We had an excellent experience today , the manager of the location was super helpful and patient in drawing blood from our four year-old who needed a lab test to be done.She made it really easy for everyone, especially for the little one and we are really thankful for that!We definitely look forward to going there again for our lab test needs in the future.

Walk-in process is smooth! Staff is helpful, results are typically rapid depending on what you need. Clean facility! I highly recommend this lab!

30 years ago I got blood work that helped the doctors diagnose me with leukemia early and save my life. Each year I bring a handful of my family and friends to do blood work. Michelle is the office manager, and there’s no one better for easy check-in and for getting stuck with a needle. She is literally is the Jedi master, and you barely feel anything! She is also super sweet and makes each person feel comfort throughout the whole process.

Michelle is amazing! I had a needle stick injury with a patient at work and she explained the process on the phone and helped me out a lot. When I went there for the lab work, she was very professional, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Results came back fast too! I strongly recommend this lab!

About a month ago i took a “sneak peek” test to find out the gender of my baby. i had the results verified through an nipt test a few weeks later, both tests gave the same result! when i went to get my blood drawn the girls were sweet. i didn’t get my result in one day as promised but when i called, the girl swiftly followed up and let me know what the hold up was. overall a great experience!

Came here for testing, and decided to stay a customer for the vitamin injections as well because this place is great! They get you in and out so quickly, check in is super easy, and everything is very competitively priced. The staff is so nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. My testing may be done, but Im going to keep coming back on the regular for the other stuff, and any future testing I may need!

Discovered this place offers vitamin injections. Had a chat with Michelle, who introduced me to a plan. Ended up getting the B12 & Vitamin C shot since I was feeling a bit under the weather. I must say, I feel much better now. Later, I brought in my wife, and she also received the same shots. Both of us feel significantly better, and we wholeheartedly recommend Any Lab Test Now for this therapy. Dont forget to ask for Michelle — shes fantastic!

I searched online for lab tests and Any Lab Test Now was near where i live. I didn’t even need an appointment to get my tests done. I just walked in and they helped me right away. I highly recommend this place for anyone that want to get their tests done quickly.

Okay, I’ve been to every lab facility in DFW and this place is by far the best. They are the nicest, cleanest and MOST affordable. I was in and out in 10 minutes, easy peasy.

I went in for a drug screening for a job and I happened to notice they give B12 shots along with other fat burning medications in the shot and I was immediately interested!! The lady there that day was super informative and I learned about their monthly membership to get the injections at a lower rate! I ended getting a shot that took 30 extra seconds while I was already there and left feeling amazing!!!

This is about the 3520 Preston Blvd location.I was very impressed with this Any Lab Test Now. The employees were very nice, professional and component.I have had an illness which entailed many blood tests and difficulty drawing blood. However Michelle, with her experience was able to draw the blood with out a problem. I am most grateful.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE here!!! My daughter needed a Dr.-ordered blood draw and she asked if we could come here where the people are fun (we’ve had B12 injections done here and the people make it fun to do!)Didn’t know if ALTN did this kind of draw but after a few rough experiences at some of the ‘lab’draw offices where things are overly clinical and tbh, depressing, we walked in and asked. Sure enough they do Dr.-orders and they do it with a smile. Shout out to Michelle for being fast, fun and friendly and keeping my daughter happy for her experience. You rock!!!

Called to make an appointment. The gentleman was very pleasant. Not once was I told they do not accept insurance. I just called to speak with someone after learning what my husband paid. The girl blamed it on the call center agent then ended up saying Well theres nothing we can do about it b/c we dont accept insurance. Youre right. Theres nothing you can do to get my business. Never ever again!!!

My arm has been hurting for weeks, I had to go to the Dr to get it checked out because a lump formed. I’ve gotten blood drawn before and I’ve never had this issue. It hurt so bad when she did it too .. I wish I had a better experience .Edit : getting your blood drawn is not supposed to hurt as bad as it did. The Dr said it’s a superficial thrombophlebitis not hematoma.

Manager was useless 😒I called in and spoke to them about getting blood drawn for my son, i was told to come when the experienced person was in aka manager. My son was crying and she told us that he needs to be calm, refused to draw blood. We go over to Mckinney location. No problem done without any issues, walked out in 5 mins. Any lab should hire experienced people so our time is not wasted.

Very efficient with getting me checked in and to the back for labs. The staff member also was very pleasant tans nice to my daughter offering a movie for her to watch! That was really sweet and I wasn’t expecting that at all! She (staff) also was very gentle as we were having a hard time initially locating a vein that was “working!” She didn’t hurt me at all! Thanks for the genuine sincerity and professionalism!

This place came highly recommended. However, my scheduled 12:15 appointment time was actually a first come first serve deal. Why even have scheduled appointments if you are not going to honor them.. I was told my rapid Covid test results would be within 45 minutes to an hour by email. It is now hour FOUR of waiting for results. NO ONE answers the phone. Someone should be hired just to ANSWER the phone. I do not recommend this particular branch at all. Totally unprofessional!!

Once we are called in, everything was in and out. If we didn’t have our appointment scheduled, we would have given 4-star (will get to why not 5).1. Wasn’t sure why we are having to enter everything at check-in when we are asked to fill out intake form when we have scheduled an appointment for a given time. We filled anyway and waited 45 min before we got called in. Note: we scheduled an appointment only because my mother is a 60yr old and want to keep her at the center as less as possible.2. 45 min wait: apparently, after asking why we hadn’t been seen at the given time, the appointment you pre-schedule is only good as long as there is no one walked-in at that time. I wish I had known that. Given the customer a choice if we are okay with it or not, would be really helpful.3. Staff drawing blood don’t seem to be trained enough. It took them 45 min and 2 - 3 of the staff to draw blood from The person who walked in just a few seconds before us - finding vein issue is what I found out later. one staff calling the other, and they come out and they go back in to help - this happens for 45 min. We were just watching what was going on and we weren’t exactly sure if our assumption was right until when it was my mother’s turn, she noticed first hand that she has never had such a painful experience while blood is being drawn.Like I said above, once we are called in, it was quick for us but if there was communication of walk-in preference over appointments (if i didn’t read a note that may have been mentioned, I apologize, it wasn’t easy to find it), if check-in software is updated so that folks with appointments can just put in confirmation number to check in OR if we are not asked to fill all the details in email beforehand, and if the the staff is trained to learn how to draw blood smoothly, I will surely bring my mother and for any of my lab needs.But for right now, I am debating why should I go to any lab test now? Why can’t I go somewhere else?

I am very thankful for the folks up there. I finally decided to get a paternity test done after wondering for 6 years. When I talked with them about pricing, I was surprised at how affordable they are. The collection process was simple and the staff was very friendly. I had a few questions and they were able to give me good, in-depth answers. The test results came pretty quickly (the anticipation made it seem like an eternity!) and revealed a positive result. Now my mind is at ease and I am thankful for the folks up there for helping me through the process!

I have to say this place was great. From the moment I walked in, the staff was nice and friendly. I have to give a special mention to Jayleen (sorry about spelling), she did a awesome job taking my blood... In the past Ive been stuck multiple times, and bruised horribly. She took the time, found the right vein and did it perfectly. I was out of there in 5 minutes. Kicker is, I just took off the band-aid and not even a drop of blood. I wish more people would take the time to do it right the first time. She deserves a raise. Thank you Any lab test now. You hired a great staff. And thank you Jayleen, for being awesome at your job!

Made an appointment yesterday at 12:20 for a covid rapid test. I read some reviews before booking an appointment. Although there were some bad ones I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Because of the reviews I made sure I asked twice how long it would be to get my results. Both personnel told me 45 min to 1 hour. I did not hear anything from them for several hours so called and left a message to have them return my call. Of course I never got a call. I waited until right before the lab closed and called again. Of course again leave a message, no answer. Well it has now been 18 hours and no communication from them at all. I understand it is busy but never, ever should you lie about when you can expect results. If you dont know just say so. Of course they took my $129 first of all. I guess that is why they lied? Otherwise who would have a test at their lab. I would not recommend this lab. It will be interesting to see how long it takes them. What a rip off!

There was a bit of a hickup but the owner, Greg is a stand up guy and made it right. Hats off to him. His staff was very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Any Lab Test Now. Thanks again Greg! 👍

This place is the best! Members of the family and I have been here several times and we are in and out in about 10 minutes. Warren was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining what each of the tests were that were required to have for my upcoming surgery. A+++ across the board!

I walked in about 30 mins early for my appt, I was seen right away and the ladies at the front were great! We chatted while we waited for my results, I felt comfortable, the office was clean, everyone was social distances appropriately. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Any Lab now I’m Frisco anytime you need lab testing done

This place is great. I needed last minute testing of literally everything. I didn’t even made an appointment, and results were out in 2-3 days. On top of that, service was very good, I am afraid of needles and blood, and Kennedy made the process painless, she was very knowledgeable, and attentive.

I called the other day & Marissa was very dismissive. She acted as if I was bothering her & I had to ask specific questions to be informed about a service. After that I called other places & was told the information when I asked; I didnt get the what do you wanna know attitude. If someone is asking you to tell them about a product, service, or even at an interview for example if youre asked to tell more about something/ yourself you just share your knowledge on the subject & make them feel like u want to help out. It wasnt the worst customer service experience, but it should have been better.

This is a good lab. Most of the tests doesnt need a prescription which is a good thing. I had been here twice for my periodic checks and found the process easy. But both the times, i havent received my test results in my email and when i called them during the first visit, the guy who attended the call was polite enough to tell me that there was some mistake that the email was sent but it didnt get delivered. But during my second visit, i told the day of blood work about the happening on last time to the lady there and asked her to take care of the test results email, she said shell take care. But the same thing happened and the test results email didnt come. I had to again call them and this time, the and lady attended the phone call and sounded sooooo rude. She wouldnt let me speak or she will say something and stop immediately. I mean i couldnt understand if she was telling me or asking me something.If you have patience for all these when the results are not received in your email, then it is a good lab for you. I am anyways not going the next time.

We had to get two bloodwork kits drawn on my 1.5 year old this spring. Marisa did a phenomenal job getting exactly what we needed; she was steady and unfazed by the nonstop temper tantrums my son delivered through both visits. She is also informed about how much is safe to draw on different sizes of children, and was very quick to help contact the companies to get answers when we didnt know if they could run their tests on the small amount we could safely draw.I would go to this location again in a heartbeat! Clean, tidy, and WAY above average customer service.

I am a difficult person from which to draw blood due to small veins. Maressa DeLeon - Lunde at the Frisco location had no problem whatsoever in drawing my blood. She was calm and exuded confidence in what she was doing. She took her time to find a viable vein and constantly monitored my well-being the entire time she was drawing the blood. On this particular day (a Tuesday) there was no waiting time at all. Check-in is easy and the facility is clean and has a comfortable place to wait if necessary. I will be returning to the Frisco location as long as Maressa is there to draw my blood! Thanks, Maressa, for making a difficult situation so much better!

Terrible experience today. I booked a rapid PCR Covid test for same-day results, due to timed test requirements for international work travel. (Cant be more or less than a certain amount of time before flight) I booked online on Thursday, received a confirmation email on Thursday, and received a reminder email 24 hours before and a reminder text an hour before, which I had to reply to to confirm my appointment. I was very glad to find somewhere open on the 4th for rapid PCR, because I had just a 36-hour window to both take a test and send my results.Until I got to my pre-booked, twice-reminded appointment, and no one was there. There were at least 3-4 other people waiting at the office, which was locked and dark, with no one answering either the office phone or the main ALTN 1-800 number. Its completely reasonable to be closed on the 4th; its completely unreasonable to schedule patients (for anything, but especially timed tests) on a day youll be closed, continue sending reminders, and then not show. I dont know if Ill be able to get tested tomorrow, since I dont trust the appointment scheduling tool anymore, and I dont know if Ill be able to take my flight even if I am able to get tested tomorrow. Being ghosted for this appointment took up hours of my time this afternoon and will very likely cost my nonprofit employer a significant amount in flight change fees. At this point Im just hoping one of the ALTN offices Ive booked at tomorrow will, in fact, be open, and that someone will call me back.

The appointment notice asks customer to follow CDC recommendation to wear face covering. But the staff there doesnt wear one and seems very proud about it. She also claimed that she doesnt care and told the customer no need to wear it if its uncomfortable. No hand sanitizer available. No social distancing at all. Avoid this place at all costs!

I needed blood drawn to verify childhood vaccinations. The entire process from check in to leaving took only 25 minutes. Crystal was a great phlebotomist. She quickly and painlessly drew blood, and didn’t even bruise my skin.

From the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful and friendly. Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable and I was in and out in no time. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely will return for any future needs.

Terrible experience. I paid $199 for “white glove service” to have my Covid-19 test results next day.. it is now the end of day 2.. still no results. No one answers phones.. left multiple messages. No response. If you cannot delivery on what you are selling, be up front and honest.

I’m so glad I found this place. The people and service is great. The B12 shot is something I have been looking for without having to go to my doctors office/ lab. Staff is extremely friendly and they know what they are doing.

Took my 3 year old daughter there, she left with 3 holes on her arm and not enough blood for her labs, besides she is freaking out about redoing those.For young kids, dont let someone without experience do it, and dont spend 5mins explaining to the new person how to do it, kids will only get more and more nervous, must be in and out fast. Another thing is, dont count 1 2 and 3, kids know how to count, and if they are expecting it to be on 3, they will for sure move their arms, because the know what is coming, specially after you missed the first 2 times.

Terrible experience. Very unprofessional, this location had me come in 3 separate times, because they either lost my blood test or they improperly stored it and the lab rejected it. Also they did not and would not provide me with a receipt. I still have not gotten my blood results back yet and have had them ignore my requests for a receipt or a refund for them loosing my blood. Horrible experience.. RUN from this very poor and dangerous establishment.

I am so grateful for Any Lab Test Now. Personally I hate going to the doctor and with this resource my health has improved so much, as well as my knowledge. I recommend everyone get the cardiometabolic test and find out there Omega 6 to Omega 3 Ratio... My omega 3s were low even though i take fish oil! Now that I fixed my diet to reflect my needs, I have never felt better.

I came in to take a drug screen for pre employment and when I went to take it i went in urinated and came right back out and she checked the temperature of my urine with laser temperature gun which I have never seen before cause I went to another lab the week before for another part time job and they didnt do all that and it came back negative. The lady at your lab told me my urine was not the right temperature and I stated that came from me I didnt tamper or bring fake pee I went in I urinated and came back out. I took a second drug screen 45 minutes later and it was the right temperature and she sent both test. Now I get a call from pre employment stating that my test came back saying i tampered with my urine and that is not true. I dont have no reason to tamper I dont do drugs or anything now the job I wanted I possibly wont be able to start cause of your labs bad process and lies!

The three ladies were very polite and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was seen.Most importantly they kept their masks on the whole time and never touch their faces!!!

It’s a tiny place in a nice complex. The woman who assisted me was kind and courteous, I was in and out in about 15 minutes total, hence the 5 stars. Would highly recommend if they offer the test you’re looking for.
