Dr Escobar is the best fertility doctor around! I tried to get answers with so many doctors for years, and finally with this clinics help we got our son. He and his team are very knowledgable and easy to talk to.

Dr. Escobar made my wife and I’s dream come true! Can’t wait to try again with my3 frozen embryos. So many different doctors that I tried, I’m so glad I found him!

I am very satisfied with my visit here! Prompt service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Michelle was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Amazing and incredible doctor and staff.I will go above and beyond to thank this incredible team, after years and years of trying to get pregnant with so many doctors telling me I would never get pregnant. Dr.Escobar listened to my concerns, and went through every measure to ensure the best outcome for me and my husband. His staff is also the sweetest, especially Michelle which is by far the best, she answered all of my questions with no hesitation and was never bothered by anything I would ask, even if I called every day scared to do something wrong she would make sure i understand every bit of my calendar and that I was not left wondering. I could go on and on about her but she is incredible. I now have 2 beautiful children. My first so IVF success thanks to Dr.Escobar and staff and 3 months after giving birth to my son I got pregnant naturally and now have a beautiful daughter as well. I will never be more thankful for the doctor and staff for allowing me this opportunity to become a mother. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I was seeing another IVF MD. Then, I got a patient who happened to be a patient of Dr Jones and a successful pregnancy. The patient confirmed my gut instinct (after reading the reviews) that doctor Jones was going to be who I was going to finally choose. This is even before I met her and her team. While no place is perfect, the financial counselor D’ Errica C. has been so knowledgeable and helpful to help me use my financial resources wisely and accurately. Thant in itself has made a remarkable difference in how at peace I feel in understanding where all fees would go, when to use insurance and when is preferred to pay out of pocket for my case. Ali was amazing and was great a drawing my blood. Leeba was so patient in explaining the sequence to take medications and anything related to administration and storage. Leeba also helped setting up my appointments and arranging for the meds to get to me on time. All of them have such a calm aura/ demeanor that emits a sense of ease and calmness which to is so valuable and appreciated in the IVF process. I am so happy to have doctor Jones as my doctor. While I’m early in the process, I have full trust the doctor Jones and her team got my back. Doctor Jones, took time to review diagnostic test that were key to make clinical decisions which in turn changed the sequence of treatment for the best outcome possible. It was her taking time to actually listen to my needs and take time to look at details that were critical. Taking time to answer all my questions so precisely made me feel that she absolutely cares about me/ about her patients and it is not merely a business or money making. A couple of hiccups at the beginning. A couple of hiccups I’ve encountered just had to do with logistics. Telling me I was seeing doctor Jones but was scheduled with her NP Rivka who one of the sweetest human beings. The other time I was scheduled for a test to which I had to drive to Frisco and comes to find out it couldn’t be done there and had to drive back to Dallas which is just a couple blocks from my house. Those little things don’t bother me as the main treatment appears to be well planned and look forward to continuing as such. I would be open to update this review as needed in the future as I know how hard it is to find the right place and doctor.

When I consulted with Doctor Escobar, he detailed everything from A to Z. Excellent Doctor.All my other questions or doubts, although they had already been explained to me, were reinforced with Michelle L.Sometimes we cant sleep because we find ourselves with another question, Michelle for me has gone beyond her work, she has made me feel at peace, Michelle has an extra to explain each new step to follow. The office staff is great. My husband and I have been back multiple times for various things and each time has been a pleasure! Laili has been incredibly helpful and communicative! She is always smiling and willing to assist.

Beautiful experience I had at Conceive! Laili and Michelle were very helpful and made the days worthwhile. in an already stressful environment they help ease patients and comfort them in their own special way ! I enjoyed my time working with these ladies and look forward to coming back to Dallas (at times)to work under them and continue learning ! We had our first consult with Dr. Haas this morning and I am so excited to work with him. We had already did a lot of testing with my OB before we were referred to a specialist which gave me so much more detail to what was going on with my body. This appointment had me up until 6 am nervous and afraid 😂😂😂😂 only to be welcomed with the biggest smile and tons of insight on my condition. although needing assistance conceiving was never something I thought I’d need, I’m looking forward to this process even more after meeting Dr. Haas today!!

Dr. Escobar is very knowledgeable and has helped me get pregnant twice (2 different issues). He quickly identified the issue both times and came up with a treatment plan that worked. For that, I would rate 5 stars. I only am giving less because it is impossible to get in touch with anyone via phone. These tests/procedures are very time sensitive and sometimes you do not have 3-4 days to wait for a return call.

I absolutely love this staff everyone is amazing. I have been working with Laili since my husband and I have started this journey of TTC and she is always helpful and when she say she’s going to get back with you she does. I highly recommend Dr. Jones very loving and caring and she’s HONEST and I truly appreciate her.

Dr Jones is amazing 5 star quality. She is caring and she listened to my partner and I as her patients. I have a beautiful daughter now thanks to Dr Jones. Her billing and office staff did cause much confusion initially with billing and some had poor attitudes which is why I deducted a star. I am thankful the others helped to supplement their teammates lacking qualities. I certainly favor the Frisco location staff.

Dr. Jones is the absolute best! We went to her for a second opinion after I was told (by another doctor) that IVF was the only option. Not only was she thorough with testing, she operated and unblocked my fallopian tube! We are forever grateful and I finally have a son! We ended up with a daughter 18 months later too! Look no further, shes the doctor you need...

I can not explain to yall how great there team is I have been coming here for more then a year and I have to say I have not come across such a great team it does not matter what clinic of theres you go to. The doctors and nurses and thier helping team are just f****** amazing. They are so on point about everything they go above and beyond for you and just make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Its like that feeling that you get when you fist meet someone and they just happen to say all the right things you have been dying to hear. That my friends is what they give you not just your first visit but all of them. Even when you call for questions and its outside of the nurses and doctors. It is the entire team of theirs. I have been struggling for years for someone to give me answers to tell me what is wrong with me but they made it very clear that there is nothing that cant be fixed. The truth is people if you are looking for answers that have not been attended to you the way you deserve. Conceive fertility clinic is the place to go. Hands down I recommend it and I dont say this lightly. Thank you so so much to Dr. Escobar and the entire team there that I hold very dearly close to my heart. Dr. Jones is amazing! My husband and I love her so much! She has helped us to build our family. We are expecting our first child November 2024. We can not thank her enough for everything she has done to prep my body for this baby.

Not sure where to start but dr Escobar is just simply amazing!!!!! Super knowledgeable, positive and very personable. If you don’t understand what’s going on dr Escobar always takes the time to help you understand. If you think about the impossible ,dr Escobar will change your mind and make it possible when all hope is gone. He will make you a believer. The nurses are great they answer all my question and emails promptly. I’ve never had any issues. Any given instructions on where and when medication times are very simple that is given to you in a calendar format. Super easy to follow. I’ve convinced 2 times on the first round of each embryo transfer. I know that the ivf process can be frustrating and stressful but dr Escobar does make the process as easy and as positive as possible.

I’m very disappointed for not being more proactive in reading reviews for this clinic. On my second visit I was scheduled to have a procedure in which I wasn’t given proper medical guidance as to how to prepare for and once CHECKED IN, given a sheet with “preparation” tips that included instructions on what to take and what to not do beforehand for it. I had already shown up so I figured no big deal I’ll just get it over with. Once inside I wasn’t given any pain medication or anesthesia to support the pain I was about to go through. I requested halfway thru the procedure that she needed to stop and she continued and followed with “almost done” and a countdown. She was not almost done and it was the worst procedure and most painful experience, running close to as painful as miscarriage, that I have ever been through. She should have stopped when I asked her to. Please don’t trust the front desk to provide all the information necessary and ask for proper pain management before they rob you of your medical rights as a patient. I will never recommend this office nor will I go back. I do believe in Dr Escobar’s professional expertise as a fertility specialist but unfortunately the Dallas office staff doesn’t meet the expectations of ideal support for patient care.

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Jones who appears to be a great doctor, unfortunately, the office staff appears to be incompetent. I called to make the appointment and the man who took my information got my name wrong not once, but TWICE. I spelled my name three times and my email is also my name. They sent me a portal login to complete onboarding with the wrong name AGAIN. Also, the portal login information they gave me was also incorrect and did not work. On top of all of that, I was on hold for 5 minutes (with a 0 wait time advised) before someone answered, and it took the SAME MAN 10 minutes just to update my name to a wrong name again. This was an incredibly frustrating experience and caused me to distrust this business. If you cannot possibly get my name right, how can I expect billing and procedures to go correct? I hope you hire and train better staff.Edit to include: They just sent me another email with an updated name which is WRONG, AGAIN! My full name is in my signature line. You have to try to be this crazy incompetent.

Dr. Escobar and his team are angels on earth ✨️ In my 14 years of ttc, Dr. Escobar is my third DFW fertility doctor. After always being told nothing is wrong or we have unexplained infertility, Dr. Escobar found a problem. I am currently under treatment and in a few months hope to have a successful fet!! Dr. Escobars expertise and care gives me hope & encouragement. He is genuinely a good human being trying to help people build their families, thank you Dr. E 💛 I have visted all 3 locations with Euless being my principal office and have never EVER had a negative experience. Prescilla, Melissa, Sarah Jane, Abby and Melva are ALL exceptional. Thank you 💛 Not to mention Dr. Haas who I have had the pleasure of seeing a few times, another amazing physician! I appreciate everyone at Conceive Fertility and 100% recommended this clinic to anyone going through infertility!

Very disappointed. Had to cancel my biopsy appt because the billing department was trying to charge me out of pocket over $4,000. When I had the same procedure done a month and a half ago. Only had to came out of pocket $150. Never had any issue when going to the frisco location. This Dallas location is shady. DO NOT GO HERE!!!The last person I spoke to when I asked how much procedure was going to be she kept giving me random numbers from 6000 on down. Then she told me someone will call me the next day and I never heard from anyone. This is unacceptable and beyond shady.

I had Dr. Haas and highly recommend him if you go to Conceive Fertility Center. Im naturally a little bit more of a stressed and overthinking person and if thats you, you need him! He gave me the confidence in knowing I was being taken care of correctly and telling me straight forward how things will work. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain things thoroughly. My IVF coordinator was Melissa and she is the most kind, knowledgeable and understanding person! I was very impressed. Anyone who goes through infertility knows it is a struggle mentally and phsyically. Im so grateful for this clinic through the struggle and they understood and were attentive and also up to date on all recent fertility studies and medication. I am now 18 weeks pregnant with twins! Thank you CFC for giving me my 2 miracles!

I 100% recommend this clinic.All of the employees there treated me excellent from entrance to exit 👏 but overall I have to give the greatest thanks to Michelle Lopez, she was very attentive about any detail and will always be there for you.

Poor service!! In case you need to get in contact with a dr or anyone from that clinic they’re never going to answer they did a biopsy on my uterus and lost my results the change my insurance for that 3000 an my copay was 500 very disappointed for then losing my results the procedure was the most traumatic experience the don’t care about anyone they only want your money then I move to a different clinic we couldn’t get any medical records release we have requested 4 time and no answers my new dr told me they alway have problems with this specific clinic so be careful when you chose this clinic

Wish I would have read the reviews first. This place is very unorganized I scheduled an appointment almost two months ago just for them to call me 2 days before letting me know my copay which was way more than I expected. I told them keep my appt I will pay when I arrive on this Friday coming up. They lady on the phone said ok. Then and woman called saying that at 10 am my appt was canceled then said I still have my appt but they will cancel an appt for non payment wht wasnt this address last week to say the least im kind of glad this happened after reading the reviews im nearly 40 with no kids and the fact that these people are so negligent and lack compassion is unreal but thanks for canceling my appt without my knowlege

Impossible to contact by phone. I tried calling 3 days in a row to change an appointment time, left voicemails and never received a call back or an answer as to why they never answer their phones. My most recent appointment they took 2 weeks to get my blood work back to my agency. They continuously would say they never received the orders for the labs/ultrasounds needed. Front staff was never friendly. Incredibly unprofessional for the type of work they are in.

I highly recommend Dr. Jones for IVF treatment. She is an incredibly sharp doctor and always took the time to walk through our protocol and plan in great detail and never made us feel like our questions or concerns were out of line. Because of Dr. Jones, our miracle baby was born 7 weeks ago!I also want to thank ultrasonagrapher, Ashley, who made our appointments so much more enjoyable. You have an incredible bedside manner!Infertility is hard. If you need a RE to help you through this difficult process, I cannot recommend Dr. Jones enough!

I was going her for two years. I agree that the front staff is very rude. I had one lady snap at me after getting good news that I have three follicles. I wasn’t so excited after that. They also upped the pricing on everything without notices. I was later told by Ashley Mischke that my body doesn’t respond to the medications and basically to give up. So I gave up. 💔

Laili was fantastic at walking me through all of my medications and helping me with the alto medication process!

We had an incredible 9-month journey with Conceive Fertility Center and Dr. Julian Escobar. The support and care we received were unparalleled. My wife underwent cyst surgery, a polyp removal, and two IUI rounds, and throughout it all, the team was amazing. Everyone was not only incredibly professional but also super friendly. Their Spanish-speaking staff added to our comfort, making communication effortless. I cant recommend Conceive Fertility highly enough. Dr. Escobar and his staff are all so genuinely caring and devoted to the best possible outcome for their patients. Our care here was 100% individualized to our specific situation, and we felt supported, informed, and secure every single step of the way - even the really hard, scary parts. Fertility treatment is a difficult process, but Conceive made it one that we never felt we were handling alone. Absolutely no regrets, and I am forever grateful for what theyve done for our family.

I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. They checked my benefits incorrectly and didn’t tell me until it was too late and now I have to skip medicated cycles until I can get into an in network facility. The woman that did tell me was very rude and made the comment to her colleague that they “don’t apologize for mistakes just like I didn’t with that lady” referring to the rudeness and unsympathetic behavior I received. They source all their calls to a call center that don’t know anything about anything, couldn’t even tell me what office they’re in today. You can’t ever physically talk to someone in the office without being there. Now I am trying to get my records from them and can’t get an answer on where I need to go to get them so I guess I will just drive around the metroplex until I get answers. This is definitely one of those cliché “0 stars if I could” establishments. Please save yourself the headache and heartache and stay away.

Dr. Haas is absolutely wonderful! We are so grateful to have been able to work with him. We have been working with him since 2019 and have a beautiful boy and another one on the way - both through IVF. Dr. Haas is really kind, caring, a great listener, and was always willing to talk through ideas and solutions if I ever wasn’t sure of something. He really is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Haas and his staff were incredibly supportive through our journey. He and his staff take the time to answer any questions or concerns, while explaining all steps thoroughly. Im happy to say that because of Dr. Haas, I am expecting my first baby. I was an odd and interesting case, but he was able to make it happen. Thank you again and again. 0 stars should be an option! I want to be clear that Dr. Jones is great but her office staff is horrible. They are NEVER organized, professional or knowledgeable. Their skill set and treatment is like a fast food drive through that gets your order wrong consistently.They cheapen the beautiful practice. I literally can’t believe this was my treatment in a first world country.Patients have insurance or pay out of pocket in the thousands to be treated very poorly and not given the level of service that should be standard.They give you constant misinformation or no information at all. They fail to operate with the level of seriousness and attention to detail that is needed to sustain a fertility clinic. It is extremely shameful and unfortunate to drop the ball in what should be a very special time in a person’s life!They really robbed me and my partner of a good experience by their unprofessionalism and lack of intelligence.Please don’t waste your time, energy and money to be given poor service. They do not have work ethic or class.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. No one ever answers the phone. Spend 4 hours trying to talk to someone and out of the phone hours i got only two responds… this is not the first time they tell me one price and the day off I HAVE TO CALL and they add $100 more. Do not waste time nor money here. Yes, Dr Escobar is all in social media. But his Irving staffs are not it. They are the worse so rude when you are there. They never pick up the phone but always chit chating. They ignore you and have you waiting. I went last week for blood work done, had me waiting for 45 min just to tell me that the girl is not in today to draw my blood. Bc she went to Europe and didn’t come back. WHY DID YOU HAD ME WAITING FOR 45 min and didn’t say anything to me when i walked in. Now i confirm the copay before i schedule and a week before and they tell me it was $290 now i called today for some assistance on financial and they add $100 more. With my husband when he had his tests done they increased pricing as of March 1st never had a notice by letter nor email. I always ask to speak to the manager and Diana is never around and never returns any of my voicemails nor calls.

Dr. Jones is great. She gave me a lot of insight. However, I can’t get ahold of anyone to go over my lab results. I just keep getting told that someone will call me and it doesn’t happen. I’ve sent portal messages, made phone calls and left voicemails.

0 stars. Beaware!! I was referred by obgyn here. I called multiple times, and there was no answer. After several attempts, someone picked up with less enthusiasm and went on state that I need to pay 50 dollars to confirm my schedule, and if not, it will get canceled. She said I need to pay by phone or come in person before my scheduled date, or it will be canceled. I changed my mind after seeing these reviews as I experienced the same problem and chose not to pay. They called me on the day it was supposed to be scheduled and I stated I did not pay $ 50 because I was not interested to commit my self to a provider and their clinic and trust them with my care in a difficult time when they failed to provide a decent customer service from the beginning. We have all heard First impression is a lasting impression, and I received a very poor impression in the beginning. They were rude and very demanding for 35 dollar for a cancellatiom fee for something I didnt confirm with the 50 dollar deposit. Its such a shame that they treat individuals seeking help like this. Should do better than this!!

0 STARS! HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE & CUSTOMER SERVICE! So glad I’m transferring my care to another facility. Just got off the phone with Dr. Jones and she seriously try to go back & forth with me about what I was told during an in office procedure 2 weeks ago that she DID NOT attend! She decided she was going to believe some notes that were written in my chart instead of listening to what her patient was telling her. Conceive Fertility is focused on your pockets & your partner’s specimen analysis! Been having the same growth in my uterus since I visited them in February, still no plan for me but after every appointment I’m asked to schedule an appointment for my Husband! The only thing this office has been successful at, is charging my card! Very negligent patient care here!!! Please go somewhere else!

Dr. Jones was absolutely amazing! From day 1 she was patient, professional, thorough, and supportive. She took her time at each appointment and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was a bother. She was always honest with me and throughout the process I felt like I was in control of my body. I genuinely felt like I was more than just a patient and we were walking through the journey together. Infertility is hard but she helped make the IVF process go so smoothly. She is an expert at what she does! The office staff was wonderful as well. Nurse Melissa answered emails promptly and made sure all my questions were answered. We are expecting our first baby in a few months and we owe it all to CFC!

I HIGHLY recommend conceive fertility!!! Dr. Haas was amazing! He was able to walk me through each test and appointment. He was positive, reassuring, and optimistic, but he NEVER got my hopes up. I went through the month of testing and bloodwork, and I was fortunate enough to have success with my first IUI attempt! The medical assistants and office workers were also so kind! If I had any questions that I forgot to ask Dr.Haas, they would get it taken care of right away and they were ALWAYS pleasant. We only have 1 1/2 more months until we get to meet our little guy! After almost 3 years of trying to conceive naturally or with very little medical help, we were finally referred to Dr Escobar. I was so excited and so nervous for our consult, but it was PAINLESS!! The entire process was painless. He listened to me, cried with me, and offered as much information and understanding as possible. The nurses and front desk staff are wonderful and offered help every step of the way. I never went into an appointment not knowing how much I was going to need to pay, or what to expect. I was able to reach out to Adriana via email with ANY questions I had regarding anything at all, and she was so quick to get me an answer, even if it was just a Im not sure, but I will check with the Dr in the AM.Oh... and WE ARE PREGNANT with our first!!We love them and miss them already!!

I am concerned about patient care, or lack thereof.1. I was seen on 10/26/2022 for bloodwork and ultrasound to check for ovulation to start estrogen priming. I was told at the end of my appointment when I asked for next steps that I would be contacted. Until I reached out today with a very stern email.2. The only updates I was given about my cycle was that we needed to start stims by 11/10/22 to get my retrieval done by Thanksgiving.3. The lack of clinical care is concerning, I have had consultation, CD1 labs/ultrasound, and now a mid-cycle check without any vitals taken.I was so excited to be at a clinic that won Best of 2022, unfortunately clinic is content to sit on its laurels and gives absolutely no thought to patient care/patient well being.Infertility treatment may be an everyday thing to these clinics however to the patients it is a nerve wracking/exciting/terrifying time. No matter how many rounds we have gone through at other clinics, or if we have insurance making sure clinics get their pay day.This is a BIG deal to all of your patients and minimizing it is doing a disservice.

For leading us to this facility. we are now eight weeks pregnant!!!

Where should I start? There is just too much good to say about this center. I was recommended to the center by my OBGYN due to them not being able to find anything wrong with me being able to conceive regardless of the fibroids I had. My OBGYN said the sizes of my fibroids were too small to be the cause of me not being to conceive. After meeting my miracle worker Dr. Escobar, my whole life changed. From the first look at my fibroids he knew that was the cause of me having a hard time to conceive or not being able to carry a pregnancy to full term due to the fibroids taking up space. We got to work, and he was very open and very nice and always made sure we understood what was happening and what our options were. He scheduled the surgery for removal but then miraculously we got pregnant, that at least cleared one issue at hand of being able to conceive on my own as we were not sure if my tubes were blocked due to the fibroids or not. Unfortunately, the pregnancy did not stay past first trimester so he performed a D&C and later on rescheduled the fibroids surgery. Dr. E did an amazing job removing all of the fibroids, we waited for the recovery period and tried again and we got pregnant on our first try and are now waiting for our miracle any day now. He works wonders and I have been recommending him to everyone who asks or is in the same place as I was. You will not be disappointed but rather you gain a chance to become a mother. I will forever be grateful for his hands, his friendly face, and the joy he shares with all his patients. He is happy just seeing you happy.Thank you for everything Dr. E. We will stay in touch.

If you value your life, stay away from this place. Their staff is completely incompetent as they performed several test on me, and provided erroneous information that nearly killed me. I’ve tried to access the medical records which they’re withholding and/or failing to upload to my patient portal simply to be told I have another patient in front of me even after telling her I experienced a medical emergency; so, I guess I’m insignificant now that they seen me and collected payment. I will be reaching out to an attorney asap.

I have to give Dr Haas a huge THANK YOU! He was patient with me and my husband on our first visit. He answered our questions and he helped me understand my PCOS diagnosis. I expressed my feelings on wanting an IUI vs an IVF. He did all of the required testing we needed and began the process. I had to get an unexpected surgery before we proceeded with the IUI. After my surgery we proceeded with the IUI and needless to say we are pregnant! I would definitely recommend anyone who is struggling with infertility to give Dr Haas a call. We had an amazing experience doing IVF and we are expecting our sweet baby in February, after trying for 7 years! I never write review on places, but this time I will since I’m really upset, it’s a horrible place, so I never got my prescription on time, I always had to call for it to get sent and they never answer, never got my concerns answers since I didn’t see the doctor only a technician, I just got a bill of $950 from my insurance since they don’t do the billing correct, always paid my bill as I should and this was a big surprise for me. Very upset of the place.

Terrible nurse and patient care! Customer service is bad. The front desk can only transfer you to medical assistance who never answers phone calls. I also did my lab and after over a week I still did not get my results. (Typical place is within hours of my test) No wonder there is no one actually drawing blood so they have to send me to a LabCorp! They do not work during weeked and every holiday is off for everyone. Luckily, I was not there doing IUI or IVF, otherwise, I might miss my schedule! Dr Hass is communicative and might be a good doctor but the team is terrible! Do not go there to stress yourself

The nurses and staff are always very friendly and Dr. Escobar is literally my hero. After almost five years of trying to conceive naturally we were referred to Dr. Escobar and after a very nervous consultation he understood that we really did not need a simple Invitro but we wanted to build our family. And after the process, now I am finally almost 11 weeks pregnant, I am going to have some beautiful Twins princesses and I am the happiest woman in the world and I am infinitely thankful to Conceive Fertility Center for helping us and for understanding what our biggest dream is and for making it come true. . I hope to return soon because my frozen embryos are waiting for Mommy.I recommend 100% conceive fertility Center!!

I cant say enough positive things about CFC. The nurses and staff are always friendly, and Drs. Escobar and Haas have a wonderful bedside manner. The skill and experience within this clinic is second to none, but the friendliness and compassion surpasses all expectation. I wish the CFC team all the best - I am 28 weeks pregnant with an apparently healthy baby boy, and Dr. Escobar provided skillful diagnostics, treatment, and encouragement on our entire journey to conception! We are so thankful.

The absolute WORST service. I have never waited for a phone to ring so many times… no one ever answers. The phone just rings and rings…. You would think a blood test to tell someone if they’re pregnant or not would be important to them?! Nope. If you want someone who cares and focuses on you during your cycle, DO NOT go here.

I started at Conceive back in September or October. And since day one Shanae has been the best friend I didnt know I wanted or needed. She has been knowledgeable, caring, and consistent. She has been the support system I could only dream of. Any question I have she has the answer if not she will find it out. And quick too. She checks on me no matter what day it is. She really cares about my mental and she is really engulfed in the process. I am humbled to have found Shanae she is a shining jewel at Conceive Fertility.

Going through Fertility treatment is already stressful enough so to have staff that are not on top of apts, medication, and billing adds an unnecessary layer of stress thats just not something Id like to deal with if Im paying for services. My first apt was double booked so I waited almost 1.5 hours and wondered why the office didnt inform me of this and give me the option to decide if I wanted to wait that long and/or reschedule. It was only after I said hey Im going to be late for work so maybe I should reschedule did they inform me of their error. Also they did not have my medical records so I pretty much paid for the visit for nothing being that I was coming to the office for a follow up consultation and the office did not inform me they did not have my records from the old office thus nothing could be discussed at this apt. Plus COVD-19 is real so why would I want to sit in a hospital office for hours when there is no real screening occurring and people are coughing when my apt could have been rescheduled and/or a televisit once my records were actually obtained. Why charge me to not service me until I said something and thats even more frustrating to be labeled the perceived difficult client to expect to get a certain quality of care and be vocal when its not provided? Ive been undercharged and overcharged for the same service multiple times and have yet to receive a print out of why the amount has changed although Ive asked multiple times for this to be provided. I was told by one staff to look at my EOB and my question was if the CPT codes are the same every month why do I have different bills to which I could not be provided an answer. Who wants to be surprised on billing. Isnt it billings job to get billing correct? I schedule an appointment and then multiple times have been given a different time than I scheduled and have had to call back to again request the original time. I was supposed to start a cycle tomorrow and the office didnt call in my prescription so guess who spent most of their work day calling to get the office to call it in so as I am not without my medication for the month?? They tell me after multiple phone calls I could get a loaner shot since mine didnt come in. It would have been nice to know that before hand. Ive called and not received a return call back days later so please dont expect any prompt services. Not to mention it seemed like I couldnt get clear answers on what my policy actually covered until after services were rendered so if its denied boom theres another surprise bill. When I ask if its covered and the office says yes I would think thats sufficient. Apparently not if they arent on top of actually checking. If you want to add more anxiety to your already stressful process by being confused and not cared for as a client then go here otherwise find a more efficient center that provides clarity and quality care to their patients considering youll spend alot of time and money!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! DO NOT GO HERE for your fertility treatment. My partner and both began treatment here for IUI and/or IVF. Our top concern is the care we received. I have a history of endometriosis and fibroids. My initial consult was for IVF. I never wanted to attempt IUI due my diagnosis. However Dr. Jones suggested IUI. First stick with what you want! After having 2 unsuccessful IUI, and me never wanting to go that route from the beginning I decided to seek care from another provider. This coupled with servers billing issues, I knew it was time for me leave and stop wasting my time and my money. Once my medical records were received by the new MD office nothing matched the diagnosis or medical treatment I received. I was told that I may have a semi-blocked tube, but my other tube was fine. I actually had a medical condition that may required surgery and several large fibroids in my Uterus that had a higher chances of causing a miscarrying if an embryo was to implant. This DID NOT match the medical records or the information I received. I’ve had to undergo two surgeries to remove fibroids and endometriosis.My partner recently switch as well after having 2 failed IUIs. I asked her to leave with me but she didn’t. Since she has transferred to the new provider we’ve found the same issues with her medical records. First she only saw the MD twice. They still were preforming her visits under my name instead treating her as a new patient and creating her own file. Her US were completed by the tech ( who has a great personality and was the only positive). However no pictures were sent with the records. It’s documented that both her tubes are blocked. Yet the completed another round of IUI. WHY? If her tubes are blocked there is no way for her to get pregnant via IUI! They over charged her and she had to contact her insurance to get it corrected. And it’s too many other issues to explain. Just DO NOT GO HERE!! Please don’t waste your time and money like we did. The worst decision we made was entrusting this clinic to help us conceive. RUUUNNNN

Highly suggest not to visit this place unless you want to doubt your self and blindly throw money . They make sure you feel there is some thing wrong with you, even when its a very very minute problem. When asked for proofs they do not share complete information, but will share confidential information about other patients. From the time I visited this place all I got was anxiety and self doubt and nothing good came out of it. They recommended me to go for a surgery which was costing me up to $5000 but apparently at other clinics it would only cost you less than $1000!!

I 100% recommend Conceive Fertility Center! Dr. Haas and his staff were always very sweet and willing to help. We are so thankful CFC finally brought us our little miracle baby. 😊

Don’t go here. My wife went to this place for tests that were sent to Labcorp. Months later Labcorp charged us $4000 and Conceive Fertility still hasn’t even attempted to charge our insurance company. Somehow the people at Conceive Fertility don’t know how to submit insurance claims???

Dr. Haas is so good, he listens all of our problems and gives clear idea. He helped us to get conceive naturally, With limited medication.Thanks CFC

Disappointing customer service. Takes forever to reach them over the phone, sometimes email. Almost feels like they are trying to take advantage of people who need their services. No reasonable explanation of fees such as the different between a client consultation and a donor consultation. Simply using the word ‘Huge’ when I asked what is the difference between the two.

Very decent as well as caring staff. Dr Derek Haas is very professional and gives personalize treatment as per couples need. We have great experience with their procedures. Highly recommended in Irving area

This place ruined my life and my health. It was such a waste of time, money and energy so many mix-ups with staff and scheduling. They messed up mymedications ,and have you paying for items you dont even need then act like nothing matters .You end up spending thousands for low quality service.

I had really bad experience there. I wasted my time and they put in risk my health. They prescribed me the wrong medicine and I almost had heart attack. I tried to call many times but they never answered or call me back. I don’t recommend this clinic.

Took my husband and I a few try’s, but with the help of Dr.Haas we are expecting TWINS! He is an amazing Dr and we are extremely grateful!

The staff lacks a lot. Prescriptions not being filled. Referrals not being followed up on. As if there isn’t enough to remember and worry about.

It is sad to see that patients are just a number and that the most important thing for that institution is not the patient. If not your wallet, I asked for a consultation with a doctor and was treated by nurses, who have no idea what they do. But when they get paid they do it like specialists! 3 years ago it was different when Dr. Escobar attended. 😔
