Initially my experience here was great. I met with Dr. McAvey and felt like there a connection, she listened to me and my husband and explained our options. Things moved rather quickly, and we were excited to begin our journey with RMA.The communication for medication and treatment I would have to say is poor, because they do it so often, I think they feel like everyone should know what to do which isnt the case. Luckily, I work in the medical field, so I am familiar with what I needed to do as well as have a director and clinical team that can assist me when needed.they do ultrasounds prior to you beginning which I feel like is not accurate at all because I was told everything was clear and perfect which was a lie. During two ultrasounds during treatment, I had a NP tell me she saw cysts but when I would inquire the one or two times, I saw the doctor she said nothing to worry about wellll that was also a lie! During my retrieval process, the doctor doing the retrieval thought she saw a blocked fallopian tube or something instead of discussing it with me they decided on their own to just go ahead with the transfer. Clearly, we know the ending of this story...I did not a have a successful transfer and I failed to get pregnant. It was then that the Dr. disclosed that I should get an HSG and check but had i known that previously I would not have wasted 2 embryos and had false hope and could of had the surgery to correct things before the transfer cycle. This place is all about money, no one really cares about your well-being as Im now getting emails about embryo storage fees even though Im waiting to have surgery to remove blocked fallopian tubes that will hopefully improve my chances of conceiving through IVF. oh, and Im still waiting on a callback from them regarding my concerns.

I Called write a. Letter to get my money back the lady at billing Vitalia you better each for her she was like I can’t give your money. Don’t not go here

The pretend to be nice they are so wicked. I’m so scared I don’t trust them, they schedule me for my transfer. I told them it to late to had a transfer, the date are gave too me,I had my period the same date in my transfer, can you imagine I cried so bad (5088 dollar disappear for nothing 😭😭😭) I was cancelled it but they told me too paid for that mistake. This month they trying to do the same thing late transfer, I don’t know how to get out on that situation.

I agree with the other lady when she said she has mixed emotions. I saw Dr. McAvey for the first time on Feb 29, 2024. She was nice/ok! The wait was extremely long because she was running behind. After, she completed my examination she stated that my case is difficult. This has been a long journey for ME, I dont need you or anyone to remind me! The front desk young lady was extremely nice, the young lady that did my vital signs was nice and Molly (IVF Coordinator). Now Lissette (Lead Finical) person, when we meet she was nice but...our phone call and email after that was not nice at all. They are concern about money not the treatment/care of the patient. How, does one move forward with treatment without knowing how much medication will be? They are worried about me paying my deductible first before they know how much my medication will be!!!! The whole process is extremely confusing!! I will keep you all posted on updates!! Why is it so hard to find a caring and knowledgeable doctor????

Very subpar. My partner received a $1,000+ bill on bloodwork that wasn’t needed. A person that took my blood wreaked like liquor. Most nurses are rude, some are nice. I switched docs. They also really messed up on billing & didn’t receive pre-authorization meaning I had to pay…. Out of pocket.

I must say the staff the entire staff is excellent. My husband and I saw Dr. Brenner in Oct last year we started the process and got pregnant on our second round of IUI. Dr. Brenner was confident, knowledgeable and has great bed side manners. We know have a little girl who is 11 weeks old. Def recommend.

Dr. McAvey is a 5-star, A+ doctor, she is awesome. The women at the front desk are very sweet and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars but it has been my experience that one person was not as responsive and helpful. She gave me the feeling that she does not treat ALL patients equally.
