Choices Pregnancy Center - Glendale

Absolutely amazing first experience here. This is my first pregnancy so I had no idea what to do or expect besides just go to the doctor. Advocate T was incredible, personable and so kind. Everybody else I spoke to at the front desk was just as sweet. They gave me all the info I needed, helped me feel welcome and confident, and explained everything with ease.

As a new volunteer with Choices Pregnancy I have been cross training for several departments. I am overwhelmed at the love and concern shown to each client by volunteers and staff members across the organization. There are so many opportunities for clients, including training classes (where clients earn bucks) and shopping! The hand-made items are free and made with love. I am seeing that this is definantly a community endeavor, made possible with many peoples donations of time and love ❤️

Amazing staff! We went there for lessons during pregnancy and after and earned baby bucks for their little store and it has helped supply us in our first year! We donate to them now and recommend their services anytime we have the opportunity. Shout out to Linda as our teacher and helper! We love you guys!

This place is amazing! The staff was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. During my appointment they have us recourse that going to help us. Also I felt so safe and inviting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely love Shelby the nurse and how she prayed over my niece and the friendly staff. The atmosphere was beautiful and a Blessing. God is good! 🙏🏽❤️😊 They are very helpful and caring.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for pregnancy find out and things like that they told me I was having a miscarriage couldn’t find nothing first time I have almost 2 year old daughter healthy smart baby girl I gave them another chance told me the same thing I needed to see an OBGYN asap because I was having another miscarriage and I need to get tested on why this keeps happening to me and I am 9 months pregnant with my son healthy baby boy due date September 7th I wouldn’t go here just go to a doctor nobody here knows what they are doing at all but very helpful getting car seat etc that’s it

Ignore every negative comment, choices is absolutely incredible! Wow! My husband and I are so blessed by the team of people at choices. They genuinely care about every woman and baby that walks into there clinics. My advocate was Joy at the Glendale location and she’s was the most wonderfully lady made me feel so heard, seen, understood, and cared for! I got my ultrasound with shelby I believe at the Glendale location she was also so amazing truly a joy. I have nothing but amazing things to say about choices. Absolutely incredible care, truly doing the lords work!

This place is free and will give you the strength you need to get through this. Didnt recieve more thorough or supportive care anywhere! I so wish this location would continue with its pregnancy care. Kristen was absolutely incredible to work with and it breaks my heart she wont be able to do my follow ups. She was so patient, and answered so many questions that were left after going to an obstetrician who made my pregnancy seem dismal. I left feeling relieved, supported, and stronger than in weeks.Thank you so much Kristen, for being an angel to this baby and I.I also loooooove Debbie, no judgement with her, no matter what choice I needed to make, just pure love, and it changed and saved two lives in the most important and drastic ways imaginable. Luckily I wont be losing Debbie, she teaches the classes that I cant wait to attend.If you are wondering how you could possibly do this, if you are being pushed into choices you dont want to make, request Debbie. Tell them its an emergency. Because it is. I was one day away from doing something Id regret for the rest of my life. Now Ive got all the support I could need. Cant imagine walking through more life affirming doors or meeting two more angelic people.Thank you Kristen and Debbie, from the bottom of my heart.

This is a religious place that will push you to do anything but get an abortion. The name is misleading on purpose! They pressure you into thinking you have “choices” but abortion is not one of them. Planned parenthood was way more helpful in medically informing me of my choices and did not pressure me into ANY direction. Planned parenthood made me feel like I actually had a choice and it was MY choice.

Planned parenthood does NOT care about the health of women. They are rude, expensive, and they try to pressure you into getting an abortion because it makes them more money.Go to Choices place instead! Super kind, caring people, ACTUALLY free services and resources to help you get the care you need. Lots of women with different pregnancy experience in there that can talk to you. 10/10!

This place is amazing! I felt very welcomed right away. I was given many information for my pregnancy and personal advice. Made me feel comfortable and relieved. They also prayed for me and my partner after I felt really good after. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re feeling overwhelmed or if you feel like you’re in a tough situation. Was given a little pair of knitted boots for my baby! ((:

No pressure environment. Free tests. They let you see the ultrasound screen. It’s so different from other places where they’re in a hurry. This place lets you talk it out and make the best choice.

I hated this place I went there to see a picture of my baby in a ultrasound picture and told me I had a miscarriage and they didn’t know how to use their machine and when the lady said she couldn’t see anything my mom was able to see my baby, so a few days later I actually went to a OBYGN and they told me I was still pregnant

God bless all that work for Choices. What kind christian people they have. They pray with you and make you feel at home and cared for. So thankful for choices.

The ladys were really sweet and none judging they shared their stories and made you feel comfortable. Im not religious but I allowed them to pray for me and their prayers were beautiful and I can tell they really meant them. Im for sure going back. They offer parenting classes and they offer you to come and talk to them if youre having troubles. They gave me booties for my baby for having a positive pregnancy test and they gave me a blanket for having my first ultrasound. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about these ladies! Rachel the office coordinator is the most helpful, caring women! She went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. Simone is heaven sent, and peg is a women you just want to bring into your family! I would recommend this to anyone women in need of care, advice, and resources. Absolutely amazing place!!!!

Ms Susan & her staff are very kind & helpful. Id recommend over planned parenthood. Its free service. Ms. Susan gave me cute little crochet ßooties after my preg test came ßack positive. They have a wonderful ßaßy ßoutique. I cant wait to pick some cute little ßaßy stuff after I find out my ßaßies gender.

Choices Pregnancy Center on 58th avenue gave me such a pleasant and professional experience! Its my first pregnancy and I didnt known what to expect. They explained everything to me and provided me with resources to help me with my pregnancy. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. They are there to help. I will definitely be continuing there for the parenting classes!

This facility helped me when I first found out I was pregnant, they gave me advice, and even helped me apply for insurance! Everyone here is so kind, and they make sure youre taken care of going forward! I am forever grateful for the care I received here. Thank you so much Jeanine, and everyone else!

I decided to come here first when I found out I was pregnant back in May because I was uninsured and I wasnt sure where to go. Choices offers a lot of free services such as a pregnancy test, an ultrasound, and parenting classes where you can earn baby currency to spend in their baby shop. But the most important thing for me was the continued support that they gave me. They really do care about you here and they gave me all the information I needed to get on an insurance plan and even participate in the home nurse program. My fiance and I still continue to come here once a week for the parenting classes and we have literally saved hundreds of dollars in diapers and baby products that we would have had to buy ourselves out-of-pocket. Thank you choices for offering such great support and services to pregnant women.

Going here is an absolute fever dream. Literally felt as if I was walking into a cult. Their name is EXTREMELY misleading and harmful. Did not know this was ran by a Christian ministry. Definitely should have read the reviews before coming here. ICK! So sad to believe they’re doing this in the name of Jesus :(

I had to change providers due to my previous OBGYN not working out. Even though im further along in my pregnancy they understood life happens and they are working with me to get me in and get the treatment I need for myself and my baby. They where great! And at the end of the visit I got a free blanket for my baby. I was also able to enroll in parenting classes for free. They have great resources and I’m glad I found them in my time of need.

The people here are angels sent from God. I was so stressed about being pregnant with the financials of it all. They gave me all the information and more. It was such a relief. Because of Choices I finally was able to smile about being pregnant for the first time. I know my baby will be okay. Thank you to everyone here especially Claudia.

The people that work here helped me so much with my pregnancy by informing me and being there every step of the way. I could ask them anything and everything. They help and just want everyone to be good parents and to be happy. They helped me through alot. I will always go back if I need anything or to call them. They also did not FORCE anything onto me. They just embraced me with love and celebrated through my journey of creating another life.

The experience I had was not only helpful but they all gave me help baby items and more ladies you get test done for things and they know exactly what you need for it free to us for better future for us and our baby good luck

This place is absolutely unreal. The reception staff is rude, and refused to acknowledge my arrival for a full 5 minutes. The woman who interrogated me, and believe me it was more of an interrogation than an interview, was extremely judgemental about my religious status being non-christian, and refused to let me end the interview due to my discomfort over the conversation. I felt very unwelcome, very judged, and not at all cared for in the way I would have been had I gone to Planned Parenthood. This place is a joke, and not even a good one!

This place was amazing! I was able to get a free pregnancy test to confirm Im pregnant they helped me get information for access and wicc. And they also gave me a free ultrasound and baby blanket. I really appreciate the staff here and how they take the time to listen to you. The place and the people made me feel welcomed and warm. I appreciated everything they helped me with! The nurse and tech helped me alot with explaining how big and how far along I was and they pointed out the babys legs and arms. I appreciate this place alot! THANK U GUYS

First off. Suzie was amazing from the first time I met her to her being there during the ultrasound! The ladies in the office were amazing and so happy at every good news they got so excited just to hear about my baby moveing so much at 11 weeks. The only thing I did not like was being taken back alone and being asked questions alone. My babys daddy is there with us the whole step of the way, I understand the reasonings but I do not agree unless there is high signs you need to get the mother from the dad. Lastl . Thank you for letting us record the ultrasound thank you for all the information you have provided us with. And everything you have done for me to get threw this first trimester!

The people at CPC are so kind and understanding. They have offered tremendous support to a young relative of mine. Not only did they provide her and our family with resources, theyve gone completely above and beyond and contacted an OB that agreed to start providing care before insurance/payment is figured out (it has been a struggle because of my relatives individual situation). I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for the caring staff at CPC. Their kindness and support have made such a difference for my relative and our family.

Great place, Im am not a Christian or religious in any sense, but I respect their mission. Im astounded by all the women on here complaining about this place not congratulating them for wanting an abortion. Its called Choices pregnancy center, not choices abortion clinic. Thats what planned parenthood is for. Bye.

37 1/2 year ago this place helped me when i was pregnant. Im so greatfulThey also help me when i had my daughter and my husband threw me out and she was in the Hospital they graciously found someone to take me in.I can never say thank you enoughThey give you All the correct information to make an informed decision unlike other places.

I literally just got off the phone with Choices (and the award for misleading names goes to!) Pregnancy Center. First thing I said was I am pregnant and want an abortion. I was told We dont offer abortions. I asked to be referred to a clinic that does. We cant do that either, I am sorry. In case anyone didnt know, being pro abortion rights is called Pro Choice, so why is this not an offered service?Thanks for wasting my time. Glad I called first. Ill give you an extra star for at least being up front with me though.Crisis Pregnancy centers like this are a disease. I dont understand why these disgusting churches are allowed to impersonate medical personnel. They are literally made to deceive people into carrying pregnancies they dont want or cant afford. Wed be living in Gilead if these monsters had their way! Stop pretending you care about anything other than your religious agenda!

I love that they help each women that comes in, as well as the developing baby. I just dropped off new baby clothes, shoes, and toy. Im so glad to know that they will be given for free to the mommies and babies that need them!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is Christian based, but they dont judge you or force their religion on you. Everything is so nice and clean it almost looks like a home.

Choices Pregnancy Centers of Greater Phoenix does not receive any money from the government. They rely solely on donations from individuals and businesses who care for womens education and families. All of the services are free with the exception of very low cost STD testing (about $35). CPC will help you find community resources such as state health insurance, WIC, etc. Services offered include but are not limited to: pregnancy tests with counseling, couples counseling, parenting classes, ultrasounds, prenatal vitamins, STD testing, mens counseling, post-abortion counseling and education. A prenatal program was just launched at the Tempe location, and will soon be available in Glendale. Many of the women who work at the centers are extensively trained volunteers and about 50% have themselves had an abortion in their past. There are social workers, pastors, center directors, and event coordinators on staff. This is a Christian mission - but the mission is not judgement or forcing anyones beliefs. The mission of CPC is to inform pregnant women of all of their legal options - including abortion - in an educational, non-judgemental way, and then CPC aims to follow the pregnant woman in need for at least 2 years to meet the needs of her and her family - no matter what path she chooses for her pregnancy. The mission is to love and serve women. But dont believe me - come and see.

The receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude and judgemental. Telling me I was having too many symptoms and I should have called sooner. My regular menstrual syptoms are the only ones Ive been having so it didnt raise any flags. I told her that and she said it was naive not to call sooner. Told her I would just go somewhere else then and she hung up. Very disappointed

Absolutely hate it! I had called to make an appointment and they gave it to me at 4:45 pm the day before I went online on their live chat page just to make sure what time I had the right time, they asked for my name and what service I was going for, I gave them my name and told them I was going for an ultrasound and again they said 4:45 pm. So I get there the day of my appointment I told the receptionist that I had an appointment for 4:45 and I gave her my name, she made it seem like my name was so horrible and she pronounced it as if she was disgusted by it then she said that I didnt have a file there, I didnt have one because it was my first time there which I had told them when I called the the first time. She said she found my name on the computer but that I was supposed to be there at 4 I told her about their chat page and how I was told to be there at 4:45 and she kept being so rude about it and made it seem like I was mentally challenged she kept saying you were supposed to be here at for with such a rude voice and she said that I couldnt have an ultrasound because I needed a pregnancy test first. Thats what I went for over the phone they said I was getting a test but I would still get an ultrasound but apparently not. I was going to do the test but once again the lady said BUT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT 4! That made me so angry that just said thank you and walked right out the door! I dont know if she was being racist because she kept looking at me and my friend like if we were something they had never seen before. Never again and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who isnt white, they will treat you like a dumbass.

This place was great! For being a free service clinic they were beyond spectacular! Staff was friendly and helpful and overall was a great experience. I will definitely be recommending.
