A home away from home. I love being in this community-centered space, whether its receiving a treatment, sitting in the cozy lounge with herbs and wonderful reading material, or chatting with friends that feel like family and sharing the gift of healing collectively. So grateful this haven exists!

My wife and I have been working with Alexandra for the past year, and there are not enough words to describe the impact her and her team have had on our lives through this time. Weve really been through the ringer of life, and Woven Bodies has proven to be a safe haven of healing time and time again. Strongly recommend.

Both Morgane and Alexandra are exceptional! I have been recommending Woven bodies for years because of the care, quality, warmth, and personal attention they both bring to their craft. Alexandra has helped me to find balance in my body, heal from injuries, and bring me back to myself. I came for acupuncture at Woven Bodies from both Sarah and Alexandra, and the sessions were incredible from start to finish! Sarah is such an empathetic, calming presence; when she works on you it really feels like shes in tune with the quirks and the tumult of your body. Acupuncture hadnt worked for me in the past but I was frankly startled by how much my symptoms improved after that very first session with her. Alexandra was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable, especially about nutrition. Both of them sent me home with recommendations and ear seeds/acupuncture tacks to use at home. Highly, highly recommended!

I cant rave enough about Woven Bodies. Ive had great, restorative acupuncture elsewhere in the past, but Ive never experienced such a night and day recovery from a single session before. I arrived practically hobbling from back pain that diminished immediately after my treatment and was completely gone within 48 hours. Im about a month out now, and have not had a single flare-up, but its a relief to know where to go if I do. The studio is welcoming and calming, and Dr. Heslip has such a reassuring energy.

This practice is such a necessary gem for the Kingston and greater NY community. It is so refreshing to be seen by care providers who truly care about your well being. In particular, Alexandra is an incredibly gifted acupuncturist and herbalist. I only wish I lived closer so I could see her more regularly!
