Dave is a very intelligent doctor. He explains everything in detail and makes sure every question you have is answered. Him and his staff are all very caring and amazing people. Mary is the logistics and makes sure you are able to make your appointments and strives to make you happy. Nikki is the nurse who cares about your health and wants the very best for every patient. This place gets all my stars!

Revity Medical is the best! Everyone is so kind and really listens to your concerns and questions. The clinic also has a beautiful office space. Mary and Shannon at the front desk are the best, they are so friendly and welcoming.Dave is very knowledgeable about hormones and really makes sure treatment is personalized to your needs.

This office provides great personal attention. Mary at front desk is welcoming and always lets me know best times to stop in for my weekly appointment. Dave Pontious knows hormone therapy well and answers questions readily. I’ve been with them for about a month and am already noticing a significant difference in energy, sleep, and strength. Locations convenient to access from freeway. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is super amazing, friendly, and helpful! Nikki helps me each week, and she’s absolutely incredible at what she does! Mary at the front desk is extremely friendly, always greeting me and everyone who comes in! Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone!

She listened carefully, and addressed all my questions with clear and thorough explanations. Can’t talk Revity, Dave & staff up enough. I had no idea how life changing hormone replacement therapy would be for all aspects of my life. It’s upgraded my confidence, banished my brain fog and fatigue, helped gain healthy weight/muscle and skyrocketed my connection & relationship with my husband as we both are able to be more assertive and ask for things that we need that we might not have had the motivation/energy or confidence to talk about before. Something has felt off in my body for years and I’m so grateful that I finally found answers…this has been the biggest positive shift I’ve ever made!

Revity is AWESOME! Everyone there is super friendly and professional! When you walk through the door you are met by Shannon who is great, even tho she is a Kings fan 😔 (GO KNIGHTS).. 🤣. Dave is amazing as well, he truly cares about his patients and works very closely with you to get you healthy and taken care of! Ive been to other clinics where they just treat you and forget about you until you come back. Everyone at Revity is completely different! They call you and check on your constantly and just check up on you, stuff like that makes you feel special and important! I cannot recommend Revity enough, they will change your life!

Revity medical is by The gold standard for hormonal bliss. I feel like I’m 15 again. Which is a problem because I’m single and LDS!😂 Seriously Dave, Shannon, Mary, Amy, and Nikki are phenomenal. You won’t go wrong!

Not your regular T clinic! Multiple measures are taken to make sure you are safe and so you can stop T treatments if you want to in the future. Love the staff there!

I’ve read all about Revity and anxiously awaited for their Lehi office to open their doors. Yesterday was their first day there and I left work early to have my consultation and lab work completed. My experience with Revity Medical. I was over weight and diabetic. The staff has been helpful with starting me on weight loss. So I am on the right track to have a healthy life. The front desk, nurses, and clinicians are so helpful and kind!

After years of struggling with hormonal issues, I went to Revity Medical. They did my blood work and helped me start on hormone treatment. I can finally sleep again, my brain fog issues have gotten better, I have lost weight, and have energy again! Also, love going for B12 shots. They are so knowledgeable and were the only people that took my hormone issues seriously (all my other Drs told me I was too young to be going through perimenopause and wouldnt listen). You are in good hands with Revity Medical.
