They are the most professional, clean and friendly office Ive been to!! Meghan, Courtney and Candice are so very helpful and friendly. They are respectful of your time and get you in and out quick. Im so thankful for the work they do!! Thanks ID Partners for getting me back on my feet!

Im just very annoyed as to why my father and I had to show up to his appt at 11:30am today. To be seen for 15 mins, to tell us we had to go to another place to finish his urine testing......and then because most medical offices are closed 12pm-1pm for lunch, we had to wait for staff to come back from lunch, when we checked in, It said we wouldnt be seen til 3pm.....if my father had to have this testing done, why couldnt we have made the appts all at once....why are we paying for todays visit anyway??? Such a waste of everyones time.

These people are wonderful. I have had the best experience with this company. My doctor is thorough and attentive. I enjoy going here.

Dr. Smart and her staff are amazing. They always trying to make sure that their patients get the best quality care possible. Misty, is also so sweet, and is always doing what she can to bring a smile to the people she comes into contact with.

Dr Samart and her Medical Assistant Misty have been an awesome team. I was very pleased. Dr Samart was very thorough during my visits and treatment. I highly recommend this office for any of your ID needs!!!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Although Dr.Samart herself is very sweet, the office staff make the entire experience miserable. During our appointment, the office Manager Stephanie Sellars cursed and could be heard treating other patients over the phone poorly. A staff member by the name Courtney is very rude and told my husband Patient care comes before personal services when he brought up the lack of professionalism from the office. This office should not be ran by those who are running it.

My first day at the infusion center was stress free thanks to Kara and Tony. They kept me talking and cheerful through the entire learning experience. I left feeling confident in the staff as well as myself. I successfully completed my own infusion of antibiotics earlier tonight.The office is clean and comfortable. ( especially those recliners!) I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of IV services.F. Cartwright

Very good place to receive your treatment caring staff and amazing atmosphere!

Dr. Samart is an excellent doctor. Her bedside manner was very caring and she took the time to explain the treatment my son went through and I will forever be thankful.

I was rushed through my appointment and Dr. Samart did not answer any of my questions or concerns nor did she give me any recommendations or guidance on what I should do next. I was referred by another specialist and was very disappointed. The visit was costly and I truly felt like the doctor had no intentions on helping me or cared about finding answers for me. I do not recommend this office.

We have been calling for a prescription refill to be called in . Dr Desi had asked that I stay on for a year but your staff has not called in anything going on day 3 with no meds.

Dr Akers was very thorough. He was patient and concerned about all your needs. He answered all our questions. We recommend him for your ID needs.

I have seen Devak Desai for a couple of diagnosis’ and he has been very helpful, informative and tentative. I’m very thankful for his help!
