After a recent negative experience at LabCorp, I was directed to Any Lab. When I scheduled, my appointment was booked for 4:30, and I immediately got a call to tell me that the company picks up the samples at 4 so it would be better to come the following day. Due to my limited schedule and need to get the order quickly, Deja jumped in and made me feel taken care of. She saw me over her lunch hour and treated me with the utmost kindness and I got you attitude. She is an absolute treasure and is exactly what our health system needs more of. Thank you, Deja!!

I went in for the first time to have my blood drawn. They got me right in. The whole process was pretty seamless and professional. Deja and Shay were great!! It was almost fun, having my blood drawn😳When I put the address in GPS I put in Arapahoe Road when it should’ve ben Arapahoe Place. My bad! Briana is super rude. Asked for a Cortisol test. She said I dont know what that is. Doesnt know what an adrenal test is either or how to complete it. Refused to call anyone to see if they even had it. Then when I called another location that was helpful to tell her what to do she took my phone and tried to walk off with it,, and yelled at me for following her. She believes she can be this awful because they are short staffed going to a different location. She is terrible.

Ive been coming here over 2 years for routine tests and phlebotomies--every visit has been superb. The staff is both friendly and very skilled. I get my lab results back in a timely manner--almost always faster than similar test processed by other labs. The pricing is patient budget friendly. They are my go to lab when Im paying out-of-pocket.

I had an amazing experience there yesterday afternoon. I walked in at 5:35pm (less than a 1/2 hour before they closed) trying to get blood drawn for my daughter. We had already been to 3 other places that said they wouldn’t do it. At first, I was told I would have to come back because UPS had already come that day. But, after sharing my terrible afternoon experience and driving my kids around to try and find someone, Chrissandra said she would stay, draw the blood and get it out for me the next day. This meant she would have to stay a little late, but she did it. It was the best customer service I have had in a really long time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Chrissandra!!

Ive used them a couple times this year and they are really easy to work with. I had to reschedule draws a couple times the first visit and they were so accommodating about changing the dates/times for me. I was always treated so nicely by everyone working there.

I brought a blood draw lab from my functional dr to be drawn here. I spoke with them in detail to ensure that they could draw my blood for only a blood draw fee since I had paid my dr for the lab and did not need insurance to be involved.The lady was knowledgeable and kind. The scheduling was friendly and I was able to get in next day. The facility was clean and everyone who I spoke to was friendly and the phlebotomist was skilled and did a good job.All around a great experience for a not so fun task. Wish these guys had a location out west, but I will drive to Centennial again for any other labs needed.

First, the staff at this site are awesome, and Ive always received great care here. My complaint is that the website doesnt interface well with the business. I was able to make a reservation for the specific type of testing I wanted, and then was told upon arriving that these tests couldnt be run after a certain time. Why am I able to make a reservation for a test I cant get? Again, this isnt a reflection on the staff, but it really sucked to lose an hour of my day visiting this location for a test I couldnt get. Please fix the website to make it align with the testing policies of your locations.

Absolutely the best testing center out there. The staff is so friendly and nice honestly I want to come back just to hang out! Taylor and Pharia provided a fantastic experience. I once thought getting a urinalysis was a tedious process however somehow, someway, they provided the funnest experience a urinalysis could possibly provide. Quick, efficient, professional, and positive! Highly recommended.

Came here for a rapid covid test. The staff was incredible and funny and just overall amazing people. They took care of me and my friends immediately. Such great service. Can’t say I want to go back to the doctor but I wouldn’t mind coming back here:)

Jessica was amazing! I usually have a hard time with blood draws. They either cant find the vein or its slow flowing. She was able to get great flow on the first poke! Would for sure come here again!

When I went to get my blood drawn, the phlebotomist HIT A NERVE IN MY ARM after having trouble drawing blood from both arms. She never got enough blood to complete the test and just made me bleed and pass out. I was fully hydrated and have never had such a bad blood draw. When I felt well enough I said I just wanted to leave and asked for a refund.

They were very friendly and efficient. My phlebotomist Taylor was great and very gentle! I absolutely hate needles and she made it pain-free and easy. I had my results quickly- within a couple days.

I won’t try to use this lab again. Their website allowed me to book an appt at 5:15pm but then I learned they close at 5pm. I spoke with the “manager” at the front desk who said she cancelled my appointment but then I received a reminder the next day. Then I rescheduled and took time off work for a 4:45pm appt for a test. Upon arriving to complete the test the “manager” told me I would need to return again during their business hours to get my confidential test result. Their site did not notify me of this super inconvenient policy when booking and this means I would have to take MORE time off work to pick up my test result before 5pm. The “manager” explained that they are unable to update their booking site to notify clients of this policy that they cannot provide certain test results over the phone…. No thanks! I won’t use them ever again!!

This was insanely professional, fast, and very informative!!

As the rules to travel to Canada (for work) for a COVID test (PCR - CA is one of the rare countries that won’t take the antigen test….) meant having to be screened within 72 hours of my Sunday flight , the options were slim. Several doctor offices and commercial labs are closed on weekends and couldn’t promise me that I would have my results in time. The anylabtestnow staff assured me that it would be ready and after calling (as instructed) on Saturday, the owner of the Centennial office (Ola) gave me his personal cell phone so as to text him that evening and ensure my results were ready. Worked like a charm. Cannot speak highly enough about the customer service. Great people who are able to help when there aren’t a lot of other options!

Awful experience. They weren’t able to with draw my blood even though I been having my blood with draw once a month with no problem. The women was very impolite when I explained to her that it was painful. I do not recommend this place.

This place is nice enough - the phlebotomists are really sweet and the place is clean and tidy. That’s about all I can say for the positive, though. I had a test done here on Friday and despite their website stating 24-72 hours, when I called Monday to find out when to expect my results, I was told 4-6 days. News to me as it was a simple test most labs get back within 24 hours. I decided to have my second draw done elsewhere as I needed quicker results - I found another website that offers the same test for about $20.00 less and I was able to go to a Quest testing site. I got my results back this morning from Quest- but still nothing from ALTN. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel this place is honestly a rip off. Save yourself some stress and money and skip AnyLabTestNow.

I took a rapid covid test around 11 am, was told I would get results in 45 mins. I called them two hours after I should have received a answer and got told I would get the results emailed to me by end of day. It is now close to their closing time and no one will answer my call so I am unable to tell my employer if I can go to work or not. UPDATE: The next day I had to call their corporate number to even get ahold of someone. Corporate themselves could not get ahold of this location and the super helpful women that I DID get ahold of was able to get someone to send me my results-two hours later. I do not suggest using this company for anything that needs to be quick, especially with the 99 dollar price tag attached for the “quick” response. In total I made 17 phone calls, waited almost a full 24 hours to receive a yes or no for a “45 min test”.

My husband went to get his COVID test here two days ago. He did that after he got two positive home test results. He went to this lab and told the nurse there he had 2 positive tests but she chose NOT to put her mask on. He paid $250 for his test which came negative. Today he got a test at a place accepting insurance and got a positive test result. I cannot believe how this place allows employees to be so careless and expose other people that came after my husband to get their tests done.

Run out of test kit even I had an appointment. I have to either wait 2 hours for stock up or go somewhere else. Whats the point for appointment? Test kit should be reserved for people who have appointment instead of first come first serve. Very disappointed!

Walked in and nobody talked to be for 15 minutes while I just stood at the desk. After the 15 minutes they finally approached me and told me that everyone was going on lunch. I asked to waiting in the waiting room and they said no. What’s the point of having a waiting room?

Pharia was AMAZING!!!! I called several different lab testing places today, and after talking with her, I made a bee-line to HER! Very sweet, informative and soothing over the phone, and just as amazing in person! I drove out of my way to get to Any Lab Test Now, and plan on going to see Pharia for everything in the future!

I arrived as a walk-in and was helped immediately. Pharia was very cheerful and skilled, hitting my vein on the first attempt which is unusual with my veins. ALTN collected the sample for a kit when 3 other labs would not. They even sent it out for me. I hope they open a location further west!!

Went to this center as I needed an urgent COVID PCR done for an international travel. They collected $149 for the test and said results would be sent in less than 36 hrs. However, after 36 hrs, no results and when I called, the rep refused to answer my questions. They don’t understand how much paperwork is needed to travel internationally in the age of COVID, and most of it depends on a negative pcr test. They did not live up to the promised SLAs.

I have been discriminated against at your company any Lab test now I have not been presented with The same equal opportunity as my coworkers that are white or Hispanic.The only two black employees that worked for your Company have been fired within the same month I was fired a week and a half after Olaf made me a manager and told me how I run my store is how I run my store long as my work is done.I was told that I invaded Hippa Law and he can lose his Company after I was accused and didn’t get to properly defend myself. when a man came into any Lab test now and I said how can I help you… The man intended to scream at me and asked do I know what Hippa Law is I said yes he was very aggressive to the point where I was shaking and my coworker that also backed me up and told Olaf said the man was being very aggressive she even asked me do I need someone to walk me to my car. I feared for my life as I announced to Olaf that I was scared he said I should never turn down a customer customer is always right I should De-escalate the situation even though that I mentioned to him that I was scared and the customer has been extremely rude and aggressive towards me then Olaf proceeded to state the wrongful definition of Hippa. The proper definition of Hyppa Your health information cannot be used or shared without your written permission unless this law allows it. For example, without your authorization, your provider generally cannot release medical records I didn’t even get his name as Olaf stated that was the reason why he terminated me he told me, and also I have him on video stating this would’ve never happened if I would’ve asked for his name. Hippa law was not violated when I didnt even get a Name nor personal information. you have cameras but never even showed me the footage of what I did wrong. I have been discriminated i will be contacting the local news on this company

I was told it would take a little beyond a week for me to receive my titer results (due to delays related to COVID-19)... Two weeks later I called to see if my results were in. When I called I was put on hold for 20 mins, virtually until when the lab closed for the weekend.... A couple weeks later I called again to receive my results. When I did, some basic information was incorrect. Its entirely frustrating to exceed a given time frame, be basically ignored when I inquired about the results, and then receive an inaccurate summary form a month later. To make matters worse, the results were dated only ONE DAY after my blood was drawn.... The results were in and were never sent for a month.

Staff was friendly, the office seemed well kept within a newer facility. I received my lab results within a couple of days via e-mail. The major thing is that it was affordable.

Recently had my 2nd visit here, and have had consistently great service . The employees are so kind and friendly, especially the lovely Ms. Pharia. Her sweetness stayed with me for hours.

I made an appointment for 8:00am and showed up on time. There were 3 other people with an 8am appointments who were taken before me.The tech was wonderful.

Submitted sample for covid test for my wife on Monday afternoon, with 48 hour result expectation paying $149.Have International flight to catch and checkin on Thursday at 8.30 AM at Denver Airport. Here we are, still waiting on Wednesday night for the report. How can one sleep in this situation ? Lab : Centennial, CO, Denver Area.

My doctor told me we should go through ARCpoint Labs on 469 S Cherry St because the lab work would only come to around $60. I picked Any Lab Test Now because they were way closer. To my surprise, the bill was over $600. I should have done a price check first, and listened to my doctor.

They lost my sample for drug test and didnt inform me for five days. After 10 calls, lab finally told me they couldnt find my sample at all. I missed the deadline to report my results. It was very unprofessional of this place to loose my sample and then not inform me in time.
