of state and flew in for the treatment. The doctor and nurses were super flexible and easy to communicate with. The Salve app is easy to use. It shared appointment information, lab results, and has a chat to reach the nurses and front desk. I was able to meet with the doctor even while I was away through telehealth appointments.Aside from the services being 5-star, the staff makes you feel like family. This process hard to begin with, so when youre welcomed with warm smiles for every appointment, it makes the journey worthwhile! We look forward to continue growing our family with CCRM 💕

Dr Potts was very kind and thorough. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and how he can make the process more comforting for his patients. I’m sure everyone chooses CCRM because of doctors and leaders like him.

I cannot recommend this clinic and Dr. Callum Potts enough! He is extremely knowledgable, professional and compassionate. Devyn was my assigned nurse, and she was also very helpful, responsive and facilitated all the details for medications, billing, scheduling etc. The clinic is extremely clean, and the unique thing about CCRM, is that I encountered help from the entire team on different occasions, and every member of the team consistently provided the same level of exceptional service, professionalism and care, and provided a carefree seamless experience. Shoutout to Caroline, Samantha, Wendy and Ester also! HIGHLY recommended! Thank you all for everything!

The staff is super nice and professional. It was a very amazing experience. Dr. W was super cool, it was our first time meeting and it seemed like ive been his patient for years! I really excited to working with CCRM for my next surrogacy journey.

My husband and I found CCRM after not having the best experience at our previous clinic. Making the switch to CCRM Miami was the best decision we made during our 4 year infertility journey. Dr. Potts far surpassed anything we could have hoped for. He really took the time to understand our situation, hear our concerns, and validate our feelings. We knew from our first meeting with him that we were in good hands! Throughout our time there we met with Dr. Bardos and Dr.Waldman as well and they are just as compassionate and dedicated to their patients! We can’t say enough good things about the entire staff! Dr. Bardos and his team are truly exceptional! After a long and challenging fertility journey, Dr. Bardos was our fifth doctor. CCRM Miami is the best. I searched across South Florida looking for a fertility clinic to undergo an egg freezing cycle, but found that places either felt like a factory, or the doctor was just ok. Once I met Dr. Bardos at CCRM, my search was over! He is an absolute brilliant physician who provided outstanding individualized care, and held high standards for quality and results. The staff and the entire nursing team is incredible too. Special thank you to nurses Wendy, Aliza, Caroline and Sam who went above and beyond for me. The facility is the nicest one I had visited-- everything is state of the art and brand new. My cycle was a huge success, and I am so thankful to Dr. Bardos and everyone at CCRM. This is the ONLY place I would ever go to, or recommend, for fertility in South Florida. :) GR

We just started at CCRM Miami, but so far so good! Dr. Bardos is absolutely great and the team is super responsive and friendly. It feels different than every other fertility clinic I have encountered. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the Miami office was so flexible and friendly as I was trying to schedule monitoring appointments while I was in FL for a week. They communicated to my home office (Boston) and made sure my doctor had all he needed. Dr. Bardos, the nurses, and the administrators were all very helpful and kind.

Most amazing clinic in Miami! Every time we tried getting an appointment we were met with the most professionalism and so quick and easy! Dr Bardos is absolutely terrific with the utmost sensitivity and respect to each patient, highly recommend!

Procedure went very smoothly. Im very grateful for having found Dr. Bardos after numerous visits to well known centers and years of doctors, hes the only one out of them all who has been enabled to accurately identify where my problem is stemming from. Truly grateful for he and his team 🤍🙏

My wife and I are so glad we found CCRM. This is our first round of IVF with them and previously we had one round at another clinic. Our experience here at CCRM has been far superior and exceeded all our expectations.

I work upstairs from CCRM and one day decided to pop into the office to say hi. I met Amanda and Dr. Potts, and they were both wonderful. The fertility topic is emotional for me and I knew I needed to feel very comfortable. Over the next few weeks, I would stop by the office to say hi and enjoyed getting to know the staff and doctors. They were always so warm and friendly and slowly my anxiety went down, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Potts. He is so patient and kind, he answered all my questions (and I had a lot). I did my workup and throughout the whole process I felt very much at ease - from his assistant to the nurse drawing my blood. The process was smooth and relaxing. I feel Dr. Potts really cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to continue working with them and happy to have them as my work neighbors :)

This is not our first fertility clinic but it will be our last. CCRM Miami is top of the line when it comes to the medical offices, medical staff and overall family building experience. I am forever grateful for CCRM Miami.

Fertility places make you feel like cattle but CCRM doesn’t do that! They care about the patient and spend time with everyone. I have been through 5 fertility places and I can’t even describe how CCRM takes the time to make me feel like an individual!

This office is certainly beautiful but I found the lack of transparency with billing very concerning. Since this office doesn’t accept most insurances, I had to pay out of pocket and was provided with a sheet that lists out costs for self pay. It was shocking that they decided to change 5X the price I was expecting and did not adhere to the pricing sheet they provide. Although we liked Dr. Bardos, this lack of transparency made us not trust this office and seek another center that takes our insurance.

So far, we have only had our initial appointment with Dr. Bardos. I found him to be personable, thoughtful, thorough, and receptive. I liked his approach and I feel like he treated me as an individual patient and not just another patient dealing with infertility. He listened to our concerns and our expectations and was measured, but forthcoming in response. It is frustrating to feel like we are starting over, but I feel like Dr. Bardos will treat me and my needs, not just put me through a standard protocol. He explained CCRM’s approach is to take on less patients so that each patient can be prioritized as they go through treatment. So, I am hopeful that we have found a doctor who will treat us and our needs.

Dr Bardos, Dr Potts, and the whole team created an amazing experience. From the minute I entered the office I was greeted instantly. I probably waited less than 60 seconds before I was called back. Every step of the way, I was treated respectfully and compassionately by every staff member. I can’t say enough about how professional and caring Dr Bardos and Team was. Highly recommend to anyone that is going through this process, where attention to all aspects of a patient’s needs are important. 10/10

Dr Bardos is extremely professional and attentive. He addressed all my questions during the initial consultation and created a personalized treatment plan.

My experience with CCRM has been very positive-my main doctor, Dr. Potts has incredible bedside manner and takes the time to listen and truly hear each patient. He is a great balance of validating emotions (so necessary in this field!) while also being extremely intelligent and logical. I would recommend Dr. Potts to anyone!My nurse, Devyn, is truly amazing as well! She responds to my messages within 2 hours with compassion, understanding and a strong knowledge base.I had to call the on call doctor, Dr. Bardos with a medical emergency and he was readily available and took the time to speak with me and a nurse while acting with urgency. I am very grateful for him.The front desk and phlebotomist team and the anesthesia/OR nurses are also incredibly kind and supportive.Could the phone system after 2:30 pm use some work as mentioned in a previous post? Absolutely-but that’s such a minor issue compared to the great care I have received and I’m sure they’ll sort it out.Thank you for everything!

Dr. Bardos and the entire CCRM team are incredible! They made a difficult and stressful time easier and were always available to answer any questions. The new office is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend CCRM for anyone struggling on their fertility journey.

I can honestly say Dr. Potts and the staff are amazing! I just had an initial consult (have not started treatment yet) but I was very happy with him and the time he took to listen to my whole story. He provided the best advise to me at that moment and I am very glad I saw him! He is very knowledgeable and patient and kind! God willing, I will begin treatment with him very soon!

CCRM Fertility is a place I would highly recommend for any fertility or female reproductive health services needed. They go above and beyond for every single service they provide here. The doctors, the staffs, just everyone in general are so welcoming and friendly. They show how you’re not alone in this process and they’re completely understanding when it comes to many complications that may be faced along a rough journey. This is the place to be!
