If you are on your way to this clinic, change the address and go to the West Hollywood or Santa Monica clinic. Ive been to both of these locations and they are really professional there. In this location the receptionist is quite rude!! Both. I had already gone to the clinic three days ago, had my tests done and no one called me about the results, it had been 3 days. I went to the clinic to ask about my results, I took the time to go there and they did the whole process again, exams again, they did the whole procedure even though I had already done it, I just wanted my results. I commented that I was just there for the results and they were completely rude. I was very nervous about my pain that it’s going on more than 2 weeks. It will be 4 days tomorrow, I probably have a UTI, I dont have my results, I dont have any prescriptions from pharmacies and when I call they tell me to go to urgent care. (?) I lost my time going to this clinic. And plus money charged for lab exams.

Receptionist is super rude, it smells very very horrible and weird inside. The other location in Inglewood is cleaner, new and friendly staff. This place needs to restaff and clean. Smells like old p***d blood and sweat.

The WORST Experience Ever!!!! The Ladys In The Front Were Just Talking About There Weekend & Gossiping About Other Individuals! The Fact That They Were Gossiping While They Had Patients Waiting & Didnt Bring A Patient In Until 1 Individual & Myself Went To The Front And Asked Them How Long! Ive Been Here More Than An 1 Hour! This Is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

If I had the option to give this location zero Stars then I would have to chose that this location always seems like they cant help anyone or they cant take anyone and it doesnt matter the hour the time I have came to this location at 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon and they took me without an appointment or anything everyday they rules change I highly dont recommend this location

First time going to a PP and had a wonderful experience! Made an appointment only two days prior for Nexplanon (the arm implant birth control). My appt was at 1:30, I arrived about 15 min early and was all done by 2:00! I heard its not too long of a wait even without an appt. Everyone was so nice and the place is very clean and I was very comfortable and pleased with my experience.

Went there for the first time and although it did take a little longer than I thought, the process was quick and east and the staff were all so helpful and kind

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a simple pill, ONE PILL. 2 WHOLE HRS! Even arrived early for appt with only 1 patient ahead of me. Smh never again. Stick to PPH Upland

Its funny they take down all the bad reviews but I will continue to post! Worst customer service ever especially by the front desk girl. Who is a liar and when caught and called out on her lie acted stupid about the whole situation. Ridiculous, pointless to have an appointment if they still have you wait over 1 hour. Waste of time! Dont come here!!

This facility is so incredible! All the way from the staff at the front desk to the practitioner. There is nothing more powerful than seeing a team of powerful women exude nothing but kindness & support. I highly recommend this facility! Thank you ladies 🤎

No one is barely here I scheduled an earily appointment 8:10 just to pick something up no exams or anything and here I am over an hour later a person with no appointment that got here after me and two girls before her have already been seen. I made the earliest appointment possible because I have a big load of responsibilities to tend to

Iv been coming here for about three years now and I would highly recommend them. I love the service the staff and the attention recieved every time Im here. The ladies that work here know what they are doing. Keep up the amazing work.

Came here for some testing, the receptionist was super nice and the lady that attended me was even nicer! I really recommend the place, I had no appointment and i was done before an hour.

The wait was about an hour after filling out paperwork it recently opened so not too many people go there and the workers are very nice

After four different nurses and three hours of waiting to ultimately receive nothing, they still havent decided whether nonbinary people exist or not.
