I work out of town and is 5 hours for my home and primary care provider so this is my second visit with Next care. I found them to be more friendlier than the other urgent care Ive gone before. The staff is helpful and makes you feel comfortable. The doctors listened and explained well. Ive already recommended them to two co-workers and I will be back again when the time comes. Please give Next Care a try, you wont be disappointed.
Unfortunately next care could not assist me with my medical urgency...but I have to say I have used next care before and the service was excellent. however at this location. I did not feel that the intake person had any concern for my issues based on her personality....she just told me they could not help me at all. I want your company to know that I would still recommend next care to my friends and family and I will use them again if needed. I just feel that maybe she needs some additional training to help with her attitude and professionalism.
Great experience overall. Very friendly staff and very short wait time considering I walked in instead of making an appointment. They took good care of me and I recommend this spot!
My primary question to this provider upon check in had to do with the cost - wanting to determine whether to come for a weekend visit or just visit our primary care physician at a different time. Before the visit I confirmed the cost of the visit and it was $44 which sounded just fine. Paid for the visit and that was that. Today, 12 days later, I received an email invoice for $177. This should not be allowed. I was told the cost was $44, not that the initial down payment would be owed at the time of the visit and I would receive an invoice for a different amount later.
The entire staff was friendly and caring. Necessary test were ran and accurate medicine prescribed. The atmosphere was calm and patient focused. I dont get sick to often, but if I needed to return I would.
Worst urgent care to go to. I went on 9/11/2024 where I had a sore throat and my co-pay was $60 where I was told $100 was my co-pay. I talked to my insurance and it was $60. I was so much in pain where I had to pay $100 since the lady argued it was $100 and they increased it. Talked to the lady in reception and asked her I want to talk to manger regarding this where she was extremely rude and said it will be reimbursed later and here I am more than 1 month where I have not got my $40 back. Worst place to go where staff are rude and money minded. I tried to call billing dept and office multiple times but no response. You are not suppose to charge extra money. I need my $40 back. Will not recommend this place. Worst place to go where they charge more than insurance.
Impressed with the cleanliness of this place. Front desk was absent a few times & a while before returning. Nurse was absolutely awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Doctor, never introduced herself, but was friendly and efficient. Walked out with RXs being called in for for two seperate issues that needed addressed.
Fantastic staff and facility! Lauren and Mike provided excellent medical care. Both were friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. In fact, I already notified all my relatives who live nearby.
Receptionist clueless and unable to answer questions related to using their app to create an account and didnt seem to know her job too well. Nursing staff were nice and helpful. Physician listened and we finally got the treatment our toddler needed after a month being sick. They are currently being transitioning into a BSW entity which should hopefully make it better and more streamlined.
The visit itself was fine but I was given false information about my status. I was told I had Covid but was not contagious. Was given a note to return to work a couple days later, was told that was due to having low energy and needing time to recover. Again, was told to my face I was not contagious. I explained that the following day I had a work holiday party and she said to go if I felt up for it… The next day (day of the party) when I asked for a form saying that, and I was told no. The woman who treated me literally told me to go back to work if I felt up for it but the paper would give me an extra day. I specially asked, am I contagious? No, you’re not contagious. The very next day she changed her mind??? Absolutely appalling that this is a medical professional.
Wonderful staff. Super fast. Very kind. Incredibly professional. Edited to add: made a second trip yesterday & experienced the same kind, considerate, knowledgeable & professional care. Incredibly pleased with this medical facility & their competence & compassion.
I came in on a super busy Saturday, as a walk-in with my four teenagers to get their sports physicals. I knew it was going to take some time so I was in no hurry. To get the $20 physical I needed to download the app and it was having technical issues. The lady at the front desk, even though she was SWAMPED with other things, she had no problem helping me get it figured out. Her and the lady doing the intake information continued to keep the waiting room updated on wait times, which was very much appreciated! When it was time to go back the lady doing intake was very nice and communicated well with myself and my children. When the Dr came in to do the physicals I could tell she had a long day but that did not stop her from doing her job and having great conversations with myself and my children during the visit. With how polite and personable those three ladies were it did not feel stressful at all! They should definitely get a raise in my opinion! Thank you ladies for doing what y’all do and with a smile on your face ❤️
Although there were not any cars outside in the parking lot, there were a few people inside. I waited almost an hour in the waiting room and about 30 minutes in the exam room, with an appointment. They were all very personably and caring from check in to the individual who prescribed meds for me.
I made an appointment on Sunday the 22nd. I waited 2 hours before I was called back then another 30 minutes to be tested for the Flu. I heard them testing the child that had come in an hour after I arrived before they tested me. I know it’s a busy season, but I think they have a time management problem. Then to top it all off, they sent my scripts to a different Kroger across town! Not to the location I told them. I will never go back.
I appreciate the ease of making an appointment, the receptionist was cordial, as was the nurse. The dr. was thorough. I was seen on time, and the total visit was less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend NextCare.
Arrived to appointment early and wasnt seen until almost an hour later. The lady at the front desk was rude. I asked for a printed and emailed copy of receipt. She said, Im not doing both and simply printed out the receipt. I had to ask again for an emailed copy of the receipt before she finally sent it. I said good bye and to have a nice day upon leaving and she ignored me.
They took excellent care of me. The clinic staff is very professional and kind. I will use them again!
Yesterday the were very fast and blessed me, I had to work today and 30 min before close still got me in to make sure I wasn’t contagious for my clients
Great experience, Klcee, was great and the xray, technician, as well as the PA. Friendly loving people. Glad to know where to come when we need health care!
Front desk person was rude. Doctor wouldn’t do anything to help with acute pain. Had to go to ER and got shots quickly there. Complete waste of my money and time.
Came in at 12, check in via appt by 12:15 with a booked appt at 12:30. My daughter wasn’t seen till almost 1:30 and we were out by 1:45. The long wait time is super frustrating for a 2 minute appt with a doctor.
I called to make an appt (recording says press 1 to make an appt) and I was told to do it online. Offered no help to just make the appt while I was already on the phone. Ooooook. So I made an appt for a sports physical for my child at 4:20. Arrived at 4:10 and there was one car in the parking lot. The front desk lady (Yolanda, per the board in vitals room) has absolutely NO business working in a customer service setting. She is extremely rude. We were not seen until 5:15 and the physical took 5 minutes, tops. The NP (Imani, I believe) was very kind and I wouldn’t mind seeing her in any other facility, but I have no reason to go back to this specific place considering how the front office treats you, or lack thereof.
Super nice and friendly staff. Getting checked in was a breeze. It was done 100 percent online. I was even able to check in on my phone. Staff was very courteous and I was in and out in no time
Sat in waiting room for 42 minutes, the examination room for 2 minutes and it cost me 215 dollars. That equates to over 6000 dollars an hour.Ill never go there again or suggest them to family or friends.
I waited for the doctor to come and see me for 40 mins and when the Doctor came she was in rush, didn’t even bother to ask much about my visit. She was not at all friendly and good to talk about my condition, very disappointing visit and would never want to visit again.
It was fast and everyone was nice and very helpful we were in and out the office was very clean. my grandson was there for a school physical super easy. thank you nextcare urgent care.
My appointment was on 1:20 and I arrived at 1:25…I was not feeling well and I asked receptionist that I was feeling cold and I would like to wait on the car. She was so mean that she didn’t let me wait. Moreover I was barely standing on my feet… Hurts to say that I don’t deserver to get treated like this after paying large lump money… One hour passed and its 2:26 now as I am writing, don’t know how long these guys take.. so tired….She is very rude
Doc Mike Puhl has terrible bedside manners, not for children. My visit was served but never go backFront desk gal was sweet. We waited almost 2hours with an appt
I was able to get in really quick about 40 min before close. Everyone was friendly and time was efficient. I was able to get the diagnosis and meds to help me feel better very quickly.
As much as I did NOT want to be seen for what I went for, Imani, the NP, was kind and very knowledgeable. Her nurse was absolutely great too!
I had an appointment and was seen 30 late. Not so bad. My initial BP was significantly elevated and not rechecked. I checked it when l got home and it was in a better range. My complaint was a1 week long persistent cough. I was asked about testing and l didnt decline but gave the info that l had all vaccines up to date and my home COVID test was negative. No testing was done. The NP was pleasant and listened to me lungs and bored the congestion. When l had a quick pop in my right ear she did look and said nothing. The rxs would be called in. There was no looking in my nose, mouth or questions about my nasal secretions or coughed up phlegm. These, to me, were basic concerns and CYA tasks. To summarize: l paid $65 to have vitals taken, lungs listened to and scrips called in. I wont return in the future.
When I am sick enough to go to a clinic, I want help. These folks listen and take care of you. Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional. I highly recommend this location.
Dr Michael Puhl was horrible. Condescending speaking to us like if we were children. Ended up walking out and didn’t even get treated. Requested a refund and went somewhere else. Never again.
I had an absolutely amazing visit! Everyone was so welcoming and they addressed my issue right away.
Had to leave work early because this dumb cough was relentless. I go to urgent care, tell them whats wrong. I have a cough, I have been wheezing. My lymph nodes feel full and sore. Its been bad enough I feel like spewing anytime I touch them. They get me to a room and the doctor comes in.She listens to my chest and says, K, Ill get you a steroid shot. And some steroids to send home with you. You really need to not go to work for 2 days. I was like, .... wait. Could you maybe check my ears for a sinus infection, maybe? She looks at me and says, Im treating you. The steroids will cover everything. And leaves.....So when the nurse comes in with the shot, I said, No. Im sorry. She spent less than a minute in the room with me. There was no tests, no looking in my ears to see if I had a infection, my throat... nothing. That cant be normal. That cant be right. So she says shell get the doctor. She actually was nice. So was the front desk lady. The doctor comes back and says, Well I dont get it. You said you were wheezing. Im treating your wheezing. Now you want me to look at your ears?I just explained, I hate confrontation so Im trying not to cry but Im upset. I am wheezing because I have been coughing... I do not want to be on steroids if I dont have to be. If its viral ok, if I need antibiotics ok. But you spent less than a minute with me and said I needed steroids without actually looking at anything. She says, Right. Her bedside manner was unchanged, kind of standoffish and almost offended. I get it, Im no doctor. I shouldnt tell anyone how to do their job but still. She checks my ears. And my throat and says, The throat is really red, does it hurt? Yeah. Because Ive been coughing...So now I have tests, for the flu, COVID and strep throat. All came back negative. And I never got any sort of inkling on what is wrong with me... I just felt like a number vs. A person. She asked if I wanted something for the cough, prescribed me a new inhaler and antibiotics. No steroids... I just kept thinking this cant really be our medical system... right? Is this Healthcare disparity? Its a urgent care. My actual doctor would definitely been better. I guess I learned today.
Went in for my son’s Walk-in physical it was quick no more than 15 minutes staff was very friendly and helpful also very nice and neat place 11/12/2024
Great! It was super fast and easy to get my sons school sports physical. The front desk woman was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!
The nurse and dr that helped me were so kind and patient with my questions and concerns.
They got me in quickly and took care of my concerns. Great and caring service.
Called that morning and was given an appointment for 1 pm. After arriving it took three hours for them to tell me to go to hospital for second opinion and care for Influenza A. FYI-You are seeing a nurse practitioner not a doctor. After arriving at hospital I was hospitalized.
The lady at the front was very friendly and personable, but the physician wasnt at all. I would never take my child back to NextCare again
The wait was 1 1/5 but it was right on the dot. They very nice and made the time go by. It would be better if they hade more doctors to do school physical. But it was only 20$ so that was a plus.
Their website says they give IV fluids, but they do not. My poor husband got out of bed when feeling miserable for the hope of IVF but was told no. I did try to call and verify but the phone rang endlessly with no answer
Came in for shortness of breath and chest tightness. Doctor insinuated it’s just anxiety did not give a chest xray, gave me a steroid shot and sent me home
This is for my two kids sports physicals. Though they said that there are NO appointments needed to visit, I took 5:30 pm appointment online and we were there before 10 mins with all web check-ins all paper work done and all forms filled. We were asked to sit and kept waiting for 40 mins with appointment. Couple of non-emergency patients were given a way before us though we have an appointment. I though, with appointment, it will take 1 hour time to finish the examination and scheduled for another church related work. After 40 mins, when I asked them, they said that they cant complete anything in next 20 mins. So, I was so frustrated but kept quiet and asked for another day. They scheduled me for another day 12 pm this time. This time much worst. I keep getting reminders from their automated system for the up coming appointment and I was on time again. When I stepped into the center, they said that there is NO physician to sign the papers and examine. I was wondered by seeing an urgent care is open to public without physician available. Existing staff nicely sitting in the reception and talking. I believe, first thing or first responsibility of the receptionist is to call or send messages for the appointment candidates of NOT to visit the center due to physician unavailability. So, twice I travelled to the center with appointments and from long distance but NO use. Waste of time and money. My experience was very bad and unprofessional. Thank you.
The staff is very friendly and the doctor knows what he is doing..I feel better already.... Thank you guys so much....
The receptionist is very rude, doesn’t even say hello when you walk in. First thing she asks is do you have an appointment in a bad attitude. Other then that everything else was great!
Long wait time. The Nurse practitioner was sloppy didn’t really even evaluate my daughter. He appeared lazy and taking his time.
Front desk staff was rude. The doctor came in with no introduction and the visit felt completely rushed! She left the room without providing me with a diagnosis. My appointment was at 8am and I was the only patient there. The nurse was great!
I was visiting from out of town and I was not feeling good at all, so I got there first thing in the morning the morning. Mekia (I really hope that is her name) she was who take care of me, she was so kind, patient, excellent bedside manner. I had to have an injection and she was very attentive and careful. If I am in the area and need to go again I would definitely go back. I strongly recommend this urgent care because of her.
Long wait, due to sports physical time of year, but great staff! Front desk staff was very nice and personable.
The entire staff was FANTASTIC! Shan Brown greeted us and was so pleasant and kind. Mekia Offord got use ready to see our Nurse Practitioner Imani Crosby. Mekia was also very kind and took time to listen to our concerns. NP Crosby was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and what to expect moving forward. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic!
Went in with a Workman’s Comp injury, and was treated so professionally. The staff here is great, and would recommend them highly!!!AAA +++ !!!!!!
It was a busy day but I was tested then in and out. They were all very nice.
I came in for a headache I had for 24hrs and everyone I encountered continued to say I came in for a sore throat? After time and time again of correcting the reason I’m there, I get “diagnosed” with a sinus infection. Not to mention, the Dr. wasn’t in the room no longer than 2mins tops. Looked at my eyes, listened to me breathe, and tapped my forehead and said sinus infection. Also decided to list my reason for visit as sore throat and sinus symptoms. Never did I mention anything about that. A joke of an office. Don’t recommend.
When we walked in, a worker told us we would have to go somewhere else, because they didn’t do the test (that we were sent to them specifically for). Thankfully Shan, another worker told the woman nicely to please do her job. The first worker was rude, tried to send us away, and was difficult to her fellow employees the entire time. I’m giving three stars because everyone else in the office was AMAZING. The rude woman made the entire office frustrated and apologetic for her. Everyone else was fantastic.
My first time here asked to go buy my insurance to see was in network. I share my situation to the staff in the front desk and even staff told me to go to ER and I said OK but they still charge me hundred dollars for one question!! I would have much respect for an urgent care to tell me we don’t have what you need here. Please go to ER everything in this state of Texas and health It’s all about money. What a shame.
Zero urgency zero care just a number on a screen and not worth putting the phone down for. Never took any responsibility for their shortcomings they could not keep our scheduled appointment time we waited over 1.30 minutes for both my son and I to be seen for strep the could have opened and closed two cases at once but “their scheduling department is in AZ.”
I WASN’T the CUSTOMER........I received a bill from this place for service that was rendered to my stepson. Let’s start with the fact that I was not the CUSTOMER, and my son is not a dependent on my health insurance. My son visited this place in November 2023 for health issues. He provided his health insurance information (not mine) and paid his copay. Several months later I started receiving bills from NextCare in my name. The first issue is that my son doesn’t live with me and most importantly is not a dependent on my health insurance. His last day on my insurance was September 1 2023 so why on earth would it be issued to me on my health insurance. Well, here is why. The front desk person that assisted him did not do their job to verify the information they had on file was accurate. Due to not gathering the correct information, they looked at his record and decided to send the bill to me in my name without verifying that he was in fact covered on my plan. WHO DOES THIS!!!!!!! To add insult to injury, I called the number on the bill to have my called answered by Tim S. (per him if I mention his name everyone will know who he is) who started the conversation by raising his voice at me and stating, “its not their responsibility to verify the information a patient provides” (exact words). He proceeds to violently attack me with each statement I made and told me “You shouldn’t be following up on what a 24 yr. old does” and my response was that “I shouldn’t have to follow up on a company who decides to bill me for a service that had nothing to do with me”. I asked would I receive correspondence to recount what was being discussed and he told me “Absolutely not”. I asked how I would know that it has been handled, he stated “you act like you don’t trust me”. I said umm not its not about trust but about facts. He proceeded to tell me that he had to email someone would handle it and they would email him back to say it has been done. I would need to call back to verify. When I asked him to verify his first and last name, he stated “I don’t know you and you don’t need my first and last name.” I had to explain to him that it is about customer service and professionalism. He still refused to give me his name. This was a verbal assault and attack on me given I had done nothing but call to try to resolve an error they made in billing me for services rendered to someone who was not on my health insurance. This company needs to revisit practices in their offices to ensure fraud is not taking place because of their negligence. This could have resulted in a collections account on my credit if not addressed. THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!
Long wait for havingMade an appointment.Dr. Didn’t spend veryMuch time with me. I kind of self diagnosed myself!!!
Every single person here tonight was so kind. I called half hour before closing and they said to head in. They got me in quickly for a sick child which I truly appreciate. From the front desk team to the nurse to the Dr., I am so impressed and thankful.
Amazing Doctor. Fast too. Total time from check-in to out the door was under an hour.
I went yesterday before work to get treated for my leg not only did I have to pay $350 out of pocket Everything felt like it was unnecessary the “doctor “ basically said put a hot towel on it & sent me right out the door I definitely do recommend this place to anyone especially if you don’t have health insurance.
The receptionist, Kariimah, was simply amazing! She handled a former, rude, disrespectful and angry patient like a true professional. She stood her ground and did not stoop to the level of this person. She was professional and courteous at all times, even when the woman demanded a lollipop and then threw it!The doctor was great! He didn’t try to push pills and made me completely comfortable.
The staff was quick with getting me checked in and very welcoming with their courtesy. Neeka was very professional and kind while taking my vitals, she also was very courteous.
BEWARE!Go to a different Urgent Care! Based off of my experience in office, the staff are unprofessional, the nurse practitioner is rude and seems to not know much or doesn’t have much to say (I don’t know which one is worse, I was expecting a doctor) and I question the integrity of how the entire facility is run. I asked pertinent questions based off of an statement that one of the staff made and when I went there to demand some answers because I was genuinely scared, I was not given any information of who to contact, nor did I receive any proof that someone would reach out, and I was told that I was being hostile and if I didn’t leave, the authorities would be called. I have never been disrespected before in an urgent care but thought I would share.
I thought the doctor/provider was kidding and he wasn’t.I went there last year because my 8 yo child had pain/discomfort around her belly button. The doctor literally grabbed a light, flashed it at her navel and said “ her belly button is normal” if I had more concerns I should go to the cooks ER. I thought he was kidding. I told him her belly button was used as a reference to locate the discomfort and he insisted the belly button was perfect and walked away. Not a question, not an exam, nothing!Indeed I went to the Cooks ER after this unfortunate JOKE. Where she was checked for appendicitis. It ended up being a bad case of constipation. Can you imagine if it was appendicitis and this supposed medical professional didn’t even try?I’m baffled of how this place still operating and I have read similar experiences. I
Very personable, quick and thorough. My go to urgent care!
Staff was great from the woman at the front desk, to the nurse and nurse practitioner - all were compassionate & knowledgeable. Left feeling like Id been cared for in the best possible way.
This Urgent care had a very friendly staff. Unfortunately the PA they have working is rude, with absolutely zero bedside manner.( I had a virtual visit earlier in the day and was directed to seek medical attention to have the bursa on my elbow drained and sent to a lab for testing.) I explained this to the PA and was told he would not do it and did not know anyone who would, he also stated the bursa was not that bad. I was shocked, and felt like I was embellishing the pain. He did not even ask about my medical history or why I was referred to have the liquid tested. Did not ask about the pain or if it was keeping me up. I waited 4 days before starting to seek medical attention. I am not a person who runs to the Dr. For every ache and pain. The PA even suggested that the issue was caused by sitting in a chair and using my arm to hold my head while watching TV. 🫨 I understand and respect different treatment options however, I was not offered a referral or shown concern for my treatment. I cannot speak about other providers at this facility.
First let me say that I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early with no one in the waiting area. Let’s say it took me 2hrs to get out of there for a physical!!
Meka was so friendly. She was helpful, sympathetic and kept me updated every step. She’s awesome.
My experience at NextCare was great. The person at the front desk was awesome! She was nice and very welcoming. The other person who took my vitals was also very nice and the doctor listened and treated me very promptly. Everyone is so nice here I will definitely come back!
Staff is friendly, and efficient! Everyone knows what they are doing and is very professional.
Never coming back. The office staff was visibly sick and coughing. I waited even though I had an appointment the NP was condescending and rude. 0 out of 10. I will not be returning and will tell everyone about how bad an experience I had. Never coming back. The office staff was visibly sick and coughing.
1st visit was fine. Scheduled my 2nd appointment yesterday around 10AM for a 130PM which was first available. Waited till then, drove 20 minutes to the location only to be told my appointment had been canceled because no one was available to see me. If Id been told sooner I could have scheduled another appointment somewhere else or saved a 40 minute round trip. Wont be back.
They were very respectful n helpful. I appreciate them very much.
We went for a sports physical we booked the appointment through Solv on a Sunday we arrived got in right away and it was quick in and out and friendly
The wait time is terrible. I scheduled an appointment for 1230 however checked in at 1130 which changed the appointment to 1145. The message showed there was 1 person ahead of me and 1 walkin. They took a 12:00 appointment and a walk in ahead of me. Was finally taken back around 1:00 Was told 10 min wait for a flu and strep test which at 130 the dr saw me and said she was still waiting for the test results. I have never had a dr move stethoscope while listening to deep breaths. Was released at 1:47 with 3 script and negative for strep and flu
We had a really sweet nurse and were in and out in an hour. Nice staff, very efficient
From start to finish, it was about 1 and half hrs. The place is clean, the receptionist is pleasent, the nurse was patient and the NP was professional. We got our test results and diagnosis fairly quick. They accepted medicare insurance. We would go back when the needs arises. Thank you.
Clean, quick and efficient. Wonderful visit.
If I could give this place a zero stars I would.... These people were unhelpful rude and uncaring in a time of need .
Fast and friendly service. The facility was immaculate easy to find.
Easily THE BEST urgent care experience I could ever ask for! To begin, making my appointment was so easy to make (same day availability!) and it was nice to see how many insurance options they accept! Upon arrival, check-in was super simple, the environment was so clean and well put together, and the nurses/doctors were so patient and friendly. I barely had to wait before being called in - vitals and testing were performed so easily and gently. After a check up with the doctor regarding my symptoms, I was on my way with prescriptions sent in, results in hand, and confidence in my prescribed healing plan.I can’t thank the team at NextCare Urgent Care enough for making me feel so much better, so much faster! The positive reviews on this page are every ounce of truth - This will definitely be my go-to sicky sicky spot from now on!
It was a fast and thorough service. Clean facility and MA and Dr was very cordial. Front desk person was not friendly. When I went to pick up medicine it wasnt at my Pharmacy. I tried to call the office was on hold for 22 minutes never spoke to anyone.
Made a sameday appointment online. No issues, everything was smooth as expected from start to finish.
The reviews made me so hopeful I found a great Urgent Care PLUS they can do labwork on-site which was important to me.Jaci at the front desk is amazing; she deserves recognition for sure. She is kind, professional and compassionate. The mobile app and check-in process was great. My wait time was minimal. The facility is clean and comfortable.Unfortunately, the Nurse Practitioner (Imani Crosby) really soured my experience. It felt like she wanted to rush out of the room and didnt look closely at me at all. She seems annoyed with me the whole time. Im dealing with unexplained/sudden itching and really wanted the peace of mind of a thorough exam and lab work to rule out underlying conditions. This is why I specifically chose an Urgent care with the capability to run labs. When I mentioned my concerns about those, she said they dont do that (even though they have a lab) and I need to go to a dermatologist for a full work up. Since I am brand new to this area, I dont have any established doctors and there are lengthy waits to get an appointment at all.I left feeling more anxious than before and defeated for sure.If you are looking for something thorough, I would definitely recommend trying another doctor or NP. The facility itself I think is still worth trying out.
I have appointments at 3:45, but the clinic is 30 minutes behind. It’s no big deals
Everyone but the PA I believe her name was Inami was nice.I waited over an hour to get a physical for my clinicals and she looks at the paperwork my school requires and just tells me she’s not going to do it because she’s not my family doctor. IT DOESNT REQUIRE YOU TO BE MY FAMILY DOCTOR. I even tried showing her on the page that it just says put yes or no to if your my family doctor and she goes “Listen sir I am not going to argue with you”Then says I’ll get a refund but when she walks back she didn’t realize it haven’t left yet and proceeded to gossip and make fun of me only one room away.Other reviews seem to mention the same thing that this PA is the only bad experience there having so it’d be nice if the management at Urgent Care did something about it.
Excellent care! I was seen at my appointment time and on my way to the pharmacy to get my Rx in less than 30 minutes . I was home within an hour. They have a very caring and pleasant staff. I highly recommend NextCare for any urgent care needs.
I’m giving this 2 only because physician who attended me and MA were amazing. Front desk however, totally unprofessional. If she doesn’t want to be there she needs to find another job. I had a video visit and was told by physician to go to nearest clinic to get tested only!! When I get here lady up front told me I had to pay for an entire visit to get tested which made ZERO sense. I told ok I’ll call physician to let her know, when calling to call center to possibly get a hold of her whoever answered straight hanged up on me after letting her know I wanted to talk to physician who saw me, I believe it was same front desk lady. I went back into clinic to ask for manager and she told me manager was unavailable, told her that didn’t make sense why I need to pay AGAIN after I just paid for my video visit and was instructed BY PHYSICIAN to get tested, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and call her manager who I thought was “ unavailable “ and was able to get tested without paying a WHOLE OTHER VISIT, she didn’t even apologize for her mistake, so horrible. Moral of the story educate your staff to be more professional and compassionate towards patients and if you’re gonna be in a bad mood all the time GET ANOTHER JOB. Will not be returning to this location.
The staff was so sweet & I understand the hardships of being understaffed but the lack of communication is what got me. I made an appointment for 6pm and wasn’t seen until 6:45. Again, I understand staffing but to not be told there would be a prolonged wait or estimated time I’d be taken back was the negative. I was also told insurance wasn’t taken for a school TB test so I paid upfront. I then got a $227 charge from the third party my blood was taken to for testing and told by the third party that urgent care charges their fees but since they did the actual testing, I must pay their fees. Being notified that there was a possibility of this would’ve made an entire difference but I felt pretty blindsided getting another large charge.
Every member of the staff from the front door to the patient care rooms were professional, caring and knowledgeable. Our wait was minimal before being seen and the nursing staff were amazing and thorough. I happily recommend this urgent care!
Lady in the front at 4:10 pm was rude. Didn’t even know when they called me or left a message telling me their MIR wasn’t working.
I would’t recommended anyone to go here for any urgent care needs. I went for my ear/throat pain at this location and before seeing a doctor, the receptionist asked me insurance and id which I gave both and also got asked if this is my first time visiting/returning. I said first time and without hesitance, the lady at reception charged me 120 dollar flat fee saying I haven’t met deductible yet. After paying. I was seen by a doc and she mentioned I had an ear infection so will need to take antibiotics for few days. All they did was take a look at my ear and a strip test of my saliva. A month after my visit, I got a statement on my email with 63 dollar due. It also shows they charged my insurance $289. Now they want more from me. The other urgent care I visit other day for my daughter, I only had to pay $80 and the rest was covered by insurance. I would have given 0 stars if I could so don’t go here unless you wanna get looted by them with their hidden fees.
Very professional, we love the front desk staff
Didn’t have a long wait and staff was friendly and I was well taken care of
Because they didn’t get my high right and it’s makeing me seem like I’m very short it put me as 5’4 and I’m 5’9
Was a waste of time to show up expecting care. They sent me away after waiting for over and hour.
It all started with a very hot bowl of an amazing Mac & Cheese - next thing you know it’s a broken bowl and a sliced hand. This was my first time to NextCare and it was a great experience. The nice person at the reception was super friendly and very efficient and helpful. The tech was nice and efficient and the PA was amazing. Great experience, hopefully I won’t be back for a while but if I need an urgent care facility NextCare will be my first choice.
I took my son in for a stomach bug. I had a great experience. The lady at the front desk was kind and patient as I asked tons of questions. The nurse who took vitals was super friendly and put my son at ease. We saw FNP Smith and she couldn’t have been more wonderful. I ran across this place accidentally but will come back for sons and myself. I paid my copay and was in and out in less than 30 min. I highly recommend this clinic. Clean fast and most importantly friendly. Two thumbs up!
Very clean, organized and peaceful facility. Close proximity to home. Received prompt and very professional care. I feel that I was diagnosed with care and given the right medication to recover. Would recommend.
Our first ever visit there was due to my wife being discharged by the hospital for a kidney infection. When we got home we realized they gave her nothing for the debilitating pain she was in. She tried to sleep it off with aspirin but she couldnt sleep that night and the next morning we went here to see if they could help. This is our first ever visit here and the doctor tells her shes not giving her narcotics. She never asked for them, she didnt even ask for anything - she just wanted to know what to do about the pain. She had her papers from the hospital still and the doctor said they werent very convincing. I didnt know they were role playing as cops in there. Youd think a doctor would be smart enough to know that a couple people with no medical history and not asking for anything in particular wouldnt be addicted to narcotics, but thats apparently what she thought. She charged us $400 for her expert opinion of take some more aspirin and wait for it to go away. I hope if that little lady is ever in as much pain as my wife was she gets an equally useless doctor telling her shes faking it so she can maybe think twice before she tries to play pretend cops and robbers.
We had a good experience. The nurses at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The waiting time was reasonable. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because when the doctor checked my son he seemed to be on a rush.
Overall very clean and well taken care of. I called ahead to make an appointment but I probably wouldn’t even have needed to. They saw me pretty quickly my overall visit was less than an hour in and out.
Excellent care and service during my visit. Very professional and clean atmosphere. Im thankful that they were there for my need.
Online check-in was fairly simple. The facility is clean and it was not busy for a Sunday which was nice. However, I still waited 20 minutes to be seen while the triage nurse took care of personal bill paying business for her credit card on the phone. Then ensued in an entire conversation about her sister in the back office. How do I know this you ask? Because I heard the both conversations and had to ask front desk if I’d be seen or were they not taking patients until all the bills were paid… She called back and I was seen about 2 minutes later. Everyone was nice including the triage nurse and the doctor came in very quickly once I was called back. I was just slightly annoyed with my unnecessary wait time since I checked in online and was literally the only person there waiting to be seen. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.
In and out within an hour. Looked up my nearest urgent care due to a cut and was taken care of by the lovely ladies at this location.
Hands down the best Urgent care. We were a walk in and were seen 15 minutes after walking in. Doctor was kind and to the point. Definitely will use NextCare in the future.
From start to finish, was a great experience. Was able to make a weekend appointment, completed all ‘paperwork’ online, and checked in online right before arriving to clinic. I had little to zero wait time before I was called back. Had to get x-rays and took no time at all. Staff was friendly, prompt, and professional.
It was fine until the pharmacy didn’t have the medicine and then when I called to ask for a diff script the doc was rude to me.
At 9am I made an appointment for my son at 1:40pm same day. I spoke with Sacha at the call center. She was super friendly and helpful. I received a confirmation text at 1:09 PM confirming my appointment time of 1:40 PM. My husband and son arrived at the clinic and was told he would not be able to be seen because they were closing. The staff acted as if it was not a big deal. This was very frustrating as we drove 25 miles away for him to be seen. No one called to let us know our appointment would be canceled. The only notification I received was a text message at 1:35 PM (5mins prior to appt time) saying the appointment was canceled with no explanation. I am very disappointed with this clinic, and will never return there or refer any friends or family to this location. I am a nurse and have worked in urgent care for over nine years and this is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed in the customer service.
Trinity helped facilitate my daughters sports physical with ease. Thank you all for no hassle.
The staff at this establishment is absolutely, and I mean ABSOLUTELY Phenomenal!! Friendly and fast!! Very professional, and courteous!! No wonder my daughter loves to bring her babies and herself theyre whenever needed!! Thank you so much!!♥️🌻🌻♥️♥️♥️
Great Urgent Care! They listen to the patients and help in any way they can. The front desk receptionist is very kind and helpful as well.
The receptionist was absolutely phenomenal. Such a gem! Got in quick and easily. So hard to find a nice urgent care with kind and empathetic people who work there these days.
Excellent experience! Scheduled appointment online which is so easy. Went there and had option that allowed me to wait inside or in my car. Staff is so friendly! I believe I was seen by the PA? She was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Would definitely recommend!
Reception was kind and quick, so was the nurse and the doctor. But it still took almost an hour to be seen despite making an appointment the day before and checking in and doing paperwork both online. Overall happy with my care though.
Great customer service. The nurse even recognized and remembered me from when I called before coming in. She is very friendly and all the staff was very professional. They got my wife in much faster than we anticipated. Overall they made the experience much nicer and tolerable.
Been going to this location for YEARS, 15 or more. Do Not like the changes. We miss all the people who were there when they moved from Southlake. They made you feel like friends when you went in. WILL NOT GO BACK, so sad. Got absolutely no help today, very poor communication. Extremely disappointed, made an appointment with a real DR. later in the week. Don’t waste your money or your time waiting.
Checked in online. Filled out paperwork online. Was seen for progressive cough (not covid). No insurance so I signed up for their advantage care insurance supplement. Front desk was friendly and gracious, nurse was efficient and funny, doctor was fast and clearly communicated my options and aftercare. In and out in roughly 30 minutes. This is my second time using this location, and I highly recommend over many of the other options in this area!
The reception attention was completely unprofessional, unfriendly treatment, lacking tact in communication. Responds in an unfriendly manner! Just for asking if they spoke Spanish because I dont speak English, and they didnt like being asked anything!
As a previous patient signing in was not easy this time using my phone. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful as I was having a difficult time inputting my information on their website due to my arthritis and neuropathy. MA who took my vitals friendly and professional. Doctor addressed my concerns. I accepted his assessment and recommendations and thanked him. Overall I was satisfied with staff and attentiveness to my health. Thank you !
I’ve been here several times for a variety of reasons, and I can honestly say I have enjoyed my visit. The staff is professional, prompt and caring. The facility is CLEAN***. I probably always choose this location for my small needs. It’s convenient as well download the app and be sure to schedule on line. You can even see the live waiting list. Thank you all for serving you local community. Greatly appreciated 😊
The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the front staff was very nice. I went in for a severe cough that I haven’t been able to shake off for an over a week. I’ve lost my voice, headaches and can barely sleep through the night because it is constant. Once the doctor came in he asked me what medicines I was taking. Checked my ears, throat, and touched my back with a stethoscope for a total of 3 seconds and said it’s the common cold. It’s due to my runny nose having mucus go down my throat. Then proceeded to walk out as I told him I don’t even have a runny nose. So I’m down $75 for less than 5 mins of “care”. I guess that’s how these urgent cares work now. Push people in and out and take their money. I called to see about seeing another physician, they said I could file a complaint and just forwarded us to a voicemail. Do not go here. You’re just a number.
Friendly staff. Wait was too long (40 minutes) with no update from the receptionist.Very friendly tech.I was the only patient in the waiting room…. A time estimate would be nice instead of waiting with a full bladder to give my specimen.Clean facility. Email update on check in.I’ll be back if I need to use PrimaCare again
This Clinic is absolutely the best clinic I have ever been to by farfrom the moment my daughter made the appointment. If you want to see what Amazing customer service is come see for yourselves you will not be disappointed. The receptionist that greeted us as we walked in the door was very kind and helpful . Each employee that we had the pleasure of meeting was very professional but welcoming at the same time. Thank you Prima Care employees for going above and beyond . We will definitely be making this our first choice clinic and will be proudly recommending to others.Cher Page( Mother of Brooklyn M. Smith)
I’d give zero stars if I could. Office won’t answer the phone after the promised a manager would call me back. They billed me for a medical device through a provider that’s not covered by my insurance without telling me, so now I have a surprise bill for almost $600. Call me back you crooks. If I can’t get someone to contact me I will pursue legal action.
Very good Professional experience. The patient profile software self setup could be a lot more user friendly.
Abby & Kat were so helpful making the process go as efficiently and quickly as possible. Dr. Moore had many helpful tips for my allergy flares. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to
The staff were super duper friendly and very kind to us. My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our consultation with such upbeat folks! Really cheered us up. We’ll definitely return if we ever feel under the weather again!
TERRIBLE scheduling and not even close to urgent care. I have always been able to see my regular doctor faster than this urgent care facility. I understand some places are busy, but this place has no respect or care for patients time. I called in the morning to check the wait time and was quoted 2 hours for walk-in and they suggested I schedule an appointment - so I did. The appointment was scheduled for 3 PM that afternoon. I showed up and checked in at 3 as directed, and then still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen while watching all the walk-in patients get called back before me, even when one of the walk-ins showed up 45 minutes after I checked in. There was absolutely no urgency from the staff and the front desk person couldnt explain why there was any point in making an appointment. When I asked, she said they just call people back how they want to. Ive been to many regular doctor offices that saw more patients more urgently than this place, they only called back 5 patients in over 2.5 hours.
A great experience at the clinic. My appointment was at 10:30. I arrived 15 mins early as directed, filled out the paper work required and was called back at 10:30 to start the appointment. It was a very professional visit and everyone was very helpful and professional. I truly recommend this office if you are needing to see a professional medical person quickly. PLEASE keep up the great work.
My daughter and I have been here multiple times especially when her pediatrician is booked yesterday we were in and the experience was the best one so far. We were back within minutes and our nurse Laura Chapin was beyond amazing, she was quick, knowledgeable, and extremely good with my sick six year old. Definitely one of the best nurses we have ever had. Called back today with problems with the medicine and she was quick to help us. Thank you!
Great urgent care, i was in and out in 15 minutes and the doctor was straight to the point. Way better than the one down the street
This was the best experience Ive ever had in an urgent care. Even better than most regular doctor appointments. The staff was very courteous and polite but the doctor was amazing! So thorough and explained everything. For a quicker wait time I recommend making an appointment online.
Quick wait time with the friendliest front desk staff, Mallory, followed by the most helpful nurse, Lauren O., she addressed my concerns and gave me instant relief about my visit, then I was assessed by Dr. Smith who makes you feel comfortable immediately, she takes her time and is very thorough. Will be back for sure for my future medical needs. Great staff!
The ladies I interacted with st this location were terrific. They were all personable, caring & professional. I have never been to an urgent care facility before. I HAVE been to ERs all over the country. This beat them all for length of time spent and time with the caregivers. Their focus was on me, not what was going on in the next room. I am going back any time I need urgent care! Clean, well supplied, efficiency all made me feel like I was in good hands. 😄👍
I knew my situation did not require an emergency room visit. I was able to look them up online, my sure they accepted my insurance, download the Patient Registration Forms, book an appointment, on a Saturday morning, and check in online. When I arrived for my appointment, the atmosphere is clean, modernized and efficient. I was greeted warmly and all my information was already populated into their system since I have visited once before. My insurance was verified, paid my co-pay and I was call right away, no waiting. The doctor was personable and made me feel comfortable and my diagnosis. If anyone has a non-emergency, after hours, PrimaCare would be the only place I would go! I would, without question, highly recommend it.
Walked in with my 8 year old son without an appointment and they saw us within a reasonable time. They even changed the channel in the lobby to something my son would enjoy while we waited. Staff was all friendly, vibrant, and very informative of everything that is taking place! Very clean too!
I use this location all the time… never in a state that I was in today. The staff was absolutely incredible… they knew how bad I was feeling and made sure to make accommodations to keep me comfortable while I was here. The PA was the absolute sweetest and super sincere.
As expected, the facility is operated by a professional, thorough and efficient staff that had us seen on time. My son was seen, diagnosed and treated swiftly and on his way to feeling better.
Whole staff is great! Front desk lady is always super nice to me along with nurses and doctors! Everyone is very professional and care about your well being. They truly do care and aren’t trying to rush you in and out. Really convienient for a mom, especially the hours. My go to urgent care hands down!!
Fantastic service! Brought my 5 year old in for fever and not feeling well, Cynthia at the front Desk greeted us and got us checked in with no problems. In the back our nurse was Laura and she was super friendly. She walked my daughter through every step she was doing, which made my child feel much more comfortable. Then we saw Deb who was wonderful! She walked us through the routine for medicine at home and brought both my kids popsicles, which made them very happy! We have chosen PrimaCare several times becauze the ladies here are all great!
The office was spotless, clean and comfortable. Katlyn checked me in she was very helpful and welcoming. Lauren and Mike were very thorough in their assessments and care of me. I was in and out quickly with excellent care. Thanks so much!
I went in today after a jet ski accident. Everyone of the staff was wonderful. They saved me almost 900$. I highly recommend this team to take care if all of your urgent care needs. The radiologist tech/nurse, the doctor and front receptionist were exceptional.
First time here today but my husband brings the boys here. I waited an hour to be seen which is out of the norm from what my husband says but I wasnt even upset. The staff was super friendly and made you feel so comfortable. I rushed my boy here from daycare so I didnt have his insurance card. I just knew they would give me a hard time and was ready to start arguing because I know they have him on file but no, the lady was super sweet and even put me in the system to be seen as wellw Very professional, clean and neat environment and once I was seen I was out within 20 minutes. Thanks to everyone that made it a great experience. I rarely have those at a urgent care. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Hands down the best Urgent Care I have ever been to! I did a video Telehealth Visit with Debbie Helms, not only was it time saving but convenient to have done this in my car before picking up my boys at Daycare! I didnt need to go into the clinic or anything. My Prescription was sent straight to my pharmacy! The online paper work takes a bit of time prior to my visit but once done, I got a summary of care emailed to me of my visit. :) Highly recommended!
This was the best urgent care visit I have ever experienced! They were friendly, helpful, & fast! Urgent care is usually dreadful, but NextCare will be my go to from now on. 🙌🏼
I did online check-in. Received text once appointment was confirmed asking me to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time. Entire staff was great. The NP who treated me was informative and very engaging. Clean facility. Done in 15 minutes. Perfect.
I had a great experience at nextcare, Imani was a great physician, she kept me distracted while I had issues with my toe, very kind person with a very sweet soul. We need more people in this world like Imani. 10/10
The staff is excellent, from start to finish! I was given 4 different tests to rule out Covid and flu. The tests were quick and non invasive. Results were available immediately. Now I can enjoy the rest of my day without worry. Thanks PrimaCare, for providing excellent medical care and relief.
The staff was very prompt and very friendly. The online appointment booking was also very quick and simple. The nurse who came outside to administer all three of our covid tests was nothing short of amazing! Her personality and knowledge of what she was there to do was spot on... And thats coming from somone whos been in medical field for 10 years now. She was very very relatable. The provider that came out to do just a quick over all check after the tests had been administered was great as well! I 100% recommend this place to anyone! Honestly, Ive already recommended to three people needing to be tested that attended the same church camp my daughter did. I plan on going back once our results are in and quarantine is over to have my knee checked out.
NextCare is the best urgent care place I’ve ever been! I’ve only been there twice. Each time the staff is friendly and caring. I was in and out in less than an hour. Who can say that about their actual PCP office?
Had a bad collision with my granddaughter my dog and myself on a walk and ended up with 9 stitches in one hand a splint and a granddaughter with a broken heart. Thank goodness for this facility because they are the best and give the utmost best care. I will be seeing them in the future if needed. Thank you for everything 😊
Best urgent care center ever, I came in with a spray ankle. They help me to my car, and inside the building. And were a truly a blessing.
This facility was very clean and the employees were wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and helpful; they were above and beyond patient as we went thru the whole process with their office. Thank each of the staff members for making today a good, smooth process.
The staff went out of their way to help me when confirming our insurance. They explained everything perfectly regarding the visit and put my son at ease with his injury. I highly recommend this office in Fort Worth off of Tarrant Hwy.
The staff was so welcoming and sweet! I went in for COVID and understanding not much you can be seen for treatment wise. I didn’t wait long at all the web check-in feature is so nice and convenient especially not feeling well.
I made an appointment for Wednesday, but I chose not to continue because I didnt have my insurance info with me. They easily set me up for the next day. That appointment went smoothly with the staff being helpful, respectful and polite the whole way.
I was able to secure a appointment for next day but tried to go in same days as I was not feeling very well. Front desk person was very kind and said come in right at 0800 tomorrow and I will be able to get you in as it was a 5+ hour wait for walking at this point. Next morning there at 0800 walking in with a few others. Still a 2 hour wait to see doctor but I was technically a walk in yet. Had a positive Covid test. Doctor came in to give results. If I had any complaints it would be the doctor would start to listen to my question and cut me off to answer so I never got my full questions out or answered. I know they are swamped and he is probably somewhat rushed and I understand that but if he could have just given a little more advice on where to get the monochrome antibodies or a little more advice on treatment, I would have been happy.
I took my husband to Prima Care around 5 pm on Monday, June 21st. Let me first give a shout-out to Lauren (back office staff) and Debra Smith, FNP-C. Both of these ladies were awesome! They wasted no time in cleaning my husband up and getting him sutured up quicker than Ive ever seen from an urgent care. We were in and out in about 60 minutes or less. Not to mention, how friendly, helpful, and how well they explained after-care procedures. Unfortunately, I cant say the same for Cynthia, the front office staff person on duty. She was not friendly, she was short, rude, and she could use some lessons in tact when talking to the patient or the spouse. Or maybe she needs a lesson in HIPAA in what is and isnt appropriate to say around others in the interest of privacy to the patient or the comments on the treatment that was done. I highly recommend the back of the house at this facility once you get past Cynthia in the front. If the front staff was just as friendly as the back.....youd have a team of rockstars!
The Nurse I had was wonderful! I think her name started with an M. The doctor saw me for all of two min, never touched my injured leg or really examined it. Didn’t ask questions about movement capabilities or anything, then she left and sent me to X-ray. Then I waited hours for a call to see if anything was broken and I had to call to find out the answer. The doctor was nice but was pointless of me to see her because she did no assessment of anything. Still have to go to pcp to see what I can figure out.
Physical completed but we had a appointment for 6 and wasnt seen until 7
All the staff is kind and professional. From the front office to the provider. I went in as a walk in. The wait was approximately 4.5 hours due to so many people wanting COVID tests. I was seen 1/2/22 and they didnt have rapid tests on hand. The results for sending out the test takes about 2-7 days. If you need a rapid, make sure you ask if they have some available. Aside from the wait, it was a great experience. Be kind to all the health professionals as they are also overwhelmed with rising COVID numbers.
I was seen almost immediately first thing in the morning and was out the door quickly. The treatment center is clean and well organized and the staff friendly and efficient. I was satisfied with my diagnosis and treatment by the nurse practitioner will return in the future.
It’s a nice quiet friendly location in and out very nice staff friendly
This is the most thorough physical my son has received outside of his PCP. The doctor and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Appointments are not needed but recommended and you can’t beat the cost - $20.Wish I had known about this location earlier.
Lauren was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was her best friend :) and Dr. Dinh was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed and then some! I loved the virtual check-in process (if youre tech savvy)! If I couldve given more than 5 stars 🌟 I would have!
Amazing group of healthcare workers. Facility is clean. They are friendly, kind, and fast. Rx is probably already for pick up as I type this up.Thank you NextCare! 🖤
I love this place. All of the people there are so friendly and super relatable and nice. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone is lovely and easy to talk to while they address all concerns. Way better than carenow in my opinion. Very quick and easy check In process. If I have to go to an urgent care for whatever reason I would always go here and you should too!!!
Schedule an apt for 9am on 12/29/2022. Received numerous text messages and emails confirming apt. Arrived at facility at 8:45am. Checked into location by phone. Filled out all the paperwork on phone. Went to go inside the facility and doors were locked. Called the phone number on the building. The lady that answered stated they were trying to figure out why no one was at the location since they were supposed to open at 8am. The lady stated the next location with openings was in Lewisville. I had to just go to the hospital emergency room instead. Poor service!
NextCare Urgent was fast and friendly! I checked in online completed my paperwork and was called in within 10 mins of arriving. They worked fast to get me taken care of!Thank you to the staff and Mr. Moore FNP
Service great. However, the issue I have is everywhere else they charge $25.00 for school physicals. They charge $35.00. Its about the principle. Why charge more? They are not doing anything special. Will go to another care facility with my son. A pity.Well I personally think its a bad practice to just charge more for the same test because, as far as you are concerned its peak. There is no extra charge anywhere else regardless of the time you go. So for $10.00 you have lost a client, which I know is a non issue for you. $10.00 wont make me rich but it is a principle. Good Luck
The absolute best care Ive ever had. I needed an IV, and I have an extreme needle phobia. Well, Laura did my IV and was extremely gentle and made my phobia seem pointless. She walked me through the entire process. Also, Debra, who was my provider, was an absolute doll. She made sure she took into account all of my symptoms. I was very skeptical about the IV, but Debra talked me into it & im feeling better already!! Also, they gave me this cute little blanket to cover up with & the clinic smells and looks so clean. They truly do care about the people they take care of. Definitely highly recommended. ❤️❤️❤️
I have chronic bronchitis and everyone someone gives me a bug it is miserable and this is the second time Ive used this facility and by far this staff is way better than previous experience at other locations. Online check in was easy. Morgan at the front desk was kind and efficient and I saw the RN Debra Smith and she was amazing AGAIN, however I have to give major props to Laura she gave me my steroid shot in the glute and usually it hurts and Im sore for a couple days but no pain or discomfort at all this time good job guys. Id highly recommend this place to others.
My wife scheduled an appointment with this place on their website for Monday morning. She showed up and no one was working here. There were 3 other people waiting outside who also had appointments but no one was working. Terrible experience. Not sure if there was some sort of error with the scheduling system or if people just didn’t show up to work. Totally lost trust in this provider.
My experience at PrimaCare is always amazing and professional. I loved my nurse practitioner and MA today. I was so sick today and they treated me with care and compassion. I felt so cared for. The receptionist was exceptional. Thank you PrimaCare!Ruth Garcia
Checked in as a walk-in, triaged and saw the provider very quickly, labs done, and checked out after a informative visit w the provider…Great staff, Clean clinic, N Tarrant Pkwy NextCare is a PHENOMENAL location!
Love this place! I am a nursing student and I have had to come 4 times for TB tests for school. They are fast, kind, clean, and cheap. It is only $30 for the TB test and subsequent visit to check it. I send all of my nursing student friends here for their tests, too! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They were friendly and got me in quickly. They have excellent bedside manners. The nurse was very competent and the nurse practitioner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this place and will use them again if ever needed.
Update: (6-7-2023) Sent an email to the suggested address listed below from the provider’s response and as expected, no response after almost 2 weeks. What a joke.Be aware they will charge you as a specialist not as an urgent care. Very deceptive since ever other urgent Ive been to only charge as an urgent care visit.
Brandon the Doctor, and Laura the Nurse were great! 09/20/17@8:50am my visit date and time. The front desk woman kind of upsetted me and was a bit condescending to me when she said that she needed my insurance card, although I had stated to her that my insurance company will mail it in 30 days since I was just approved for the insurance, and I have the actual insurance number handy. I felt like she was going to deny me services just because I didnt have the card handy. That was why you all had received 4 stars instead of 5 with me.
I couldnt get in the door, before I hear this rude voice, come in and sit down over there.I am with another patient. No, hello at all! While, I was waiting to be helped, a couple came in, the receptionist (Cynthia) rudely told the couple, the samething. The receptionist called me up. She started verifying, my insurance. She called the verification line, on speaker phone. Everyone who were, in the office, were able to hear. I asked her, if she was going to keep, it on speaker, since my personal information was being verified, everybody can hear. She rudely stated, if it was going to state any personal information, I wouldnt have it on speaker phone. I told her, she didnt have to be rude, about it. After this, the couple behind me, got up and left. When the nurse called me, to the back, my back experience changed. The nurse and nurse practitioner were great. I would have given my visit at PrimaCare a 5 but, my experience, I had with the rude receptionist brought it down to a 1. The professionalism of the nurse and nurse practitioner, and my wait, made me change my mind to a 3.
I was very impressed. Doc and staff were very professional and honest. I took my 2-year-old son for cough. The doc did a careful exam and sent us to Cooks children hospital. We were new to Texas and didnt know a whole lot about hospitals. We were taken care of well. My little boy is well now.
This facility was truly phenomenal. From the receptionist, to the nursing staff, to the doctors. Everything moved swiftly. Everyone was so kind and the test was gentle and not abrasive. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to others! Im so grateful for sweet people!
My experience at the Prima Care has been amazing. When I walked in I could barely breathe. Cynthia at the front desk was amazing. She got me straight to the back with no wait at all. She even helped me do my paperwork later on. When I got to the back I worked with Mariah she was amazing as well. She got me into my room and got me started on medication to help my breathing. Once I was settled in my room I worked with Brandon and he was amazing as well. He even offered to let me wait as long as I needed. He even brought me some water to keep hydrated. The customer service I received here really made me feel like family. Which I really do appreciate. I know that for now on when Im not feeling good this is where Ill be coming! 😀
Went there using my VA insurance since they now allow you to get urgent care at a private facility. I informed them my shoulder; AC joint in particular, was hurting for the last 7 months. I told them I had just been to the VA a few weeks prior for something unrelated and didnt want to bring up my shoulder issue then. The receptionist told me the VA probably wont cover this and Ill be charged for the visit.....umm okay whatever. I go back to the room to see the nurse and she says the same thing. Seriously the VA wont deny my visit, just do your job. Anyway the nurse does 3 simple movements of my arm that she probably read in a book somewhere asking me if I felt pain. I say no to 2 of them and only slight pain to 1 movement. Never asks me, well what does make you feel pain? She just says it must not be very serious then. I said okay, anyways I would like an x-ray. She says if its anything it is probably soft tissue and that wont show up on an x-ray. I again say okay but I came here for an x-ray (thinking in my head I dont care what you have to say, your not even a doctor). She finally says okay but Im 95% sure nothing will show up. I get 3 images of x-rays, x-ray tech was very friendly. Results come back and what do you know, I have a widened gap of my AC joint. I could tell she hated that she was wrong about it, especially when I asked for a copy of my x-rays (so I can show the VA at my next appointment). She brings me back a sheet of paper that only had the diagnoses, not the images. I was not happy she basically refused to give me the images so I could show my doctor.
I usually am not one to complain, but this seems unreasonable. As I write this review, I have already been waiting in the waiting room for an hour. I havent even been called back to a room yet. Who knows how long the wait will be back there.... and it isnt even as though they are busy. For the first 40 minutes of my wait, there was only one other person in the waiting room. Now there is only me. If they hadnt already taken my copay, I would have left long ago.
I have had to visit PrimaCare on N. Tarrant Parkway, on two separate occasions; the first 2017 for an Upper Respiratory Infection and, recently for a broken bone. Both times, my PCPs office was closed due to it being either; ‘after hours’ or a weekend. From check-in to discharge, the service was the same.... excellent! Upon arrival, you are greeted with professionalism and, a smile! The waiting room was very clean and comfortable, and wait time to be seen was minimal. Over the years, I have gone to several ‘urgent care’ facilities, either for me, or with a family member or friend. With each experience being pretty much the same... once you waited and waited to be seen, you were rushed through without really being ‘heard’. Leaving with that feeling of question - ‘The diagnosis sure doesn’t sound or feel right’...At PrimaCare, I Never had that question or feeling! Both times, different physicians, same experience! Friendly, yet professional. They listened to ME, before and after treatment. Addressed possible ‘side effects’, options and, valued my input regarding my health. I know there’s a time ‘protocol’ that medical facilities go by for wait time ratings, etc., and, even though my actual time at PrimaCare was minimal, I did not feel as if my care was being compromised due to ‘beating the clock’. My physicians valued me. They addressed my concerns and my questions, taking the time to explain how & why my diagnosis was made. Speaking to me as a person and, not as a medical encyclopedia.
We were able to get in quickly, the staff was kind , and sports physicals are cheaper here than I have found previously.
Refuses to treat sick patients. Their website was not working so I walked in as a sick patient. Was told to go back to their website to schedule for tomorrow or a later date. Its an urgent care. I am ill. I needed to he treated but they refuse. There was nobody waiting and nobody in the lobby. The lady at the reception desk was extremely rude.
Update! This is still the best office ever I wish I could make them my PCP! Lauren is the best ever. My whole family loves her!Lauren is the best nurse ever, super friendly and very knowledgeable. I love her personality and will be returning in that future because of her!
It was quick to get an appointment for my recent visit. Staff was very helpful and check in was very smooth and quick. Assisting nurse and Doctor Nguyen was very friendly and helped to diagnose it quickly.
Doctor Mike Moore was great ! Very informative on the complications I was experiencing ! Definitely needs his own practice. Overall great experience down to the nurse and the receptionist !
I highly recommend PrimaCare, everyone was knowledgeable, personable and professional. They provided thorough and swift service followed by results. Thank you PrimaCare Team for taking good care of me and making the appropriate referral as necessary. I cant remember the receptionist name nor the PAs name but everyone was awesome!! Laurens personality makes her a valuable asset to PrimaCare, her bedside manners won me over and stood out. I could tell PrimaCare values each patient, I left as a very satisfied patient!!! I pray that your facility continues to be a roadway to someones healing!! May God bless you and your Team members..Sincerely,David Hodge
Great customer service from the front desk to the back office. Nurse checking in was so sweet and funny! The NP Debbie was so I informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back when needed. Keep up the great work ladies!!!
Love this location! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I checked in online and was running late; I called the office and they were incredibly understanding. This location is very clean and has a nice big waiting room. This was a follow up visit from when I went to the Primacare in Lewisville. I was told a week and a half ago that I had bad allergies; 10 days later and I still was not feeling better. When I arrived for my appointment, Cynthia greeted me at the front desk. She quickly took care of my paperwork and payment. When I was called back, Mariah took my vitals and symptoms; she also answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was dumb for not knowing.Brandon was the NP that evaluated/examined me. He was so empathetic about me feeling unwell for so long. He made sure to ask if I was OK with taking certain prescriptions before just assuming and sending everything to my pharmacy. This is a little detail that made me feel like Brandon was listening to and addressing my needs.I was put on a nasal inhaler of sorts. Laura, a paramedic they have on staff, came in to show me how to use this medication properly. If you want to be treated well by a knowledgeable and attentive staff, I HIGHLY recommend this PrimaCare location! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
