Very satisfied with my visit at A Capital Women’s Clinic, the comfort I received with my decision was very helpful in my already difficult situation. This is a verified clinic not a crisis center where you will feel uncomfortable about your decision and you will receive the medical care of your choice!

I kept calling telling them I was complications and asking if I should come in. They insisted it was all normal. I ended up hemorrhaging 5 weeks later and passing VERY LARGE CLOTS. My hemoglobin dropped so low that I almost needed a blood transfusion. This is a true story. Sharing so that this facility can do better and so that women are aware. If you feel something is wrong and they keep telling you everything is fine, please go and get a second opinion. I was bleeding so much I needed to be transported to the hospital via ambulance. They also discharged me when my last BP reading was 165/80 something. I feel like they need to monitor patients better.

First of all this review is long overdue. But better late than never lolI had my procedure done on 05/20/2022 & the whole process was so smooth! The ENTIRE staff made me feel so comfortable physically & emotionally. This was my first pregnancy ever & it was such a hard decision to make but I do not regret it at all.Thank you thank you THANK YOU for all the support you al provided me with & for making my visit as comfortable as possible.Stay safe & stay blessed ♥️

Truly an unforgettable feeling and experience after leaving here. This being my first time and living in a banned state, I had to travel from WV to Virginia and not only the company, but the front desk lady, Kierra, was there for me every single step of the way. Something popped up with my appointment later on and we had to reschedule for the day before, since I was traveling after work I couldn’t make it during clinic hours. Kierra not only stayed over after hours to make sure I got everything I needed but never rushed me once and had a smile on her face the whole time. The doctor helped Kierra and I over a phone call and they made the whole process go so smoothly and quickly. I truly felt cared for and appreciated every moment of it!Thank you CWH and thank you Kierra! truly amazing and caring people here!

They did exactly what I needed to be done. Informative, quick and easy. The two young’s ladies in the front were very respectful and nice. She answered every question I had. Thanks for a good experience for myself.

They staffing is awesome and make you feel comfortable in the office. It is a judgement free environment. Any questions or concerns they address it to the best of they ability. I high recommend this place for any women health concerns. Its a five star place for me. Spacious due to covid precautions and very clean. Thank you for everything.

This clinic provides affordable abortion services, delivering quality customer service and care. I went in for the pills, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The employees, from reception to the doctor, truly care for you and provide these services out of love for women.

Very nice everyone was very helpful and friendly I would recommend to anyone. They helped me with funding and explained everything everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. Anyone who is looking should definitely call they will make you feel very comfortable and you being seen is a priority.

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. They give all patients information about the procedure in a group , there’s no confidentiality or ever really a chance to even speak with the dr one on one before procedure. They false advertised and told me I would be “out of it” for the procedure . I was awake and aware the entire time I felt so much pain that I literally passed out when the nurse made me stand up to walk to the waiting room after I told her I was in to much pain to even move. They refused to give me anything else for pain. Every ones tolerance is different. They gave me 1 Vicodin for pain and I told them that would not do anything for me and they just treated me like I was a druggie or something.I had this procedure about a week ago. On the 4th day I called and I told the “nurse” who answered the phone that I was still having really severe pains and other things that concerned me. She was so rude. She told me that I need to go have a visit with my regular obgyn and that there was nothing that they could honestly provide besides the actual abortion. And that the doctor would not be able to meet with me for another 3 weeks . Rude , didn’t care about what my symptoms where what I was feeling or anything. I don’t recommend going here. I’ve been to planned parenthood to have this same procedure a few years ago and they where so much more professional and actually care about their patients.

Went with a friend they are horrible. Hold the drivers keys force to sit in lobby with people coughing all over you. Its cold in the waiting area no heat. Lady that took the payment was very rude. She told me I could sit in a cold car and not the lobby if I wanted to. SMH. No customer service skills at all. I do not recommend. Also parking in horrible. No confidentiality at all.

Very sad that “pro-life” people like from “Maddy” who have never stepped foot into this incredible organization are leaving 1 star reviews. Creating fake accounts to bash an organization that is here to help women in their most vulnerable times is appalling. I have been here and had been treated for an abortion. It was a scary time in my life but they were there to help. I am forever thankful.

This place is so kind. The staff are really nice and professional, I was skeptical because Of previous reviewers but they exceeded my expectations. It was a smooth process, I appreciate it so much. This is the place to go to get what you need to get done. Thank you!

I was getting the pill done as I was only 6 pregnant. There is no reason at all that I should have had to wait for over two hours to be given some pills. Especially since the procedure is to get one pill in the office and then 4 at home. The staff is nice but it was too long. And the protesters are the worst!

The amount of women that hemorrhage in their recovery room is absurd. All the women that do hemorrhage (which is life threatening) are still so far under sedation that they dont remember the event and the clinic does NOT tell them. Moreover, you leave the clinic having had a life threatening medical complication and the clinic never tells you about it so you dont know to tell your future medical providers.The nurses in the recovery room monitoring these hemorrhaging women, have ZERO medical training or experience. Have they ever even heard of HIPAA?Its obvious by the other reviews that they dont care about their patients. The abortion industry is motivated by money and money alone.Did they take your phone? Your keys? Didnt let you see your sonogram photos? Why might that be you ask? Because those are all things that might cause or allow you to leave, taking money out of their pockets. This is not a place of choice that champions womens autonomy.Stay away, stay far away. This is the real face of the abortion industry.

Despite all who has negativity to shed on this topic. This clinic truly cares, twice I went to get an abortion, but I was crying while they, this clinic refused to proceed. They were not just there to just take my money, THIS CLINIC TRULY CARES!❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for being there when I needed you most. Affordable abortion options for those in need. Instead of waiting for Planned Parenthood, I was able to make appointment next day. I am so thankful.

I called to ask a question about getting an ultrasound done. My girlfriend and I had an appt for an abortion set sup already we just wanted a clear ultrasound picture. I called for my girlfriend because shes a teacher and works during the day. The lady who answered phone constantly invalidated me and kept trying make me feel as though I didnt know what I was talking about and as if this process has nothing to do with me. An abortion us tough on both the father and the mother of the fetus period and she kept telling me well this isnt happening to you its het so lets get that straight she also said well yall arent pregnant shes pregnant and going to have to go through this understand that. That wasnt her place to say any of that every other place Ive called have been very accepting and warm they also dont dismiss the males in this process. Im highly disappoint in this clinic and this was just an over the phone encounter I can o my imagine how this is in office.I dont recommend this place

Ladies let’s all admit sometimes we get ourselves in some situations we just can’t handle if your ever in a situation where you need an abortion this is the place to great dr fantastic nurses all around great experience in a difficult time for me

Does take 3-4 hours but they’re so nice and make you feel comfortable

They were too rough with the pre op procedure and all they want is your money giving false information when I went somewhere else where they accepted my situation and gave me the correct information I needed ! I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there !
