Yes I had a good experience at this AFC urgent care. I called and spoke with Jenny and she immediately said to come on in and it was very fast no wait time. The other two gals that were assisting her were very nice pleasant and professional.

UPDATE:::::***** when I came here last visit it was a great visit… I’m pretty sure there has been a changed in staff because I wasted my time believing I would get proper care. The NP Rafael is, just basically told me there’s nothing he can do but give me medication for headaches which was not my main concern. It was more about the nerve issue I am having on my bottom lip. Which if the issue worsen, MY FAMILY WILL SUE THIS PLACE! He basically told me there is nothing he can do about the numbness on my bottom left side of the face. I wasted my morning time & copay which I should’ve paid with a card to dispute. After I left here I just went to the emergency room to get better assistance since clearly nobody in this office wants to help. Even when I came in the girl gave attitude as it is my fault that the front desk person never showed up…. This office is a circus now! maybe because it was Saturday and during the week it’s better staffing. But I will not be a returning client again. Clearly people become aids but forget about actually caring for people in need of help. ********

Still a great uc. Please update your summer hours though went at 8 am today and you were closed. This is today 7/13/24. Please also make it so that you cant book online for times closed.I added a picture of their new timesThis is my urgent care of choice.Wait times are fast and staff is friendly. The doctors care. You can even make an appointment online. Wonderful urgent care.

Yuri was the Nurse Assistant who helped give me a pre-screen and she was extremely nice and supportive.Yuri gave me a Blood Pressure test and checked my weight and height. Yuri was very professional and funny.Chrissy was the Front Desk Clerk. She explained everything to me that needed to be filled out and signed. She was thorough so that I did not miss any signatures and she was informative.Ralphie was my Physician Assistant and he performed my medical exam for my DOT Exam.He was supportive and comforting as we went through the exam.This was a professional and comfortable and fun staff to deal with. A great experience.

They require all the data during registration, both SSN and address, and contacts of relatives and email, and you have to agree to everything! Please DELETE MY DATA! They insistently asked me to leave a good review. I came just to take tests! There are no questions about the staff and the clinic, everyone was polite and friendly.

When I entered the clean and nicely decorated AFC Urgent Care I was well greeted and attended to by the front desk administrator. Not only did she greet me with a smile, she politely offered me a mask due to my cough and she offered to assist me if needed completing my registration. That was very thoughtful.The nurse practitioner who took my vitals was also very thoughtful, professional, and caring in her service.Dr Hans must be a reflection of his staff as he too showed interest in my wellbeing, listened to my questions and offered medical suggestions very kindly.The entire staff made my experience worth the visit and around a holiday, when people are eager to be away from work to celebrate.Thank you for the great service.Angela Perry

Joshua at the front desk greeted us and was efficient, professional, and friendly. Definitely provides a warm warm welcome! Ana took the the initial history and checked vital signs. She was equally professionals and friendly, asking all the right questions and getting the information she needed quickly. Jennifer, the Nurse Practitioner was awesome. Within minutes she completed her exam and provided the needed recommendations and prescription. If you need to seek urgent care assistance, I can’t imagine a more pleasant experience. Kudos to her and the entire staff today. One last suggestion: their website lets you know how many people are waiting at any given time, so you can plan your visit. It allows you to schedule an appointment the same day, as available, and even request that a reminder be sent via text so you know when to head over to the clinic. The site also allows you to upload pertinent info, including any insurance card images so that you can register before showing up. Ample parking. Conclusion: Don’t get sick or hurt—but if you do, this place (and the amazing staff) definitely impresses!

Was there last week and NP Jenny was amazing. I was able to have some results ready for my doctor which would have taken days to get back. Thanks to her quickness I was able to advance my care much faster so Im so grateful. Also I noticed the Urgent Care was very clean and organized so I will definitely be going to this location in the future.

If I could leave a 10 star I would for this place. The Youmg lady at the front Renea was awesome, and and Christine was fabulous. It was the quickest thing ever in and out Max 20 minutes definitely would recommend over and over.

This regent care is quite handy. I made my appointment on a Friday evening and was able to be seen by 8:30 the next day. The office is clean and neat and the staff is polite and helpful. The nurse, Yuri, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The NP I saw, Rafael Luces was very pleasant and asked appropriate questions about my symptoms. From start to finish I was there for about a half hour but felt well taken care of.

The front desk was extremely kind and concerned, the nursing assistant Nadine was competent, efficient and equally concerned about my condition. Dr. Rafael was great! Professional, qualified, intelligent, informative. Genuinely concerned and a great communicator. He even went so far as to wheel me to my car. No arrogance on his part. A compassionate, positive experience overall.

Kam is the best ! If shes at the front you will be taken care of without a problem .

I came to this urgent care the staff was amazing very nice , Nadine es super sweet she walked me thru the whole process she made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I knew her forever , very clean spotless and calm atmosphere, I strongly recommend this urgent care.

My experience here was so good. They did everything fast and the assistants were amazing. The environment is clean. My child and I felt very comfortable.

I visited the office today. I was kindly greeted, when I walked in by Jenny. I was aided to complete the registration form and checked on to see if I was okay with completing the form by Ra. She even put the Wi-Fi on the assist me further. I was called to the back shortly after by Yuri. Jenny came in and greeted me and I was given great care. I was so glad with the services rendered today ladies. Thank you so much. Customer service was great.

Every single time I come here either for myself or for my children, I am always treated with great care and kindness. On today’s visit Christine was especially helpful, patient, and kind when I was having a very difficult time. Thanks to their professional and expedient care, I will be on the mend very soon.

The receptionist Shenell was fantastic and greeted me upon entering and leaving. She also took time to explain the process and how long it’ll take. The QR code also made my registration process quick, easy and fast. It’s also verryyyyyy clean

Worst customer service ever!! This evening for the second time in two weeks, I made an appointment online only to go to your clinic and learn that you are actually closed. Fix your customer service. Stop sending potential patients confirmation after confirmation if you’re not actually open

In person, great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, Ive been trying to reach them over the phone and they werent answering. Then, the line was busy and finally I called and I could clearly hear the person pick up the phone and hang up. I continued calling and when they answered, an annoyed woman finally answered and I told her I had been calling and someone kept hanging up. She was annoyed and was rude rushing me to tell her what I needed. If theres a problem with your phone and you were truly trying to answer the call, then why would you be rude to the caller when you finally get to hear them? I would have given the office 5 stars but a rude person answering the phone is a big deal even if they are helpful.

Renee front desk was amazing she checked me in very quick I wish every place had a front desk like her and Rogenna was amazing as well she helped me through the process with care and kindness

Horrible service. Tried to check in on 04/02/2024 for herniation pain. The receptionist seem to be upset because they close at 8pm and I showed up at 730pm, she literally told me I had to pay $100 when insurance says $50 without even checking on their portal. Then she told me they might not have a solution for my pain. In other words leave, so I did...Money make or maybe laundry maker, not sure, but not an urgent care I will recommend.AVOID this urgent care.

6 days ago I went to my reg. Dr for an extremely painful wrist. She gave me a cortisone shot. But didn’t call in any pain meds- we are talking tramadol 5 pills. Not the big stuff. I called the next day to tell her it was not better and had she called in rx. Sure I hear. Nope. Called Monday got office. They wanted me to pay for another visit. Was supposed to get back to me. Didn’t. Next day too. Finally Tuesday I’m on so much pain I go here. Begging for help. They have me an anti inflammatory injection and 24 hrs later I am so much better. Going out of the country in 2 days and I needed this better. I’m going to this clinic every time now. And I have a referral for when I return. Extremely pleased

The entire nurse staff is amazing Again back at urgent care what a blessing from Regina the nurse. My wound is healing because of people like her.

My husband and I always come here whenever we have any concerns. Back pain, migraine, blood work, any concern we have we always come and are always treated well and most importantly quickly

This place is very unprofessional. I would never return Back there’s only one nurseHelping in the back and you can see the frustration on her face. I was here for hours. I felt so bad for the young lady she was left alone to triage everyone.

Drug screen was in and out. Rene was very nice from when i walked in until I left, she even did my drug screen for me . 10/10 very nice establishment.

Naznin made my visit very simple. I didn’t have my license so she allowed my to print a photo of it from my phone. Fill out basic info and wait a couple minutes till it was my turn. My drug testing was very quick and simple!

This place was amazing!! We had a cruise with carnival and on the cruise my son got misdiagnosed with an inner ear infection and was given amoxicillin. He was getting much worse instead of better. We ubered here right after we got off ship and they were so friendly. They didnt take our insurance since we were out of state but it was only $140ish and they diagnosed him with swimmers ear and an outer ear infection and prescribed him antibiotic drops. They were so kind and got us in really fast. Walked over to Walmart with our luggage and we picked up the prescription which was also done with in 15 min. We come to Hollywood every year and although I hope we never will be an urgent care on a visit again, I would definitely come here!

Chrisy and Jada were exceptional. They provided me with care and were very attentive to what I was telling them. They were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable on what they were doing.

Nadine is one of the best phlebotomists I’ve experienced in years. Her bedside manner was more than up to par, as well as her phlebotomy skills, and techniques. Nadine caused no pain and made my experience at Urgent Care in Hollywood a great one.

Had a great smooth experience with my 8 month old infant this morning. It has been my shortest wait time in the history of Miami medical offices. I made an appointment and completed all the paperwork before my appointment. I came in at 9:10am and was out by 9:40am. The medical assistant Ana was so sweet and welcoming. The doctor was friendly and provided great information for her cold. Overall 10/10!

We have been to this place several times and the people who have served us have been very friendly. They also have a pharmacy service. Registration is quick. They have free bottles of water. a very clean place.

Amazingly kind people, especially Dr. Vanessa & Nadine. My sister, who is cognitively disabled, was quite anxious, but the people here made her relax by showing how much she mattered to them. Highly recommend this urgent care

I had a complicated billing issue, and the office manager took time from her maternity leave to fix the issue. Very grateful for the teams effort to fix the issue, just took longer than expected, but that was because manager has been on leave!It says a lot about a manager when she is taking her time off to remidify an issue- she is a quality manager, she cares about making things right, and she goes above & beyond.The nurses and doctors are all friendly and as helpful as they can be too :)

My first experience at AFC Urgent Care was perfect. I came to do blood work but i have hemophobia.(hate seeing blood) but Maite whom is a nurse that works there handle the situation perfectly. She drew my blood so quick and smooth that i forgot i was there to draw blood lol. I am very satisfied. Thanks Maite

I had an irritation of my left eye, I went into AFC urgent care with only 20 minutes before they were closed. Nadine took care of me and Johannes Welch examined my eye, gave me recommendations and prescribed an eye drops to help with the pain and irritation.Thank you for seeing me in such a short time!

Everyone was very polite and professional and the wait time was reasonable.

I went to this office with my mother in law she wasn’t feeling very well and all the staff were super attentive, helpful and very friendly, Nazmin was the medical assistant was very nice my mother in law don’t speak English so she was very patient with her and Dr Maarouf was very nice as well he explained everything very well, and Norma the X-ray technician was super nice as well very friendly, all the staff are 5 stars in my opinion.Also the clinic was very clean, we left very happy with everything and everyone.

I cant thank them enough for treating my injury. The staff was phenomenal.

I have really bad memory but the tech under the name I believe Diana she has a really nice colorful tattoo on her wrist she does her job pretty efficiently y’all should give her a raise she deserves it.

I would most definitely come back here in the future the staff were so helpful and the doctor actually listened to what I was concerned about. I had originally went to my PCP but after the conversation I realized after reading the notes that he didn’t document anything I actually needed, I took matters into my own hands and came here I was finally able to figure out what I needed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted right away. Front desk staff was very nice. About a few minutes later Ana came to place me into a room. She took my vitals and ensured me the doctor would be coming in shortly. Doctor was very nice and informative. Definitely will be back for any other services.

Im not a fan of writing bad reviews but this one had me real good.My first time was very fast and pleasant there is a nice older gentlemen who was really nice ... I got tested on a Saturday and TWO WEEKS later, ( no email ) I drove by and I asked the gentlemen in the front desk twice to be sure and he started mocking me “ if I spoke English or Japanese, and making racial Japanese sounds “ , extremely rude. I was amazed how a grown man can act like a little child to customers.PLUS I SPENT $50 BUCKS...... THE RESULTS WERE GIVEN TWO WEEKS LATER WHEN YOU STATE 24 HOURS.

Dr. Brian and Dr. Maarouf are exceptional. My husband went there for his back and the doctors were able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was and provided him a clear and decisive plan of action for feeling better. They answered all our questions and left us with a better understanding of what was happing. I would recommend seeing them if you are not feeling well.

AfC urgent care is grea place to vist if you just want to see a doctor and there staff is wonderful and the location is perfect

This place is awesome and so super convenient!! The associated are nice, welcoming and kind. Had to get my drug screening done, and I was in and out. Briana was amazing and made the process a no brainer. Her smile lit up the place. I will most definitely refer this place and I will use them in the future.

Wow! I had an amazing service & super fast. The place was clean and staff super friendly. I took him to his pediatrician and they send us home with no solution. Came back to the urgent care today and they were able to find a solution and send him medication to feel better.

I visited the clinic with my 2 sons, 3 and 21 months, yesterday. I am in south Florida travelling on vacation and had a great experience here. Easy appointment booking, polite greeting wonderful nurse and Dr. From the get go our nurse, Ana, was so good with my 2 young sons being patient and taking information about their conditions and speaking to them at their level. Dr. Marouf was wonderful as well. Speaking directly to my children in age appropriate language and with lots of patience. Thank for a great visit. We can now get on with our vacation with peace of mind.

I was literally waiting to be seen at another urgent care and booked an appointment at AFC. I left the other urgent care and was seen right away at AFC! I was very pleased with the ease of booking my appointment and how fast it took to be seen. Definitely recommend this place!

The service here is very professional and quick. I brought my son here for a sports physical. We were checked in promptly. Before I could sit down in the waiting area they were calling my son’s name for his physical. I couldn’t believe it. The nurse was the kindest, energetic, and sweetest professional I have ever met in a medical facility. She was very patient and good at making my son feel comfortable. The doctor followed the same friendly tempo. Very professional and knowledgeable.I loved it here. We will be back again.

Our 20 month old granddaughter is visiting. She has a slight fever and we called to ask for an ear check since she will be flying home tomorrow. We were told only patients over the age of 2 and older are admitted. It would be useful to make this fact clear when advertising family children care.

Visited Urgent Care on 4/22 Chanel at the front desk was very kind and help me fill out my paper work as it was my first time visiting. I was only sitting in the front office for about 10min before Sam came and grabbed me she was very funny and polite, someone you need in a doctors office. Finally I spoke with Jen who diagnosed me and gave me a detail print out of everything I needed so I could give myself the best self care. Overall the the place is a 10/10 with the staff being the best part. Highly recommend:-)

Anna was sweet, fast, and friendly! Made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect. Recommend Anna for your next visit.Update: it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to get my results back for a test I took. I was told by Anna that I should get results in 2-3 days and it’s going on Week 3 and I still don’t have results or have heard from anyone about it. This is the same thing that happened to me when I came here to take a drug test for my job. They ended up mislabeling my test and results never came in and I had to take another drug test else where. Seems like a never ending problem with this urgent care. Absolutely disappointed in the lack of care and communication after a visit. Change my rate to 2 stars.

Exceptional customer service was provided by this facility. But one person really stood out her name was Briana. She was very friendly, compassionate and answered all my questions to her best ability. I had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish thanks to Briana. If you are in need to visit an Urgent care AFC is the urgent care to visit.

Great, friendly and fast. I came with my daughters as they have been sick for a week. We went to the ER and they said they were fine. They still had a fever today so I decided to bring them in to the Urgent Care. They discovered they had strep throat and Han insisted I bring my other daughter to ensure we take care of them all.
