I had an awesome experience with Optimize U! The process was super smooth and easy. Rachael at the front desk was fantastic—she was really friendly and made everything start off on a great note. The consultation was thorough and gave me all the info I needed. Overall, I’m really impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to Optimize their Life!!!!

Was feeling off and after doing some research decided to get my levels tested. After the results came back the Dr. Took time to explain everything in my blood work. Better than any other Dr. Or clinic anywhere else. They do not pressure you into anything and even let you keep you lab panels Incase you wanted to go to you PC. Now I’m feeling way better and energy levels as if I was in my 20s again. Super friendly staff!!! Super Clean facilities, and absolutely love the IR sauna!!! They make ordering refills a breeze and the daily greens they have are amazing. Sadly google only goes up to 5 stars cause they are definitely a 10 out of 10 hands down!!!

Knew I had some issues and needed some help. I had been to see a new internist and quite frankly got no help from her. Lab work confirmed exactly what my body was lacking and what I needed. Hannah was phenomenal, as someone who was hesitant on getting blood drawn due to a recent bad experience with a blood drive I had asked her if she was good with needles and she not only reassured me but we were also able to joke about the situation. She definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable and by the end of it 3 vials drawn I didn’t feel a thing. She’s a professional that’s for sure and because of her I will definitely be back again!

Optimize U is an excellent company for helping achieve the health goals and body look that you want to accomplish. I’ve been a member for about 5 years now and it’s the best decision I could have made. The staff are are very knowledgeable and supportive especially Hannah. Hannah was the first staff that I met and she aided me becoming a member. She always sufficiently and expeditiously get my orders in and provide answers to questions that I have.

So far I’ve had a great experience. They worked with my concerns in terms of treatment and I never feel any pressure to purchase anything. I’m a nervous-nilly when it comes to new medications and they accommodated me by taking things low and slow. I also like that everything is based on how you feel, so you’ll have treatment that’s tailored to you!

I had the best experience at Optimize U in Clarksville, TN. Not much of a wait, very helpful staff! Hannah did a very great job of over explaining the benefits of the machines available in the shop, she made things less intimidating for me. 10/10 experience !

I cannot express the joy that someone In the medical field took me seriously about my health and hormones!! For many MANY years, both my doctor and gynecologist have both refused to run tests on my hormones saying things like “ You’re going through the change” and “ This comes with age”. Optimize U Made me feel heard and seen! I was absolutely shocked at the test results! I started treatmens 6 months ago and feel better now than I did at 30!!!! First day going in. Signed up for TRT. The staff was very helpful explaining everything. Cant wait to try all they have to offer.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They showed true concern for your health, went above and beyond to explain lab results and their meaning. They then talked through a plan to get me not nly n better health but better quality of life.

Very caring, great customer service, they’re not trying to take you for your money. I was not pressured into buying anything and Paul was genuinely concerned about me and what’s best for me. I will be back.

The staff is very friendly. I was very comfortable during my entire appointment. Didn’t feel rushed. I felt like they actually cared and listened.

Going to Optimize U has changed my life. Matt is an extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful practitioner, and Monica, Hunter, and Dani are always so friendly and helpful. I go as often as possible to cold plunge or do cryotherapy, and its always a highlight of my day. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking hormone optimization and interested in benefiting from cold exposure therapies.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful.Was a little skeptical at first when Hannah missed the vein in my arm and I somehow ended up with the needle in my neck, but she quickly recovered and was able to stop the bleeding with a tourniquet. When I came to, she had all the blood she needed and had even managed to get me back in the chair and get my hoodie back on (she even made sure the strings were the same length on each side, thnx ;-)).All in all, it was a great experience!

The folks are always fun and polite. My blood work is always fast and unlike other places, they get my veins on the first stick. 6/6 would subscribe again.

Great service and staff! They educated me on how to inject myself safely at home and provide all the supplies. Erica helped me refill my medication through the text refill line. Never been easier to be optimized!

Very plush and inviting waiting area. Treatments and blood work are reasonably priced. The staff is attentive and when able to communicate with them are helpful.The communication chain is disappointing. Emails are slowly responded to, order updates and tracking capabilities aren’t initially provided, and you aren’t linked directly to the 3rd party pharmacy if there are concerns. Also, though no fault of Optimize U, the pharmacy was underwhelming.Optimize U is worth giving a try, using its features, I.e, cryo etc, and some of their offered treatments. It is not perfect.

Extremely helpful and professional. The ladies up front are awesome. Hannah has drawn my labs twice now, and is always helpful explaining different services/products available.

This program has good intentions but poor communication network. Lets face it... its a pay to play location.I started and finished after two months. They send a text monthly and I responded that I had withdrawn from the program. I never asks for or received one refill. I spoke with my doctor and they said I didnt need this and to stop immediately.Today I noticed they have still been billing me. I received a text which informed me I paid today. I called and explained. She basically said too. Ad and she would remove me starting today. I asked if the I could at least have todays payment refunded since I have paid past six months not using the program or medicine. I was denied. Very poor value and staff.Messing with 24yrs vet and his wallet is shameful. Stay away and ask for real doctors advice first.

You feel the welcome at pull of the front door. You immediately get assistance my a very professional an knowledgeable lady by the name oh Hannah. She had an answer for all hundred questions I asked. Her professionalism show as she ensures that you are taken care of with everything from Cryo, compression therapy, inebriation all the way down to proper way to signing a waiver and thoroughly breaking it down to understanding points. She is a positive impact to the team here and is a ball of positive energy. The team in the back (docs) are phenomenal in ensuring that you feel like you’re not pressured in buying their product. They lay it out for you in black in white and state facts. Place has been something I’ve need in my life for years now. I’m grateful for the team.

I have been going to Optomized for a few weeks now for my recovery (cryo, compressions, and sauna).Training 2x a day I can feel the difference in speed of recovery.Staff is great, very chill atmosphere , and they provide a quality service.Absolutely recommend this place.

Called to make an appointment, was told to show up anytime during normal buisness hours. Showed up promptly at 8 a.m. as google maps had listed. Buisness closed till 9 as on posted door hours.Not a problem, waited an hour, then a small sign was placed in the window stating they would be closed due to staffing issues.Normally not a big deal, but Im driving 2 1/2 hours today after being told Show up anytime during buisness hoursPlease be more respectful of your customers time in the future OptimizeU.Appointments in the future would be a good start.

Nice place, nice people, however my experience was somewhat negative. More toward the medication though. The reason Im giving 3 stars is because your only seen twice a year when your in their TRT program. My legs, ankles and feet were swelling badly and my heart rate and blood pressure were through the roof a month into dosing. Like I said the medical staff were great, friendly knowledgeable people but if I didnt recognize the side effects it could have killed me. Definately alot of responsibility on patients to monitor how their bodies are reacting to treatment. Ask questions before your jump in and let them know immediately if anything seems off when starting any of the meds. One more thing, I was told by another doctor that the dose I was on was extremely high and he would never start anyone on a dose like that. Like I said, ask questions and educate yourself.

I’ve been going to this place for the last year and a half now. I’m thankful for a place that helps with recovery and wellness as my body has been fighting inflammation due to an autoimmune disease. I take advantage of their cryotherapy, compressions and infrared sauna. All which have helped me maintain my recovery.

Not sure what the disconnect was but we were told told to show up between 9 and 5for bloodwork. When we arrived we were asked if we could go to a lab down the street that is closed at 4. Maybe a member of management can explain?
