Staffs are very nice and friendly. They made sure you’re comfortable as they go with the process.

I came in for my routine testing and yes, I did have to wait, even after making an appointment. But I noticed with free or government paid services, there’s always a wait. But most importantly. I was paired with JULIE. She was awesome. She made the whole experience worth the wait. She has a beautiful personality, and was just super helpful, patient, funny and comforting through an already stressful day.. 5 stars for Julie.

Had my appointment at 9:45am there was only a couple people early morning. Had to wait till after 12:00pm to get my service. Not good service on getting organize. Hope it gets better if not will have to change provider

Be prepared to wait 3+ hours even if you have an appointment. Worst service ever.

The service is horrible, The employees don’t inform you of their wait period and expects you to seat there entire day. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and on my arrival they had me waiting over 3hrs and was rushed during my consultation with the doctor. I had to find someone to pick up my children from school, since I didn’t want to loose my space. However, my questions were rushes and I felt as if I was not service properly. Clearly, I should have taken a notepad with my issues on hand, because my thoughts blocked out during my questionnaire with the doctor and couldn’t ask the questions that I was actually concern about. I felt pressure into asking quickly. They need to work better on time period with each patients, and inform ppl ahead of the longs wait. But this has happened 3 times to me, already can’t say it will change it just disappointing I’ve gone early, midday and evenings. So, it doesn’t matter what time I check i.

They are very courteous, helpful and professional . I appreciate the attention and medical attention. I feel really secure about my visit with Plan parenthood on 30th st.

The worst location I’ve been too, came right on time to my appointment. Now it turns out I have to wait an hour, and 30 minutes extra just to get into a room for an exam. It’s unbelievable, the place isn’t even packed today, I asked the front desk, “why is it taking so long ?” She said they are backed up in the back but honestly I think they just don’t wanna work. Why have people who don’t wanna work ?? Makes no sense how they are in the back being lazy and are able to call in people whenever they feel like it. As if we don’t have other things/ responsibilities to handle as well.

My experience at this clinic was as good as it gets. The facilities were clean, staff was courteous, and the clinicians were caring, exhibiting expertise in all areas of health care delivery. I was treated with kindness and compassion during my entire visit. Thank you all, and a special thank you to Jennifer M., my NP. She Put me at ease, took time to listen to my concerns, and is extremely knowledgeable with a gentle touch. If only all care providers were like her ♥️.

The front desk and staff were very nice and understanding! Quick and easy to get an appointment also! Especially Susie O who knows was super sweet and I love her so much!

Very friendly and responsive staff. Wait was about 20 minutes. Usually here for about an 1 hour and a half. Appointments are easy to book and are usually available if you needed to take care of your business sooner than later. Walk-ins are accepted for most services except for certain exams so be sure to call in advance in these situations. This is the most comfortable planned parenthood in LA in my opinion. 😇

Couldnt run my insurance on a Saturday. So I had to pay out of pocket. No disclaimer saying that anywhere until you get there to check in. Staff are slow, lazy, rude and unprofessional. They tell you test results will be available in 7-10 days then when you call when they arent uploaded to your profile in that timeframe they tell you 6 weeks. All the time being rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

Clean facilities and great service from Susana! If you need to be in and out fast book the first appointment of the day.

This is my clinic. I come here every 3 months for my depo shot and every time it takes me two hours. The staff is sweet and professional but expect to wait for two just for this service.

The staff was nice but OMGEE they took so long to see me.My appointment was 12pm I got there 11:30 am I was out by 2:05 pm and I just went for birth control shot !!! There were not a lot people I’ll say like 10 !

This was absolutely the worst experience Ive had at a clinic in my life, by far.I visited this clinic over two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for an IUD, the birth control method, and followed the given instructions by the physician.I came back today, only to find out that they never scheduled the appointment because they werent doing any IUD implantations that day. They put me down as a general appointment, and they didnt have any available appointments anytime soon. They said they tried calling me to let me know my appointment would be canceled; however, they not only have my number wrong but also misspelled my name wrong under my patient information. HOW DO YOU GET THAT MUCH INFORMATION WRONG.Not to mention how the physicians poor attempt at calming me down only made me more furious.After frequent reminders to her that I was only available very few certain days, she tracked down an appointment elsewhere for the following week. So I am grateful I do not have to wait more than two weeks again, but I will never come back to this facility again.

Brenda is hospitable and very empathetic. On your worse day she will put a smile on your face.

I was looking for a good Planned Parenthood location and decided to give this place a try based on the good reviews. The staff is friendly and the ladies working with me were very nice and professional. Overall my experience was way better than I expected.

Great wonderful staff specially Ana she was nice enough to answer all my questions and gave me the proper knowledge about things I was confused about . She made me feel welcome and like if I was in a secure comfortable place with out judgement

Helpful but one of the workers made me feel bad about myself even though I did nothing wrong. Healthcare providers are supposed to be considerate of their patients feelings. Because of that experience, I never wanted to go back again out of fear of humiliation.

Everyone was so welcoming and nice. They really showed they care. From the front desk, to the medical staff. I felt comfortable and got the services I needed.

Waited 20 minutes on the phone to make an appointment and they either hung up on me or the machine did. Dont even bother, just make the appt online if you really need to come here

The staff is extremely helpful and everything about the place gives a good vibe. If youre nervous about anything that will get done in this place they know how to put your mind at ease and walk you through everything.

These guys turned me away from getting a day after pill on a Saturday. Their excuse to turn me away was that they stopped taking walk-ins. It’s a Saturday, they are closed on Sunday I only needed a day after pill and now I fear I’m going to get pregnant. I always trusted in planned parenthood to help people in need, now I’m completely disappointed in them.

I am so mad, My husband been waiting for his last appointments for 5 months apparently we found out the staff members last all my husbands paper work now he has to start all over again with the process.

I don’t understand what the wait is for. Even if you have an appointment, you’ll still be here for two hours or more. It’s ridiculous.

I did not get what was needed the first appointment. Had to book for another appointment and was told the physician called out 30 minutes prior. Tried to book again and the operator said my insurance was not accepted.

This is the only office I visit. Its often very busy, but they always make sure youre comfortable and theyre always very friendly and courteous.

I really like the attention in this place, like anywhere there is a waiting time, but the girls take care of you very well, they clarify your doubts, and they support you in your most difficult and private moments, it is your privacy as a woman.. I recommend that and give them 5 out of 5.
