HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Edmond, OK

I had my first visit on 9/19/24 to HealthCare Express Urgent Care. I was completely satisfied with the care I received from Ashley and Lindsey. They were both very professional and caring to my health needs. I was very impressed with Ashley and her gentleness with the testing for Covid, Flu, RSV and Strep. Im so happy the tests have improved since 2020. Thank you for your kindness and I have found my new home for Urgent Care and highly recommend them for anyone looking for Urgent Care. Thanks very much.

Ashley was my provider and she was great! She was very helpful and nice and has great patient care manner! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in a nice way!

Visited this office twice, once for a sports physical and another time for a minor sport injury. Front staff is friendly. Ashley was great! Very hard worker and sweet! She showed compassion while caring for my son and his ankle.

Ashley is amazing. The front desk staff is also very nice. Setting an appointment is ideal. There was very little wait time. You will most likely need to do some in person paperwork even if fill out items online but it can be as low as a one-sided page. Highly recommend.

Nurse Ashley was fabulous! She made the Covid, flu and strep swabs a walk in the park for my daughter. Explained everything as she went along and was very pleasant.

I was a big supporter of the Health Express Urgent Care in front of the Neighborhood Jam on 2nd street. Sadly, I cannot recommend it anymore after todays visit, 9/21/24 afternoon.The receptionist Caitlin was great. The medical assistant Ashley is always great-very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. She cheers you up by just the interactions with her. The wonderful PA I saw last time is no longer there, unfortunately.The nurse who I saw today was wearing a gray hoodie and no name tag with name or position. He could have come right off the sidewalk for all I knew. His bedside manner was abrupt and when he came in, he did not greet me. When I told him why I was there, he would sit silent for awhile. He wanted me to have a chest xray, which I told him right away I did not want.He asked me three more times and I had to keep telling him that I did not want one. It was so uncomfortable, I just wanted to walk out. I found out his name when I got the prescriptions filled.I will not go back and can no longer recommend to folks.

Service was great for my husband, as he is not a cooperative patient. I have to wonder about the questionnaires dealing with depression and mental health. That seems somewhat invasive and what exactly is the purpose? I believe that you should make patients aware that they do not have to fill them out, unless they want to.

It sounds odd to say, I had the best “customer service” I’ve experienced in some time. Not at a restaurant, shop, or other interaction, but for a quickly scheduled medical appointment! It’s sad that such kindness, efficiency, and professionalism is rare: it’s a tough world out there! Thank you for treating me and treating me well!

I came here over the weekend because my ear was bothering me. I waited an hour to be seen. There was only one other person ahead of me. That’s not the issue, I don’t mind waiting. The person who saw me before the doctor was really nice and took her time with me, I appreciate that. The doctor however, looked at me ear, for no joke, maybe 5 seconds and decided that I had an ear infection, and prescribed me a high dosage of antibiotics. I went to my normal doctor today, and he found out I don’t have an infection, but in fact part of a Q-tip that was the size of a pill. That’s wild that a doctor would tell me I have an infection when it’s clearly visible that I have a foreign body in my ear.

We had a great early Saturday morning with nurse Ashley. She was fantastic with my daughter and made getting all the poke tests easy.

Took my mom in for shoulder pain. The service was impeccable. The front desk woman was so efficient and kind, her nurse was absolutely wonderful, her PA was amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone

Excellent same day appointment and great follow up from the provider! She ordered a MRI at my request and now I know exactly what the issue is. They called me immediately with the report and offered suggestions on the specialist I need to see. I made the appointment because my primary care physician from INTEGRIS wouldn’t get me in for several weeks. I only wish my primary care physician had service excellence like this.

Ashley did an amazing job and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable during her strep and flu tests where she normally doesnt feel this comfortable! This is the exact reason we ALWAYS come to this particular facility!

Love this urgent care my son and I always go here for anything . The staff nurses and doctors are amazing one nurse Ashley makes me laugh and makes me feel comfortable

I have been to this office several times and have always had a positive experience. I booked and filled out paperwork online so no waiting when I got there. The staff is friendly and Treka is a wonderful provider. My go to for urgent care.

Love it! The ladies (front desk, nurse) are wonderful and friendly! In todays world a smile and small talk goes a long long way.Dr. Lopez is great! He talks with the pts and explains details that most wouldnt even bother to.I appreciate the patriot decor as we are a military family with deep roots.Thank you for helping out a kid who needed a quick physical!Mom of many! From the friendly greeting at the front desk to the detailed care I received, this care center is amazing. Abby, Jen, and Katie were caring and considerate, and also super professional.I drove a little further from home because my attempt to be seen at my local urgent care was a horror movie failure.Make HCE your first stop.

This urgent care is right in front of Neighborhood Jam on 2nd Street in Edmond. It has been here three years.Everyone was very friendly and helpful and competent. The receptionist was Aby, who has excellent communication skills. My nurse was Brenda and she was great 👍. My PA, Treka, was excellent as well. She took her time discussing my issue and while a lot of doctors and PAs will prescribe an antibiotic just in case, she was loathe to do so, as over prescribing antibiotics has opened the door for super bugs. I concurred.The lobby was clean and modern, as the exam room was. I recommend 👌.

I was able to book an appointment quickly. The staff made me feel at ease immediately. I felt like they took extra special care of me and were knowledgeable and helpful. I was seen and heard and my concerns were addressed. I was able to get X-rays and a cast and referral for the next steps in my care. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Come here all the time for tonsillitis and the staff is so nice! Cynthia is amazing and super helpful, all the Pa’s , nurses , nurse practitioners, and MA’s are so helpful and understanding! 11/10 recommend

Great experience! Very friendly and welcoming! Had emergency out of state allergies and breathing difficulties. They were very helpful and got me in right away!

I always have good experiences here. I love that I can make an appointment online and they are always friendly. I also bring my son here for sports physicals.

As a healthcare provider, I wouldn’t recommend this facility. Not only did I call to check and see if a service could be provided and was told yes, I drove 30 minutes to this facility and was told a different answer. The icing on the cake was receiving a bill after I had paid in full. The provider was apologetic, but this is unacceptable!

When I first checked in, I was told my waiting time is 45min and I can wait in the car and I did. After 45 min, I asked again and the operator told me there is one person before me. So, I decided to stay in the lobby. They called one person and after 75 min, he checked out. Then I checked back with the operator who told me, there is still one person who needs to get in before me!. I complained that I have been waiting for double the time I was told at the beginning and that one person has already checked in and left. She told me, we are sorry and we are cleaning the room now!!! And I will get in. Next The nurse recommended screening for covid, I asked if it is covered and she said yes because I have all symptoms. The results were not available when the provider came in who said, the covid results wouldn’t affect the treatment plan and I received the bill with COVID NoT COVERED and I had to pay the cost which was more than $100. My total bill for the visit was very pricey compared to other urgent care.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to my issues, and were very thorough in making a diagnosis. I feel good about the treatment, and hope it solves the problem. Would definitely go back!!!!

Great place to get non-urgent healthcare quickly. We have taken our son several times for ear infections and the appointments are always on time, the staff is kind and we get the meds we need!

Ashley was so helpful and professional. She did an excellent job at helping us through our process.

Not good. Sat for 2 hours awaiting results for a COVID test that should have taken 15 minutes. Had to find someone and I think they forgot they stuck me in an exam room. I find the doctor eating snacks in the break room and hes like, Oh sorry, yea you have COVID, you go to the pharmacy and pick up your medicine.

Always quick to get in. The PA was great and so was Ashley. Very personable and took time to ask and answer questions.

Didnt visit this location but had apt for Choctaw virtual at 9am. 9 came and nothing I tried contacting them 9:05 to be told no one was available. I made apt and was finished with apt and had prescription sent and being filled before someone called to start apt. Seriously?! What a joke!

Came in with skin abrasion and nurse dressed it properly and showed me how to replace dressing. All done fast and with good explanation.

Cynthia was so kind and did a great job of helping me through the process of my first visit by myself!

They are the most professional and knowledgeable health care professionals in the Edmond area! I’ve always had a wonderful experience and always feel better after my visit!

*****AMAZING STAFF & PHYSICIAN*****Super Caring and Extremely Good with my daughter! Check-in staff was very friendly & helpful; the triage nurse (Alyssa) was Super Sweet & Caring & Extremely Knowledgable! She was so sweet to my child & explained everything as she went along. The Doctor was also Very Kind and took her time treating my daughter. She also gave us so much helpful advise. Each of the staff truly took their time with us and never made us feel rushed!Definitely my new Go-To Urgent Care!!

They are always so helpful and caring! We went on a day they were unusually crowded and our nurse Ashley was so apologetic and kind!

Every time I’ve needed this clinic they have been kind, thorough and straightforward. We’ve never had a bad experience and with 5 kids, there’s enough small emergencies to make us very familiar with the place.

I had cut my thumb while slicing vegetables for dinner and was lucky to find out that they do stitches. The entire staff was wonderful. Katie, the nurse practitioner who sewed me up, was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Had such a great experience here! Definitely the best urgent care around! The receptionist Kendra was so kind and welcoming. The PA Treka was so kind and welcoming as well. I could tell that she truly has a heart for helping people. This will be the only urgent care that we come to from now on.

The building was nice and it was warm inside. The wait time was incredibly brief. The staff were all friendly and patient. The PA figured out what was wrong and was able to get me medicine very quickly.

Staff there is great but Looked understaffed. Was there for a little too long.

Absolutely amazing place and people! I needed to get a lot of labs done for an employer and they were able to take a sheet of paper and get everything done I needed. Walking in to the place it was super clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and responsive. They made sure I knew everything that was being performed for each lab and went over any results with me in a very nice manner. It was probably the most comfortable and welcomed I have ever felt visiting a doctor’s office. I would visit this place for every physician need I had if I could. Highly recommend!!

Im giving 1 star simply because of the High Prices! The people that work here are outstanding and very kind. I was charged $518 for my visit. I went in, not feeling well. I answered their questions about what symptoms I was showing. The nice lady swabbed my nostrils, then sent me home while the test was running. I was called 1 hour later and she told me that my test came back negative. Thats It!! Way too expensive!! My insurance covered $280, & the rest is up to me. If youve got plenty of money to spend, this place is amazing. Unfortunately, I dont!! I was just an inconvenience to the billing dept. Oh well, lesson learned.

Ridiculously overpriced! $300 to ‘establish the patient’ when they spent 2 minutes in the room with us and never reviewed any medical history. Billing my insurance $300 for a Covid test should be illegal. Will never come here again. The emergency room is cheaper! Not to mention the wait time..

I booked an appointment online and had zero wait when I got there. They were quick, efficient, and took time to ensure I was taken care of. The process was smooth and caring for an urgent care. I will go back to this location if I ever need quick healthcare again.

I would absolutely recommend this urgent care! The space is nice and clean, and all of the employees are kind and professional. I felt cared for and listened to, and they truly did everything they could to get me feeling better as quickly as possible. When you feel awful and need help, this is exactly the kind of place you want to find!

We received a bill with a big message at the bottom saying THIS BILL IS 30 DAYS PAST DUE. PAY NOW TO AVOID COLLECTIONS ACTION. It hadnt even been 30 days since we had come in. I called the office to see why it was overdue, and she said they just put that message on every bill. Thats incredibly deceptive and a horrible way to treat your clients, having the assumption that theyre not going to pay the bill and need to be scared into complying. If thats the attitude they take toward their patients we definitely wont be coming back.

Ive used HealthCARE Express Urgent Care several times and every time, it has been a positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I have had all of my minor medical issues addressed successfully!

I have been in healthcare for 33 years and couldn’t make it to my family dr, so I used this clinic for the second time ever! Let me state, I’m a typical male I have to be really sick to go to any clinic (102 temp for two days , sats low 90s and my vitals were off,from my normal) my main issue I have was not with the receptionist, the intake nurse, even the practitioner that did my assessment, the issue is hey I have 102 spitting up green mucus don’t send me home with cough medicine! I had to go to another clinic and a dr diagnosed me with something that said you need antibiotics! This is the second time this clinic has done this, this clinic said I had a diagnosis but still, let’s get real I didn’t come for a pep talk and a bottle of snake oil when you are really sick! The people are very nice but treating with psuedo science is hard to justify! Two days later I still had 102 and still had green mucus the ‘“cough medicine’” did not help!

I was seen pretty quickly considering there were 4 people ahead of me. They were able to clear up an issue I had with a pharmacy and I was able to get the medication needed. Great service.

I’m thankful for this urgent care location, patient care, after hours availability. My husband and I have been seen there multiple times and the experiences are consistently very good! I would recommend them to anyone.

I always use Healthcare Express for my urgent needs. They are intelligent and thorough and i can get in and out quickly. My most recent visit was under very trying circumstances. In two days i was hosting a memorial service for a loved one who had passed and I was expecting a houseful of guests and I feared i had Covid! My emotions overcame me and I was sobbing in the treatment room. The nurse and the doctor both were so compassionate, assuring me that all would be okay and showing sympathy for my loss. They ran tests for Covid, flu, RSV and strep. Fortunately i only had a sinus infection. Their kindness and care was above and beyond and SO appreciated. Bless them all!!

I was horribly ill went I visited this Healthcare establishment , as one usually is when coming to an urgent care ,the front desk person was very rude and unprofessional , no one felt very welcoming , bad bed side manner , the pa was the only person that showed any professionalism and kindness , I rarely get sick but when I do and in need of a dr , I expect to be in a facility where there is professionalism , thoughtfulness , helpfulness and knowledge . I felt like another payment to them and nothing more ! They should go above and beyond to help those in need when coming to them . Or just do the basic ,minimum please ,I would not recommend going to this facility at your most vulnerable state :(

My child was cared for quick and efficiently. The only frustration was spending the next day searching for a covered boot because they ran out at their location. The staff on hand was fantastic

This is my absolute favorite urgent center ever! They are always so nice, fast and truly listen with an Empathic ear. Facility is nice, new and clean. Today I had Casey take care of me and the nursing assistant was just a sweet as her. Love that it is by my house but I would drive 30-40 minutes across town for this amazing service and care!

I received excellent care at Healthcare Express Urgent care. They tested until they found the right diagnosis and prescribed treatment. Also, everyone was friendly and helpful .

Katy, Alisa, and others did an excellent job taking care of my issue. I thought I would have to go to a specialist, but the nurses here were able to quickly and competently perform a procedure to resolve my situation. I was comfortable the whole time. I was very pleased with the care I received from the front office to the provider care! The wait was a little long but I understand because I was a walk in with several patients ahead of me. The sweet Lady at the front desk was very concerned about the wait and made me as comfortable as possible. I loved the provider that I had and she was very thorough and listened to me and got me taken care of. I live 4 hours away and work nearby throughout the week and didn’t know where to go and they took great care of me!

I was in a tough spot. Moved and couldnt find a primary. When I found one, I couldnt get in for over a month! I ran out of my meds and needed help. They were so nice and helpful. I really appreciate their help!

Let me tell you when I say I will not ever go to another urgent care. They are so great and absolutely fantastic here. I even take my girls here. I haven’t met a single rude doctor or nurse here, they are all so kind and want to help you feel better!!! Thank you all so much!

The providers and nurses were amazing. I received highly competent and compassionate care at all stages of my visit. The facility was clean and I felt comfortable with all procedures. The RNPs are outstanding and gave me information needed to get me back on the mend. In fact, the care providers went above and beyond to make sure I was on the mend. I received a follow up call with so much helpful information. I felt highly valued. I can not recommend this place highly enough.

Five stars is the highest rating I can give. They deserve five-star rating and more. I have been a patient with them from the time this location was opened. The entire staff great. Very clean organized and professional. The staff are always so polite and kind. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do. They truly are an excellent example of how a health care facility should be run. Other health care facilities should look to them as the example. They set the standard!

The unfortunate part of this review is that we weren’t even able to get treatment today which I’m sure would have been fine. My husband had an appointment at 9:40. We checked in and waited for over an hour just for Dr. Leah to express that she wasn’t going to treat him due to an insurance issue at 11:00. Which is fine I understand and can handle that later. But wasting my time because no one wanted to have a uncomfortable conversation is unacceptable and completely disrespectful of our time and a waste of everyone else’s.

No problems getting an appointment and walked in, filled out paperwork, and was seen. Arrive early to fill out paperwork as that takes some time. Healthcare professionals were knowledgeable.

The nurse is SUPER nice. She told me her name, but I’ve forgotten it. They need to make a clone of her. Comforting others is obviously her forte’.The receptionist is sweet and caring.The FNP-C, Kasey Green, is bright personable, caring, and intelligent. What a gem! I felt safe, and I appreciate her care.Too, the building is sparkling clean. Since I booked my appointment online, I got right in with just about a one-minute wait. If this place can be this efficient, why can’t other places?

It was a very clean office. The staff were so kind. Two of my kids and my husband have all been there this week with the flu. They were efficient and so nice. Treka the PA is great!

We love health care express! We found them during COVID and have continued to use them when needed. They have been great with our entire family. I even had a niece visit at one point and she had an earache. She was from Texas and we are in Oklahoma and they saw her here in OK and my sister was able to send pictures of their INS and they filed the claim and took care of everything even though she was in a separate state. I canMt say enough wonderful things about their care and services.

Charged my insurance $500 for a visit and xray( where lady at the front desk told me that xray cost $85 if you pay cash). When i stop by the window to pay, she told me that she bill my insurance for both!Oh by the way, nurse practitioner gave me 0 information. When i told her what is bothering me she said she cant say anything before she sees a lab work!I would definitely not recommend this place and be careful what they charge you for!!!!And i tried calling 3 days in a row and no one would pick up from the number provided in their response...

Ive finally found best urgent care in Oklahoma. With a four year old that just started school this year, the germs are really hitting our home hard. Weve tried several places since we moved here back in March - and this clinic surpassed all expectations. We can never get my daughter in to her primary care as the office is apparently too small to take on many sick visits. We decided to drop by today after we were sent away again from her primary due to over booking, and after the wait time at another local urgent care was too long. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were the most friendly Ive ever experienced in my entire history of urgent care visits. The nurse and doctor were thorough and actually took the time to get to know my daughter and her medical history. The entire visit felt more like a primary care visit, and not just a quick in and out rushed appointment. The atmosphere of this clinic is very welcoming overall. It did not feel like an urgent care, so my daughter was far less nervous about the visit. The exam room had a TV with cartoons playing and featured little penguins on the wall. The waiting room has a vending area where you can purchase snacks and drinks, and even had a small coffee bar. My daughter didnt want to leave! I dont typically take time to write long reviews like this, but I am so relieved that this place opened and has such wonderful caring people working there - I cant say enough good about it!

We aren’t from here and when our 9 month old got sick, we didn’t have anywhere to go so we took her here. BEST DECISION EVER! Everyone was very professional and kind. The facility is up to date, beautiful and clean! The providers listened to my concerns and we were in and out quickly. I’m happy to say we are on the mend and feeling much better!

Charged $811 dollars to swab my nose (no X-ray or any other diagnostics) and left with $190 bill after insurance. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER be back. Other comments confirm that they overcharge. Please do not go here. I have never been charged this much!!!

Took my daughter here near closing time. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I’ve truly never had such a great experience at a doctors office before. The front desk, the nurse, and the PA were all so nice and made the experience fun for my little one. Highly recommend!

Took my daughter in tonight for a sore throat and a fever, they ran a strep and flu test. The doctor came in looked at her throat and ears and said they were red. After we sat there for another 30 minutes one of the nurses come in and hand me the paperwork and say we are good to go.. Nobody gave me the results that ended up being negative or any explanation as to why my daughter was running a 102 fever to ask me if I wanted any other test done.. I find this very unprofessional! I used to love this place a few months ago but now I dont recognize any of the staff and the people are either under trained or just dont care.. We will definitely not be returning after what happened today.

It was very easy to set up an appointment online. I was seen a few minutes early. The tech was very efficient, friendly, and experienced. The doctor or PA was very thorough and professional.

Five stars hands down. Very lovely staff here. From the receptionist to the doctor. Great attitudes all the way around. Brenda gave me my tetanus shot and I literally had no idea. Will be coming back for sure…Dr. Buffington is top shelf as well. So glad I came here. I’m actually having a better day after coming to the doctor! Thanks you guys

The receptionist was really nice and welcoming when I arrived. The wait was pretty long even with a scheduled appointment and it took a while for me to be seen. When I saw the provider she was nice and answered all my questions. When it was time to leave she went to get my paperwork and forgot to come back and I had to wait again to be able to leave.

I can’t imagine that any other Urgent Care can come close to the excellent care I received at HealthCARE Express. Details: Easy to use website, online appointment request & patient forms & check in, a less than 5 min. wait to be seen, beautiful facility, crazy efficient, such friendly staff who listened, up-to-date technology, total time - with x-rays was about 30 mins. If I need urgent care in the future, this is where I’ll go.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating! Today I seen Kasey and she was wonderful. She was a good listener and very compassionate. Her main goal was to get to the bottom of what I was experiencing. Healthcare Express is my go too if I can’t get into my family physician!

EXCEPTIONAL. We visited HealthCARE Express for our first minor kiddo emergency, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The facility was very clean, and we were taken care of the moment we stepped in. From the sweetest lady at the front desk, to our child’s assessment, to the six stitches later...we felt supported, and most importantly, our children felt safe and cared for. They not only mended our injured little one, but ensured our other child was comfortable and reassured during the entire process. I cannot praise NP Green and her amazing team enough. Kind, straight-forward, and so very thoughtful.

This was hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve had. I was especially nervous to try a new place because the person sick was my young child. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, the office was super clean, and I made an appointment online and we didn’t have to wait at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for all your urgent care needs.

I saw the new PA in training and shes amazing very thorough. So was the PA traing her. I have to say I received the best medical care ever!! I wish all Doctors were as attentive as the doctors I saw today. They are truly wonderful. Even the lady at the front desk was so helpful and sweet as she could be!

Clean facility and excellent staff. Despite being sick, I actually enjoyed the visit as much as a sick person can. Professional but very personable from start to finish. If I had to be sick and seen by someone, I could do no better than Health Care Express.

From the time I entered the office I was greated immediately by a friendly young lady. She asked me how I was doing , She expessed concerns for the fact that I was not feeling well. Explained the paper work and said the nurse would be call for me soon and to take the paperwork with meThe nurse was nice and patient with me she listened to my concerns and repeated them to make sure she understood. The PA was the same way, She was very through and listened to my concerns then gave me clear instruction on what we were going to do to get me better.The office was very clean which is a plus for me.

Amazing treatment from the waiting room to the exam room! Even around dinner time everyone was VERY polite and almost excited that I was there! Proper pronouns were used and I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. I actually chose this location because of their LGBT friendly icon that is on their information page. If need be, this will definitely be my first choice!

This is a great friendly place. We’ve had to go a couple times this week and the staff and doctors are so nice and polite. I know they have been slammed and really appreciate them trying to get us in and out as fast as possible. Will continue to use this facility and refer as much as possible.

Look no further, this is THE place to go. I had some mild pain I needed to get checked out, & everyone; & I do mean EVERYONE on staff was so kind, friendly & helpful!! It was my first time visiting & I felt so comfortable in their facility, this is the most welcoming medical staff you could ever hope to have!

Long wait for uti test results to come back told me 1-3 days it’s been way longer!! That’s unprofessional and puts people’s health at risk could lead to other infections. Just avoid urgent care if you can never much help

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience here today! My 6 year old daughter broke her wrist at school playing on the monkey bars. Everyone from the front staff to our NP were amazing. The bedside manner for my scared little girl and very worried momma were top notch! So thankful!

Best experience at the doctors office in a LONG time. Went in with a migraine, not thinking they could do much for it. They hooked me up to an IV, gave me some medicine and within 30 minutes of me laying there on the IV- my migraine was gone! You can tell they try to make their clients have the best experience possible! Good people!

Very thorough care from the entire staff. I am recovering from covid-19 and still experiencing symptoms after several weeks, which is scary and frustrating. The physicians assistant and the rest of the medical staff took great care to answer all of my questions and rule out pneumonia. They have imaging and the PA explained the X-ray results , recovery process, and things to watch out for in great detail. Also got right in for an appointment! Highly recommend.

Staff here is exceptional! Very thorough, kind, compassionate and helpful! Ive been here several times for my children and have always come away very pleased with our care and experience. These guys are great!

I would definitely recommend Healthcare Express Urgent Care. I was in town and was recommended by a nurse back home that I needed to get to an urgent care soon. I googled urgent care near me and this one was the closet and looked like the one I would prefer compared to the others. I went to their website to see if scheduling an appt was available…remind you everything was easygoing. Scheduled my appt got in right away. I walked in and the place looked so nice and smelled so good!!! I felt a sense of calmness and relief. The staff were courtesy and helpful as well!!! Which made my experience even more satisfying. If I could take the urgent care center back home with me I would lol. Thank you for your time and effort.

Checked in online. Arrived at time of opening. Checked in inside and only waiting about 5-10 minutes before being called back. The nurse and NP listened to my concerns, were very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend. Im from out of state and my overall experience was a 10!

Currently sitting on here 1 hour after my appointment time with a feverish kid. Nothing has been done. I only came because the appointment space was available was it was a closer drive than the other available spot.

Very friendly staff from check in to medical folks. Genuinely helpful and patient concerned. I had done all my paperwork online beforehand and was only in waiting room 5 minutes before called to a room. Medical staff were prompt after that. Quite impressed!

I love this place. You wait about 5 minutes to be seen, the healthcare providers are wonderful, caring and I dont feel rushed. She took extra care to ask questions that I didnt think about. Answered all the questions I did have, took an xray, and read it there. For me, I will always use this team. When I need to see a healthcare provider, I go here! I cant imagine going anywhere else!

Came in after 4 days of bad foot pain after a soccer game. Come to find out I had 2 broken toes! This was the quickest appointment Ive ever had and also the most efficient. Nurse & Nurse Practitioner were kind and patient with me. Found the problem and gave a helpful summary/instructions on how to care for me without any condescending attitude like Ive had at other places before! Thank you so much. This will be the clinic I go to!

I made an appointment online, completed paperwork online, they took me back immediately. I saw the NP and she was great! Very professional and great customer service!!!

Made an appointment for 12:15. Checked in @ 11:45 & did not get seen until 1:45. After going to the desk twice she asked what my name was, & when I told her she said I have you down as a no show. My response....Ive been sitting here since 11:45 & was never called nor did I ever receive any messages. Other than the girl @ the front completely messing up, everything & everyone else was amazing. Unfortunately thats all it takes for me to not go back.

Staff was awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly! Came in with a sore throat, and they quickly diagnosed me, sent my prescriptions out, and gave me some extra helpful advice for what could calm my throat down. Definitely where I’ll be going if I need an urgent care in the future.

I am a college student here in Edmond so I don’t always have the time to go to a primary care doctor. I have come to healthCARE express multiple times and they are the best! Super fast work, amazing staff, and very clean. You can also schedule online so you don’t have to sit in a waiting room forever. These people rock!

I visited yesterday & was seen by Treka for a referral to a specialist. She not only listened, but expressed authentic empathy for my symptoms & provided me with a referral to a specialist and a provider who practices Functional Medicine. She even called me after my appointment to make sure I had the right contact information for the new provider. I was blown away by the patient experience I had with Mona as my nurse and Treka as my provider that day. Thank you, ladies.

It is always clean and smells wonderful. The waiting time is reasonable and the staff is absolutely top notch!! So far, we have gone to the HCE in Midwest City and now our first visit at the one in Edmond. I always recommend Health Care Express to people.

The front desk are not professional because they don’t answer the phone what I meant by that is I called them to get my test results and she transferred me to the nurse and they didn’t answer so I called back to asked the front desk lady some info but without saying anything after she picked up the phone she just transferred the call to nurse again thinking that I want to talk to the nurse so after that I kept on calling and they never answered. Very unprofessional. My husband went there to get his COVID test done but the nurse did the noise swap so roughly that his noise was hurting for next 3 days. She could have been gentle but no. We probably won’t go there again.

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Clean, fast, thorough, and everyone was incredibly nice. No reason to go anywhere else!

Nice people but SLOOOOOOOOOOW.When I came in, I told them I had other commitments that day, and was told it would be about 30 minutes to see the provider. Over 90 minutes later I was finally seen by the provider, who showed no interest in moving things along in a timely manner.Further, she couldn’t find the medication I’ve been prescribed for this ailment for years, when I found the generic name via a simple Google search. Whatever they tell you, add at least an hour or two.I will not return.

I had a great experience with all of the staff. They really listened to me and made me feel validated. They were also very respectful of what tests I wanted to have done and what I could afford.

I would drive hours just to be at this clinic. The best staff and doctors around. Edmond you are doing it right. My daughter told me tonight after having a nerf ball stuck up her nose she wants to be a doctor. Thanks Dr. Green and staff for always making my sweet little one laugh! They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people trying to return to work!!!! Called to schedule a covid test so I could return to work. After going over insurance I was informed it would cost me $225 out of pocket when it is clearly covered by my insurance. Was informed since it was due to me going back to work I would have to pay out of pocket. Have never had to pay previously other than my copay!!! Family, friends, and coworkers have been advised to stay away from this place!

So disappointing. They will cancel once you are already there and checked in?! Had a required Covid Test, set appt for 3 PM, arrived an HOUR early and they said, Sorry we ran out. I had filled out all my paperwork, double confirmed my appt. How hard is it to keep enough inventory for the appts you have scheduled? Lady said Sorry, I dont make the rules... Really? is that your best response? Clearly they dont care about the client appointments. You better have another place to go lined up - these guys do NOT have it figured out.

I have an injury that required medical attention today and was fortunate enough to find HealthCARE Express online. The ratings were solid, so I gave it a try. Cynthia was kind, patient, and professional in helping me setup the appointment and making the setup contactless. I arrived and was seen immediately with no waiting. In addition, I was blessed to have Trekka as my PA. Trekka was also patient, kind, and professional, but even beyond this, she put me at ease and made the visit a posiitve experience. Kayla (sp), the nurse was wonderful too. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

First time here and hands down the cleanest and most friendliest doctors office and urgent Care I have ever been to! Very professional, courteous and friendly.

My whole family has been under the meticulous care of Dr. Buffington and his staff for almost a decade. I highly recommend Healthcare Express for any and all ails. I would undoubtedly give them more stars if I could. They take care of us no matter what we are going through. Whether we come dressed in our best or our pjs (depending on how sick we are...) they always take us seriously and make us feel welcome.

Dr. Bill Buffington is an amazing doctor. Please dont bypass this place because some front office staff are not the greatest. Also, I work for a medical lab and we do Covid testing. All of us in the medical community are so far past burned out, theres a crisis every 15 minutes and the phone never stops ringing. Its no excuse but the staff dont have much bandwidth left and I get it. We have patients all over the country, everyone needs their test and we are getting slammed with the spikes.
