This happened a decade ago but still bothers me, so I’m writing it. They switched my baby after birth. It was scary! They brought me a girl and I had a baby boy. The charge nurse came in with a very forced apology, explaining how they were just “so busy”. As a nurse myself, I know this isn’t an excuse. She told me my baby was “safe in the nursery” during the switch-up. When I called the patient advocate 2 weeks later to make sure the info had actually been relayed, the patient advocate assured me that my baby had been “safe in the other family’s room” during the switch-up—totally different from what the charge nurse had told me!!!! I have had a handful of babies since then, and wouldn’t go back to that hospital due to this horrific experience.Also, during labor and delivery admission, they had my address and phone number wrong, but my name was right. They had clearly mixed that info up with someone else’s too!

The nurses and staff did their job 100% incredible delivering my son. But as far as security my car got stolen while me and my partner were in the labor and delivery part seating our son to arrive. And I parked out front of the clinic entrance. The security the next day tells me he has them on camera stealing my car the next morning. Why didn’t security tell me my car was stolen the night before oh! Because they weren’t doing their job watching surveillance I had to go down to the area to find out my car had gotten stolen when I went to get my car seat out of my car and it wasn’t their. Valley parking literally works 15 feet away from where my car was stolen. I thought something was weird about a particular valley works that kept trying to intimidate me crazy looking just watching and playing. Real light skinned guy with braids. I think he had got off work and had somebody come up there and steal my car probably running a whole operation up there stealing cars they know people want and getting paid for it. Some of those Valley parking employees are real sketchy characters dude literally was sizing me up when me and my partner came up through the women’s clinic entrance. Now my car is gone I bet light skinned fat guy with the braids had something to do with my car being stolen.

Honestly I didn’t like how we were treated. If you want any extra ultrasounds don’t even bother asking. I told them id been seen by multiple Doctors saying if I ever did decide to have a child I’d be high risk so that would mean more check ups for me and the baby to make sure everything by is going smoothly. She completely ignored it and said there’s nothing we can do about it. She couldn’t tell me where the baby implanted nor did she know how to do a trans-vaginal ultrasound, the doctor came in and took over for a brief second and she said, “Wow that’s already a better look.” Her name is Julie Merchant she is an APRN. Don’t bother asking her questions either she’ll just get irritated. DO NOT GO HERE.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE GOING HERE!!! I went for my appointment the first time and as the np was doing my pap she so this is your second pregnancy.. I said no then the NP says oh it’s your 3rd miscarriage I tell her No! I have only had 1 pregnancy carried full term. As if she was reading another patients chart to me. I called to get a refill of the prescription medication I told the scheduler I did not know the name of the medication I get a voicemail from the nurse asking me what the name is in order to refill it. The nurse can review my chart to see what the medication is called. These nurses are SO lazy unprofessional I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic at all it’s been a nightmare.

Do not use this clinic because the doctors are incompetent. My baby was breech my entire third trimester but at least 4 different doctors/NP missed it. I had to have a c-section because they couldn’t be bothered to check positioning before week 39. The doctors are also rude. One questioned my child’s paternity to my face. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

The lady answering the elevator calls was extremely rude not knowing weve never been to the hospital before. When I complained about the customer service the charge nurse didnt want to give me the information of her boss or whomever is in charge of that unit. They gave my sister an epidural without checking her first which could be dangerous. Those people give the company a bad first impression.

Lets start by the front desk ladies who check in. They have been there for years, with great customer service . They make you feel welcomed . I have seen them go above and beyond for the women who comes through the doors.These stars ⭐s are for you.

Was helped RIGHT on time (so rare these days) and was met with warmth and had all of my questions answered. Quick, easy and painless!

Dr. Algren and her team at St. Lukes Womens Care Center make me feel well taken care of whether I am having a well womens exam or am having major surgery. I know I am in good hands when I go to see them.

By far the best hospital I have been too! Delivered my baby here with zero worries and the doctors and nurse are fanatic!! Answered every question I had, made my delivery by far the best experience ever!!

So I have been waiting for my appt for months I am 6 months pregnant high risk due to gun shot wounds from 2015 I have also lost a pregnancy a year ago well I was giving the billing address instead of the right address to come to I even have proof in a voice mail I showed up at 8am walked all around the hospital my appt was at 8:30am I finally found the building 4 minutes after my appt when I came in I was greeted by Robin Harris well her mind was already made up she wasnt going to let me be seen my only choice was to reschedule or was told to go somewhere else I have been to the ER because of bleeding and pain which I was told to just wait because I had an appt this woman picks and chooses who she wants to help I will be going to another clinic where I will be treated with some respect and not judged by my sick color or because I have medical through the state that was the most horrific experience ever I will never recommend anyone to be seen or receive prenatal care from these people while that woman is in charge if its up to her your baby will die no human kindness she treats people like they are below her bad business

Good visit. Dr. Kennedy was very knowledgeable and helpful.
