I have had an awful experience with the billing department including, misquoting, poor communication between employees, being told my account will be closed when it wasn’t, being told my card would be taken off file and it wasn’t, having to call several times and being told “we will take care of it” only for them to not take care of it, and a manager blaming her employees being “new” thinking this would alleviate all of the billing issues. No one took responsibility I have asked all communications to be in writing and you would think if you paid for a service, communicated about said service, you would have the decency of a call/email, etc, but that was not my experience here. Please visit a new facility and take your money elsewhere.
The entire experience was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and smiling. Dr. Kaufman is a great doctor, very knowledgeable, empathetic and easy to talk. Doctor K. took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this place to every woman with a problem having a baby.
Everyone was so kind. They made me feel like they saw me as an individual person, not just a chart or a textbook case. They were well organized and efficient with time and communication.
I had issues in the beginning but they were resolved. Ovation has been very good with communication through my entire IUI and IVF process.
No good. Employee-focused, definitely not customer focused. Communication as bad as the worst Aspergers. Remember that Texas consumer affairs does not process consumer complaints, just keeps a count of the number.
