Clean, professional, and efficient! Not a long wait time, they moved patients through the process reasonably. I was impressed! This is my new “go to” spot. I spent over an hour riding around trying to find a place that was open, (online it was stated open, but it wasn’t!) THEY WERE!

Omg! The service was phenomenal! I have my own clinic I go to, but I needed a physical done asap. When I tell you the receptionist was outstanding and the way she multi task that front desk. That young lady NEVER last her cool. She was superp. The nurses smiled and handed their business to. The doctor needs a gold medal 🏅. That clinic was popping with clients coming in and out with all kinds of needs. While the staff gets the gold for me. Thank you for a job very well done 👏.

My initial visit was great! The ladies that attended me were very helpful and had a great attitude. Ill be going for a follow-up in a few days.Update: The follow-up also went great. The visit was great! I had gone into Midwest express after a visit to the ER last week. After being seen having no improvement. Decided to go to Midwest express and my Doctor was thorough and very nice. She explained what was needed and I’m already feeling better:) So happy that I decided to come to Midwest instead of trying to wait it out!

Today went inside Midwest express clinic and the intake person was rude as ever. Before I could make it inside she is yelling loudly ask who has an appointment! Its myself and daughter. I politely said she has an appointment. She said have a seat Ill be with you. I sit and watch the active around me. We sat for 30 mins and no help was giving. I never seen her there before she was a Caucasian lady on the heavier side with glasses when I said rude was very rude!

We always get in very quickly. Everyone is friendly and very understanding and careful with what tests are run and what prescriptions are given for no insurance patients. The staff at the two Hammond clinics take time to listen to you. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience today July 24th, 2024 to beautiful women doctors that were patient and caring! I had over 20 skin tags removed that I have had since my young days. Thanks so much for all the professional assistance and crew! Excellent service!

The front desk was busy and this young lady was still super nice and quick with it. Then I saw the Dr and was impressed even more. She was kind, caring, and expressed honest concern with my issue. I didnt feel rushed or ignored by her. I will definitely go back and I would refer them to anyone who needs an urgent care.

I really love this place. the staff are all very nice and welcoming. i had an appointment at 9am and they saw me a bit earlier then that. even without an appointment the wait time isn’t too bad. they understood my pain and concerns. i will always come here when i’m not feeling well.

I’m leaving this review in regards to the Amazing service I received at Midwest Express Clinic. My daughter emergency visit was so overwhelming for her and I both after losing a tooth and receiving multiple cuts and bruises falling off her bike however the compassion Nurse HANNAH showed was so comforting to say the least. She went over and beyond to assist my daughter as well as checking on me . She asked questions, she gave advice , she gave referrals she thought would benefit us and with that I’m Immensely Grateful .

This is the first time that I’ve ever been to this facility-Great experience from the time I walked in with Shainika at the front desk making sure that I understood the paperwork and what I was signing.. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I got to the back with triage nurse-Taylor , she was AWESOME, ATTENTIVE- checking on me to make sure I was O.K, if I needed anything before seeing the provider. Lastly, wait time seem like I was in and out, well within the hour. Please visit this location-GREAT PEOPLE that LOVE their job work there.

My 2nd time going to this location and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was really friendly and helpful and I was seen 10 after my appointment time. If for any reason I need to go to Urgent Care, Ill definitely schedule at this location.

My visit to Midwest Express was very pleasant. As a retired nurse manager I have high expectations of healthcare workers but the staff is very professional. The MD/NP explained treatment ways and not just prescribed medications. The clinic is clean and doesn’t smell of sickness! I appreciate them.

When I tell you the staff{Nurses and Doctor}are EXCELLENT here theyre very caring. I was in so much pain I could barely walk. The nurse {LaFonda R}IMMEDIATELY got me a room and made me very comfortable until the Dr. was able to see me. The Dr {Sharelle B} came in asked all necessary questions explained to me in detail my Diagnosis and what could be done to heal me. The Dr answered all the questions I had in detail no matter what I asked she was on it {NEVER RUSHED ME} with explaining to give me clarity of what was going on with my health.I travel a distance because I knew this location was DEFINITELY going to take care of me. THANKS SO MUCH TO EACH OF YOU for your EXCELLENT SERVICE

Natalia and the staff were a great help at relieving my issue with severe chest congestion. The team worked very quick and efficiently to help me out my state of discomfort. The environment was very clean and welcoming

The staff was very friendly I was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes. I was give a shot in the office to assist with my pain until my medication was ready for pick up. The office was clean and my medication was ready at my pharmacy when I arrived about 45 minutes after my visit.

I was there with my elderly mother who is 95 and my sister 72…. on May 03 2024. Everyone was polite and professional and made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect for us, close to our home. After we completed check in process we were called in less than 10 minutes!!!! Bravo! But, of course we were first in line and maybe one other person behind us. I liked the PA she was warm and friendly and patient with my MOTHER, because she has ADHD,OCD but has never been addressed.😮😮 No such thing in her day! 😂

So no actual issues with the doctor but the nurse definitely violated HIPPA/PHI and inconvenienced me completely.I was the first person checked in and only person in office before 4 others came in shortly behind me. The nurse with short bob like hair wasn’t paying attention and wrote us down out of order before going on break so instead of being seen first, I was seen last and had to wait 45 minutes. Mind you, I paid out of pocket for the appointment and had my ride outside waiting since I was supposed to be first.After meeting with the doctor, I was getting my return to work letter from that same nurse then I left. I get a block away then get a call from the nurse saying she had given me another patient’s document (that contained their full name and DOB) and if I could loop back for my correct note. Inconvenience after inconvenience while being in discomfort and pain.

My 3 year old went in with probably a fractured elbow screaming in pain. We spent like 30 minutes there to be told to go to the ER. They told us they don’t deal in fractures, but said they don’t know what was actually wrong with him. They couldn’t even be bothered to check him out, probably because they were closing soon (in 1 hour). It was too much of an inconvenience to see if a three year old is seriously injured. What a waste of time, sorry my child’s well being isn’t as important as getting out on time.

Registered online, when I arrived checked in was in the back within five minutes Dr was very Friendly addressed my issue however I had to go to another clinic to get Xrays which was still fast and convenient. I was given all the information I needed to give to my primary Dr.Fast friendly service this is my go to place when my primary is not available.

They were very fast and efficient. The Team made me feel so comfortable. No issues with picking up prescriptions from pharmacy.

My nurse partitioner and her nurse, were amazing. They both had my thinking how what a great experience I had, hours after I had left. Im very grateful I had both of them. They both listened to my son and I symptoms and treated us with the best care possible. They were very sympathetic to our needs and understood how much pain I was really in. In that was my blessing of the day. Thank you again.Had another visit to Midwest urgent care.Another amazing visit.Another visit, pleasant as usual!

I brought my teen son here for an infection over the weekend until he could see his doctor. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. They helped him get out of pain and manage the infection. They were wonderful during an extremely stressful time.

I was very impressed with the service from the young lady at the front desk as well with the service I had from the one that came in the room to make sure I was comfortable then there was The the Lady Dr.She was so nice patience explain everything to me very well so that I understood what to do at home great job from everyone 👍♥️

Knocked off 1 star for Visit 4/14/2024, Rebekah Vega seen me this day and I have NEVER felt so much implicit medical bias in my life. First things first, I didnt even know her name! I got her name from the prescriptions AFTER my visit. She never introduced herself whatsoever. Now, I needed a few other refills on my psych medicines on top of my asthma medication and I get it, people abuse them but because Im still transferring providers from a previous job+insurance Midwest has been my bridge in care, and I RARELY write reviews. This though, no. I asked specifically if she could fill two medicines (If I was declined it was fine but it was the incrimination and inquisition from her.) I was met with such suspicion despite being readily able to provide proof I was diagnosed from my old PCP. She even seemed reluctant to give me my Zoloft (which I had no problem providing my MYCHART to prove diagnosis + med h/x), she sarcastically said is it for anxiety? when nope, I have MDD, now, Adderall, I get its a commonly misused and abused drug but once I asked if she could refill both, at that point her medical bias EXPLICITLY SHOWED and I had to go above and beyond to provide proof I had a script for my Zoloft alone, no one willingly wants Serotonin Syndrome lmfao, like please. She didnt even bother following up about my ADHD diagnosis which was WHY I was asking for the Adderall(I showed her my mychart for my zoloft, my oldest med, but the ADHD diagnosis was on a different page and it wasnt updated in my primary med list yet), but that was expected but the way she immediately treated me when I asked was unacceptable. I didnt even get that treatment from ANYONE else but her. It was annoying and frustrating but to struggle getting the Zoloft that was something else. Her, in particular, needs sensitivity training or something, because EVERYONE ELSE IN THERE IS PERFECT. My encounter with THAT provider was insane and I left with my trust broken, uncomfortable and reluctant to return.Now, SHERELLE, CHERELLE-FNP(sp?)! IS MY FAVOURITE! OMG She was amazing! Personable, Smart, Friendly! 100/10 (does she run a practise? She needs to) There was another provider, shes Hindi? Skinny woman! I forgot her name, she prescribed me Antibiotics for my Asthma Exacerbation(which felt more like walking Pneumonia, audible wheezing), She has a good grip on disease process and adding subjective info from me that prescription was CHEFS KISS! When I finished that round + those steroids, She saved me a trip to the ER. A for real life saver from me staying in the hospital 5 days.

Best clinic I’ve ever went to. I went here for COVID testing, check ups and so much more… they always make me feel comfortable and aren’t judgement. They are very nice and quick. I highly recommend going here.

Waste of time. Nephew went screaming crying from a fall just for them to have them wait for 30 minutes without even checking him to just say he needs to go to ER. Do not waste your time.

Good morning, I had several great experiences at the clinic. I brought my daughter DeAsia there for first time and service was exceptional.The young lady who checked us in is so pleasant.,I called multiple times prior to coming inquiring about the Griffith location which ended up being closed temporarily and each time the young lady was very friendly and helpful.I didn’t get her name but she deserves 20 ⭐️ My daughter was a walk-in and we was there less than 1hr I will definitely come back

The care that I received at Midwest Express in Hammond, IN was great! My first vist to this location. I like that I was able to register on-line and do a pre-check in. The receptionist was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the different types of insurance and the Nurse was phenomenal and made you feel relaxed . I was glad to see a young doc of color who listened to my concerns and didnt rush the appointment. Hopefully, Ill stay in good health but if I ever need services again, Ill definitely be back to this location .

Even though this clinic is on a sketchy party of town I’ll always opt to take my children and myself here bc the service is always professional and warm. We’re always in and out, with our medical issues attended to and staff is always a 10. As long as they keep up the good work, I’ll always recommend.

I went to the Hammond midwest clinic off of syble blv. The staff was positive an friendly, they got me right in. I was there for my monthly B12 shot, the nurse who administered the shot was great. I didnt even feel it. I totally recommend this clinic, they were the best.

Everyone was polite, not a long waiting time. Only wish they had an on ground x-ray tech and machine. I don’t care to have to go to 2-3 different places to complete care. Other than this the care was sufficient.

This is my new favorite clinic. From my first step in the door it looked clean and smelled amazing. I was seen very quickly and had my throat swabbed for my sick visit before i was even put into a room to see the dr. Everything was simple and pain free (mentally and physically lol) Every member of staff ive come across is incredible and the sweetest….I definitely will be coming back here as needed.

Yesterday me and my daughter went to the MIDWEST clinic on Sibley. We were greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly. The young lady that triaged us was so inviting and warm as if you were talking to a family member. The Dr was so nice and understanding. She treated me so nice and in a timely manner. I agrivated my sciatica a few weeks ago. I visited Midwest about 2 weeks ago.In short, Dr. Taria Miles helped me a LOT!! The lady is smart, quick, she listens, and has a great sense of humor!Im glad she works there!!!

I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, I only went there for a vitamin B12 shot, but they were on it. The lady at the front desk checked me in, was very professional and friendly at the same time, barely sat down the MA called me back, gave me the shot and I was on my way. She was also friendly but very professional. The place smelled very clean and sanitized when I opened the door to go in, that is very important.

Was up this way visiting family for the holiday and wasnt feeling very well, I first went to a urgent care in illinois and they did nothing for me. I went to Midwest Express Clinic and they took care of me, I am feeling so soooo much better. Thank you so much to the doctor and staff at Midwest Express you guys are the greatest ❤️

Prompt, friendly, excellent care. I am choosing a doctor here as my new PCP. I felt that I was in very attentive hands. I did have to be admitted to a hospital. The doctor from this clinic was my attending. Im brand new in the area, this was my first visit to the clinic. In a time of need, crisis, and fear, the providers here were supporting me after the very first meeting.

This clinic is the Greatest when it come to providing me with an on the spot non-emergency medical need. The staff is very professional and caring during my first two visit. The staff was attentive, kind, and fast! The doctor listened to all my concern and even went above my expectations and ordered more testing just to be safe and try to rule other things out. As a mother I was very satisfied with how my daughter was treated was such great care and how patient everyone was with her, especially when she was extremely scared to have blood drawn, and almost every single staff member popped in on her to tell her how amazing and brave she was being during blood draw. I honestly wasnt feeling very comfortable with my kids primary doctor and feel truly blessed to have Midwest as another option.

I checked in online, upon arrival I was greeted with a smile, the waiting area was very clean and neat, the young lady in triage was friendly and efficient. The doctor listened to everything I informed him I was experiencing He explained everything he did to my understanding. I needed to have an x-ray and they didnt have a tech, however they called ahead for me to have the x-ray taken at another express clinic which wasnt far. I was pleased with the service and attention I received.

Professionalism,patience, kindness, and a great environment are the best places to go for a medical cleared or even if you couldnt find a medical appointment with your regular doctor,and the best part is that you dont have to make an appointment most of the cases,just walk in and thats all.

Omg today’s experience was amazing from start to finish I came in for a gender reveal ultrasound. The front desk MA Shanika informed me that they didn’t accept my payment method. I was about to cry when she said u know what I got u girl I was was huh she actually PAID for my gender session what a BLESSING i love her she doesn’t even know me n blessed me that’s the sweetest. Then at my session I was super nervous about not seeing the gender she was super nice and super patient the whole team was truly amazing 10stars if I could great job ladies!

I went to this Midwest Express Clinic to get a rapid COVID-19 test. I spoke with Jessica on the phone and she was very sweet and helpful in directing me how to proceed with my appointment. I wasnt sure if I needed to stay in the car or walk in and she cleared that up right away. I forget the medical assistants name, but she was also very kind and did a great job of explaining my vitals and gathering my past medical history. The doctor, Maribel, was also very informative and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me my results right away and mentioned what to look out for in the next few days. I would 100% recommend this location and company overall and am so glad I chose Midwest Express Clinic 😌

Super fast and great staff. The dr sent prescription right away for my daughter pink eye. Check in online and avoid paperwork. Vicky at the desk was so nice. I left ER and went here and was done within 45 min of checking in.

This place was very professional and the Dr took her time and listened and did not just throw a bunch of pills at me. Would go back.

They were courteous and listened to me when I explained why I was there. I was treated with care and my medical needs were taken care of. It was a good experience even though I was not feeling well at the time. If I ever need Urgent Care I will return there.

The best urgent care Ive visited. I literally walked in at my scheduled time and went straight to registration/ triage. The staff was friendly and thorough and great with my 5 year old. The whole visit took less than hour. Highly recommend.

The front desk receptionist is always welcoming. The nurse Desiree is always awesome. Pleasant to chat with. Physician Taria Miles and Charles Chube are personable and they make me feel safe. When Im feeling embarrassed they comfort me and console me. I know Im in good hands.

Today My son was treated by one of most efficient kind hearted Nurse Practitioner Viv. She took the time explain everything to me and she’s bilingual. I’m so sad to hear she’ll be working at a different location. We need more caring medical professionals like her in our area! The nurses are just as friendly and caring.

The front desk associate had a horrible disposition, no greeting, just how can I help you? That right there let me know I wasn’t coming back but I wouldn’t even take the time to leave a review on the service had you guys not sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Then when I call to find out why it’s not where I requested it be sent, I didn’t even receive an apology for their error. Please do better!

Receptionist was very polite when I called for information. Service was quick and professional, and the results from my COVID and flu tests came back within just a few minutes. Wait time when I came in (before 9 a.m.) was minimal.

Got there 330 left at 520 with the maybe you should go see your son’s pediatrician. Something that he recently been there for is now being turned down because they obviously didn’t want to deal with it. I’ve been here multiple times and this was by far my worst visit. The nurse practitioner had no clue what she was doing and was looking at my form as if it was written in Chinese.

This is my second time coming here and both times I’ve had an excellent experience. They are really thorough. They are patient with my over active son as well. Brandy gave him a superhero mask and lollipops that calmed him down. Did I mention they were thorough? They quickly caught and diagnosed my son with the flu. I saw the test myself and it easily could’ve been missed. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!!

I did a walk in appointment at this facility and i was pleasantly surprised the reception was welcoming and proficient. The staff was very professional and time conscious. I cant begin to say enough about my treating physician she was professional but with impeccable bed side manner, she made me feel comfortable and she was diligent. Overall I was more than satisfied with my visit.

Although under pressure the staff was professional, efficient and adamant when it came to providing excellent care for patients. One person that stuck out most was Dina. She was soo positive from being to end. she has such a great personality and is a great addition to your team.!

Great service and great atmosphere!! So clean a neat! I got so much help when I called in worrying about my daughter and her sickness. Ashley helped me so much and was so nice to my daughter and I when we arrived. Then nurse Emma was so sweet and nice to my daughter when testing her for any sicknesses. The doctor Ms.Tonya was so nice and helpful she assured my daughter that things will get better and she will be fine. They got us in and out with speed and gracefulness! I love this place and will return soon!

I will admit, I’ve never had good luck, or any positive experiences in Xpress clinics ever in my life but when I tell you, this is the best doctors office I have ever been to EVER!! From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, the doctor and the phlebotomist they were all amazing! I am so glad my insurance chose this doctor as my pcp! Not only did the medical assistant take time to listen to what was going on with me the doctor took time to listen to everything that I had concerns about too! . He also addressed all my concerns with bloodwork and tests! this will be my doctor from now on! I don’t know who, or how yelp is only giving this place a 1.5 or something stupidly low, but that is by far not the truth of this place if I could give more than five stars, I would! Thank you guys so much I can’t wait for my next appointment.

I was in a litt of pain on a Sunday afternoon and didnt want to go to an emergency room. I was grateful that Midwest Expree Clinic was open and within a short distance from my home. They were very courteous and made me feel very welcome. The receptionist, Megan, was very sweet and seemed to be genuinely concerned about me and wanted to help me. The doctor also was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. He was very helpful. Im so glad they were available to service my needs.

The location had just opened two days before I brought my daughter there, so the facility was still spotless and smelled like cleaning supplies. The staff were friendly and we were seen quickly. The front desk staff was a little slow at entering our information, but since it was only their 3rd day of being open and they were still working out the bugs with their office equipment, that was to be expected really. We will definitely be going back for all our urgent care needs in future (though hopefully those needs will be few and far between).

The receptionist was extremely friendly (sorry I dont remember her name) but she was very nice! The woman who gave us the B-12 shot (again, sorry I dont know her name either but her leg was in a cast) she was very nice as well!!

I walked in to get my B12 shot she gave me paperwork to fill out because it was a new year just to update before I sat down to fill it out they already called me to the back got my injection and didnt even have my paperwork filled out yet it took me longer to fill up my paperwork if I didnt have the paperwork to do I would have been in and out within 3 minutes maybe five. They were fantastic highly recommend going there this is the one in Hammond Indiana. They are also not just a emergency clinic but I believe you can use them as your primary doctor. Next time you go to the emergency room try going to Midwest clinic first and give them a try much cheaper if you have a copay also you will not be sitting there for 5 hours. Thank you Midwest Express Clinic everybody was fantastic there I would like to give everybody a 10. Ill see you next time

From the moment I showed up everyone was so nice.The young lady at the front desk was great, the young lady who did my blood pressure ect. was so friendly and nice and Dr. Woods was awesome, she showed great concern about my blood pressure gave me great advice on how to lower it. In all my years I will truely say this was the best experience from start to finish at a medical facility. I wish these women were at my primary Dr. Office.

My family and I have been going there for a while now. I love the All the Nurse Practitioner’s on staff. They are understanding and compassionate. They listen to us when describing how we feel. There isn’t a rush and that’s what I like about it. Feeling heard is key. Thank you all again for doing great work.

If I could’ve given this place a 10 I would’ve!!! From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor everyone was professional and courteous. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I went in for a Covid test and a strep test and was out within an hour! This place is exceptional!!!

As a transgender person, this place was extremely respectful. This is the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable at a clinic that isn’t my regular endocrinologist. I wasn’t feeling well and since my specialist is in Chicago , i decided to go here. The staff was super kind, and energetic. Front desk receptionist was very kind and respectful of my preferred name. The nurse was very sweet and kept a smile on her face the whole time she interacted with me. I get very anxious going to the doctor because i always get treated like a alien , since the medical field is behind on bedside manners for trans or gay individuals.thank you for that.

The service was excellent for my first time. The staff was very experienced and knew there job.

Worse care ever I brought my son in where they said I could not go back with him because he is 18. Once he got to the back the medical assistant but all inaccurate information in his chart the physician never examined him they treated him based off of his lab test instead of going through proper protocol and procedures. Never coming here again I rather sit in the ER for better care moving forward.

Went twice...once to be seen for an ear infection, then the follow-up a week later. Both times the staff was wonderful (different but equally good staff both times)...friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Also quick and efficient.

Nurse Practitioner Charity is the best I ever had. The only thing I didnt like is that I use a wheelchair and they do not have a motorized door so my daughter has a hard time getting me in if the person at the desk is busy.

They have really great black doctors there who are extremely thorough. I have to visit again for a check up and I’ll make sure to get the doctor name that helped me. She has sister locs and took so much time with me to understand my history. I’ll definitely be back because she is there.

As an African American patient, it is very hard for us to find someone to love, care, support and even explain the many different tests and results that we get. Colette Walter, FNP-BC was the BEST that Ive ever worked with! Without her, I do not know how this clinic would operate as she is the HEART of this facility. My routine check up was wonderful with her. She explained the tests and even the results THOROUGHLY. At no point did I feel like a patient, she made me feel like family, like I was a daughter of her own. I am very grateful to meet her and work with her as this is my second visit. I would recommend her to EVERYONE. No matter the race, gender, illness, etc, we all deserve to get the experience of feeling cared for with no worries. I am more than positive that she will take care of you. If she ever leaves this clinic, I will follow no matter the distance. It takes time to find someone like her and I am very thankful. The staff is warm and professional. They answered all of my questions until I was satisfied that I had all of the information I needed. I wait time to be seen was short. I couldnt have asked for more. I will definitely use them again.

I came in for a covid test and they had me wait in my car which I was totally fine with even though I’m fully vaccinated, have had no exposure and was only there as a travel precaution. They told me they would call me and it would be 30 minutes so I sat in the parking lot for and hour and 15 minutes before I called myself just to find out they wrote down the wrong phone number and took me off the list. After they brought me in they still took 30 extra minutes just for a swabbing that would take not even a minute. No communication whatsoever. The service here was terrible and I would not come back again.

I went here as a result of back pain. I recently went through a loss of what would have been my only baby girl of 4 boys I have already. So I definitely wanted to get checked out. The nurses and medical staff were very thorough and precise in their exam process. They were also very nice, understanding, and personable. They ran labs so when I go to my primary care doctor everything would already be done for them. I left there not only feeling better but I was satisfied knowing there is a good place for quality care close to home.

For the most part, Ive had a good experience at this express clinic. Ive taken my kids and also have been a patient myself, never a long wait, very friendly staff, and its two mins from where I live, for this, I would give them Two thumbs up!

Exactly as advertised in reviews I read prior to going: Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all, reasonably priced if paying cash. Everything you WISH hospitals would be.People (I among them) would be MUCH more inclined to be proactive about their health if they knew they would be prioritized like patients should be, as done at Midwest Express Clinic, as opposed to a bothersome task in a factory to be addressed EVENTUALLY the way you are in a traditional hospital.A REALLY refreshing experience to be sure.I will do EVERYTHING health related that I can, here, moving forward!

As a walk-in without insurance, I was able to be seen and diagnosed within about an hour, and for less than $150 total. We discovered I had the flu and they gave me OTC medication recommendations which have already begun to make me feel better. Thanks!

Appointment was for 1:10pm arrived at 12:40pm was asked to wait in my car, they called me in at 2:02pm they brought me right back swabbed me for Covid and sat me in a patient room, waited until 2:48 to see a physician. The doctor was great but the wait is definitely not minutes it’s was super long, they stated medication would be called into my local pharmacy and nothing was called in. Waited until the next day called at 8am an they said call back in 15 mins when Physician is in. I’ve been to this clinic in Munster an it was totally different experience! I wasn’t even tested for the flu even though I have all flu like symptoms fully Covid vaccinated and since it’s been a whole another day with out treatment I feel worse with out medications. I don’t know if they were backed up or an over load on patients as I didn’t show any emotions on how frustrated my experience was I left the facility calmly of yeah I also had my 3 month old baby this whole waiting time. Next time I guess I should just walk in and not make appointment. My personal opinion the doctor was great but this facility definitely needs to change the way it’s ran.

5/22: Im not a fan of express clinics but took my daughter in because it can be difficult to get appointments at her PCP. Process was quick, medical staff were knowledgeable and compassionate, we were in and out in less than an hour as a walk-in. Will definitely consider returning when she gets sick again.Update 6/22: (My daughter gets sick a lot). Returned for the same issue. In the door and out within probably 30 minutes. Wonderfully fast. This issue we have been dealing with for 4+ years. Lots of testing, specialist visits, and only a little progress. The doctor we saw ran some standard tests (COVID, flu, strep, etc), heard about a minute worth of history and recommended we go to an ENT to discuss removing tonsils. This doctor didnt know we had just got an ENT referral and it was suggested to remove the tonsils and we were waiting for the appointment.In two visits with minimal medical history, this doctor identified an issue that it took our PCP 4 years to identify. 🤦‍♀️Will definitely return if/when needed.Thank you for the quick, efficient, and accurate care!8/18: Returned this month for COVID testing. Daughter was still recovering from nasal surgery (after prior ENT recommendation) and they were very careful and considerate while taking the sample as to cause as little pain as possible. Doctor was very thorough and provided accurate information and covered questions like returning to school, before I could even ask. Every time we come in here, it feels like we get better and more well rounded care than at her PCP. She now needs a sports physical and we will be doing that here also.

Sitting here and haven’t even seen a DR yet but I’m putting my 5 STARS up NOW! Talk about accommodating! Professional! Fast! Clean! Needed to get my daughter in, nowhere has availability! I called and Yesenia answered and heard my concern and found a way to squeeze us in! I got here, called they got us right in the door. The triage nurse was AMAZING. I’ve now had her seen by a DR and when I say the bedside manner is out of this world it’s an understatement! She spent so much time addressing our concerns and listen to this worried momma just ramble on. I can go on and on but I’ll stop here! Thank you MWE for helping us tonight and getting us on track to getting better!!!

My daughter was having an issue with her throat and ear! I called Midwest Express Clinic and we were in and out in 30 mins. The nurses and the Doctor were very nice and efficient! My daughter was smiling when she left even though she was still feeling under the weather!

Went in for clogged ears and swollen gums due to tooth pain and they were very friendly and quick! Of course they’ve unclogged my ears and even though they don’t do the pulling of the teeth, she still prescribed me a antibiotic for the infection! Overall my experience was a great one! Especially being a self-pay patient......the prices weren’t too high! Thank Again Midwest ❤️

Very friendly staff. They did a great job at getting me in and out as quick as possible. No one wants to hang out at the doctors office while they are feeling so sick. So, I give them a5 start for quick and friendly service at the same time.

Never have I hear of Express clinic. Yesterday when I was at work by throat was hurting so bad that I wasnt able to speak to my customers. My co-worker actually mention Midwest Express clinic near Hammond not to far from where I leave. I went in there the ladies there Medical assistants were very nice and friendly. Dr. was also very nice and she understood my problem. Dr. gave me an injection for my situation. Also Dr. Checked my ears she told me that my ears had a lot wax so she told me that she was going to tell the medical assistant to clean my ears . I tell you this something my own Dr. would not do. After she clean my ears i swear i was able to hear clearly. I thank them so very much for welcoming and to take care of your patients.. right now I am in bed recovering from the strep throat. Im able to swallow and speak little by little Im getting better. This was a great experience thank you!

The front desk clerk was absolutely horrible on the phone and in person. Her attitude is terrible. Mask are required in this facility, she just let this lady in without one (what if she was there for a covid test?. That forced me to sit outside with my 1 year olds.The rest of the staff was so nice and showed care. I hate to give them 2 stars because of her, but she was the one I had to deal with first.

I was feeling awful on New Years Eve, I went to the Munster Urgent care and they were so full the recommended me going to Midwest Express Clinic in Hammond. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Ashley was the receptionist/medical assistant. She was so efficient, knowledgeable, and sweet! The Doctor was also wonderful!

It’s been awhile actually finding a nurse care facility that Genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients, And who actually deliver not only compassion ,but in the up most respectful way! great team of staff at this place. I will be disappointed if anyone here leaves. I felt some comfortable and cared for here.

Cons: I waited 1.5 hrs and i get seen for about 15 minutes by the doctor that the nurse had to tell me I was done (I didnt know I was done so I waited because my doc was told me to wait for it so I felt kicked out); And 2 new prescriptions added with 2 old ones.. I really felt like a number and not a patient. My doc was just efficient but not quality efficient. She was in a hurry even though I was the last patient to be called out of the waiting room. I also never got my results from the tests they ran. They were not communicative as to what I had to do with the medications and past medical history.Pros: I got better(that is the main thing)! The waiting room was clean, and the reception was really nice, and very few people compared to the office in Munster, IN.Conclusion: this place is good but you have to make ur doc listen to you. On the absolute PLUS side you will get better!

I typically don’t go to urgent care but I needed relief ASAP. After calling all other urgent cares I was directed to this location. I’m so glad I ended up here. The entire staff is amazing. You’re in and out. The doctor is amazing. She’s really kind and explains everything thoroughly. She shows genuine concern. I could go on and on. I was really impressed. I’ve had really bad experiences at other offices. So I was pleased with how awesome everyone here is.

I had a great experience here today. My son has been sick for 3 days so I called & made an appointment as a new patient. The registration process was so quick. Melissa at the front desk was very polite, prompt and helpful. The Nurse Practioner Emmy was very professional and helpful. She prescribed my son some medicine and when I went to the pharmacy to p/u it wasnt covered through our insurance and the pharmacy was not helpful at all. I called the clinic back and Emmy personally called the pharmacy to fix the issue. Even though I still ended up having to pay for an over the counter version of the medicine, I appreciate the staff for going above and beyond!

I come here all the time for my children and I...way better then going to the emergency room. Doctors and nurses are friendly. They have diagnosed me better then the ER before. The rooms are very clean and they are very fast. I am always in and out...never been in there more then a hour.

I went here for Dot physical, Dr. Said I had +1000 glucose level, high protein and blood in my urinalysis. Charged me $120.00 only to fail me for my CDL. Advised me to have further testing done. I went had full workup done only to have everything come back negative. Went to another clinic and passed with flying colors.... Ive held my CDL over 20 years and have never had an issue like this.... Nor have I ever had any health issues.... 😡 This physical ended up costing me $436.00 😡😡😡 or I could have surrendered my CDL and changed my career....Not sure why they did this, however Ive since found out, this happens to allot of drivers....😠😡😠😡

Anastasia was great!!! She is very professional, and she thoroughly explained everything. I felt so comfortable talking to her. I even took my son there yesterday ,and sent a police officer friend of mine to her today. the other lady who fills in for her 2 days a week is awesome as well. I totally recommend going to this facility in Hammond, Indiana.

I was at the office for three hours waiting to see a provider. I heard they were short staffed. The provider was really nice.

I went in to get tested for a few things due to having a boat load of symptoms, I almost passed out due to the pain they called an ambulance to take me to an er after evaluating me the emts that came said that I would be fine to stay so I went back in thinking I would be fine they pushed for me to go to the er n when I got there I found out that I was septic.. if it wasn’t for them I would have went home and who knows what would have happened I’ll forever be greatly…thank you
