Get Well Urgent Care Of Lincoln Park

This place was awesome. From the front desk, to the nurses, and doctor. Its very affordable *in my opinion* if your paying out of pocket, and they really try their best to work with you and accommodate your needs when paying out of pocket. I will absolutely be back when needed. I took my 5 year old and we were in and out very quickly. Only reason we had to wait was to see test results. Super convenient when you have a sick kid and other kids at home.

I was seen at this Urgent Care on Christmas Eve. The. facility was clean and the staff were all kind, compassionate and very professional. I was treated in a very timely manner and I am very grateful for their care and help. Every person that I dealt with was great but I would like to especially thank Danielle, who goes by Dee Dee. As bad as I felt, she found a way to make me laugh. We saw kids there, on Christmas Eve, but the staff were so kind, some even dressed in Christmas pjs, which had to help make those kids more comfortable really touched me. As for the medical part, I believe that they were thorough and treated my condition aggressively enough for me to get relief by Christmas day, without overmedicating me. I would feel comfortable trusting them with people I love and I am very grateful to them.

I dont remember the ladys name but she was older and the MA, She always takes great care of me and is super nice. Ive been coming here for years and Dr Matty is honestly the best and super nice. I come here more often then i do my own doctor. Sometimes the younger front desk receptionist isant always the nicest but i brush it off.

Very positive. Professional, fast,reliable and easy to understand. Everything is explained in laymans terms so you know exactly what is wrong and what they are doing for it. I like that its open late and on weekends. The people are friendly and courteous. I love this place and recommend it to anyone who is interested in a good doctor. 👍

This is the only Urgent Care I go to. Also my family. Dr. Joyce is fantastic. Everyone at this location is so kind, caring, and its amazing even when theyre super busy how quick things move, and everyone is always spot on One of the things Ive noticed is if you go to certain urgent cares in the downriver area, they guesstimate what is wrong with you and when you dont feel comfortable with it, and I guide my friends to come to this location every time they find out the first time exactly whats truly wrong I highly highly recommend this location The staff and everyone is fantastic. Amazing experience I’m grateful for all the staff they were professional respectful helpful just awesome my N.A. was superb My nurse practitioner was perfect. I couldn’t ask for better team. They were phenomenal. Thank you so much for an awesome amazing experience. I recommend anyone who gets sick please please go to the urgent care and LINKIN PARK there very tentative to your needs they listen and they take care of business.

Easy to book an appointment and fill out paperwork online.Staff was nice and efficient. Quick to see the doctor who was very friendly and thorough. Meds send to pharmacy right away. Really great experience.

Get Well Urgent Care staff is an awesome crew they are very polite and attentive to their patients the staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions about my concerns of my visit I highly recommend..

The doctor was great. Very kind and caring, however the front desk girls were very rude and made this experience very uncomfortable. They both were very short with me and spent more time making fun of one of the ladies that was visibly struggling. The young lady appeared to be homeless and instead of offering comfort the staff at the front counter laughed and passed jokes back and forth while in front of her

Had a great experience. Took my son here for a sports physical. The girls at the front desk were a pleasure to deal with. My son was called back within a few minutes of signing in. The Doctor was great. He came right in and shook mine and my sons hand to introduce himself. Did a quick thorough job. Shook our hands once again once finished and exciting the room. That says alot to me.

Choosing this urgent care was one of my best decisions, Ive made!! Dr, Peter Matty is genuinely an excellent doctor helped me tremendously and cared!! Staff is also helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Staff seemed nice. However it doesnt seem like appointments matter. I was seen an hour after my appointment because the people who were there first were seen. I wish they made that more clear when making an appointment

One of the best urgent cares I’ve been to. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even worked with me when they couldn’t verify my insurance. Also very the pharmacy located in the same building is nice to have.

As long as I’m still in the area ill forever go here i been for years i love everyone there also got my DOT card here it was cheaper and done right

I went there with my son to rule out a football injury. Front desk was amazing and polite , the doctor was so nice and amazing. The person that triaged my son was very unprofessional and unpleasant she was rude to my 14 year old. She took him to his xray and he cracked his thumb ( which wasn’t part of the issue) she told him “well if you can do that then there is no reason for you to be here!” She was rude and unprofessional asking “why didn’t you just go to your primary instead of coming here” I work in emergency medicine and could never imagine treating my patients like this ever. I don’t remember her name but I snapped a picture of her , she is the reason I will be going to another location in the future. If you don’t want to work with people and the medical field then go do something else. That was disgusting behavior

Had a scratchy throat for a couple days but my cough progressively got worse and worse yesterday until it felt like I was coughing as much as I was breathing. I spent less than 3 minutes in the waiting room. Did all the swabs and came back covid positive but with how terrible the cough was they gave a steroid shot right in office for quick relief. Called in other prescriptions and sent me home with clear instructions on how to proceed. Staff was incredibly friendly from what I recall (covid brain lol) and the office was clean and efficient. Booking a last minute, late night appt was so much easier than going to the ER and I think I wouldve ended up there otherwise. I still feel pretty sick but I feel a million times better than I did before that visit. Much thanks to all the staff working last night.

Im over the moon about the fact that Urgent Care is conveniently located on the corner of Fort St. I arrived early and from the receptionist to the person that call you in to the doctor. Just pleasant,pleasant and more pleasant👍🏾 Service was quick and caring. Thank You doctor and staff🙌🏾💯🤗

When I walked in the place was very clean and organized. The receptionist were very nice and polite. I didn’t wait very long and the doctor was very accurate with my diagnosis. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

I mean with being such a small place I feel fairly that they treat you with respect an get you in an out in a timely manner an so their best to see that you’re healed in a timely matter.

Almost immediate service. I like the care receive d.. Helped me a few times . Also. Has a pharmacy there.Went to this UR again for a bad cut, got stitches, did well. The only complaint I may have is the parking situation. Husband with walker can’t get to entrance very easily.

I went in very sick. An assistant suggested xrays. I had pneumonia. They caught it early and now I am feeling healthy. Very courteous staff.

Cares more about money than people’s well being. Could have atleast checked that man’s oxygen level or called 911. It’s on your staff that he’s laid up in a hospital. Try working to help people and not just the money. Never been here and never will.

Service was great! Receptionist and nurse aids were very friendly. The doctor is wonderful and straight to the point without all the hog wash like other doctors. Service is a hour or less and you’re out! Very pleased! Keep up the good work!

Staff was nice. The doctor was great and we were in and out including the pharmacy in maybe 30 minutes. I have a three year old who was being seen and a teenager with autism. They don’t like waiting long at all, and there we weren’t waiting hours to be seen. The nurse and the doctor were great with my family. We will be back.

Dr. Matty and his staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Matty doesn’t rush through your exam; he takes the time to listen to you and asks questions. Even though he doesn’t rush, Dr. Matty still manages to get you in and out rather quickly. The pharmacist is amazing as well.

I came here and waited and hour and still was not seen by a doctor I go out my room to ask how long til I see a doctor and I see the doctor at her desk doing absolutely NOTHING, then she gets up mind you its after 10pm and it was only 2 other people waiting to be seen when I came in and none of them were even seen yet, I came last week at night and the guy Dr was so fast and thorough and its was more patients than there was today I will never come back when this female doctor is here

The staff here at the Lincoln Park office are great! They are very caring and thorough in their care. Dr. Matt was excellent. He listened and took a proactive approach to my care and treatment that I needed. Their in-house pharmacy is very convenient too! Great care all around. Well done!

I really love this place! they get you in and out, respectful they care about your needs staff goes on and above about they’re services. So I’m kinda of a hard draw when it come to taking blood and no one ever gets my vein in the middle of my arm, But guess who did (Dede) and did a good job at it when I was in doubt she put me to the test. So if you want some good and quality service check out Get Well urgent care in Lincoln Park! 100/100 Must go again! I prefer theses guys over the Hospital any time.🙏🏾

The whole staff tonight was so awesome the care i got was so nice and genuine.. You can really see they love what they do! DD was so nice with the kids and her stick to draw my blood was so soft and gentle barely felt her prick me with the needle ! Nicole was awesome with the kids as well Zoey will forever remember the doctor lady that gave her candy ! And the doctor Im so sorry 😢 that I didnt remember the 3rd name by the time Im writing this but girl your awesome I definitely got more than the wellness check I was looking for, maybe I had it written on my face but thank you so much for going there and asking those questions... I found myself in this Urgent Care Facility, with my husband who sustained an episode a few days back. Everyone was so cheerful, knowledgeable, any eager to evaluate and treat him right away!! I was quite taken by their degree of their friendliness!! My first time there, but id gladly go back if the need persists futuristically!!

I went in for the first time for a cold/breathing issue. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The doctor and nurses were very kind. The doctor seemed caring and not rushing out like most doctors do. I was given a work note quickly and got my medication fast from the pharmacy inside. The doctor told me to follow up in a few days to see how I was feeling. I never got that service from any other urgent care ever. Great job guys.

Friendly, helpful Staff and Dr. Wait was not too long. Answered all my questions and got me on way with a Rx to help me start feeling better.

I have taken both myself and my 9 month old son here for treatment. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The care is swift and efficient. There is a pharmacy on site, which was great to get my meds quickly. The online scheduling is user friendly, easy and quick.

Hands down recommended went in because I was having food poisoning Doctor Rakesh gave me the adequate medicine and in a few hours I was feeling better

I didnt have to wait too long. Theyre pretty efficient at what they do. They even gave me an x-ray a lot of times some urgent cares cant do thatI went in for a knee problem today and they had a brace for me. Im happy with overall everything they seem really nice and they know what theyre doing

I would definitely give them a 5 star review. I called 1st with a question, it was answered by a very kind friendly lady. So I go in as directed. Very Clean!!!!! Super friendly staff from reception, to check in, to the staff in the hallway. The Dr was great, genuinely listened to what I had to say and explained very clearly what was wrong with me. The Pharmacist was fantastic and explained my script to me as well. This is my 3rd experience at this Urgent Care, each time I received fast, friendly great care! I was in and out within an hour. I would definitely recommend them!

I would recommend this urgent care to all. I didnt have to wait long and the staff and doctors are kind and considerate.I went back to this urgent care again today. It was clean, the staff is very professional. I didnt wait long. They have X-rays and a pharmacy on site. The doctor was kind and listened to me. I was given a shot and four prescriptions which were filled in a prompt amount of time. Dede the nurse also informed me they now have an orthopedic wing in the building.I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.Another trip to urgent care yesterday to have my paperwork filled out for my return to work. Even though they were quite busy, the doctor was readily available to help me get back to my job. Drs. Peyton and Peter were wonderful as I navigated through my illness (pneumonia) and their office staff even faxed my paperwork to the agency in charge of my leave of absence from work. If youre looking for an urgent care you should go to this one. They also have an office in Southgate.

I was a first-time patient, and when I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. The staff was very nice. And I watched them interact with different patients their friendly attitude stayed the same. I told myself I wouldnt ever go to an urgent care that was not the hospital. This experience changed my outlook. I will go back for medical treatment in the future.

We loved this place except the last 2 visits with Joyce. My first bad experience was when she used a throat swab in my nose. She didn’t realize until after I left and called me to come back in. Then I was there with my son and was scolded for not bringing him in earlier so he could get tamiflu, mind you his only symptom for 3 days was a fever. She was upset that she couldn’t give it to him and made my poor son cry because she acted like he would die without it. I’m sad because all the other doctors have always been great. But we will not be coming back here anymore :(

Friendly staff. Very professional doctor. Am very self conscious about my teeth because l have an extreme fear of the dentist and people react to them a certain way and he did not. I appreciate the experience. The staff was very courteous and had a gentle demeanor. Overall 10/5.

Myself and both of my children come here whenever needed and always have excellent care. All of the staff and drs are so sweet. Never a very long wait. Latest wait so far has maybe been 20 minutes.

Normally go to Taylor location but they were unexpectedly closed today so we came here! There were about 5 people ahead of us but the wait time wasn’t that long. The nurses and dr were really nice and actually listened to what I had to say and answered my questions. This location is a little further than the Taylor location for me but we will definitely be coming back! 10/10

Very friendly nice staff all around. I had to rush my daughter in who i believe got a uti and sure enough i was right. They were quick and had her meds sent over right away.

The staff was fast and nice, however when I came in I provided both of my insurances (which are both good insurances PPO) and I was still charged a co-pay. The copay was $30 and I have been to this location a few times and never had a copay; even when I used just 1 insurance. Next time, the staff should take their time with reviewing the insurance and actually analyze to see if a patient has a co-pay. I still end up paying the $30 but I did ask the front lady twice, are you sure I have a co-pay and she told me yes and asked me how I was paying it. I never had any issues from this place, my whole family goes there for quick turn around. This particular time I went, I just didn’t agree with the whole co-pay thing when I have two really big insurances.

Experienced what I felt was racscism from a middle aged arabic woman. She was very passive aggressive towards me and my child and suggested that I sit my 8 month old daughter on a dirty scale that people step on to get weighed. I could not figure out what disqualified my 8 month old daughter from getting on the baby scale....Then she stuck us in the triage room and closed the door. I left out, and walked up to the desk and asked the other staff was their baby scale working. They said yes. I explained to them what the triage nurse told me to do, and that I was trying to figure out why she told me that. They replied by telling me to ask her. Also it was smoldering hot in there. No air at all. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because I like the doctors. But the nurses, MA, and receptionist attitudes are trash. Zero professionalism.

This is my go to Urgent Care or take my kids here I go here. The staff is absolutely wonderful from the front desk to the doctors to the pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Horrible! Instructions for covid testing say to wait in line to get tested, I waited an hour in line only to get told that if I have insurance that I have to wait another hour because they take patients without insurance first. Why?? Where does it say that? The nurse was so rude, too. Shame on you, I dont need this on top of everything! ps: there was no one in line behind me! See photo.

They welcomed me right away. Took my info. The waiting time was short.the lady who took my vitals was friendly, kind, and attentive. The doctor was friendly, fast, and efficient. She knew right away I needed a breathing treatment. Took x-rays. Another test. Fast diagnosis. So kind. I love this place!!!

Very gentle and welcoming office staff. The doctor and staff were super quick and sufficient and kind as well. I dont have insurance and the cost is very affordable compared to other places. Very clean office as well! Have visited twice now and have been very well taken care of both times!

They dont send over any of your Prescriptions unless you call them and Bug them to do their job.And CVS in Lincoln Park verified that one.

Everytime I go to the Lincolon Park location, they are professional and get me in and out quickly. I have been there about 5x for ear infections, sinus infections, and pink eye. They prescribe me with the correct medications and I leave there feeling like I was heard. Thanks so much to the staff for being efficient!

Im so glad I found and went to this Urgent care. It was clean and remodeled. They were very attentive to my needs and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Peter, the PA, was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and exceptionally caring. All staff at this facility was courteous, friendly, and professional. The doctor and staff were all very nice and got me back quickly. This is the only Urgent Care I will go to because they care and they do their best to get you the best possible care for whatever it may be that you’re coming in for.

I made an appt. We were in and out before our appt time! They’re quick and friendly people🥰 definitely would come to again! The pharmacy was quick too! Thank to to the staff!

I had a great experience at get well urgent care. Starting at the front desk. I was checked in promptly. I had new insurance and that didn’t slow the receptionist down a bit. I didn’t have my new card so she gave me a print out with my info out of pure kindness. I only waited a few mins and I went to the room. The nurse came in right away and was very kind. I only waited a few mins longer and the dr came in. He was very thorough and had great bedside manner. I would recommend get well in Lincoln park to all my friends and family. Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care by far. Actually best experience I’ve had at a health facility at all in years!

This place is ridiculous with their billing. I got charged over $200 just for the office fee, thats after insurance coverage... Not to mention the inside was dirty looking and freezing. Do better people this is why people cant afford health care in this damn country!

I like the professionalism, I received, they we’re thorough taking urine & blood pressure and asking questions about my health and the cleanliness I seen one of MA spraying down the chairs that let’s me know, they stand on business💛

This place is top-notch across the board! Great staff, great physicians. X-ray and consultation. Diagnosed double pneumonia. Pharmacy on site is a great touch. I was in and out in 90 minutes.

The nurses there were very nice. There was a super short wait time. They provided adequate care.

Terrible. They were upset that I would not use their pharmacy. I told them to send my scripts across the street to Walgreens and they purposely sent it to Walgreens in Trenton. Their pharmacy is overpriced....

Brought my kid in, everybody was very nice and friendly. Front desk staff, assistants in the back and provider were all very pleasant. We were there around 4:15pm on a school day, we didnt wait longer than 10 minutes. They really did help my kid feel better. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone that asks me. Highly Recommended! The staff is very polite and professional. They are very well organized for Covid testing. The doctors are happy to spend time with each patient, to make sure everything is explained and all questions addressed. Even days after my visit, when I thought of more questions, I spoke with one of the staff on the phone, Harvey. He was hugely helpful in guiding me through everything I needed to know about my prescriptions, and never tried to rush me off the phone. Thanks a Ton, Harvey!

The front desk was extremely rude and pretty sure she called me a name as I walked away. The staff is fairly young and didnt really explain anything they were doing on my son, so I explained it to him after. The doctor was nice and informative and saved the day. My son ended up having strep so Im so glad I stuck it out. There was definitely an attitude or just unprofessionalism from the other medical assistants. Upon leaving, I asked for a doctors note and they gave me one without a diagnosis. I pointed it out to receive another one and there wasnt even an apology for their mistake....being in the healthcare field myself I wouldnt recommend it just because the front office sets the tone of the office, and it didnt get much better from that. I would expect more. Thanks alot tho, everyone else😁

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Peter is genuine and very personable. Very attentive to your well being. A 48 hour check up call to see how your feeling. Thats very nice to see nowadays. Not a lot of doctors check up on you after you leave their office. The girls in the office are very nice too. I was very impressed and will return in the future.

Took my grandson in today and Dr Matt made him feel totally at ease. Love that the staff and Dr are so caring and compassionate...definitely the very best urgent care Downriver!! Dr Matt made sure he gave us his card before we left and said to be sure to contact him if we had any further concerns. Ive always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. I would not consider going anywhere else. This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. Id love to have them around if I ever get sick again. The provider was very busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The girl that took my initial information was terrific, she also made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. I loved visiting and if I need their services again I know I will be welcomed like family.

I love this place. I live right around the corner so this is a convenient place to go with my urgent medical needs. But not only that, the doctors are so eager to help you and are very knowledgeable about many different things. Im always in and out rather quickly even with all the testing going on. The staff is very welcoming and I never feel judged by the doctors. That makes such a huge difference. I would recommend to anyone that if they need urgent care, come here !

Went in for a Covid test and there where about 6 people ahead of me I still got in after them like 15 mins max and all workers were very nice and got me out in about 10 mins so my experience was pretty good.

I took my son in on Christmas Day and every single staff member was wonderful. We will be back and have already told a couple of people about our experience. Thank you for being there on Chirtmas and helping my son to feel better.

I must say that the two times I have needed the services of an urgent care facility, Get Well has been no less than outstanding. The staff is friendly and courteous, and you are treated with compassion and respect. Due to the Covid-19 virus, and my having upper respiratory symptoms, they asked if I wished to be tested. I did take the test, and was impressed that Doc Peter, came outside, and conducted his exam so that I would not have to enter the facility. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy, and I am starting to feel better already. Thank you for your fast, safe, and courteous service!

Came in with my sons who was fussy from not feeling good. Im very happy at how polite, kind, and helpful all the staff was with caring for my children! the provider was awesome he was cheering them up with a few games of rock paper scissors(which they love playing)!!! in the end they left feeling better. I definitely recommend this place!! Provider personally called 2 days after visit to make sure they were both okay. Will definitely be returning to this clinic if my family is sick.

I like this place .kids get the fast. people are very nice .the two brother doctors are nice .and we like the female one.not sure doc or nurse.i wish our lady was still at r that worked on other side to test people for jobs and other things to nice .now new one dont care for .not that nice

I recently experienced some form of ear infection. I happened to be out of town during my first visit. I was prescribed one treatment, I completed it and nothing was better. I stopped at Get Well and that was yesterday. I’m already noticing progress and feel so much better. Hearing is returning and the pressure in my head is gone. THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The first time I met Doctor Peter was when I came here to be seen for an issue I had.Dr. Peter is beyond excellent, he has a very friendly and holistic approach, very caring, and made me feel at ease during my first visit. Dr. Peter has an excellent manner and makes what could be stressful experience easy! He knows what he’s doing and can be trusted to make the right decision for treatment. Nowadays, whenever I wanna be seen I ask for Doctor Peter, he takes his time to answer all of my questions and never rushes my appointment visit. I would definitely recommend this place for my family and friends!

The entire staff are the kindest, most caring staff! From the first employee that greeted me to the PAs, testing. Also, took me at the door from my caregiver; wheeled me to each station. Back to the door to my caregiver. They are all so amazing!! I am currently in a wheelchair due to a MVA 9/23/2019.I recommend this clinic for ANYONE to this facility!! I tested 6 times and every experience was wonderful because of all of them

This place is always my go to when I’m not feeling well. Even if they are understaff they keep it moving. I really appreciate Crystal and Alexus that seen me today. They really show their passion for what they do. Thank you both. I’m on the road to feeling better.

The Provider was very concerned for my well being, explained my issues and gave me the medical attention that I needed. I love it here, because the help is good and the people are so polite and 😍 pretty. So Ill definitely come back for the help I need....

I went early in the morning when they first opened, the experience felt rushed. The doctor that saw me came into the room and when I was explaining my situation she yawned and looked like she could be doing better things. She also prescribed me Diflucan even though I told her I was pregnant, which even on the bottle says do not take if pregnant. More care needs to be put into the job , because if I didn’t ask questions to my pharmacist or pay attention no telling what could’ve happened.

Had an amazing experience at Get Well Urgent Care this morning. Everything was really fast and they treated my son very well. Will definitely recommend this Urgent care and continue to come when needed.

I went to Get Well Urgent Care today feeling so sick. Sometimes, when it’s cold and flu season there really isn’t a whole lot to do to help you. But to start the experience with a friendly staff quick care, a doctor that seems that he really enjoyed helping people as well as the staff I was very impressed. I was in and out in less than an hour and that included vitals x-rays talking to the physician and getting prescriptions I cannot stress how good it is to be treated that waywhen you’re not feeling well..Keep doing things the way that you do I will recommend your place to everyone I know that is not feeling wellThanksKipp Tait

I have had to go there four times in the last four months for Covid testing, every time has been an extremely positive experience. The staff were very nice, the people giving Covid tests very pleasant and efficient. Even the last time, yesterday, even though I had to stand outside in the 18 degree cold for close to 40 minutes in line, due to the enormous amount of people needing testing, they did the best they possibly could, and worked through it as quickly as they could. I give them a lot of credit trying to handle all of these crowds lately, keep up the great work!

Im currently a student rotating through here, so I have a different perspective/view of what happens behind closed doors. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this place. Everything here is done with honesty & integrity first and foremost. The staff is very polite and respectful. There are no extra tests ordered, no excessive billing, everything is done by the books. I work with Peter & his twin brother Matt. Both are very professional and knowledgable in medicine with a strong belief in patient education and high respect for everyone. Highly recommend.

I appreciate this place being open and I get great help every time I visit but only problem is it doesn’t feel clean. The walls in the patient rooms are very dirty. They need a good scrubbing. Especially being a medicalBuilding full of germs.

Everyone was amazing! Went in for an X-Ray and out in less than 45 minutes! Every staff member I met was very nice and personable. This will be my first stop next time I need the urgent care.

Test aren’t accurate I went to be tested for strep Covid and flu. All came back negative. Ended up at ER next day with strep and flu smh.

From the time I walked in the door, the staff was courteous and attentive. Dee Dee made sure to get me in triage rather quickly, where Nicole was also quick getting vitals and putting me in a room. Everything was nice and clean, and the chairs were very comfortable. Jackie drew my blood with precision and I didnt have to get poked a million time. I believe Alicia administered my covid test and was gentle. The physician, Peter, was cool. He understood what I was going through and helped find a solution. Yes I gathered everyones names because that is how important it was for me to be sure they received recognition for their excellent customer service skills, and they were on the job! I appreciate this urgent care and even if I have to drive miles from where I am it would be better than taking a gamble somewhere else. Thanks again team!
