This was by far the best urgent care Ive been to. Very helpful, and friendly staff. Check in was made easy along with paperwork. I was in and out in under an hr. Doctor phoned in my scripts, and they were waiting for me when I arrived to pick them up. Thanks for the awesome care I received. Hopefully I wont have to be back but if I do need an urgent care, this location is it for me! Great job ladies and gentlemen!

I was able to be seen immediately, which was huge in such a scary time. The front desk staff (didnt catch her name!) was helpful, calm, and caring about my condition. Signing in was a breeze and was able to go back to a room right after. Dr. Kate was incredibly informative and confident in her assessments, which gave me peace of mind. Although I need to see another specialist for my condition, this visit was vital in getting the ball rolling for me as far as getting answers and was encouraging in such an uncertain time. Will definitely go back again in urgent times!

The whole staff. The receptionist the nurse and the PA are Very helpful, fast, polite, kid friendly.The PA Kramer is amazing I’d recommend him as a primary care if I could. Thank you for helping us with our needs at such a short time notice . Also very clean.

I was so so impressed! My kiddo never gets sick and of course when she does it landed on a Sunday.. she has only been to the doctors to get vaccines so you can only imagine how nervous she was. The front desk lady (sorry I missed your name) was SUCH a sweetheart. Seth was so great and patient while he did the strep test, and Dr. Beebe was incredible as well. In and out within 30 mins. Easy check in as well. Highly recommend!

This was the fastest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I walked in as a new patient and was checked in and being seen within 20 minutes. I was in and out within an hour after they completed a strep test and administered a shot. It’s the next day and I feel so much better physically after my visit. The staff was also super nice and efficient. I was helped by 3 people total and they were all very clear on what I was needing, so the team communication appeared to be flawless. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning for any future urgent care needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this urgent care. Having had a couple of viruses running through our family, we have been here 3 times in the last week for our family of 3. The staff is amazing and truly listens to concerns. The doctors are so focused on quick, EFFECTIVE treatments and have better bedside manners than most ERs or even regular doc offices Ive been to. Such a good place to get on the mend between PCP availability.

I decided to go here on a whim since my primary care had no appointments. I scheduled online which was super easy. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The location is easy to find, clean and the staff is super friendly which is rare these days in any healthcare environment. The PA I saw was fast and straight to the point and had my prescription sent to the pharmacy before I left the exam room. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff. I had to take my newborn here yesterday and everyone from the man at the front desk to the nurses and doctor were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the well being of my son. I felt immediately at ease, which rarely happens on trips to the doctor or ER unfortunately. This location is incredible- go out of your way to make it to this one! Very clean as well and runs smoothly altogether. I’m so glad I happened to pick this urgent care. Cannot recommend enough! You can tell the providers care about the patients.

Our son had a traumatic injury while visiting relatives out of state. Thanksgiving day was when we brought him here. The receptionist, the tech and the social were all phenomenal. So warm, funny and compassionate. We were in and out in an hour despite them being short staffed. Kudos to this great team.

I went into Three Peaks Urgent Care this afternoon (10/25) for a toenail injury and the staff took such good care of me! Owen was personable, helpful, and very thorough in his treatment. Kramer, the PA, answered all my questions! As a runner, Ive had a few urgent care visits in my life and this was easily the best clinic Ive ever been to. Absolutely top-notch staff. Id give more even more stars if I could!Also: the facility was very clean and well-maintained. The cute Halloween decorations gave a personal touch!

Even though I hadn’t made an appointment beforehand, Three Peaks Urgent Care took me in and was able to assess all my symptoms in a timely and efficient manner. All staff very friendly and the PA sent me home with some medications to get me through the worst of my COVID infection. Thank you very much for providing me quality and expert care!

Unbelievably kind and fast service. At every stage of the process, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The price for an appointment was very reasonable and I was being seen by the physician within 20 minutes (at most) of walking in the door without an appointment made. Everyone should go here!

I came in to this clinic for the first time today. The front desk girl, Bird, was very nice and quick to get me through. I also liked filling out my information online so that I could just walk in when they texted me. Owen took my vitals and was very knowledgeable. He also did his best to save me money since I was self pay. Kramer was my provider and was efficient and also very knowledgeable. I am very happy with his method of thinking in only prescribing me items that I needed and no fluff. I would definitely go back.

The entire staff was so pleasant, really made this a great experience…Owen is amazing, he took my daughters X-rays and made her feel so comfortable and made us laugh and explained everything so well but not in a condescending tone. What a surprise, really glad we found this location so close to home. If I ever need to Ill definitely return to this location.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! (And I unfortunately have been to many.)It started with amazing customer service when Bird answered the phone. Her voice was so kind and disarming it made feel comfortable to come in and be seen. When we arrived Owen made me feel so welcomed and even helped calm me down with a joke. He was so nice and really dove into what was going on with me as soon as I arrived. Then the PA Erin couldn’t have been any nicer of a doctor, you can totally tell she cares and spent plenty of time with me making sure she heard all of my concerns. I really felt listened to and heard by her and Owen. Overall, they couldn’t have been a better team and I so appreciate all three of them. I hope to not need an urgent care in the near future, but if I do I know exactly where I will be going!

Three peaks urgent Care is amazing. This is the second time Ive needed their help and they are so fast, so kind and very thorough. I had x-rays within 10 minutes. Medical assistant Max, X-ray tech Amanda, and Bird at the front desk were amazing. So very professional and helpful.. Equally important, Edward the PA, helped me know that I did not have any fractures and need to look for arthritis in the future. I will always go back to Three Peaks when I need urgent Care in the future!

I highly recommend this excellent urgent care! Owen, the paramedic, set me at ease with good-natured humor as he took my vital signs. He was very sympathetic and caring.Kate, the physician assistant, was also very caring and professional. She efficiently diagnosed me, and took the time to thoroughly review my pharmacy records. Because she did, she was able to prescribe a medication that was more effective than the standard treatment.I went in four days later for a follow-up visit; Edward, the physician assistant, was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He recommended another therapy I was able to get inexpensively and over-the-counter to speed up my healing.Im really glad this urgent care is so near me; I definitely wont go anywhere else. Amazing staff!I went here today because my children have a bad cough, and after paperwork, we were seen in less than 15 minutes. Seth, Owen, and Kate made this urgent care visit a great experience. From the moment I walked in Angelica is always so friendly and organized. She makes the check in super easy. The nurse Owen is fantastic! My provider today was Edward, hes super smart, and funny too! The staff and provider were very attentive as well as friendly. This was by far the best urgent care experience Ive ever had. They didn’t give the typical run around for an urgent care!

Just had another visit here and can’t sing enough praise for medical assistant Max and provider Erin. Max gave some of the best patient education I have ever received, even as a healthcare provider myself. He was informative and reassuring. And Erin, was warm and compassionate, her bedside manner was top tier. She made sure I had anything and everything I may need to start feeling better and informed me she would be there if I needed anything else to just call back. The best urgent care visit I may have ever had.

I have had to come to this Urgent Care a few times. They always are very nice and get me in and out quickly, while taking time to listen to what is wrong and making a plan with me about my healthcare needs. I would recommend this urgent care.

I have used The Three Peaks Urgent Care in Lakewood, Several times this year now for ear infections. The personnel in this facility treat you with dignity and respect. Taking the necessary vital information required to perform a proper diagnosis. They have always been fast, courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this facility to any one who needs urgent care.

After basically having a meltdown from being treated poorly and rude from another urgent care that morning, Three Peaks Urgent care was a Godsend! Facility was clean, bright and inviting. from the Receptionist to the doctors and staff. Everyone was amazing! Very friendly and helpful, everyone seemed to love their jobs. There was no wait time, I was seen right away. The doctors that I saw were very knowledgeable and seemed to take genuine interest in my well being. The intake was painless. A staff member even ran out to give me a paper I had left behind! 10 stars for sure! And Ive told all my family and coworkers about this facility and how exceptional my experience was. Thanks TPUCL!

From the gal at the front desk, to the provider, and the gentleman that did my testing...everybody was so kind and helpful. I dont think anybody is feeling their best when they come to urgent care and everybody was so understanding and I felt as though they were all looking out for my best interest and well being. I drove thirty minutes to come to this practice specifically because of how well they treated my daughter. In times of urgency, Three Peaks will be my destination.

Max and Amanda were great! When I walked in Amanda greeted me warmly and let me know that I definitely could come in for the thing that I came in for, which was comforting since I was on the fence. Then when Max came in he asked all the appropriate questions so the Dr was well informed when he came in. Thank you to this team especially during the holiday season!

Great experience yesterday at Three Peaks. I have been to several urgent cares around the area and this was easily the best. Very efficient, thorough, and welcoming. Front desk person got up to open the door for me when I had to run back out to my van, as I use a wheelchair. Top notch service from people who really seem to care.

Went in for food poisoning. I was baddddd, Feeling terrible. The staff was quick to attend to me, and within minutes they hooked me to an IV and provided the needed medication. I started feeling better within minutes. I’ve been to a few different urgent cares in the past, and this is the best experience I’ve had. Staff had a nice happy attitude as well.

This place has restored my faith in doctors. I’ve had some really bad experiences recently where doctors don’t hear me out, talk over me, invalidate my symptoms or feelings, or just flat out gas light me by telling me the way I remember something happening and have document proof is not the way it happened. I went in expecting the worst due to my recent run ins, but everyone here was amazing. When the EMT on staff told me he wanted to hear from me what I’ve experienced and actually listened to me and validated me, I almost fell over. From front desk, to the EMT/nurse to the doctor were all amazing.

Every part of my visit to Three Peaks Urgent Care was absolutely ideal. Angelica made the check in process super easy, and provided me with courteous service in getting me set up. Owen was also great with wonderful bedside manner and made getting vitals and history easy, and Kraemer, the provider, was wonderful, efficient yet thorough. All their staff were easygoing, yet also cognizant of time, and provided excellent care while making sure I wasnt sitting in the waiting room a long time. If I ever need urgent care, I know exactly where Ill go. Thank you!

The facility was very clean and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful! Our provider, Eddie, was wonderful with our 3 month old daughter for her first urgent care visit. Had to go here on Christmas Day and staff was great. Only issue was a fairly long wait, but that was expected on the holiday without many options available. Bird, Owen and PA Erin were all super helpful. Once in a room, they spent time with me to answer questions, etc. I’d go back!

Ive had a cyst that has been bothering me for 2 days. I tried to tough it out but I just couldnt anymore. I looked up urgent cares that were near my job and made an appointment here. Best decision ever. The receptionist Angelica was awesome. Both Edward and Seth were knowledgeable and helped me right away. I couldnt recommend this place more!!!! Thank you guys!

The front desk Bird was lovely over the phone and in person. The MA Lexie and PA Kramer were very attentive informative and they made me feel very comfortable. The PA really knows how to make the patient feel heard and cared for. I felt comfortable and this establishment is a perfect example of how a medical facility should be ran keep it up guys 😊

Took my son in because I was worried something was wrong I couldnt see! The front desk and the medical staff were incredible. 💕 They did a great job respecting his space while still being very thorough with the exam. They made me, an overly exhausted mom, feel more at ease. They even called at 730pm to check on how he was doing! So if you are wondering to stop here, do it!

I came to this location with a very stressful problem and was treated with no judgement, kindness and a whole lot of speed, it was 30 minutes till closing & they were kind enough to still take me in despite. Owen & Seth were extremely professional and worked extremely quickly and carefully and had me out the door in just 20 minutes. The provider Kramer was very informational, again not judge mental, let me ask as many questions and answered them truthfully! I really recommend this place! It was clean & quiet and honestly a great experience! 5 stars for me :) will come back

Went in on a Sunday nights, had a really bad infection in my arm. The staff was courteous, prompt, and professional. They saw what I needed and prescribed me medication, which was nice that they even have some of the common prescriptions in house and I didnt even have to go through a pharmacy. The price was way cheaper than I was thinking for everything, and of I could give 6 stars I would.

Let’s face it, no one likes to be sick. But if one does have to go to an Urgent Care, Three Peaks Urgent Care in Lakewood is the best! This is my preferred UC to which to go. Angelica at the front desk is nice and very efficient. I didn’t have to wait long, Owen roomed me quick and tended to me immediately. I didn’t have to wait long for Kramer either. He examined me, got my tests done and gave me my results. Kramer was kind, professional and easy to understand. Thanks y’all!

I have had a challenge with my Captain Jack Sparrow they have not only saved him they helped me..I cant thank them enough for saving my pirate my best friend and my first mate I am indebted to the whole team more than once!! Outstanding service. I had gone to another urgent care and they told me it would be a minimum of 2 hours before I could be seen. So I left and went to Three Peaks and was seen in 20 minutes. I was given a steroid to treat my swollen fore finger and within 36 hours my finger was back to normal. My daughter referred me here and I will be referring my friends here as well.

Always a great experience at Three Peaks Urgent Care. The entire staff is just awesome. They listen to their patients, theyre very respectful, they really care. Their ethics are very strong as well, they have your back. Bird at the front desk, Ive seen her argue for the wellbeing of her patients, very impressive. Amanda and Dr.Kramer are always very kind caring and efficient. Its rare to find a place like this anymore. I feel taken care if everything I leave.

Very friendly, professional, quick but thorough help for a nasty chronic cough. Got xrays and results right away. Plus tested for rsv, covid and blood work for valley fever. Better than seeing my Internal Medicine MD.

Going to Three Peaks Urgent Care was a wonderful experience for me.I had hurt my foot and wanted a x-ray to make sure everything was ok.I called Three Peaks and they told me that they could take the x-ray and to come on in.It was an amazing experience from stepping in the door. Angelica (front desk) was so caring and helpful. I really appreciated that.I was seen very quickly by Edward. I explained my situation and he told me what he thought we needed to do. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable in his care.The X-ray tech was so sweet and we had a great conversation, also putting me at ease.Edward followed up and explained my x-ray. Everything went so smoothly.I highly recommend Three Peaks Urgent Care and their awesome staff.Thank you.

I came here on my death bed. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of. Angelica was a nice, warm person to be greeted by. PA Kramer took me back, got me checked in and immediately got a plan of action in place. Seth was gentle and made sure I was comfortable while getting an iv. I would recommend this office to anyone and the next time I’m sick, I’ll be back!

Best urgent care in town! I brought my boyfriend in yesterday while he was severely dehydrated and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was so kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. Owen, one of the staff members, kept my boyfriend laughing and just had a lovely presence. We will definitely be coming back here if or when we ever need more medical attention! This place has some of the best staff I’ve ever seen! My health care for some reason was not active and I was worried I had to pay a massive amount. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Three Peaks Urgent Care. I went for help with high blood pressure after being instructed my PCP to seek immediate care at an urgent care or an ER due to hypertension urgency. The provider, Erin, was immediately dismissive of my concerns. I felt like I had to advocate over and over for myself and not settle for her sending me away with no treatment, which is what she suggested. There was no sense of collaboration with her and it seemed like I had to spend most of the visit managing her ego in order to get the help I needed. She appeared defensive and almost angry when I continued to ask for medication to help lower my blood pressure until I could meet with my PCP at the soonest appointment I could schedule. This was one of the worst medical appointments I have experienced, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate or effective care. The one bright spot of the visit was Amanda - she was empathetic and helpful and listened to us.

Cannot say enough about how great the staff & place is. Very friendly & accommodating. By the time I finished my paper work, it might have been 5 minutes b4 I was called back. Kramer & Seth were very friendly & efficient. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for taking good care of me.

I will forever choose this location; service is beyond any that Ive recieved at any hospitals even better than my primary care office; theyre compassionate accommodating empathetic and damn phenomenal at what they do; between a wall falling on my leg and my dog bite infecting my.leg Ive never felt more secure and cared for by any office urgent care or hospital Ive been too! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend

Extremely happy with Doctor Luke McWorter, MD, physician assistant Lauren Kolfenbach, PA-C and Kim the Office front desk person. Everyone is very friendly and I received excellent medical care. Had a very thorough physical exam. Lauren drew blood on the first try, which is pretty hard to do on me, no bruise after the blood had been drawn.

I took my 92 year young father in and we were both glad we chose this urgent care facility. The staff there were all so caring and helpful. Special thanks to Sam at the front desk and Amanda and Erin who treated my dad for his illness. Your kindness and concern were appreciated so much!

I went in the other day feeling very ill and having an anxiety attack because I never get ill, Bird, Max and my provider that day Erin were excellent. The facility was clean, the care was quick and easy. Great staff great facility.

Nicest urgent care i’ve ever been to! Everyone there genuinely cares, and it was a refreshing experience as most of the centered I’ve been to have a mean or disinterested staff. If I ever get sick again I’ll definitely come to this spot again.

Owen, Jazmine and Birdie provided such a good care to us. Despite it being a holiday they all had a smile on their face and were very attentive to our needs. It was very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Erin, Max, and Bird have helped me the last two times I’ve gone in and I’m so grateful to them. All three were empathetic and efficient. Erin went to bat for me to help me get the migraine meds I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Had great service despite it being very busy. Seth and Kramer provided excellent, friendly, and informative care. The front desk associate was also polite and friendly, I unfortunately did not get their name.

This is my second time visiting this location for altitude sickness. The staff here was great! They immediately got me back and started me on IV fluids. They made sure that I felt comfortable during my visit and got me feeling better quickly. They also advised me on what to do to avoid getting altitude sickness again. I highly recommend this place for anyone from out of town who may not be feeling well. Thank you again staff for all that you do!

Staff was incredibly kind and quick!! I was able to get my kiddo in and out for a strep test, and back to school quickly! Thank you very much and well be returning for any other urgent issues in the future! (And accounting for morning traffic ahahah)

Quick and easy check in process. Short wait time. Super friendly staff! We went in because my daughter was experiencing an ear infection, and we were getting prescribed antibiotics in less than 30 mins. Will definitely patron this urgent care again if the need arises.

I never leave reviews....I went here for medical attention while also in the midst of an emotional crisis. Owen was my tech and I was so grateful to meet this guy during this particular visit. He made me laugh and was also supportive while I was going through a hard time.If I had to guess, this guy has made a positive impact on many many many people.He might gag if he reads this; but Owen is angel in disguise.

Efficient, friendly team. Everyone was concise with their questions and helpful when I asked about anything. Including registration, I was seen within 20 minutes and the entire visit lasted an hour. Super impressed! Angelica was in training and did an incredible job managing multiple patients coming in and keeping things moving.

This was a great experience compared to the first time we had used an urgent care. Tyrrell listened and asked questions to narrow the issue down. PA Kramer was very knowledgeable and figured out my issue right away. Janet at the front desk was very helpful in getting the information down. All in all, it was a great experience and I will return here if needed.

I was in and out of there in less than a half hour with a broken foot. Got it xray’ed, booted and was on my way to an orthopedic specialist to check for surgery. Seth and Angelica were on top of it and always ready with the next step!

As someone with bad experiences in big hospitals, and someone with no insurance, I could rave about this place. Affordable for a young person traveling, and super time efficient. The best part, I was met with so much compassion and clear communication on the different routes I could go. Everyone was so down to earth and considerate. The staff was so awesome it made me want to go into the feild. I really felt like my comfort was a priority and I wish I saw these kinds of people in every medicinal practice. Between Bird, Isiah, and Eddie I was well cared for. I had a minor illness. I made my appointment online the night before which I recommend if you can. The facility was very clean, service was prompt and professional on all fronts. Will return if I ever need to.

Best urgent care experience! Thank you!I used the online scheduling system and filled out my information the night prior. We were in and out within15 minutes, with the prescription sent to pharmacy right away. We are from out of state, and it was our first day of vacation when my daughter’s ear pain started getting worse. I used yelp to find twin peaks, and decided to go here based on reviews. I was prepared to pay out of pocket if my insurance didn’t cover, thankfully it did (but again based on reviews I wouldn’t have minded paying for good and fast service). Our experience with urgent care has always been waiting 3-4 hours, and on one experience it was waiting 4 hours only to be told to go to ER (to wait another 3-4 hours). Our experience at Twin Peaks surpassed all expectations and would recommend to anyone looking for urgent care services. We were back home within 45 minutes with filled prescription in hand. Thank you thank you for saving our family vacation and providing my daughter the relief she desperately needed!!

Staff was terrific. Entire visit took less than an hour (I’d set an appointment and filled out forms in advance). Medical staff clearly explained my illness and their treatment plan.

Easy on line, same day, office visit schedule, friendly helpful front desk person.Nurse practioner was prompt and pleasant and efficient with questions and testing. Doctors assistant was seemed very well trained in her field and was able to make quick accurate diagnosis and treatment.All in all a very good medical treatment experience.Thank you.

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! I cut my finger & walked in and Owen at the front put aside everything he was doing and helped me right away. He made sure I was ok and checked in on me multiple times. Owen was hilarious and helped lighten up the intensity of the situation. He showed me how to take care of my wound and provided me materials if it opened up again. Erin the (PA on duty) assessed the situation and provided great direction. Not only does she have a great personality, but she also checked in on me again at the end. The Lakewood staff is top notch and seriously the best team I’ve seen at an urgent care. I will be recommending to local friends and family and will be coming back if anything were to happen again!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Owen took such good care of me when I had a pretty intense health scare. The entire staff was so professional and prompt, I cant thank 3 peaks urgent care enough. Hopefully I wont have to return to urgent care. But if I do, it will be at 3 peaks.

Super helpful to have near me. I have brought my family in for stitches, sick kiddos. I brought my dad to cortisone shots for his knees. Every one is kind and fast and I like the online spot holder.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The online registration was a little goofy, but worked. Made an appointment and didnt have to wait very long. Had a good radiologist who explained why we did a number of xrays. Overall good experience.

Great experience had primary care giver tell me to go to urgent care as he had no appointments. Got right in was there early in the morning and X-ray of my sore/bad knee I’d fallen on and both Beth and dr Edward were helpful and awesome - great quick service.Left feeling good with results

Tyrell at the front desk gave excellent customer service with great welcome, patient instructions and conversational. Amanda the assistant was patient, compassionate and not hiring the patient. Dr Bryant came in with a friendly face and intruded himself with his first name and was very easy to talk to and listened. Excellent clinic!! The whole visit took me less than 30 minutes!

Seth was amazing at getting my vitals and making me feel comfortable. Amanda was great at drawing my labs and got me on the first try. Erin is always amazing at being personable and making me feel welcome.

Bird at the front desk, Erin and PA Amanda were all so welcoming and helpful. You can tell they care for others and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Sam was amazing. He made me feel welcome and had such a great attitude it made feel better already. Erin was fantastic. Her calm and casual demeanor was both comforting and very professional. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and her advice was exceptional.This is my usual experience at this location which is why I refuse to go to any other Urgent Care.Keep up the great work!

This is a great place with some very great people. They are nice and very professional. Just dont go there if you have insurance that doesnt match or it will cost you an arm and leg, litterally. It is my fault that my insurance app was down at the time but it was the closest urgent care to my home. Im still getting added bills and payment requests I do not understand and only had a strept, flu and covid test when I was so super sick. Again, they are really nice was a great facility but not worth over $400 for a 30 minute visit. Hard lesson learned.

This is the second time I have visited this facility and I could not be more pleased with the staff and the care I received! From Angelica, who fielded my phone call and then helped me at the front desk, to Estefeny, the medical assistant who started with me, to Edward, the physician who diagnosed and prescribed treatment for me, I was quickly and professionally cared for! I cannot say enough good things about this urgent care. Erin, who is the PA that dealt with my diagnosis and offered me remedies, is TOP SHELF. And there is Owen and Bird. There is no doubt in my mind that the whole office staff lives up to the same level of exceptionalism. They were speedy, expedient, helpful, personable, had fantastic patient rapport, and were over the top, professional and speedy.Erin is REMARKABLE at her job. If only everybody in every trade or every field did their job like Erin does, there would be no service or no construction or no employment industry on the planet that would not absolutely and phenomenally succeed. I have never had an experience at any urgent care on this level, and I’m the type of guy that only goes to the doctor if I absolutely HAVE TO be in the hospital.Pretty much the best experience I’ve ever had had an urgent care, (and I pretty much live, when I need to be, relying on the services of urgent cares because I do not go to hospitals). Simple factor the matter is: nobody could do better than to go to this urgent care. They are effective, efficient, personable, human, compassionate, and genuinely give a damn about what’s going on with you. Even, after my prescriptions and it didn’t show up at the Walmart, I was looking for, I got a hold of SETH, who made sure my prescriptions got transferred to a Walgreens, more than 100 miles away from where I initially reported the problem. I could go on and on about how amazing these people are at this urgent care but when you’ve had history of life like mine, and you have a dental abscess rupture like mine, and these people help you the way that they did, you can’t possibly thank them enough. I just wish I could give six or seven or 7500 stars.Go to this place. There is no chance that you will have any kind of complaint or problem or disappointment with the service that you get.And, please, offer them the review and the credit for their professionalism and their compassion that they deserve.There’s a bunch of numbers mill, productivity based urgent cares all over Northern Colorado, and the Denver metro area. They don’t care at all about the welfare of the people that walk into their clinics. Three peaks urgent care gives a damn. They are personable, personal, attentive, professional, and absolutely ARE invested in the welfare of their patients . They deserve every possible review that I can give them and they deserve all the credit in the world. Small people count, these people count more than the rest. When you’ve got bad pain and infection and problems that you can’t even take to an emergency room yet, they make the difference, please support your local three peaks urgent care. They DESERVE IT, and you WONT be disappointed.

From door to door the patient care was outstanding. Angelica at the front desk was incredibly polite and walked me through the sign up process smoothly. I came in for acute altitude sickness and Seth suggested Zofram and an IV which was 100% the best move. Even made me feel not embarrassed for having a fear of needles. It was painless too. Nailed it on the first try. The provider Erin was extremely knowledgable and didnt make me feel rushed at all, and i felt had a true dedication towards treating the proper condition as effectivly as possible. Owen visited me last to help along the iv and take it out, quickly, and gently. If i could give them all a million stars i would. Thank you for saving my birthday!

I really love this place! Heather at the front desk has always been kind, fast and helpful. Amanda, our MA was very sweet and patient with my young kiddo. It has always been super fast and I’ve always left feeling so much better about whatever it is going on with myself or my family. We have been here 3 times and all times have been in and out in about 1/2 hour!

Angelina, Seth and Erin took such great care of me. I was very pleased with the experience seeing as it had been years since I stepped inside a Urgent Care. Kudos to all.

Eric and Owen were incredible today! My son came in with a fish hook in his foot and they were quick and professional about removing it-my son didn’t even need the numbing agent with how efficient they were. Highly recommend this place!

Hopefully, I’ll get a response quickly! I was Curious that if I went in for a tuberculosis test, if I would be able to get the results over the weekend or do you guys not read results until the following week? So for example, if I did my test tomorrow would I get my results within the 48 to 72 hours or not until Monday?

The x ray tech made the whole process a joy. He was extremely welcoming and I know he loved his job. He had a few jokes that had us cracking up. My physician was also very sweet and took the time to educate me on exactly what was going on with my injury. Overall, this was the most pleasant urgent care visit Ive ever had, I will be returning in the future next time I get a MTB injury.

I had one sprained ankle and one broken ankle. All the staff were great. I had X-rays and saw the PA and given a boot and crutches all in 1 hour. I definitely recommend this urgent care!!!

Been coming here for all my issues and they have always helped me. Today I was in some insane pain and the er took to long so I came here, pain free within an hour. The providers are funny and nice, and they just know how to treat a fellow human. Amazing people work here and they will make your life better!

Everyone on the staff was great. We actually came in because of the guy who answered the phone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Youd be surprised how many people who answer the phones at this type of place dont know what a camp physical is! He made the whole thing feel normal and easy which it was & should be. Your costs were reasonable & your location easy to find.

Hi. I saw Tyrell, EMT, Kramer PA and Angelica Front Desk. All were very friendly and took very good and quick care of me. Had a small slice of finger accidently taken off and they stopped the bleeding, wrapped it and made it feel better.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Erin M! I don’t currently have a PCP and have been struggling after covid for weeks so needed help and I had quick, intentional service at this office. She answered all my questions, provided comfort and clarity and helped me find a pharmacy that would be great as well. I’ll definitely come back!

This was our second visit there because my husband was really sick. The entire staff is very friendly and the provider was wonderful. She seemed to really care how he was feeling and took the time to listen. Great place to go when you are sick. Everybody there are top notch!

What a great place! I called ahead after I hurt my foot. I completed the paperwork online and didn’t have to wait to be seen. Owen, Erin, and Sam were awesome! My injury was thoroughly evaluated (broke my foot) and they put together a great treatment plan. If you need an urgent care, this is definitely the place to go.

Amazing customer service, had a first time visit yesterday and was in and out in around 45 minutes. Im sick often and hate doctors visit especially when I feel awful and they take forever. That was the total opposite of the case here, super friendly, super quick, and I felt better by the end of the day. I missed work and my husband had to leave work to take me and we were both provided with doctors notes. A coworker called in with the same symptoms today and I recommended they come here, it was that good! Thank you all for your service. 10/10

Team and staff were all very attentive and responsive to my need. The biggest stand out was the bedside manner and compassion everyone had. Rare to see these days 10/10 if I need to go an urgent care in Denver I would choose this location.

What a great experience this morning! From the front desk at entering until we left! Sam was quick and friendly. He discussed the issues my wife was having, charted all the info and made us aware that the PA would be in shortly. Erin the PA was fantastic. I wish all medical providers would have the friendly attitude displayed by these two! Erin discussed with my wife what she thought was the best treatment options and made it a very easy and enjoyable visit. As most people who visit a Urgent Care facility find out there is anything but urgency when you are there!!! We were in and out within an hour!! Amazing facility! Came in & drove 20 minutes to the urgent care. They were understaffed and PA Edward assisted me immediately. Fast, empathetic and extremely thorough during my visit. Didn’t know I was running a fever & he administered oral meds right away. Was tested for everything possible. Within 45 mins got a call that I had covid. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone here. Such an amazing experience.

This place has a completely different vibe than any other urgent care I’ve ever been to, and I can’t help but love that! All the guys are extremely friendly and down to earth, I feel like I’m being treated like a person and patient instead of a number in line. I came in for (what I thought) was a standard case of strep throat and later came to find that it was something more on top of that. When I called them to come back in, the doctor was the one that answered, he remembered me and told me to come back in right away! Then actually remembered me and my case from days prior. They took great care of me and I would highly recommend coming here over other urgent cares.

We had a great experience yesterday! Pretty quiet in there so we were helped quickly with not much waiting at all. All the Drs and staff were amazing, their bedside manner with my son couldnt have been better- they made his first injury/urgent care experience as good as it could be. My experience at Three Peaks Urgent Care in Lakewood was phenomenal!! I was quickly checked in, seen by awesome staff that were knowledgeable and so very helpful. I was feeling bad for weeks, and after my visit there and being given the antibiotics I needed, I started feeling better in days. The facility was clean, and I highly recommended this urgent care! I’m very grateful to have been seen here :)

Our Five year-old son split his chin open in the backyard and we ran into three peaks on wadsworth. The front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful and our medical assistant Amanda & PA Kramer did a great job getting our son all fixed up. This is hands down the best urgent care/ medical facility I have been to! I am a very anxious person at doctor offices and when I accidentally cut my finger I was freaking out but EVERYONE there from reception to the nurses+doctors were extremely kind, helpful, comforting, and laughed with me/ cracked jokes to put me at ease! When I went back to get my sutures out I got to meet a 4th person who works there and he was just as great as the rest of the crew too! I joked with my family after both visits that this place cured my white coat anxiety lol. Could not recommend this place any more! 10/10

Everything was clean and organized and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful about everything from insurance/ costs to medical expertise. Owen, Magdalena, Heather, and Kramer were all so great in each of their areas and even kept me laughing through a less than ideal experience. Hope I don’t have to be back but glad I know it and these people are here for unlucky situations!

Tyrell and the PA who saw me were both wonderful. They were both very friendly and kind to me. They got me what I needed to help me feel better and let me stay late while I waited for my partner to pick me up. Highly recommend!

First time at this location. Sam was very friendly and they got me back very quickly. Owen was awesome as well as Kramer, the PA. All three were very professional, helpful and explained everything. They did an outstanding job checking everything-to be sure nothing was missed. I would recommend and will come back if i should need to in the future.

I had a pretty intense injury on my my elbow and I had searing pain. I called a different urgent care that was closer to me but they didnt even answer the phone. I then called three peaks urgent care they answered immediately and had availability.When I arrived I was in so much pain I couldnt even grab my wallet out of my jacket. Asara was incredibly helpful. Not only did she help me get my ID and everything out of my wallet, she helped me fill out the online registration information.I then met with Sam who was very patient with me and really helpful as he got my vitals.Asara help me with my x-rays and was super patient. I had to take my time to reposition for the x-ray and she treated me very well.I then met with Kramer who was really insightful and explained his observations clearly.The entire process went very fast and smooth. I walked in very vulnerable and in a lot of pain. By the time I left I was feeling much much better knowing the status of my injury. They were all very hospitable and patient with me.They were a great, caring, and knowledgeable team. I definitely recommend this urgent care.
