Dr. Nowacki is wonderful. Besides being a good doctor, she is very personable. I may only see her once a year but she feels like a friend. Unfortunately I can’t say anything positive about the front desk staff. At check in when I asked why they are currently taking payment up front I was told it was because Medicare doesn’t cover Specialists. Of course that’s 100% incorrect and actually a foolish thing to say. She insisted that was what she was taught to say. At checkout the associate was working on her computer when I got to the desk. She completely ignored me and never took her eyes off her screen, no eye contact with me.I eventually said I was going to leave since she obviously was too busy to check me out. She told me to wait another minute so she could finish what she started. Not a problem for me, the problem was her refusal to acknowledge me.My Doctor is great but the Front Desk associates are awful.and poorly trained which is why I only gave the practice an “8”

Dr. Elizabeth Nowacki is the most thorough, caring doctor i have ever seen for gynecological health care! She listens to concerns, provides options and keeps up to date on all of the latest medical research and procedures. I have been a patient of hers for years and recommend her to all of my female friends.

The entire office staff is kind. I only waited 5 minutes once in the room for my phsician. Dr. Nowacki is incredibly kind and compassionate. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.

It’s hard now days to find good drs but when I come in I am always confident that Dr Nowacki and nurse practitioner Naomi will take good care of me and provide me the best care. These ladies know their stuff. The staff is always helpful and friendly too and the office is clean. I always recommend anyone asking to come to any of the Axia offices as the drs genuinely are incredible and knowledgeable.

I’ve always had a great experience with Axia women’s health. Dr Bolin is amazing! I’ve always felt listened to and that my concerns are valid. I have been through two pregnancies and my normal gyn health with her and her team and have the utmost faith in them.

I had an iud put in today and dr. Nowacki took amazing care of me. She gave me pain medicine for before and after so I was relaxed and didn’t feel a thing. It was the easiest experience ever.

It was wonderful experience.I was new patient there so doctors are not available so nurse practitioner did my annual exam and answer all my concerns .she was very nice and humble person. I’ll definitely recommend this place .

It’s really unfortunate how badly this place has become. I’ve been a patient for almost 10 years and it’s become so difficult to schedule an appointment and deal with the office staff and billing that I’ve decided to find another OBGYN. The sad part is that I really like my OBGYN, but her supporting staff is unbearable to deal with. It took ME calling in several times for them to explain what my results were from a procedure I had that had been loaded into my portal for over a week. They billed my annual incorrectly so my insurance wouldn’t pay it and I had been fighting it for over a year and then I was sent to collections. Most recently I had a question about a bill and I called in and the women told me that I had already paid it and I would actually be receiving a credit to my account. Whatever that means. And then she said oh wait no actually these are two different bills and you actually owe more money. I just feel like no one besides my OBGYN knows what they’re doing. I just can’t trust this place any longer especially during a pregnancy or if something serious were to happen.

Axia Womens Health is forcing me to stop medication I use to function day to day because of the lack of studies on my disability, or the lack of understanding studies that have been done already. I’ve taken the same medication with my youngest daughter the entire pregnancy & during breastfeeding without any complications. Low birthweight is supposedly a risk factor but my youngest was almost a 10lb baby & a week early from her due date while I was taking the same medication. Natural birth with no complications but this place still refuses to allow me to take a medication that actually helps me take care of my 2 younger children & myself! (Which also helps me care for my unborn baby) I’ve been told every woman’s pregnancy is different but they’re not treating me as different or accommodating my disability. As I lie in bed at 2pm during the day I’m struggling to wrap my mind around how women have rights to their own bodies & their own health. I’m completely against abortion & I wouldn’t ever do anything to harm my unborn baby. Knowing MY risks & my body… I know myself & my unborn baby would be just fine. I’m still being told I can go to another obgyn or basically get over it. People, especially medical professionals, should understand the severity that mental health disorders have on the individual who have to live with it. There’s no “getting over it”. It’s not easy for me to focus or do daily task without the adderall. I hate taking medications but I know when my body needs the help then I take it. If getting over SEVERE ADHD was easy then why even offer the medication? I was told to eat sugar (I have insulin resistance & metabolic syndrome… not the best advice there). I can get a dopamine hit by exercising (which I do when I have my medication but I also have autoimmune thyroid issues so my body doesn’t produce energy like it should or regulate my body temperature normally) the meds for that I’m allowed to stay on though. More studies or studying done on it I guess. Oh & drinking caffeine (I doubt the amount of caffeine to substitute the Adderall would be any better for the baby than the actual Adderall supposedly is). I’m just extremely baffled by how little comprehension some people have.Oh & a urine drug test was done on me without my knowledge! I was told it was to check my sugars & protein. I tested negative for everything except the Adderall I already informed them about. I will only be going back to this disrespectful place to transfer my medical records! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Making any mother feel like a drug addict when I’ve taken only my prescriptions!!! Pathetic!

The staff is warm and friendly. They are helpful with problems and quick to resolve them. I have been seeing Dr Bolin for a long time and will continue too.

Dr Elizabeth nowacki and nurse Patty are aces at providing great information with compassion and lightheartedness and caring. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bolin and the staff at Axia Women’s Health are professional, friendly and the level of care is excellent. Dr. Bolin takes her time and doesn’t make me feel rushed. I recommend her to everyone I know.

I would give 0 if I could. This is my first pregnancy. I made an appointment for a 13 wee pregnancy ultrasound (my initial visit and pregnancy was confirmed at 8 weeks in another state where I was living at the time). They canceled that appointment and made a “missed period appointment”. When I called to ask why Ashley had a horrible attitude and it took about 5 different phone calls with her to get her to actually at least put me on schedule. Then once I arrived I was rushed to ultrasound where I was scanned and then sent to a room. I was then told at 13 weeks I had partial placenta previa and put on pelvic rest till 20 weeks at least. At this appointment the nurse practitioner told me nothing was to be done inside of me so she was going to skip a pap / cervical check. I told her I wanted all the blood testing that they had to offer. I wanted all the information up front. Skip to my 16 week appt. They lost my labs, never gave me a new client folder. I never had a client education visit. Still had yet to be introduced to a doctor or talked to about literally anything about being pregnant. I saw a new nurse who I had never seen before and she asked me to put on a gown. Mind you I’m thinking I’ll finally get a full exam for the first time in my pregnancy. I was wrong. She pulled out all her equipment for a Pap smear. I told her I was not to have one done until I was cleared of placenta previa since there is risk of damaging the placenta. Well Naomi Vestel didn’t seem to care one bit about any and completely blew me off. She replied sharply well most of the time it resolves and I’m going to need to swab you any way. Her assistant was babbling in my ear the whole time and wouldn’t let me get a single word in after that. So my Pap smear was preformed. I was then told our bad on losing your labs go see our lab guy to get more blood drawn. Went to the lab. He had ZERO clue why I was back there. He literally asked me what tests am I getting done. She never even sent them back over for him to know what to do. Finally get that all sorted out and I am about to leave when the receptionist asks me why am I there and why am I just now getting looked at. As if those questions are not already running through my head. I then was approached by someone who I guess normally does the education visit basically saying she doesn’t have time to do that with me and to scan a piece of paper to get all the information I need. After leaving my husband and I pretty much agreed we would not becoming back. They finally got all my labs to me but failed to call me on any of them or care to ask if it was okay to just send us the gender or if we wanted it in an envelope or something. So I just casually read it one night not even realizing what I was reading. I am now half way through my first pregnancy with absolutely 0 clue of a birth plan, who my OB will be, what I am supposed to even be doing?? I literally know nothing. I have fired this specific location and will be at the Carmel location now where I have heard nothing but wonderful things and I am extremely grateful they accepted my transfer. I would never recommend this specific OB (Fishers Axia) to anyone.

I have been seeing my OBGYN provider, Dr. Nowacki for years now & without her ongoing support I’m not sure where I would be with my overall healthcare. She truly listens to understand & always goes above & beyond making for certain all of her patients are receiving the best care no matter what. Dr. Nowacki is absolutely the best & I will not only continue to stay a patient with her, but recommend others to her as well.

Had a great visit with NP Naomi. I had an issue I was concerned about, but turned out to be a minor thing & easy to deal with. I was grateful to get an appointment right away. Front desk lady was very nice & efficient, same with the young lady who took me to the exam room, did weight & bp-very professional.

Absolutely avoid. They will not take your pregnancy seriously, they will lose all your paperwork and they do not return calls. They will charge you incorrectly, wont fix it, and send you to collections. I changed to another OBGYN.

Been a patient of Dr. Nowacki for about 10 years and have referred friends and family to see her at the Fishers Axia location. By far one of the best physicians I know. She offers top notch medical advice and is so easy to talk to about medical issues.

INCREDIBLE Experience as an SA Survivor w/ Severe Endometriosis.I *hate* going to the gynecologist. I have a background of extreme trauma and high distrust of professionals who are supposed to help me.I have an IUD for endometriosis management and wanted to get it out after several years. My IUD was previously put in during a laparoscopy so I was unconscious.When I scheduled my appointment I was scared and had done some review hunting online. I decided to try Naomi Vestel.I asked her team about local anesthesia and received a call from someone on Naomi’s team named Jordan. Jordan (I later found out) wasn’t even on rotation to need to call me but saw my file and asked if she could.I named my SA trauma and Jordan spoke with Naomi. They got me prescribed a medication to widen my cervix with a pill the night before and day of. They also prescribed me Valium to take an hour before my appointment.When I got to their office, I was *immediately* taken into a room I opted in for that had a couch and some side tables. They said I could sit there while the Valium kicked in. I only lived 10 minutes away and took it right before coming and also came in early to be with them for the appropriate amount of time for it to be kicked in for my scheduled appointment.Jordan (sorry, I don’t know titles but the nurse) sat with me and let me share what I wanted to. She made sure I was comfortable and they had a time set to take me back an hour after I took the Valium. Naomi came in and sat down with me prior to going to my personal room too. I brought in photos of my laparoscopy for them to scan and Naomi helped me understand them because I never had a post-op appointment from my surgery over in Chicago years ago.The string of my IUD ended up breaking and Naomi was extremely professional with letting me know during the procedure but also not sharing immediately how complicated that could have made things. She also had a numbing gel she put on before touching my cervix.We opted for another IUD for many reasons and I named I was very scared of the process. I won’t lie, it was horrible. The pain was bad but I don’t blame my providers for that. They went above and beyond to give me what they could to make the process more pleasant.Jordan offered to hold my hand for the painful parts and Naomi worked as quickly as she could. They made me feel validated, cared for, believed, supported, and for the trauma context I have, this was the best case outcome I could have hoped for.I know this is a long review but I wish I would have seen something like this when I was trying to find a provider around Fishers.10/10 I would recommend Naomi Vestel and Jordan on her team. I can’t thank them enough for being there for me and patient with me throughout this physically and emotionally draining process today.Amazing team!!!!!

Nothing but excellent help and care. At a time where I need people to be the most understanding with my family situation I am absolutely thankful for their concern, grace, and OB care. Dr. Nowacki, her team, and the office members are extremely kind hearted.

I don’t usually review things, mostly out of forgetfulness, but I wanted to give a shout out to these guys real quick. I’m a diagnosed hypochondriac, and with that, a frequent flyer with all of my physicians. This is something I’m usually pretty uncomfortable about honestly, because I’ve had a lot of judgmental experiences in the past with various doctors/staff and their various egos (we all know). The Fishers location has NONE of that. Seriously the kindest, most sincere humans. Dr. Seffernick is so compassionate, and I always feel very heard and validated. They’re thorough, respectful, timely and efficient with everything they’ve done for me. The nurses are all angels, and everyone is just patient and kind. Big 10/10 recommendation from me.

I was referred to Dr. Nowacki back in the spring of 2021. I potentially have endometriosis and my FNP recommended Dr. Nowacki for me. Pelvic exams can be very uncomfortable for me. When Dr. Nowacki was getting ready to perform one she saw I was nervous and stopped what she was doing to walk me through breathing exercises until I was comfortable and ready for her to begin.The entire staff is super friendly! They will do anything and everything they can to make you comfortable at your appointments. I hate getting my blood drawn and have to have them draw it in a room where I can be reclined and they accommodate this with no issue. In fact, even the front office staff checked on me to make sure I was doing well whenever I had to get my blood drawn.I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr Nowaki & staff are just the office I have been searching for. Dr. Nowaki answered all my questions. Never made me feel rushed. She listened with care, intent and answers. She listened to my concerns, fears and came up with a personal plan and future care. Every staff member I interacted with was just as caring and concerned.

I saw Dr. Seffernick during my first pregnancy and had a great experience. OB/GYN of Indiana has always been very responsive to any questions I may have. Dr. Nowacki is also wonderful!

Two times now they can never get me into an appointment I’ve had schedule for weeks on time. They always make an excuse that the doctors are behind. And my appointment was Supposed to be at 9:45 and I was there til 1:00. The last Two have to wait 3-4 hours to be seen when I’ve had an appointment scheduled. I do not want to return they can’t even get me in on time. Hopefully the next time will encourage me to stay.

Very professional and welcoming office. The Nurse Practitioner, Naomi, is very conversational and thorough. I felt at ease and confident that I was in capable hands during my annual medical exam.

I have been seeing Dr. Seffernick for years,and I can not say enough good things about her care . She really listens to me as a patient and takes her time to answer all of my questions or concerns . The office staff is quite friendly and helpful as well . Emily, at the front desk is so friendly and extremely helpful . She even came out to the waiting area to let me know when the doctor was behind schedule , and the reason why . I always expect to wait , but what great customer service ! Sarah at check out was equally friendly and helpful. Checking me out in a most efficient manner! This is a great doctor and staff ! I strongly recommend them at the Fishers office !

Everyone is friendly and efficient. It can be uncomfortable dealing with any medical situations but these doctors, staff, and nurses always do their best to make you feel welcome and validated.

Dr. Bolin is awesome! She takes time to make you feel at easy and is personable in her conversation. I am beyond the age for babies, but have been a patient with this practice for 34 years starting with doctor Deasy. I recently came in fir the Mona Lisa procedure. It went well. I am sorry to read the negative reviews. Sounds like it is a particular person not the doctors.

Im a new patient, today was my first visit. But the front desk staff is very nice and my doctor was Amazing. She took her time and answered all my questions.

This office provides impeccable services to their patients. Dr. Jarrett is the absolute best physician and provided an amazing experience for my husband and I when we welcomed our youngest daughter into this world. (He also cared for us when having our oldest daughter) He goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and baby/mom are healthy throughout the process. He’s such a blessing and we are forever grateful for him and each staff member!

I would recommend everyone be cautious when getting blood drawn from fishers hospital. I had a visit there and a women name Daisy gave the impression that I was in good care and then purposely aggressively popped the tourniquet off my arm and snatched the needle out my arm, which may have caused a vein to erupt. Ive never been treated so poorly by a nurse in my entire life. Oh and by the way I was wearing a Daisy shirt so maybe she lied about her name being Daisy

I had 2 children, 16 months apart, so I spent a lot of time at this office, and met multiple times with each doctor. All the doctors at this practice are great!

I have seen Dr. Jarrett for almost 25 years. He is the most kind and caring person. He saw us through our difficulties getting pregnant, a mid-pregnancy loss, and the birth of our daughters. I can’t recommend Dr. Jarrett and this practice enough!

Dr Nowacki was the most patient gynecologist I’ve ever been too. Had ongoing problems for a year going doctor to doctor with no one really listening to what I was saying and listened to me to help find a path for possible help by actually listening to me!

I have been going to Dr. James Jarrett for about 35 years. He has the best doctor/patient relationships. When I’m there he makes me feel like I’m the only patient….never rushed, and listens sincerely.

My sister had a terrible experience here! The nurse Tracy is awful. She spoke terribly about her to the doctor while the she was On the phone “holding”!! The doctor didn’t even do anything to stop it. Instead of being encouraging and understanding to moms in a scary time she was extremely rude and unprofessional. During labor she also had a traumatic experience with the epidural, as it punctured her spine and was leaking fluids! To make matters worse the doctor didn’t even send prescriptions to the right pharmacy, not once, twice or three times, but sent it to 5 different places before getting it right. Go somewhere else, where they actually care for their patients.

Do not hesitate to come to this WONDERFUL practice!! Dr. Nowacki is the EXACT kind of doctor I was looking for: relaxed, totally engaged, friendly, caring and 100% approachable. She spent much more time with me than I ever expected; patiently listening and answering my questions and concerns.Bridgette, the Medical Assistant, was welcoming and knowledgeable, putting me at ease immediately.You will not find a better medical practice!!

Staff was friendly and professional at all times. Wait time was reasonable. I felt very comfortable during my exam. All questions and concerns were addressed. The office environment was very pleasant 🙂

Dr Kristine Bolin is a great doctor. She takes time to listen to your problems and goes above and behind for you needs. Highly recommend her.

HORRIBLE customer service. New to the area and this was very convenient location.The office staff was rude when I called to make an appointment, which should have been the sign not to continue with the appointment. The email the first woman took down was wrong so I had to call again to get that correct email so I could fill my paperwork out online. because they say if you do that you can come 15 minuets later. When I arrive for my appointment after checkin in online, they check me in take my cards, normal drill. After I sit down and wait to be called I have the office staff call me back up to tell me the doctor wasnt there today. So as I stand there confused as to why I would take off work to come and have them tell me the doctor is there today the lady behind her says we tried to call but your voicemail was full. I then want to know why an email couldnt have also been sent. I responded to the last email. why couldnt they have tried calling again in an hour?? As I start work at 6:30 in the morning and can not answer a phone call at 9am. My appointment was not until 1pm they could have called me at 10, 11, and even noon. I could have easily stayed at work, not have to have taken time off and could have rescheduled. The office staff Emily just stared at me and wouldnt say anything. Not a let me see when we can get you back in or I apologize nothing. they wanted to make it my fault that I couldnt have answered the phone and that my inbox was full (of other messages from them reminding me to fill out paperwork) instead of at least apologizing for inconveniencing me. I have to ask when they can get me in again, her response. Two months. needless to say I will drive an hour to see my lovely gynecologist and her amazing office staff who can get me in in a week.Disgusting customer service.I would try a different location at least before going to the Fishers location.

I LOVEEEEE Dr. Nowacki & her staff....every single person treats me like family and gives the best care! These people sacrifice so much daily, they are living, breathing, guardian Angels among us!!

It had been 10 years since I had been to the ob/gyn so needless to say I was a little nervous. As soon as I walked in from the receptionist nurse and dr nowacki I was put at ease and made as comfortable as I could be. Dr nowacki was very friendly and took time to really go over my medical history. She answered all my questions without feeling like I was being rushed. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. i wish I would have know about her sooner!!!!

I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for my care. The doctors and supporting staff are all so wonderful, and I feel completely lucky to have found a healthcare group that makes me feel like Im more than just another patient. I see Dr. Nowacki and am constantly recommending her to people who ask!

If I could give this office more than 5 stars, I would. My family and I moved from Pennsylvania to Indiana last year just weeks before our youngest was born and of course finding a good OB and quickly was very important to us. We found OBGYN of Indiana, Fishers on a whim and I couldn’t be happier with them. Most offices, understandably, don’t take patients that late in the game but this staff was graciously willing to take us on despite our late travel plans to Indiana. They were incredibly patient and helpful with us every step of the way which increased my ease for choosing them as our provider. The ladies in the office have always treated us like family; very welcoming and accommodating to my other young kids as well.The doctor we chose was Dr. Pauloski and I also couldn’t be happier with his care and the staff in labor and delivery at St. Vincent’s. Dr. Pauloski is very kind, patient, and efficient. He made labor and delivery as seamless and carefree as it possibly could be.Were expecting our 4th child in Feb. and Dr. Pauloski has always shown a genuine care in mine and my baby’s needs/care this time as well. The ladies in the office even helped assist us in keeping our baby’s gender a surprise for a reveal party we had and showed excitement in the whole process which I thought was really great of them.

Dr. Norwacki, is an excellent gynecologist. She shows a high level of care and compassion . I always feel seen and heard: Her office staff are very professional.

Dr. Nowacki is awesome, I hate going to the doctors usually but she is very calm and personable and puts me at ease! The wait time every time I’ve been has been short and the rest of the staff is kind as well.

Nurse Traci was rude condescending as well as saying derogatory remarks about my daughter who was 9 months pregnant. Traci had thought she had hung up the phone and turned to her Dr. my daughter heard every rude condescending and derogatory word she said about her. At the birth they 1st missed with the first epidural shot and then when they did the 2nd it punctured her spine. They left her in agony overnight with spinal fluid leaking into her brain creating intense pain! After receiving a Blood patch the next afternoon and still being in intensive pain they failed for 8 days to call her in ANY PAIN meds!! Total incompetence and disregard for a patient!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

I had an urgent problem that needed immediate attention. The office got me scheduled for an appointment the very next day. The check-in process online was quick and easy and I was in and out of the office in about 15 minutes or so.

Dr Nowacki is phenomenal! The best there is frankly. The office staff and nurses are just as fabulous. Highly recommend this office!

If there was 10 stars I would leave it. Ive been going there for 2 years and the whole staff is so nice , so sweet and very concerned about your needs . They will be there for you whenever you need them. Thank you for everything.

I have seen Dr. Shirley Thomas of Ob & Gyn of Indiana as my gyn for 25 to 30 years. I have the utmost confidence in her medical ability and judgement. She was been very kind and encouraging throughout the years.

I don’t think I want to go back there. I didn’t lime at all the communication and the nurse get back to me after calling many tomes for a month. After I had my procedure none get back to me until after four days or more. I am definitely not going back there again.

Everyone in the office is super friendly! Always make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I’m not the most comfortable with who I am currently seeing so I called to switch drs and hospitals, they wouldn’t take me in because I’m “to late” in my pregnancy. Even though I delivered my first child with fishers. So currently having a break down and trying to find a positive light with where I’m going to be stuck at. Just mind blown that a dr (or multiple) would turn a patient away

I have been going to Dr. Bolin since 2000. She is always very professional and courteous. Never had any issues with the staff. Highly recommend Dr. Bolin. I referred family and friends to her.

Unfortunately, i cannot give anymore than 1 star,bc i know this place has a racist person working for them and im not allowed to post pics ,but i feel that bc of the persons feelings and i let the office know what kind of person was working for them,i cannot recommend a place where racist ppl work bc they will not be kind or fair to people of color. Unless this changes,1 star. Living in this day and age where racism has been ousted bc of our president,now is the time to come together ,not apart. Unfortunately, rebecca dolan saw fit to harass my son at his place of employment and call him racial slurs,then sent msgs calling him a spick as well,i informed her work what kind of woman she was,of what character and values,and i cannot in good faith deem this place more than 1 star..
