Any Lab Test Now - Lakewood

Staff was great. This location needs better supplies. Specifically smaller gauge and butterfly needles. The gauge was unnecessarily large (21) and lack of butterfly meant more movement in the vein and more pain. If your only service is labs and injections you would think supplied that optimize these services would be a priority.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it’s a lab they make you feel welcome. I will definitely be going back!

I volunteered for an Avuncular DNA Test, which is an aunt-uncle and niece-nephew Test.The receptionist and lab tecnician were very friendly, courteous, and understanding in my first-ever experience for something like this.I was feeling really good about volunteering for this test, but not knowing anythng about it until I asked when I called for directions, I was feeling more than a little apprehensive when I arrived, and through the actions of the receptionist and technician, made this a very rewarding experience

Great experience. Desk/phlebotomy worker was extremely professional. Blood draws on me can be difficult. She was successful the first time. I was in and out in well under 10 minutes. At beginning there was an upsell offer that was a huge bargain, and the staff member handled it with politeness and no pressure. Will def use ALNT again!

I has jessica. She was amazing. I had so many different questions about their micronutrient test and she went above and beyond to answer my questions. Blood draw was also fast and efficient. She really provided such a good experience. 100% would recommend.

DO NOT DRUG TEST HERE!!!!— Hispanic lady brunette very rude and accusatory when taking drug test and it mysteriously spilled on the way to the lab I RECEIVED MIXED INFORMATION THAT IT SPILLED AND THE RESULTS WERE FLAWED SO WHICH ONE IS IT?!!? THE CUPS ARE FLEMSEY!!!! SHE EVEN HURRIED TO GRAB IT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WARM WHEN I CAME OUT!!!! SHE DRILLED ME LIKE A PAROLE OFFICER!!!! WHOLEHEARTEDLY BELIEVE SHE SABOTAGED MY DRUG TEST!!!! I use Any Lab Test Now every other week for a rapid UA. I have used several locations but I prefer the one on Mockingbird in Dallas. It is super clean, organized, and the staff (especially Elise) is super helpful. She always works me in even if I forget to make an appointment and is always so friendly when I go in. Today, she took the time to explain to me some of the injections and her experience personally with them. If I didnt want shots before, she definitely talked me into it. Its rare to go into a place and leave feeling better than when you arrived and when I go to Any Lab Test Now and Elise is working, I leave feeling better.

Went in this morning for a COVID rapid test. There was an issue with online scheduling for the appointment but the technician was able to accommodate us and was very professional. She was also very patient with my daughter who needed to be tested as well. We were able to stay in our car the entire time which was another convenience. Really appreciate having the testing available close to home and the professionalism and kindness of the staff.

Went here for a TB test and everyone was so friendly right of the bat. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they can really fit you in at any time of the day with how efficient and flexible they are. Had Leidy each time I was here and she was stellar at drawing up my blood! Highly recommend if you need any lab work done, will definitely be back if I need another test.

I am so glad to find this lab. Its so convenient and easy to get to. The staff is wonderful.... Elena patiently answered my million questions without making me feel she was annoyed. The prices are great and they offer many services from all kinds of tests such as urine tests, blood tests, DNA tests to giving B-12 shots. They dont take insurance so their prices are very reasonable, but will give you a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I cant say enough great things about Any Lab Test Now. No more searching for hard to get to labs with odd hours. The office is also very clean and welcoming. Love this place!

We needed a covid test to travel with a 2 day turnaround and no one could guarantee that. Maria took us in here and we got the results in time! She was very sweet and saved the day! I will definitely go back here.

Thought this was a pretty cool concept. I have a HIGH deductible with my insurance so I knew I had to pay out of pocket for my labs, I walked into Any Lab and was greeted by the nicest gal. Jennifer was very helpful in guiding me on the test I needed and was in and out in 10 minute, didnt even need a doctors order! Got my results the next day. I highly recommend this location.

So easy. So much peace of mind. I was out of town (in Dallas) for a business meeting and learned of my son’s positive diagnosis and my exposure. My world, and the world of all those I was meeting with, was thrown into chaos until I found Any Lab Test Now in Lakewood. They had the earliest appointment for the fastest, most accurate test, and it was all super easy to arrange on my phone. All I had to do was show up in front of their office, and in five minutes I was done and 90 minutes later, relief and order was restored when I got my negative result!

Jennifer was great! I am extremely terrified of needles and have had bad experiences in the past because my veins are so small. But she painlessly to the sample needed and I didn’t even realize it was done! Will definitely come back any time I need lab work done.

I made an appointment for a blood test and when I arrived Jennifer greeted me upon arriving with a friendly and professional demeanor. She explained the test, we completed the paperwork quickly, and the test was completed in a matter of a few minutes.I have used Any Lab in other locations but this was the best experience. You cant beat customer service like you get with Jennifer. She is knowledgeable, she cares and listens to what you need and gives you all of the info so that YOU know what to expect. Getting results in one day is just the topping on the cake. Odd to say this but I cant wait to go back. LOL!

I went to this Lab yesterday 8/30/21 for 2 rapid Covid test for me and a relative. At first the women in the front desk was very rude. The women who did the rapid Covid tests on us was nice but she did not verify our name and date of birth with the specimen. She conducted the exam and went around to another room to swab the exam on the specimen tray. So we are unsure if she switched the names on both trays. We decided to go to 2 more lab testing sites and the results we received from both labs did not match the results from this lab (any lab test now Lakewood) which is why I believe they mixed up our names and specimens here. I called and the receptionist was very defensive and said “we do this all the time” “if you wanted us to verify you should have asked” but in any work field you should always verify with the patient or customer their name, dob or something to identify them correctly. They told me our names were “a bit confusing because you both have ‘ y’ in them but no we did not switch them” . I asked if there is any way she can reimburse me or re du the exams but she said she can but we would have to pay again. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend

Walked in to a very clean office. The location is perfect for me because its so close to everything. I was helped by Elena. She was very friendly and took care of me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs labs done its better than walking into a hospital and getting lost lol.

Usually good, but one bad experience means I wont be back. Ive been getting Lipid panels at Any Lab Test Now for 3 or 4 years. All good, till the most recent one, when the person did not know how to draw blood. To me this kind of experience means dont go back there.

I feel fortunate that we happened on the Mockingbird Lane Any Lab Test Now location. My son -- 5 years old -- needed blood work but was TERRIFIED of the needle hurting him. We went to the lab three times before we had a successful blood draw!Jennifer was understanding, patient and persistent throughout and ultimately helped my son get to a point where he was willing to have his blood drawn without drama, crying or the need to be held down ... and how proud he was afterwards! Thanks, Jennifer, for sticking by us and helping us through this time of high anxiety. I am truly grateful!

Phenomenal customer service. No wait time (I did not schedule an appointment). Fast, friendly, exceptional. Lab results back quick as well. Im very pleased.

Do not go here for Covid-19 RT-PCR test if youre in a hurry. Went in for a Covid-19 RT-PCR test at 1pm on Monday, December 7th, 2020. It is now 3pm 12/9/2020 (50 Hours After Testing) and have not received my results in order to board my flight to Oman. Airlines and governments require a negative Covid-19 RT-PCR sample to be taken within 96 hours before arrival. The turn around time for Any Lab Test Now is too slow for long international trips. They say it takes 24-48hours to get results from when the lab receives the sample. What they fail to mention is that there is no urgency to get the sample to the lab. The sample that was taken at 1pm on Monday, December 7th didnt even reach the lab until 10am December 8th according to the staff, hence 21 hours passed before the sample was even at the laboratory. There is no way to plan a trip within a 96 hour window that has a total travel time of 30+ hours and the laboratory takes 50+ hours to get the result to you. Would have been nice if there was a way to expedite the sample but the staff seemed powerless when it came to contacting the lab. Anyway, out of $169 and my trip is ruined. Thank you Any Lab Test Now! Hopefully the give me a refund but I highly doubt it.

Fantastic service, and incredibly clean inside and out! One of the nicest lab testing centers I have used to date. Fast before your blood is drawn, then enjoy lunch next door at the Tom Thumb!

The person at the front desk who works on patient is very knowledgeable and she addressed my kids blood work meticulously. Quick and great work for a kid who is very resistant. Appreciate that very much as a parent.

This was my first time here, the location is easy to find. The staff was supper friendly, they great instantly as you walk in. You should call and make an appt first.The lab is very clean which is important. They also have an app to help you make an appt or check your result as well.

If you get PCR COVID testing done in a Saturday the lab doesn’t receive it until Monday. No one tells you this until you call them after 72 hours and still don’t have a result AND paid for the privilege to have the test take longer than other testing sites that do it for free.

These folks are great. Been there 3 times and its been extremely pleasant every time. Im always in and out very quickly as well.
