Went in with a fractured hand. Fast friendly service from signing in all the way to getting the cast. Mosby was Top Notch with the entire procedure from taking vitals to x-ray and fitting the cast. Made me feel comfortable the whole time. Thumbs Up!

Team was great everybody on taskTheyvwere professional felt like I mattered not just a number. From Jamie at the front desk checking me in to my medical assistant Sadie and my Doc Jory Everybody was polite and smiled my x-ray tech was terrific! Tough job they do and I was glad they were there

So very grateful for the amazing care I received at the Parkhill AFC. From their receptionist to Cassie, the RN, to Dr Derek Miller I was treated respectfully and with great compassion and empathy. I was in and out in a very short time and was confident with my treatment of care.

I was unfortunately need to go to urgent care in the morning, I thought about few places and then remembered please on Colorado Blvd, which I visited several years ago, and decided to go there again. And wasn’t disappointed, the service was excellent nice and friendly. And like last time I was on my way home, after being taken care of with care and respect. Thank you so much for giving us great service in situation that some of us might be hard to take care of. You’re on my top list to go for help in case my family doctor isn’t available.Keep the good service 🥰

The staff were very helpful and understanding. Katrice was so kind, empathetic and informative about what I needed to do for my next steps with check in and accommodating my needs with the paperwork. The MA Barry, receptionist Jamie, and the PA Derek were all lovely. I didnt wait very long and everyone was super kind. Derek explained my options and made sure I had all my questions answered :)

Made appointment for pre-surgery tests. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Was seen in less than 5 minutes. Med assistant, Angela, was kind, considerate and highly professional. Dr Ahmed promptly reviewed test results, spent some time ensuring he understood my needs and authorized surgery. All in all, a 5 star experience.

Super easy experience! I was only there less than 30 mins and we got through everything needed for my visit. They were kind and respectful, and I feel well taken care of! Thanks again!

Cassie, Jamie, and Yosef were efficient and polite. The clinic was clean and comfortable. I am a transgender patient and felt that the staff was very chill about that. Got my ear cleaned out and it was a quick and effective visit.

Front Desk Jamie S. was easy to talk to, kind, and apologetic to the delay in my appointment time. This location is always busy but very thorough. Medical Assistant Sadia was mindful and ensured all my questions were answered before leaving.

I visited AFC Park Hill right when they opened to assist with my cut finger that had become infected. I was a walk-in and was able to see someone within a few minutes. Staff was extremely helpful, prescribed medication and recommended I follow up with a hand specialist within a couple days to make sure it was healing properly. This is a great clinic.

Very friendly staff and they took their time to answer all my questions and explain treatment. I never felt rushed despite their being busy. MA Edgar and Jamie at the front desk were both great. Thank you!

I took my 95-year-old mom here for an infection resulting from a dog bite. The staff and NP Cory were very knowledgeable and caring. I am SO GLAD I took my mom there.

On Monday, I had some kind of crazy allergic reaction in my face is swollen and covered in hives. It’s Thursday now and I’m still experiencing symptoms so I came to this urgent care location to get a little extra help. I was in and out fairly promptly and while there experienced only kindness and understanding. This is the third time I’ve been to this location although the other two were not for myself but for my wife. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back knowing that we will be treated with Empathy and kindness every time. Thank you you Barry and the entire team there!

First time at this location. My poor son ended up getting an ear infection (on his birthday no less 😢), staff got us in and out. Literally the fastest time Ive ever been seen at an urgent care. Super friendly staff and all in all made this no good day a lot easier for me and my poor baby boy. Thank you all!

Its always a shot in the dark when visiting any urgent care. I can confirm that AFC Park Hill has an amazing staff. We needed an immigration examination while we were under a time constraint due to a bad experience at another clinic that could not provide us a full medical exam due to miscommunication and very delayed lab results.Cassie and doctor Z were not only very aware and informed of the process, but also worked very diligently and efficiently while putting our medical packet together all while providing world class customer service. Cassie was genuinely empathetic to our experience at the previous clinic we were seen at. Truly a very attentive team of medical providers at this location. I got in quickly, and medical assistant Cassie was great and prepared. PA Callie saw me shortly thereafter and assessed my situation and provided clear next steps. The front desk person sent the prescriptions to a new pharmacy right away (I realized my usual one was closed).

So let me get this straight… I come in and pay my copay for services. Then, I have a FOLLOW-UP for the services, and have to pay my copay again? Not cool. Enjoy your 1 star review and let it be a warning to anyone who might have to come back. Lastly, Jamie could use some lessons in customer service.

I had a small medical concern that I was worried about. It was gonna take weeks for me to get into see my normal provider and this particular clinic got me in right away. The process was very smooth. They took my insurance I was able to book everything online and check in, it was very easy, turned out my medical concern was nothing at all, but still a lot of peace of mind to be able to get helped by the medical provider And Katrice. Again, I wanna thank you so much and Im very thankful for your help.

Cassie, Dr Ahmed, and Katrice were friendly and helpful when I came in for a sore throat. I did not have to wait a long time which was great, and they gave me the medicine I needed. I would recommend this urgent care facility.

AFC Park Hill helped me through a difficult time yesterday when I was dizzy.The MA Barry and Jamie S. at the front desk were particularly kind to me as I was working through a personal emergency. I feel lucky to live so close to a good urgent care i know I can trust with my life! I have gone many times before and will go to again because of the staff that go above and beyond (even in Halloween!) Thank you in behalf of my husband and I!

This urgent care is very good! Before I came to them, I called 15 places to see who was going to be able to help me get my wife’s immigration medical exam and they ensure me that they could get it done within a week since they have a lot or doctors certified to do this and I was not disappointed… they are better than great!!! they also have a coffee machine for patients

I’ve been to AFC Park Hill a few times and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I’m always attended to quickly and have never been there for longer than an hour. The doctors on staff have always been extremely thorough and have excellent bed side manner too. 10/10

I had a totally positive experience at AFC, and everybody knows urgent care can be a hassle. Cassie and Hollie were amazing and made me feel as comfortable as possible in extremely uncomfortable circumstances. Thankful these people do what they do and are good at it! I came in with a virus and felt like death. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and took great care of me. They gave me follow up instructions and sent me home feeling human again. So grateful to the staff at this location.

Went in to check on an eye infection that started in one eye and 24 hours later spread to the other eye. I had Covid symptoms and thought it may be related. I got in quickly and the doctor prescribed eye drops and sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was open on Sundays. Overall I am satisfied with my first visit to urgent care.

Katrice and Barry were honestly so sweet and a breath of fresh air. It’s so normal now to speak to healthcare professionals and receive rudeness or be made to feel like you’re bothering them but I didn’t have this experience today . As the voice of the phone and the face of the building she’s doing an amazing job being kind, helpful, and sweet. And Barry was very comforting and didn’t make me feel judged at all . We need more people like you guys 💕thanks for helping me today I would choose this center over the others any day

Katrice and the doctor were engaging, empathetic, and had great bedside manner! They helped distract me from any pain but also answered all my questions very straightforwardly and in a way that was easy to understand! There was a small rush when we arrived, I didnt mind but they were very apologetic and appreciative of our time! I left bandaged up and feeling better physically and mentally!

My provider and the front desk person were especially great. The front desk person was very welcoming, kind, helpful, and efficient.The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience and his answers were well articulated and easy to understand.

He listened to my concerns and relayed them correctly. I got in and got out within 45 minutes. Very happy I got to what I needed along with a friendly staff to help me.

Angela, Dr. Joseph, and the team there at this Urgent care were very kind and helpful.The lady at the front desk answered all my questions and concerns with care, patience, and kindness. Im sure they deal with a lot, being in the medical field but even so I felt safe and I felt that they truly wanted to help me. No matter how big or small my need was. Nothing makes someone get their life back than a physician who listens. Your physician was great and wonderful to his work and I was very pleased to see him with my son. He did not hesitate to do the right test to find our misery. The MA , the front desk lady and some other people who came to my aid showed great concern. Best urgent care experience we’ve had! My son sprained his ankle and we came in to get X-rays and make sure it wasn’t broken. Katrice atthe front desk was super nice and helpful both in the phone and when we got there. We waited maybe 5 minutes before seen, which might be a record for urgent care. The nurse, X-ray technician and doctor all were great. Well definitely keep AFC in mind if we need urgent care again.

Doctor was knowledgeable and thorough. He understood my history and considered underlying issues in determining a treatment. Front desk is friendly and helpful. I will use this Urgent Care from now on.

The wait was 2 hours, but the person at the front desk was very attentive, letting people know that it would be a long wait. The nurse was also very nice and provided the information we needed

Very helpful, patient staff. They do a great job telling you whats happening at each step- took a very gnarly procedure and made it as comfortable as possible. If you gotta get a viciously inflamed cyst drained, this is the place!

Brad (PA) was wonderful with my 8year old. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return for any urgent care needs.

I went to urgent care because of a traumatic experience I had recently. Everyone here was very compassionate and professional. Even though the front desk warned me I would have to wait, I got seen after only a couple minutes. It made a huge difference to me! Thank you. You guys are wonderful

Edgar and staff were very friendly and attentive. It was pleasant experience, given what I went in for. Had to get X-rays on my ankle. Edgar was very gentle given the fact of how much pain I was in. The doctors were exceptional with results and communication. Would definitely recommend this location.

Katrice, brad q, and Angela were the team I had and when I went in with an uncomfortable look and pain and issues. They all heard me put, were patient in my mental fog, and extremely personable with me. Going in and feeling like crap but coming out with answers and a path forward. This team absolutely impressed me.

Jasmine our PCT was wonderful yesterday with my sick son. The dr was quick and efficient. Hopefully we don’t need to go back BUT if we do. I’m thankful they’re so close and we have the access to their providers.Wait time in/out was about one hour which was great for a walk in.Second time - we had Jasmine again! She is absolutely lovely. I went for a work physical. $85 & 15 min of my time. Wonderful. So appreciative they offer this service.

Dr. Ahmed and his assistant Cassie were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable. I had so many questions and they were so patient with me! One of the best doctor experiences I’ve had in along time and I really appreciate it!

Visited AFC Urgent Care Denver Park Hill yesterday after a large laceration on my calf. They stitched me up and had me out the door in an hour. Care was top notch. physicians were all pleasant and helpful

MAs Katneu/Mosby were excellent. Check-in was easy and tge place was spotless. They took good care of my issues and I was glad I went.

While visiting Denver I fell on the sidewalk fracturing my ankle. The AFC was reasonably close to my hotel so we drove over. Everyone at the clinic was so nice and they were able to attend to my injury in short oder. Thanks to all that helped.

I came into the facility having had a bad mountain biking wreck seeking medical attention and feeling pretty traumatized. Derek was the attending PA and Cassie his nurse, both were exceptional. I needed sutures for the wound and their bedside was great. I can’t recommend these two enough and their care.

This place is great! So efficient and caring. Stephanie was especially wonderful as was the attending physician. Thanks again for your help!

This location always takes such good care of me no matter what my needs are each visit. Everyone is polite and gentle, from the front desk lady Katrice, to the nurse Cassie and the wonderful male doctor whose name I can never remember!😭 I refuse to go to any other urgent care facility now- thank you all so much for always making me feel welcomed and comfortable.

After a check-in process that involved receptionist saying hi and pointing me to an impersonal check-in tablet to do all the work and then technology to put me in my seat to wait to bee called. 1 star at this point. Then I was brought back from there waiting room by Jasmine. She was able to add humility brevity and compassion while being an exceptionally open-minded listener. The PA I saw was good as well however Jasmine was the one that would have me come back to AFC again. After the check-in process and how impersonal it was I probably wouldnt have come back if it wasnt for her.

This is hands down the best urgent care in Denver. I’ve had to go a few times over the years and every time it has been clean and the staff was friendly. Edgar today was super kind and helpful and I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. Hopefully I don’t need to go to an urgent care again, but if I do I’ll be back here!

Quick and efficient front desk. Prompt and professional care staff from Luisa to doctor Mazin. Presented diagnostic and follow up information very well. Answered questions well. Very much appreciated how quickly prescriptions got sent to the pharmacy.

Came in for a TB skin test. Told I didn’t need an appointment, it would be quick. Waited over 30 minutes and provider didn’t even perform the skin injection correctly (spilled half of titter on my skin). Plus, at $50, this is way too expensive. Go elsewhere.

Easy to check in, short wait, nice people. Angela was my MA and was very nice. The PA that saw me was also very nice and did a good job.

I visited the AFC Urgent Care Denver Park Hill April,30 2024. The staff was excellent extremely polite and attentive. The lobby was clean and peaceful and everything was Comforting. Luisa was my MA and she was outstanding. Very Friendly and courteous she was a calming presence and made the visit worry free. I had a infection in my middle finger by the finger nail and they were able to pop the blister and drain the puss in less than 1hr total time. Dr. Ryan Mazin took care of the wound and it was a easy process. Highly Recommend this Location.

I called this morning looking to be seen for COVID. Katrice helped me schedule a phone appointment for right then with Dr. Ahmed and walked me through all the necessary steps. I was able to have the appointment, receive a prescription for Paxlovid, and pick up my prescription all within about an hour and a half. Thank you Katrice!

This place is top notch!! The level of care and urgency displayed at Urgent Care Denver Park was incredibly refreshing. Despite it being almost closing time, the staff promptly tended to my eye issue with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan, and tried to get my script filled before the pharmacy closed which felt so considerate and helpful. The care and attention I received here was exceptional, and I would confidently recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

Awesome experience. The doctor actually sat down and took time to talk to me unlike most who would say you have x,y,z, heres your prescription, or its just a virus . I was very impressed!

There was a time in my life where I lived in Northern Colorado, and very long story short the health care up there was not so great.After doing some research, I found this AFC Urgent Care location. I decided to try this location and I can truly say that from the beginning to the end, I felt like the staff at this location went above, and beyond to help me on multiple occasions during a true time of need.

I, unfortunately, needed to go to the urgent care for a somewhat serious matter and I cannot say enough great things about everyone there. They truly care about their patients and it is obvious from the moment you walk in the door. When I first arrived, Katrice at the front desk could tell I wasn’t well and was wonderful about helping me and getting me back to see the Dr. quickly. My medical assistant (Luisa?) was great as well. She made me feel very comfortable and was a true professional. So many times during my visit they could have just done the status quo, but they went above and beyond for me and I cannot be more grateful. Thank you!EK

I blew the dirt off my knee cap, screwed it back on and hobbled over there for an X-ray to make sure I didn’t put it on upside down or inside out. Not only did things go smoothly, they were even nice enough not to laugh because I biffed in an empty parking lot. I went there because they accepted my insurance plan, but I was really pleased and recommend this center.

My experience with Medical Assistant Cassie and PA Derek was great; they were both very friendly and helpful, despite how busy it was. Highly recommend!

If you’re going in for anything that has to do with needles make sure Cassie doesn’t take care of you! The whole 2hrs I was there she couldn’t stop shaking or poking me. she couldn’t get a vein I’ve never had a MA/DR have problems finding a veins. I went to the Central Park UC & they got me help but Cassie messed up & I have so much pain avoid when she’s in ! She was extremely shaky the whole time she was working with me, I have never bruised these bruises are forming right after I told her no more poking me

The staff at AFC Urgent Care is very efficient and helpful. Corey and Jasmine were very friendly and made my visit a breeze! I felt comfortable asking questions and having my concerns acknowledged.

Super fast X-ray, got out in about 1 hour. Jasmine and Edgar were super nice and knowledgeable. I was able to leave without any unanswered questions.

10 out of 10 would recommend. Barry and Bethany were absolutely amazing. And didnt laugh too much when I admited my broken foot was rhe result of a Labrador Retriever hit man (actually lady). I recently received a fairly deep cut that I figured needed stitches. Went in and everyone in there was very nice and helpful. Did a wonderful job on my hand even had good music playing so that made everything so much nicer.

Received great care at AFC Urgent Care Park Hill today. Made an appointment in advance and was seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. Both Cassie and Devon were attentive and friendly, when providing my care. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing urgent care services in the area!

I came in last night terrified because Im currently uninsured. I had severe strep symptoms, and needed help fast. Went in after work, they were lovely from the start. The woman up front was super reassuring and helped with my anxiety of costs. Then when I went back, everyone was so gentle and kind. It was clean, fast, and super responsive. I felt safe. This will be my go to from now on!

Ive been going to this urgent care for and say around 5 years that I recall and you guys treat me with dignity and respect and like family you guys go to the distance always

Made an appointment to have my daughter looked at for an ear infection and it took them almost an hour to see us and all the people who walked in seemed to go before us. If I knew just walking in would have been faster I wouldn’t have made an appointment. The appointment took so long I missed out on feeding my daughter in the NICU. Probably won’t ever come back to urgent care. Staff was nice but the long wait for a simple ear infection and having all the walk ins go before us was enough for me to almost walk out and go to different one. Not a place I would recommend on that alone.

From the time I arrived to being seen was super fast. The doctors and nurses are super sweet. The medical assistant Jasmine and the front desk person Jamie were all very helpful and lovely. Great place to be seen!

All the AFC staff were exceptionally polite and dedicated to listen to my medical problem and provide the skin care prescription I required. Katrice at the front desk processed needed paperwork for telehealth and set me up to speak with professionals who asked me questions so they could provide prescription to pharmacy who prepared medicine within hours. My son got an ear infection on vacation and everyone on staff here was helpful, efficient and excellent. The atmosphere is comfortable and the wait times are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this urgent care for all urgent but not emergency needs adult and child

The medical assistant (MA), Megan was great! I also liked the PA, Sarah. They were both friendly and professional. I did have a little bit of a wait but sense it was the day before Thanksgiving I thought I would have had a really long wait. But the little bit of time I needed to wait was WELL worth it! Plus, once I got into a private room, essentially there was no wait. Thanks for helping me feel better just in time for Thanksgiving!

Wait time was 30 minutes to be seen and i went at 5:30 PM. Excellent care by the front desk and the nurse and doctors!

Barry was smooth, quick, and professional. Forgot the main docs name but also the same exceptional level of care was provided from him as well. (Has some pretty dope tattoos) In and out in 30 minutes with a straight forward care plan. Nice clean waiting area with cozy fireplace. This place has 5 stars for a reason.

Dr Mazin very professional and decisive. Appreciated his careful attention to my condition
