I have spent almost two years searching for a surgeon that I would be comfortable with. Dr. McClung’s office has been transparent and kind to me as a new and anxious patient. Allicia has been incredibly patient while I ask questions week after week, working with me to get coverage from my insurance and more.I have met with Dr. McClung for a pre surgery consult so far and he is a sweet and gentle man, who you can tell enjoys his work. Highly recommend, as do any of his patients I have met.

I’ve made a few attempts to get in for a consult but can’t seem to get a response, and don’t want to keep bothering them or seem annoying — heard McClung was a good surgeon though.

Dr. McClung is the most generous and caring doctor I have ever encountered. This is so important as a provider/surgeon that seeks to support and help trans folks on the journey to finding further alignment with their bodies. My 1st two surgeries had no complications, and my future revision is from no lack of talent, skill, and care on Dr. McClungs part. I am beyond excited that he now has his own practice, and I am so happy I can utilize his new practice for my future revision. The feeling of safety and comfort within a solely trans care practice is amazing.

PLEASE LOOK AT ALL YOUR OPTIONS. Alicia was unprofessional abbreviating all her text - Michael lied about deadlines sent to him by insurance and claimed they were the only ones in Columbus area to perform this type of surgery to my insurance . Then one month before my surgery requested 3,250 Dollars to be paid

Dr. McClung is absolutely amazing. Hes down to earth and so genuine. Hes so professional and well-rounded. He listens and explains things throughly, hears you, he doesnt force things on you and wants exactly whats best for you, and hes very hands on which for me personally, is very reassuring. I couldnt be happier with my choice and results! I wouldnt recommend anybody but him. 20/10.

The waiting area feels like walking into a friends family room. It is beautifully decorated by Dr. McClung. The exam rooms are comfortable. It doesnt feel like you are at a doctors office. The staff,including his wife, are all so kind, affirming and friendly. Dr.McClung is a wonderful, talented doctor. I highly recommend anyone seeking his services to call them and set up an appointment.

I’ve followed Dr. McClung and his staff through from his past 2 locations and now to RSA because he really is the best doctor around for the job. Him and his staff are not only experts at what they do but are some of the most personable medical professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Both my husband and I have gone through our lower surgeries with him and he was absolutely the best choice for us.

Dr. McClung has been great for my Full-Depth Vaginoplasty gender affirming surgery. The consultations have been very sensitive towards making sure it was right for me and walking me through everything that would happen, before, during, and after surgery. The surgery happened two months ago now and has been healing up great, and he and his staff (Special shout out to Alicia who has been super responsive to anxieties I had in recovery) have been absolutely great in supporting me afterwards.The results are looking fantastic and Ive had no complications post surgery so far. Would definitely recommend him for similar surgeries.

Best laser hair removal in columbus! I’ve been to three different places and this was the best by FAR. Not only is the atmosphere very welcoming and relaxing, the machine they use is top of the line. I’ve never had such painless laser hair removal. I could have sat there all day.

Had such a great experience with pre-surgery laser yesterday! While I can’t say it was painless, it was definitely much better than I expected, and worth the long drive! Dr. McClung and his team are great, and I’m very happy I decided to have surgery with him! ☺️

Met with Dr.Mcclung and Alicia and the support was overwhelming. My journey is just beginning here but I can tell you I have never felt more comfortable putting my needs and wants in someone else’s hands.
