Cermak Immediate Care - Chicago

Came in with an injury in my foot, a last minute appointment. They were very sympathetic and clear and concise with each step of the process. Lovely staff and worked fast and effectively! I would totally recommend, the best Urgent Care experience Ive had in Chicago by far

I was going out of the country in a couple days and developed a cold/sinusitis. The PA-C was able to give me a script for antibiotics as a precaution. I was so relieved. I would hate to be sick and not have any options. Wait time was immensely fast. Also, found out that the staff rotates from clinic to clinic,which sucks to be honest. It would be great to be able to see familiar faces when you enter but this isnt the place for that. Staff was great!

Made an appointment for 1pm and waited an hour to be seen. When I arrived I went to the counter with my I.D. and insurance card. She told me to take a seat because she had all of my information, I would realize later that this was true but misleading. After sitting for almost an hour, I received a notification that I was checked in. The same woman at front desk called me up and told me that said I told her I had PPO insurance on the phone when she in fact never asked me. My insurance had never been verified. She briefly pulled out the card reader for my payment of $100. Even when I saw the doctor, I declined to pay for additional testing after having to pay $100. From that point it felt as if their care for me was over. The doctor suggested that because of my symptoms, she would have to call to the ambulance to get me to the ER despite my symptoms being readily apparent as the flu. The ambulance was called and they took a look at new and I declined to be transported. On my DX, the ER was recommended along with my symptoms. The doctors in the ER were confused about the urgent care Dr.’s DX. I cannot assume the intentions of the people there but I certainly didn’t feel cared for neither did I feel my money was taken without proper consideration prior to being seen. It was an odd experience overall.

Came in for medical clearance staff was so great and friendly clinic facility was very clean there was no wait time if you’re looking for fast but great service this is the place to go for all medical needs

I woke up after a week of having a really deep cough and I decided to go to immediate care. I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes and I was in and out with prescriptions. They also tested me for every possible thing that could go wrong and did all my vitals and checked my lungs my ears my nose I thought the service was fantastic.

I highly recommend this clinic; they turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.The friendly atmosphere and expert care made all the difference during my visit.I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the doctor was thorough in addressing my symptoms.The teams prompt and friendly service helped alleviate my worries instantly.

The place was clean. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional.It was very convenient for me because I was about to start a new job and a TB test was required in order for me to start working.They saved me a great deal of time. Thanks so much.

Wonderful facility, fast service, friendly staff & caring providers. ran every test i requested & addressed all my issues in under an hour. sent my prescription over to my pharmacy immediately. i highly recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care.

Came in with a tooth ache, verrrry anxious about the dentist and in too much pain to wait until the extraction tomorrow. The PA was very understanding and believed me. She gave me an injection for the pain and antibiotics for the infection. Advised clove oil to get me though until tomorrow. I’m feeling some relief already, thanks guys! Very clean office, nice helpful staff, lgbtq friendly

My experience at Urgent care today was wonderful. I was afraid of getting my blood drawned, but tne nurse Mary Sanchev reassured me and did a wonderful job. I felt zero pain and was over whelmed about the amount of blood she got . Because most nurses only get a half a tube of blood. Doctor Davy was especially very kind and patient .Enjoyed the visit. Love

I was really sick and worried I had Covid, so I came in for a test. They gave me a rapid and PCR for that as well as the flu and strep, but also did a brief checkup and caught that I had an ear infection. I really appreciated that they took the time to check all the possibilities to make sure they were prescribing me what I needed.

Waited 25 minutes in the lobby, they made me pay $100 upfront for only the consolation that lasted less than 5 minutes. They then made me wait another 35 minutes in the doctor’s office, before telling me to treat it myself at home. I feel scammed. Avoid if you need help

Very knowledgeable and attentive staff and doctor made me snd my son feel very welcomed .We need more clinics like this one.It was clean and responsible to our needs we were in and out with results .Thank you so much .

Everything went well. I just forgot to ask the doctor one question about my daughter Visit.? And see if she could provide another medication for her. But overall everyone was very friendly and helpful

I went inside cermak immediate care and was seen as soon as 10 minutes ! The doctor Jacob made sure he treated me with care and was very quick ! They also gave me the app to sign into their portal to check my own results. Thank you for treating me today ! I will definitely recommend all the times especially for quick walk in visits !

I’ve never been to a better clinic. What an amazing staff! And if you need to get in and out- u will, lickity split! And they take almost all insurance. What a great place. I’m gonna c bout changing providers to Cermak immediate care if I could. And it was all women so that was cool too! We need more places like this. Very kind folks!

Feels like a scam. Was $430 just to walk in. When I called their customer service, I was told it was due to complexity and time (it was 20 minutes for a strep swab that I didn’t even ask for). Service was slow despite the clinic being empty, but the employees were friendly enough

It went good the doctors was polite and generous and well understood I would recommend going back

Very clean facility, was seen immediately and the PA Luka made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. I was able to make an appointment right away in the evening and get started on my treated. Will def come here again in the future if need be.

I was told not to come here by friends and family because they got misdiagnosed here. But I gave them benefit of the doubt , I didn’t really feel like I got a straight answer- I came in for SOB and Pleghm the two main things wrong / and I was being looked at like I was crazy. Doctor had attitude, and was just giving me the run around - advice, that I appreciate but I know that’s not the problem. Here I am with the same feeling of wondering what could be wrong with me. Waste of money.

Friendly front desk staff while checking in, medical assistant had proficient bed side manner with a positive friendly attitude, and the Physician listened to all my concerns & gave great care!Not to forget the whole process was less than 30 minutes!I would high recommend to everyone!

Took my daughter to get immediate Care. Facility was clean and very friendly she got treated and the doctor was very professional my daughter was very comfortable with the doctor and she explained everything to both of us will recommend this place and definitely will go again in the future.

Highly would recommend brought in my daughter who is 1yrs old she had been pulling on her ear. Showed up with no appointment they treated my daughter with much care🙏🏼 if i could make this her primary care I differently would!

Made an appointment on the app. Very easy to use. You can even upload your insurance and ID before arriving. Once I arrived they took me in and I was out within the same hr.

It was fast and professional, the staff answered all my questions and took good care.

The only takeaway from this experience is that the door was open during triage while I was discussing my symptoms. This time should have been when I had the most privacy and comfort in their facility.

This place was clean!! It was extremely hot inside, the temperature outside was high 70s & it felt like they had the heat on 🔥 I stood in the doorway waiting to be seen, other then that the staff was polite Ill give it 2 ⭐️⭐️

This place has roaches in the rooms and bathrooms. The triage room smells like piss. They charge for a copay or a 100$ consultation fee again just to recieve your labs. Ridiculous.

My daughter has a sore throat and we were seen immediately. And the customer service is amazing.
