I had an excellent experience at HealthCARE Express Urgent Care! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. The wait time was minimal, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The medical team was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood my treatment options. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling confident about the care I received. Highly recommend this urgent care center for anyone in need of prompt and quality medical attention!

So grateful that they were open on Labor Day. Got symptoms on Saturday night. That’s a bad time to be sick, Labor Day weekend. They open at 8 am and I was there. Got efficient, competent, and concerned attention. They promptly notified that my Covid test was positive and I had the meds by noon. Thank you so much.

Painful walk-in and painless walking out!I had major discomfort and pain within my arm and the staff quickly came to aid my injuries. They only ask directly about the concerns you have and will swiftly provide feedback with facts about the issues while also providing awesome recommendations.Wonderful communication!Asked for extra painkillers and they provided everything without hassle!(They will make sure you dont feel anything if you asked.)Staff was very resourceful and responsible!If you have any issues then please ask the staff for all the available help you need!

I had the unfortunate experience of getting hurt on a trail race and needing medical attention. I was a long way from home but was brought here by someone who knows the area well. I was very pleased by all of the exceptional care from the front desk- to the nurse Krista? She was especially kind and made me feel comfortable to Dr. Alex who I felt gave me great medical advice and care. Big thanks to the techs who took me for x-rays and the tech who carefully put the boot on my right leg.I was very grateful for everyone’s exceptional care. Come here every time it’s going to take forever to get an appointment with my doctor. I love it. The appointment times work well with my hectic schedule and they’re fast and effective! Love it!!

NP Alex is the gold standard of excellent care. The only reason for giving the overall experience a 3-star review is because Walmart Supercenter pharmacy kept saying they hadnt received my Rx. So from the time of entering the lobby for a walk-in exam until getting my Rx filled took a full four hours which feels too long when I dont feel well. I hope to get NP Alex again in the future because he was great!

Patricia is always amazing when it comes to my health needs. If it wasn’t for her diagnosing me years ago I don’t know if I’d be alive today. Patricia is the reasoning I keep coming back.Victoria at the front desk is wonderful as well. She is always very helpful with getting my appointment made over the phone. She even explained the text messaging process in depth so I could do my paperwork before coming in. I call her nails because every time I come in she has a different set of nails on, she’s so cute and fit for her position!To all the nurses thank you for being so nice and getting me in last minute and being so kind. Yall make me feel comfortable and at ease with my medical conditions!I will continue to keep coming back for these reasonings!

I will have to say that after going to several clinics across the country as a truck driver and being a veteran myself this is gonna be one of the most professional clinics that I have been to everybody there from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor is professional kind, and wants to find the root of the problem without just rushing you through if you need a place to go go here they are awesome thank you for all you do. Keep up the good work.

Starting with the front desk, Brittany helped me over the phone make an appt for today. Victoria helped check me in and even offered to let me sit in the car while I waited, I loved that due to my immune system being low at this time. Rachel my nurse called me and was waiting at the door, very friendly. Trish the doctor really made me feel comfortable and got me the meds I needed. This is my first visit here and I will keep coming back as long those three are working.

This is my go to place when it’s the weekend or my regular primary care physician is out of office! The waiting area and exam rooms are always really nice and clean! The staff is also incredibly welcoming and friendly! I’ve never had a negative experience here! Even without an appointment and being a walk-in; I’ve never had to wait a long time to be seen. Honestly, they’re usually quicker than my actual PCP. Best place to go if you’re needing quick, friendly, good care!

I had to wait a while for the test to run, but I got everything taken care of while I was there. The staff were very helpful and very kind. They took the time to gather the information. I never felt, rushed and felt like my care mattered

The providers that I had contact with treated me and took care of my problems as presented to them. My only concern was the issue of the appearance of having a no mask required policy. I presented to the clinic as having tested positive twice for covid and was wearing a mask while in the clinic More than one of the providers told me a mask was not necessary and I should remove mine. While I agree with their statement that it doesn’t offer complete protection for me I believe that it does provide some protection for the other patients in the waiting room sitting next to me that doesn’t have my symptoms. My position is that they should not even bring up the issue of masks at all and limit their comments to the issues presented by the patient.

Receptionist, nurse,doctor were all efficient and professional. Very thankful the clinic was open until 8:00. We arrived at 7:30 and was treated as if we were the first patient of the day

Helpful and friendly staff. Showed up to the clinic 30 minutes before close for a small incident that just happened but had to get a shot. They had me in and out very quickly while still making sure I was completely taken care of. These guys are awesome!

Previously at this clinic I had a wonderful experience. However, my most recent experience was less than desirable. I made an appointment. 25 minutes after the appointment time was called back. Then I wasted another 30 minutes. The provider did not give me a diagnosis and really didn’t look at the swelling in my face area. She seemed more anxious for me to take a Covid test which I refused because I had no symptoms. My thoughts were that I had sinus issues that became infected and therefore I needed an antibiotic. The inside of my nose was swollen but she didn’t look in and seemed rush to move on. I could have gotten the attention at a tele doc just as well. Bottom line a diagnosis or thoughts about my swelling would have been nice.Note: the receptionist and nurse were pleasant.

This was my first time to visit and I was very happy that I chose to come to Health Care Express. The front desk was friendly and kind. The nurse and doctor were friendly and wanted to help us get well. The wait time and visit time was great as well. No delays. My child and I left receiving great care. Would visit again!!

Friendly and efficient staff clean facility. They also have an easy way of checking in using your cell phone which minimizes physical contact. You don’t have to touch clip boards or writing instruments others may have used. I highly recommend using their services.

The doctor who did the physical was amazing very sweet. But the guy who came in to swab my teenagers throat for step entered the room and said Im here to shove something down your throat and choke you. I was mortified and didnt say anything at the time since I have 2 kids in the room with me that didnt catch on. Beyond unprofessional and inappropriate

Traveling with a urinaty tract infection is miserable the team at HealthCare Express Longview worked with me to check my insurance and get me in and out in record time - hope I do not have to return but if I amEver back in Longview with any issue I will return here

To be honest this is the best urgent care Ive ever been to , very clean and the people are very respectful, Ive been given the treatment needed and exact medicine I have to to have , which their is only one that works for me and they always makes sure I get what I need , we are very blessed to have u guys in our town , thank you for ur guys service and taking pride in what u do

Went in on a Saturday for some broke stitches on my arm. Receptionist was very friendly. Wait time was very fast. The provider and her assistant were very nice also. The handled the issue exceptionally.

The practitioner was on point with the diagnosis everything is healing well she was friendly the staff was professional I was disappointed about the information they needed to be put in electronically but aside from that everything was great. It was a hassle with someone who is not very computer literate

I went to health Care Express not feeling good at all and by the time I left I couldn’t believe it honestly EVERYONE was so kind they was the nicest people EVER!!! The doctor even went out of her way to show me things that I could do to help me. I have NEVER been anywhere where EVERYONE was so nice!!! Great experience at Health Care Express! I made my appointment the day before online, and the next day got in with a short wait to see nurse practitioner Trish Griffin. She did a quick check up, sent me for chest x-rays and treated me for what turned out to be pneumonia. Since moving from Austin 5 years ago, I have not been able to find a good family practice doctor in the Longview area, but Health Care Express is there when I need medical help.

Was processed and seen quickly. Both NPs were very professional and I was very pleased with my care.

First thing, call ahead and ask if they can treat you for sure, if you get there and they will call you to the back to hear exactly what you said at the front and day they cannot help you and keep the 175ish dollars you prepay at the front. Second, wait time on check in is very long. You come in, get in line, to hand over your ID and cards so they can be verified right then, then you wait while they do this for several others, so if advise you suit down if you are handicapped like myself. Third Not sure why I have to fill out the SAME documents as if they havent seen you before every time you come in. They also no not even ask permission to send it via text and just do so, so make sure your number is still the same... which they will have just asked you to verify. Then you wait. Today the floor had mud print everywhere so it was slippery. I ended up with several amounts due to a name change and some misspelling. Then my prescription was called in under the wrong name so do not get me started on how upset that made me. Lol. Last the app, signs everywhere with how to download the app and a blanket practice code, so be prepared to get mad as heck. This location doesnt show up under that so good luck figuring it out. LolThis place could be a great place with a little bit understanding from the patients view.

Went in to about a month and an half ago being very sick and got tested for several things, doctor came in and said she would give me a call with the results. Doctor prescribed me antibioticsWithout even knowing what I had. Never got a call back, and ended up being sick for almost 3 weeks, now they’re charging extra money over a month later.

I found staff to be friendly and thorough. They took their time and listened, and answered all my questions. Most of all, gave me some medicine to get me on the mend.

Everyone was friendly. Wait time wasn’t long and it was an easy paperless process. The customer service and service received was great.

This is my go-to clinic in Longview when I need quick results. Staff is friendly, patient and listens and answers my questions. Doctors are knowledgeable and professional.

Very unprofessional. Was seen for my foot which I figured was broken from 3 weeks ago. After xrays the doctor came in and said, “well looks like your not faking it after all”. Then proceeded to tell me how this has happened to her and very painful. And also assumed that I was prescribed naproxen from the VA from my chronic back pain. Gaslighting at its finest.

Took them over 6 hours to send my prescription, my pharmacy still hasn’t received it. My appointment was 10am this morning, it’s 5pm now. Frustrating when I don’t feel good and can’t get my medication.

I was treated quickly, have to say I didnt have a long wait at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. Felt like I was in good hands with the nurse practitioner and walked out feeling much better than when I went in. Would definitely recommend.

Bottom line, I was miserable with a cold that was getting worse and worse. After $50 co-pay with my insurance. and a very short wait, I got a very easy diagnosis and meds. Basically the lowest hassle of one of these quick clinics Ive ever had, and very friendly. Much appreciated but I hope I never have to go back!

Service was great. But, Made an appointment, had to wait once I got there about an hour. I thought by making the appointment I would not be treated as a walk in, but once back in the room , it didn’t take them long to come in and identify my illness and prescribe just what I needed to feel better. The service was nice , the staff was friendly , and I am feeling so much better.

After a horrible day in the area medical circus, I found Healthcare Express to be the shining light. I am thankful to God in the Highest for leading there. They may have saved my life.

Dr. Sara is a lier! She gives false results when doing physicals, get second opinion due to her lies! She needs to be investigated! Her ability to give medical information needs to be questioned! She can get this place sued and license revoke! I recommend getting a second opinion if you go here they will lie and mess up your paperwork and give false information!

The longest wait I have ever experienced at any medical facility, I mean absolutely horrible. There were literally 3 other people waiting to be seen when I arrived and an hr and 47 minutes later I get called back finally. They do not take you in by the order you came in its by whoever gets there paperwork done 1st and since mine was a workers comp claim I had extra do those who came in after me got to go back before me. I would have never picked this place but thats where my job sent me but I promise Ill never be back. Also front desk has zero personality to go along with your extended wait.FO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO HOSPITALITY ER if you find yourself in need of medical attention and your in the area.

From the first person I saw which was the receptionist I felt like everything was so impersonal. Had to do paperwork the phone which after correcting my phone number they still sent it to my daughter. After getting to the back I felt like I was on a time limit. Tried to talk to the nurse and she was not interested in what I had to say. Never looked at me while talking just kept putting stuff into the computer. Hurry hurry. The PA was nice and spent a few minutes to talk to us. Was told it would take 26 minutes for my daughters test results and pretty much asked to leave and they would call us with results. 3 hours later I called got a voice-mail. another 2 hours finally the nurse calls and said just wanted to make sure someone called and gave you your results. Long story short felt lvery impersonal and rushed.

I took a very bad fall resulting in breaking my eye glasses. The Staff at Urgent Care was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. The wait was approximately 15 minutes. I felt like I was in good hands starting with the staff as well as with the provider Donnelly FNP, SHERRY. The X-ray Tech was very friendly, helpful, and assisting as needed. I would definitely recommendThe urgent HealthCare Express Longview.

The best Urgent care I have been to in any state I have been in. Doesn’t look like a care facility, friendly staff, welcome and your name on the exam door, clean, beautiful facility. I don’t like going to doctors, but this place put me at ease and I won’t hesitate to go again. A plus that they are in partnership with the VA as I am a traveling vet. The themed rooms are awesome, the whole place was an amazing experience. Thank you for that!

Everyone was absolutely wonderful!! I had to take my 73 year old mother to Healthcare Express Urgent Care because her doctors office closes early on Fridays and my mother has a history of strokes. Everyone was so friendly and so caring towards my mother and that meant so much to me. I have been here before for myself and never had any complaints toward them. It was the best care I can remember form the P.A. and Nurse that attended me. They didnt rush things and made sure they covered everything in detail before they made a decision-making. Then they decided to take care of the problem in a very professional manner. Extremely pleasant the full time I was there. They truly Do Your Job as the great saying goes. Wonderful atmosphere!

The first time I came here the front desk girl forgot to check me in. So I waited an hour for nothing then left.The second time I came here for a TB skin test the medical assistant didnt even circle positive or negative on my results page. Literally the only job she had in my chart. I cant say Ill be back. This office does not seem medically efficient and that leads to mistakes.

This place is trash. Just sitting in a room for 2 hours with no one checking in on me or explaining anything. Nurses just joking around and flapping with each other through the wall. Only 2 patients in the clinic and its been 2 hours of nothing. Go anywhere else this place is a joke.

Just wenthere and they tried to get me to fill out a form saying they could charge my debit card up to 300 dollars oh hell no ! Paid 25 dollar copay guess I won’t get that back ! Hell I went to Hospitality they always treat me right !!!!!!

Worst experience ever !!! Came in with neck pain and was accused of just wanting drugs and told to go to the Er if that’s what I wanted, if I wanted just drugs why would I allow you to take a X-ray to make sure nothing is wrong . I go to work everyday and have a regular doctor just used this as an urgent care because I couldn’t get in with my doctor. Never ever again !!! The provider Trish was the worst !!!

Waited only ten minutes. Friendly staff and PA. I was surprised the Covid, strep, and pneumonia test took 45 min to run, but got a great nap on examining table. Ha ha! Very pleased. Got shot in hip, Z-pack, & pills for vertigo dizziness.

Ive never been to an urgent care before but Id definitely recommend this one and will return if I ever need to be seen at one. They were all so friendly. Checking in was fast and getting into a room to be seen wasnt a long wait. Dr. Alex was attentive and really listened to why I was there. They ran labs and I was off to get my prescriptions. We both were feeling awful and had grandkids with strep so we needed to get checked out. The office was packed but things moved smoothly and efficiently! The staff was all so friendly and helpful! The NP that saw us actually took all our symptoms in consideration when prescribing an antibiotic!! We highly recommend!!

The doc and team did something really interesting that I didnt expect from an Urgent Care location--They cared. Yes, they actually cared about me. Not only did they treat the illness I came in for, they found some underlying health things that they were very adamant about addressing so I didnt have to go on any life altering medications. It felt good to know that the people taking care of me actually wanted to see me healthy overall.

The doctor was very kind and helpful. However, once trying to get my prescription for my 9yr son, they refused to re-send it because it’s been “past the window of taking medication”. Talk about a waste of time and money. He went to see the doctor the SAME DAY his symptoms had started. The medicine wasn’t going to be ready in time to start in pill form. So the pharmacist was requesting to change it to liquid but called the clinic to get the ok. Just for the nurse Angie (who we didn’t see) to refuse cause his chart said his symptoms started days before. She said she will talk to the doctor and “See” about calling me back. Which she never did. This is our second visit and something wrong always happens. I’m done going here and recommending people.

Excellent care for my health concerns. The office was full of patients due to the cold/flu season however they serviced me in a reasonable amount of time. The technician and doctor were both knowledgeable and friendly providing the correct diagnosis and treatment plan.

The exam room was unnecessarily cold. The MA/CNA needs training on basics like obtaining weight. The provider was great insofar as knowledge and professional, but proficiency is slow. I was seen within a week for the same thing as my husband and was treated completely differently with different medications. My provider followed cdc guidelines for treatment, my husband’s didn’t and he was told he could be back in public without a mask in 24 hours. I would go back, but I would be prepared to tell them exactly how I wanted to be treated go Covid.

2nd visit was just as good as the 1st.The staff here are exceptional and the wait time to see the Dr. was fast, less than 30 minutes from completing my paperwork.

Got very sick and since I finally have health insurance went to Urgent care.Turns out I tested positive for Covid. Walk-in, the wait was longer than I expected, and the co-pay was more than what I was told originally. Great experience with Doc. Since Covid started Ive never tested positive (or had a positive testing experience 🤯) or had symptoms (been sick with Covid). This Doctor was awesome 5 🌟! Got the meds I needed 🤗, got quarantined from work 😷😱 and now Im good. Being an adult is overwhelming, but for the first time it felt good. To be an adult handing over my first insurance card and not just going to the ER. 😁 I will be an adult again next time I get sick and go to Urgent care 😊

I had been going here for 2 years to receive my allergy shot and one of the new workers Philip lost/misplaced my $400 vial and the office manager Gabe hasn’t contacted me to solve the issue and take ownership to refill my vial. I do not recommend them!!!! The only reason they receive a star is because the receptionist are actually nice and try to get things done!

And previously Ive never had any issues.But this time they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy even after I called repeatedly to check that they sent it to the one, each time saying the name several times. Literally took all day and going to to the pharmacy for the nurse to figure out that she sent it to the an entirely different company

I made my appointment and filled out paperwork online. Upon check in, I only waited about 5 mins and was seen by PA very quickly. Nurse & PA were very attentive, I rushed and helpful. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely fantastic. From the cleanliness, customer service and efficiency, I couldn’t ask for a better urgent care to visit! As soon as I walk in I feel like I’m going to be taken care of. I never wait long, and it’s hard to find a friendly group of medical staff. They care for their patients and I can’t thank them enough for always taking care of me and my family!

I am very happy with the care that I received. My wait time was short in the lobby and in the exam room. My issue had resolved itself by the time I got to my appointment. The nurse practitioner (Alex) still took the time to examine me thoroughly and explain the possible reasons for my symptoms. She was very professional and courteous and she urged me to come back if my symptoms returned.

Over the last 3 months I have dealt with oceleron bursitis on my elbow. Decided to have it drained, so we went to health care Express to have the procedure done. My wife did all of the online check-in paperwork so that when we arrived we only had a 5-minute wait before we were taken to our room. 30 minutes later my elbow was drained by a wonderful caretaker and assistance. Im not a hospital going person, but it was a very relaxing and stress-free experience.

Professional and caring staff from check-in to discharge. Nurse Jodie was exceptionally wonderful. He really made my experience pleasurable.

Received excellent help at the front desk from Emily. Provider Alex was attentive and had good bed side manner. She did not rush me at all. Nurse Haley was awesome too. I hate being sick but I would return if I had too. Give them all a raise!

I went there today for my shoulder pain and everyone was very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t go to the Emergency Room so I have been in pain for around 3 months. My daughters told me about HealthCare and that they take Medicare so I went. Best decision I’ve made in a while. I will be going back when I need to and will be telling everyone about them.

First time ever having COVID, in spite of all the vaccines and boosters. Got in and out quickly. Started meds right away, and am already starting to feel better and it has only been a few days.

Tried for three days to get in. I finally got an appointment for my son. We didnt get seen until 2 hours AFTER our appointment time. I was told to keep doing what I was doing and they refilled some of his meds. Felt like a complete waste of time.

Especially love that I can fill out paperwork online, made an appointment online, and got in without delay. Not happy that my diagnosis was covid, but it is what it is - ha! They take good care of me.

The whole process was a breeze. From making the appointment, checking in and getting seen on time. The care was great as always. As a Vet, I am thrilled that the VA has a contract with Healthcare Express. They always take great care of me.

Diagnosed me quickly.. wait time was about the same as regular physicians office with an appointment. Called me after visit to confirm results and sent pharmacy meds to assist with recovery. Very efficient service!

My husband saw a NP here this day for cough and congestion. She was very knowledgeable, concerned, and thorough. Did lab work, chest X-ray, and glucose test. She prescribed and changed some meds, andwill do a follow up in 3 days. We were very pleased with his care!

I have to say this is the best clinic I have ever beer to that take the time to listen and to check you out to see what going on before they give meds .wow I pray they never change I will give them if its such a 10 star count because they are the real deal I am feeling so good I can breathe now I am not wheezing anymore nor am I itching any more they took good care of me and I am so happy we got them here keep up the great works. If the ones who read this dont believe me just walk in and see for yourself they will try their best to put their God given talent to make you feel better. Remember they arent God but he put them here to help. And I give God all the praises for sending them to Longview Texas.i love them so much they did be right and they will do the same for you.just try them and see.

Everyone is very nice-I usually go here when I need more urgent care and can’t get in to my regular doc. My wait in the room was a bit longer than usual. I had heard this from another family member that had been recently. Hopefully that hasn’t become the norm.

Was back charged for a surgical boot that didnt fit and i did not leave with.. Also my phone number was entered wrong into the patient portal and had to call to get access to my records.. They were fast and friendly however which is why the 3 stars.. I will have to call to get the billing issues fixed now.. Wish me luck..

I love the nurses and doctors here! Unfortunately we do not have a primary care doctor since we moved from Dallas and heath care express is basically our primary now. They listen to what is going on, they are very friendly, and we always get the care we need and feel better. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses here!

The nurse and PA were great. They listened and explained things. The front desk staff were indifferent and somewhat unfriendly. The lady on the left never smiled and seemed to be on her cell phone frequently. Check out was fast and that lady sitting by the inside window did smile and acted courteous.

Just brought my son in today, since we couldnt get with his regular doctor. The wait time wasnt long at all. The check in process was easy, they were very thorough. Diagnosed him and we were on our way. We will definitely be back in the future

I created an account and made an appointment in the early morning hours on Saturday. Check-in was quick and I didn’t have to wait very long to be called back. The nurse was friendly and the NP came in shortly afterwards. She answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood her answers and instructions. Very friendly staff and I’ve been treated well every time I’ve gone there (several years).

I uploaded all my info & made an appointment online. Check-in was super fast & easy and got into my appointment right on time. The doctor came in quickly, assessed and treated me. I had a minor issue (poison ivy outbreak), but I could not have been happier with the people here and how quickly I was in and out. I will definitely recommend and be back when needed.

I never write bad reviews but I’d like to save someone else the trouble of going here. The front staff at this location were so rude to me and ignored me for several minutes while I was standing in front of them. There was only one polite lady that was willing to help me check in. I waited at least an hour, which is fine, but when I finally got in, the healthcare professional was rude to me also. There was no hospitality whatsoever. I felt like I was just being rushed in and out, and when trying to make small talk she ignored me. I understand if you’re having a bad day but even a small attempt at being kind is appreciated. I won’t be back.
