UrgentMed Urgent Care Plantation FL

I’ve been a patient at Urgent Med for several years. It is conveniently located near my home and the hours of operation suit my needs. Although they accept walk-ins I highly recommend scheduling an appointment online for an in office or virtual/telemed consultation . It’s super easy- you complete the necessary “paperwork” electronically as well as check-in and pay from your phone or computer.Front desk, back office and clinical team are pleasant and helpful. The clinical care is excellent and proficient.I highly recommend Urgent Med when you need to seek medical care and don’t want to wait for your primary care doc to squeeze you in.

Wait time was long although I had an appointment. It took an hour before I was seen and I was the last there so I know they took walk ins before me. The PA was also nice, but I just felt like they could have done a more thorough check and also call my prescription into the right pharmacy being that I was specific to call back about changing it and had the correct one on the new patient paperwork that included the address and the phone number.

I wasn’t feeling well this morning and was able to book an appointment online almost immediately. The female doctor I saw was amazing! So friendly, listened to my issues, great bedside manner, and overall just made me very comfortable. I was in and out within an hour, which was great considering how busy they were. Definitely recommend. Thank you for the great service!

Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care/doctors office. The staff was sweet, welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable. My husband had to have stitches removed and they were incredible. Dr.Costa is absolutely phenomenal! I wish we could see her as our primary care doctor. She explained wound care and what we needed to watch for. She helped us save some money and also welcomed us back to simply check in throughout the healing process. After a HORRIFIC experience at West Side (DO NOT GO THERE EVER), she was a breath of fresh air.

Great experience today at the urgent care. Signing in was a breeze. The wait time was less than going to the general practitioner. Only waited a few minutes to see Doctor and get X-ray reading. Staff was very welcoming. I was a walk in patient. I will be sure to let my family and friends know about this place.

I went to urgent med today and was treated like royalty. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable as always and staff is wonderful. At the desk I was greeted warmly. And the nurse (Adriana) was very polite and efficient. Thanks again. I believe URGENT MED is awesome 👏🏿

In spite of it being quite busy at the clinic, I was seen by the PA on staff. Brittany, in less than an hour. Had chest pains and chronic cough and was diagnosed with pneumonia after xrays. Was very impressed with my treatment and care. Was prescribed proper scripts that got me back on the road to recover within 36 hours. I would definitely recommend this Urgent care clinic if live in this area.

We walked in without an appointment and after filling out the paperwork we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for the doctor to see my son.All three staff (front desk, nurse, doctor) were friendly, considerate, professional, courteous, and respectful.The doctor explained his diagnosis and prescriptions fully and answered our questions.We left very satisfied in our experience from beginning to end and will certainly use this office again as the need arises.I definitely would recommend this office based upon yesterday’s visit.

Doctor Celina Costa is absolutely amazing! She listened to me and knew right away what was wrong. After x-rays she was 100% right. She took the time to show me my x-ray and go over my problems. Must say that we need more doctors like her with kindness and compassionate.Her staff is also very friendly and made my visit very pleasant.Highly recommend this urgent care, the best in town.

From the time that I walked in the front door, to the moment I left, through my Entire Experience the Staff💕 and Dr were Efficient, Thorough, and So Kind. I literally left with a restaurant referral printed out for me!!! And The Dr on staff 11/7 was Very thorough in talking me through every step, while covering all options that were available while giving me clear instructions on how to Holistically take care of my issue. I left feeling Hopeful and in Control of my issue!!!!!! I do not live here, however I would seriously consider driving here for this experience Again!!

The PA was awesome! Unfortunately, the front desk person was rude, to not just me but several other patients . Please bring back the other girl! This one was more concerned with her eyelashes and headdress.

I visited this location last week and was seen by Brittany Hammel. I have to say that this was hands down the best experience I have ever had in an urgent carrel setting. She was professional, patient and very informative. I am feeling so much better today, thanks to her! Definitely recommend visiting if you need care

I just needed a tetanus shot, but the staff really went above and beyond. They were very kind from check-in and triage to the exam. I never felt rushed, I felt listened to, and they even offered hugs when I shared what led to needing the tetanus shot. Their kindness was really unexpected and I am so grateful for it! The staff on 9/25 are a really special team. Thank you so very much for a smooth visit, your compassion, and empathy. I highly recommend for your urgent care needs!

Doctor was great. I would see her again. However, a 2 and a half hours wait was a bit much! The management didn’t perpair very well. The Davie office was closed for the holiday and this office only had one doctor working..

Amazing and supportive experience! I was seen right away and the kindness of everyone was truly a blessing when I was in so much pain! I liked Celina Costa so much I asked her if I could bring her back to Kansas with me!! Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had!

I had to bring my elderly father in for a minor cut that would not stop bleeding. I cannot say how pleasant this experience was. From the lovely woman at the front desk that checked us in, to the PA that took us back and handled everything in such an efficient and kind manner. We were finished in record time. No one wants to end up at urgent care after a long day, but I would hands down recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs one. I thank you all for your kindness and consideration and making this experience one of the best I have ever had.

Due to a holiday, the wait was far longer than it should have been (more than an hour past appointment) but they apologized because their partner clinic was closed and they were getting the overflow. They were extremely nice and helpful and thorough.

Brittany was lovely and caring. She even remembered me from a previous visit.However the wait time was awful considering I booked an appointment. Noone even bothered to let us know that they were running late.My usual location was closed but there was no proper signage or update on their website.

My PA, Selena, was incredible. She made me feel heard and seen. Without having to ask, she went into detail about each of my concerns and explained her thought process/knowledge on what could be the reason for things happening and what that means. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or confused by medical jargon and I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed.The women who took my x-rays and set me up to see Selena were also professional, welcoming and efficient.There was a bit of a wait to be seen but the staff apologized for it sincerely and made up for it by their care!The space is clean and though it’s not the most flashy urgent care I’ve ever been to, it’s one I’ll definitely be returning to.

Great service. Both, nurse and doctor were very attentive and took the time to hear all the story and also made lots of questions to find the best treatment. Very thankful with the staff we saw at Urgentmed on Cleary and Nob Hill rd.

I didnt feel well and went to this Urgent Care and wait only 5 mins. Dr Celina Costa was very professional warm and empathic! Listening and paying full attention meanwhile I described my symptoms. This is not the first time with her, but I owed her to write a great review as I forgot to do it for my previous visit. Celina Costa PA and her assistant Taylor were absolutely amazingggggg at taking my stitches out from my accident on my finger!!!!! I was in and out!!!!! Super professional and they’re super friendly! They were super careful with my stitches that were stuck inside the skin and Celina did an amazing job!!!!! Highly recommend !!! Shaniyah the medical assistant was super nice too!!!! Will definitely recommend to people!

Great, kind, friendly staff! I went there in abdominal pain and everyone was so empathetic. I was seen by Dr. Costa. She is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I really appreciate her explaining everything to me so clearly. Although she prescribed me meds for my pain, she offered to further assist me if the pain persists so I wasn’t left on my own with no solution. Thank you! I wish I remembered the names of all the ladies that helped me yesterday. Thank you all for everything. I really appreciate your service and well wishes!!!

I received quick and excellent health services at this UrgentMed Urgent Care. Thank you to PA Celina Costa for her thorough and expert care. All health care personnel gave me fine service. I am pleased it is open 7 days a week, accept appointments. I will always come to this urgent care.

Staff was very friendly, unfortunately I did not enjoy waiting 3 hours before seeing the doctor,There wasnt many people in there,so I didnt understand why it took so long

10/10, went in for a last min ear cleaning when I was in pain and they did a wax removal! Super fast and the Doc was very helpful ☺️

This location has been treating me for 20 + days for flue and possible pneumonia, and I have not been improving. I saw two providers here, Celina and Brittany working the last two weeks. The last PA afyer my 2nd visit asked me to call back if I don’t feel good after newly added prescriptions, and said she may switch my medication, but when I called today the Provider on duty asked me to come in again instead of addressing my concern over the phone. They forced me to pay another co-pay of $75, and the Nurse and Doctor didn’t even check the notes to see why I am visiting again for the third time in14 days!!! Wow. The Provider’s name is Donald Coles, and I have no idea why he made me come in for the third time to collect my co-pay as a new visit if he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! He could simply check my prescriptions and history and advice and follow-up over the phone. This is so very unprofessional. I needy co-pay to be refunded!

This place is great! I made an appt same day and was able to see the doctor. She was kind, listened to my symptoms and got me treatment. 24 hours later I’m feeling better than I did yesterday.

I have been here twice in the last six months for totally different issues and the PA has been great. Made me feel comfortable and better yet, I left with peace of mind.

MA, had no badge/ name tag, did not introduce self. Girl at front desk was rude. BraK a paper towel to hold my ID card, as if I’m dirty, she should just wear gloves or use sanitizer after touching anything. Very unprofessional

Highly, highly recommend this place. This is the best Urgent Cares I have ever went to. When my father, Gejza, suddenly fell ill and was showing us alarming symptoms while we were on vacation; my mother and I were both extremely concerned. We drove him to this Urgent Care and it couldnt have been more satisfied with the visit. When we described his symptoms to Doctor Celina Costa; she took us in with extreme precaution and a very high level of expertise. I have never seen my father in greater hands than hers. The entire staff, from the ladies working at the front desk, to the Physician assistants were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The doctors attitude was uplifting, even if it was the worst case scenario. You could tell she immediately took my father in as a concerned doctor, one who is willing to help in any way she could. And she helped my father and my family immensely. We cannot thank this urgent care, and wonderful Dr. Celina Costa enough for her hard work and dedicated mind to medicine. I have used this Urgent Med location several times. I enjoyed the caring nature of the staff. The PA took the time to thoroughly explain test results and even called after visit to ensure I was OK.

Very satisfied with my appointment.I made an appointment online w Solv app. They took me in within 20 min of arriving, as they had a few patients in exam rooms before I arrived. Attentive staff. Compassionate bedside manner.My symptoms led to the diagnosis I suspected—a bad case of sinusitis— no more and no less. I was prescribed 2 meds that were called in to my pharmacy. I was able to get them within 30 minutes of my appointment.I am glad I went and I will be back if/when I need Urgent Care in the future.

Had this lingering dry cough for over a week now. Something didn’t seem right as the pain from coughing became accompanied by back pain, and body aches. Was able to schedule quickly and was seen by Celina.Extremely warm, knowledgeable, and caring. She listened to all of my complains, and there was no sense of rushing. Upon checkout it was discovered that I had bronchitis and first stanches of pneumonia. Thanks to the very caring staff today. Would 10/10 recommend going here.

Great customer service and it was such a smooth process especially since I made my appointment online and was able to fill out the questionnaire as well. Once I made it, they had a computer for me to check in and I was able to be seated. Once seen by the PA Celina, she was extremely attentive, listened to my concerns and was extremely thorough with her exam. She made me feel comfortable and offered other recommendations to assist my recovery. I will definitely come back and recommend this location to others.

Quick to be seen. Great assistance once I was taken in and the nurse practitioner was incredibly kind and listened to me! I’d go again for sure.

We had a terrific experience in this place, the Nurse Reham Saleh did not care at all. I explained the pain and the situation that I was going through. I was having a lot of nauseas and she didn’t want to prescribe anything for the pain and the nauseas. I asked for a referral and she refuse to give it to me, instead she wanted to me to to the ER where she knew that is very expensive, I ended up going home with pain and nauseas and they just charged me for a visits and didn’t do anything. She looked like she didn’t care at all. It was very frustrating for me because I can not afford a ER bill. She did not show empathy at all. Please do not go to this place if you don’t want to just lose your money.

Making an appointment was super easy online. The process and communication were great. The day of my appointment the team was pleasant and efficient. The provider who saw me was very nice, did a great job of explaining what was going on and how the medication she prescribed should help. I’m glad I chose UrgentMed Plantation!

I can’t stress enough about how good is this place! The staff is so helpful and friendly, they’re the sweetest. If you need to get the medical examination for your green card I recommend coming here, they’re all really helpful and professional.

I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and communicated to me I would be seen by the doctor. This is my first time visiting an urgent Med Center just for a minor injury that I sustained. If in the future that I do need to using urgentmed I would definitely come back to this one just based off of the customer service I received alone.

They were professional @ the reception. The issue was the wait eventhough we had an appointment still waited an hour. Thats bit much when youre not a walk in. Also the place seems a bit run down in need of repairs, specially front door. Not the first time I see front door broken. It is in real need of a makeover. Doctors or and PA are great.

I unfortunately was out walking my Chinese Powered Puff dog and he was attacked by two unsupervised dogs. I evidently was bit in the chaos. It wasnt a large bite, but it started getting infected. I went to urgent care for treatment. Reception quickly acknowledged me and directed me how to check in. The triage nurse was very professional, attentive and thorough. Nurse Rodrick (I believe his name was) was excellent giving me my shot and I didnt feel a thing. ♥️ NP Prim Lundy was very thorough in examing my issue and gave me great suggestions in lowering my cholesterol. Prescribed me my medication, and provided me a discount card for my meds. I would recommend highly.

Was here out of town for lacrosse injury. Was seen within a few minutes and had X-rays immediately. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Always a pleasure going to UrgentMed Plantation. The PA is knowledgeable,pleasant and always makes me feel comfortable although I was in excruciating pain today. She quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended an injection which helped tremendously.

I waited for an hour to be seen with 1 person in the lobby. I told the doctor I felt very sick and that I had more than just a cold. He insisted that is all it was and despite me suggesting to do a chest xray for bronchitis he rushed me out of there and told me I was going to be fine because they clearly wanted to finish and go home.Turns out I’ve had the worst bronchitis of my life for 9 days and counting and this was the second doctor to miss it out of laziness!

I was suffering from a sore throat, cough, runny nose, and headache. It was very simple to make an appointment on the website. Upon arrival the check-in process was very simple. I was seen by PA Brittany her bedside manners were fantastic. If I ever had to return to the urgent care I would want to see her every time.

My entire experience at Urgent Med in Plantation was excellent!! The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. I was taken in rather quickly by the nurse for my vitals. Celina Costa PA was spot on with her diagnosis and treatment plan. She was highly professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and explained everything in detail. I will definitely come back to Urgent Med with any medical issue. If could give a rating of 10 stars I would.

Again…. They are fantastic! I would rather see them than my own doctor. The staff is friendly, the place is super clean. I get treated quickly and I trust the doctors and nurse practitioners. They are on top of training and medical knowledge. I highly recommend them.

Scheduled an appointment online, filled out forms online, was seen within 30 minutes! Fast and efficient way to see a provider! What a great experience! The PA was super! Terrific experience; from the receptionist, the nurse and especially from the Doctor, who Explained everything. She was fantastic.

I was sent to this location from a job position I applied for, to obtain a chest Xray and physical.I got there at 11 am on a Sunday June 9th 2024. I was aware this location would open at 11am on Sunday. I arrived early to be there by 11am. I finished the check in process by 11:08 am. The Medical staff had already arrived and unlocked the front door for myself and one other gentlemen. The Medical person that was there apologized and ask us to wait a moment while the front dest receptionist arrived. In the meantime people were coming in and checking in and still the front desk person had not arrived. This front desk person held up this entire operation. This person should be fired for shutting down and backing up the entire operation and flow of this Urgent care. Once she came in she did not even apologize for holding everything up. She was half an hour late to start business. Maybe you should advertise that you open at 11:30 am to accommodate her schedule. What kind of way is this to run a medical facility? Half of the front area lights were not even turned on. Are you guys going out of business? Who is the person in charge of overseeing this location? Someone is not paying attention. The Medical staff were there before 11am and did the best they could. I have no complaints about the medical staff, they did their jobs. But, how do you allow a front desk receptionist to shut down your operation and hold everything up? No, I would not recommend this location.

Talk about professional! 75$ co pay with my insurance. Doctor Prem Lund is very professional and diagnosed perfectly. Also gave me some good advice for sleep, really went above and beyond. Pharmacy had my medicine ready in 10 minutes. Thank you again!

This office is amazing!! I would rather pay a higher co-pay here than see my primary doctor. I have been coming here for over 4 years. The staff is amazing, I am always in and out so quickly. They are so kind from the front counter to the nurses and doctors. So amazing!!! I would highly recommend them!!

I made an appointment on line Sunday night and was taken in right on time. The PA is thorough and understanding. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs to see a medical professional quickly.

I was really disappointed with this experience. It was my first time at this location. The place was dirty, we waited for almost two hours even though there were only two people ahead of us, and they did not have any rapid flu tests. We were made aware that they were short staffed, and everyone working there was lovely and friendly, but I was very put off by the uncleanliness and extended wait time. Looks like their floor tiles haven’t been replaced since 1970. I willNot be returning, as all other Urgent Cares seem to be modern, clean, well supplied, and tolerable wait times.

I received top medical service from Celina Costa PA and the nurse Luz who definitely deserve the best recommendations for delivering THE BEST MEDICAL SERVICE EVER!!!I myself am a physician and talking to PA CELINA COSTA felt like talking to a neurologist colleague.She did an exhaustive physical exam focused on my painful upper right back and tackled the diagnosis with accurate precision.The level of knowledge is truly impressive and the gentle reassuring attitude added even more to this visit!THANK YOU SO MUCH for having helped me to find relief of my NERVE RADICULOPATHY which made my life miserable on the past week!!.

Can’t believe how fortunate we are to have chosen the UrgentMed in Plantation. From the online registration to the quick appointment scheduling, to the entire amazing and highly competent team to the friendly and knowledgeable PA (Celina), we knew we were in the best possible place. Scheduling my appointment was super easy. I was in and out within an hour and the staff was extremely helpful.

It started off a little rocky because myself and at least one other person was waiting for the door to open, plus we didnt have an appointment! I was not aware that you needed one with (URGENT CARE)! Then the signin machine was not working!!But in the end is what really counts! And one hour later It all worked out perfectly!The Dr., nurse snd front end lady was fantastic🙏🏾

I had a great experience at this site today. I came as a walk in for an employee drug screening. Both employees I saw at the front desk and the one that assisted me with the drug screen were very friendly and helpful. I was seen very quickly. I loved the efficiency this site works with. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The PA, Prem was professional and respectful. The medical assistant/nurse was a nice young gentleman who was also very professional and respectful. The receptionist was an older hispanic woman and she was very nice and accommodating. You can tell that she really works hard and cares for all of her patients. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you guys for treating me when I was very sick.

I set up an appointment and completed all paperwork before I arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The nurse was kind, professional and put you right at ease. The Doctor was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable right away. I will definitely go back if needed and would recommend this place to anyone who likes to be treated as a person and not as a number.

A Happy Home in the work placeFrom time to time we all have issues arise. Normally I would go to Baptist at sawgrass & WAIT. A review online from a happy mother caught my eye in regards to her sons ear ache; so I headed over.The staff were all super outstanding here. No kidding, I mean it. Celina diagnosed my issue fast & phoned in meds. She was super informative & attentive. The waiting room is nice & cool, spacious & clean with 2 TVs to pass the time. It’s hard to imagine having a good time while getting stitches on my face, but it was about as good as it could have possibly been!

Im a vet and was in need of care without going to my local VA outpatient center.UrgentMed was recommended by the VA nurse I spoke to.I could not have been more pleased with the care i received. From the moment I entered the facility the staff was pleasant and helpful. I was seen in less than 30 minutes which is outstanding IMO.The Dr was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. A course of treatment was prescribed and I was feeling 90% better by the following day.Highly recommend for any care needed withstanding major medical.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful regarding paperwork to be completed. Triage nurse was friendly and expedient. PA was knowledgeable and empathetic. Visit went well. Nurse gave me a steroid shot in the right buttocks which I barely felt at all.

Office staff really made me feel comfortable when I wasn’t well didn’t make me feel like I just another patient walking in with another virus or germs . PA was pleasant and down to earth and really listened to me .In the past I’ve always gone to an MD Now they made it so easy I made an appointment online during work and was checked in right away . I’ve been here virtually couple times, or just to get checked for Covid and all staff has on different days have been great . My experience in person was even better, despite them being behind which they apologized for and I was still out in a reasonable amount of time. I really hope the staff doesn’t change they are really awesome!

Roger and Prim were very attentive and detailed throughout the entirety of the process, there was a bit of a wait, however I did not have an appointment. I did not account for the wait in my rating because patient care is most important to me and both of these gentlemen were spot on in making sure I was taken care of.

I am encouraged to share, because the physician we saw, (Dr. Prem), was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever come across a better bedside manner. He explained everything very clearly and spoke to my child directly in a sweet, respectful way. He made sure she knew he was interested, listening, and taking her seriously. His assistant was also very kind. She actually carried my seven year old back to the room after her x-rays!!! Even the staff up front were helpful. Check in was quick and they apologized for the wait. They even brought us water bottles. All together, they have a truly Incredible staff.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon for an open cut on the finger. The PA Assistant was wonderful She explained what she was going to do. Whlie cleaning my finger she kept inquiring if I was ok due to possible pain during the cleaning process. There after she explained the aftercare instructions. I usually dont go to any urgent care facilities, but if needed again I know where to go. The entire staff wonderful. Need more health care facilities like this. Keep up the good work in the community.

I had a great experience at UrgentMed with Dr. Celina Costa and her student Logan. They diagnosed my issue and got me out the door and sent the prescription for my meds electronically in under 20 minutes! I love that I was able to make an an appointment online and fill out all my paperwork online as well. The medical assistant and front desk customer service were both sweet as well. I would highly recommend this location if you have an urgent medical need. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care and with my insurance the visit was cheaper than going to my PCP!

I moved to Florida from Missouri where I had been seen occasionally in urgent care, but never had I ever had an experience like the one I had at UrgentMed Plantation. I got in almost instantly and was seen by a doctor. My whole visit took only an hour. Awesome place.

Celina is the best PA I have ever seen in my 50++ years!

Dr. Celina was wonderful! Right from the start she figured what was wrong with me and ran test to confirm and form an action plan. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly that was to follow and provided exceptional care. Definitely will come back yo this location because of her care.

I actually cannot believe the 5 star service I got here. Roger was my nurse and Dr. Prem was my doctor. They patiently helped me, made sure I understood what they were saying, and were overall so incredibly kind. I felt safe and well taken care of.

I had a great experience with P.A. Celina she was truly fantastic!!! She listened to what I was experiencing and took excellent care of me. I would 1000% recommend to anyone. Im very thankful for the excellent care I received, and the wonderful bedside manner. Very rare to find these days!

There was a bit of a wait but I understand why now. The nurse who did the intake and the doctor really took their time with me, were very thorough with me and even wrote down all the supplements and medications that I needed to take to feel better from this covid. I would highly recommend

I decided, three days after stubbing my toe into a bookcase, because of the swelling, light discoloration and unsubsiding pain that I would go and get an xray of my foot. Within 5 minutes, I had an appointment the very next morning. After getting my vitals, I saw the PA who examined my foot and ordered an xray. Sure enough it was clearly broken, then wrapped with the explanation as to why it should be done a particular way, ordered a post op shoe for keeping it safe and I was on my way. Everything was so smooth, from scheduling, check in which they called me by name, care from both the staff and the physicians assistant. The offices are clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. The care I received was impeccable. Thank you to all.

Even though I wasnt feeling well, the staff at UrgentMed treated me well. The MA that did my Flu, strep and Covid test was bubbly and very professional at the same time. It made the swabs in my nose and throat not so bad. I would definitely recommend.

I haven’t been feeling well for over a month. It’s been a rough week for me. I went to another urgent care prior to this one, about a week ago, and decided to visit this one because I wasn’t getting any better. Whoever the physician was that attended me, I love her spirit. I feel bad for not remembering her name but I wish more healthcare providers were half the person she is. She lifted my spirits and helped more than she knows.

Booked appt online for 2PM today last night.I had no wait once I arrived at the clinic. Everyone was kind and considerate. The nurse and PA explained everything in detail and spent a good amount of time with me. This is now my go to place for urgent care!

Dr Costa was so nice and understanding. She listened to me and explained the treatment and everything that was happening. The staff at the front desk are very nice as well. The nurse that gave me the injection I needed, Luz, was a sweetheart and I didnt even feel it. I always go to this place and I always have a great experience. But today it was 1000%

Hands down the best experience Ive had with a medical institution. Made an appointment online and was immediately contacted to work out insurance issue. Decided to just pay myself and work the insurance claim later - they called the insurance company and worked things out - all this before my appointment. Showed up a little early and they were all ready for me. Was seen immediately upon walking in by a nurse to take all my vitals, then waited only 5 minutes until I was seen by the doctor/PA. Fastest, most customer-oriented visit EVER.

This was great for my special needs son.Everything was smooth especially since I did all the paperwork online before coming to the appointment. Staff and doctor were great. My son was diagnosed and we got meds sent to pharmacy quickly. I will be using them again as needed in future.

Great place and great people! All of them were really kind and sweet! We went for the medical exam and they explained every step! Loved the experience.

Friendly staff, walked in there was no wait. It took longer to fill out the paperwork then anything. The nurse that took my vitals was very sweet. I saw the PA who was awesome, she explained everything called my Scripps into my pharmacy and off I went. I was in and out within 45 minutes.

My wife drove me to this facility in October of 2022, fearing that I had contracted Covid, since I had a low grade fever, the entire weekend that seemed to be getting worse. The on-duty Medical Technician took my vitals and asked me to take a seat in an examination room alone after discovering that I had an extremely low blood pressure and a low grade fever. While sitting in the examination room on an examination table, I passed out and discovered that I had fallen off of the examination table and hit my head on the floor of their examination room, causing me to be unconscious! I was never treated for a possible concussion, by either their staff or the Plantation Fire Rescue Unit. I then spent 4 days n the hospital!Ever since I fell in the Urgent Care Facility, I have had headaches that don’t stop! I can or can’t recommend this facility for treatment, since I was never treated by its staff, other that first aid. After 19 months of calling every single month since October 2022, I finally received a call from the owner of the clinic, who asked what happened to me and what were my injuries. I can’t believe it has taken this long finally for him to finally get it touch with me. If it has taken this long to receive a call from the owner, you have to ask yourself what kind of timely care are you gong to receive from this Urgent Care Facility! If I were you I would find a different Urgent Care Facility!

Best experience I’ve had in an urgent care. Service was very professional and caring, all the staff was truly worried and doing everything they could to make me feel good and care for, Celina, the doctor is very knowledgeable and helped me feel better immediately plus was able to diagnose what was going on with me after been sick for almost 2 months. The staff here was wonderful from beginning to end. Doctor Selena and PA Theresa were professional AND actually made my sons visit fun for him.

The attention during my first walk in and the follow up appointment a week late, was a breeze. Everyone was very professional and effective. Dr. C. Costa gave me the correct prescription for my issue which has improved my health to 90%.

This was one of the nicest urgent cares I’ve ever been too. The receptionist ladies were wonderful and the PA Dr. Celina Costa I think? Nicest lady on earth and super knowledgeable. She even cracked jokes! If it were up to me, I’d make her my permanent doctor. 10/10 would recommend if you need a quick fix or some advice on a medical issue.

I took my 2.5 years old son to this location and was impressed about how clean and friendly staff they have. I took him twice for different concerns and Celina Costa saw him, she is the sweetest, caring and most patient person I’ve ever dealt with, she explained everything and was so clear and sweet with my son, so nice with us…that’s why we came back and asked for her. The medication she prescribed was effective and helped my son get better. The only thing is the waiting time, it takes about 1 hr to get attended but believe me it’s worth it.

The nurse (young, light skin, light hair color), that took care of me was very very nice and made me feel very comfortable with everything I needed to get done, specially my X-Ray and shot. I received exactly the level of care I’d hoped for. Roger, the MA, as well as Dr Coles were kind and professional. Dr Coles “heard” me and assessed my situation thoughtfully before prescribing an appropriate treatment. My PCP was not able to offer me an in-person visit (only telemed) and therefore unable to properly assess my condition. I was very happy to be able to arrange a same day visit at UrgentMed.
