My visit went really well, I went in super sick and left better unless than 1 hour. Stacey Dill, NP was friendly and very helpful. She took her time and was not in a rush, thats a miracle nowadays but she provided excellent care to me. Check-in process was easy and quick. Compassionate staff, I will come back again. Three days later,I feel great due to all the interventions provided.

I was greeted by a smiling receptionist who then assisted me with paperwork. It wasnt long before a nurse came to get me. After a brief visit the doctor came in with consultation,, then prescribed the medicine I needed, I was then on my way. Total visit time was approximately 1 hour. Very satisfied with the services I received. Thank you

The physician Stacey I saw today is amazing. She always listens to me and gives the best care. The staff at the front is very caring and kind. The nurses were both great.

This place is for when you are sick and in need of fast assistance but not emergency assistance. Services are professional and data driven using accurate testing for needs only. Thank you Dr Thompson and staff! I’m feeling so much better after your treatments.

My Husband and I are Truck Drivers and my husband had a bad stomach virus. American Family was the closest to our location. I did registration on line, booked an appointment for a convenient time for us. It was awesome knowing that everything was set and ready to go for my husbands appointment. The facility is very clean, staff is very professional, caring and able to provide the medical care needed in helping my husband to recovery. We would definitely use American Family Care for our medical needs.So grateful,Sanchez Family 😊

I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to this place. The doctor was wonderful. The nurse staff was very professional. And I would recommend anybody to go there. I drive a hour and 20 minutes to go there. Where I live it there’s probably six care there. The staff and the doctor are so good they treat you like family.

Traveling to TN and stopped at the rest area to picnic. My husband hit his head on a metal sign (freak accident) and had a laceration to forehead. This was the closest clinic and we are so thankful it was. We had the best experience. Check-in went quick and smooth and wait time was not long at all. Clinic is very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. NP was able to glue his forehead and get us back on the road. Thankful for this clinic and the staff working today. Highly recommend if you need medical care.

They saw me fairly quickly, although I had no appointment last Saturday. The nurse was pleasant and professional.The Nurse Practitioner discussed the possible ways to deal with this common cold and prescribed something to relieve the soar throat symptoms. She was professional, and yet down to earth and straight forward. I appreciate the office being open to first come-first served patients, even on the weekends.

Very nice facility, still new-looking, and entire staff was very polite and professional. The nurse practitioner I met, Stacey Dill, is not just a medical professional on their staff. She’s extremely personable and truly cares about the patient sitting in front of her. She’s so compassionate and kind to anyone she meets, and takes her time with every patient. Great visit with the nurse practitioner, Stacy Dill. She diagnosed my pneumonia which was confirmed with a chest x-ray today. My primary care physician said that Stacy was spot on with the antibiotics and steroids that she prescribed. I am already feeling much better. Nice to have this urgent care near.

I made the appointment, filled in all my personal information and insurance paperwork, and signed in, all electronically! Very safe and convenient. I saw Stacey Dill, NP; she was very knowledgeable and professional. I’ll definitely return to AFC if (or should I say, when) I get sick again.

Dr Thompson was phenomenal as usual. Very kind with my child but could also relate to me as a military member (he is military). My daughter and I were both sick. He nailed it. Excellent 10/10

Self checkin was new for me, but wasnt bad. The ladies were very friendly and polite.Everyone is very nice and efficent.....MA very personable and sweetshe took my Covid, Flu and Strep test. She did an awesome job! The MD/PA was very kind, professional and friendly.Everyone met all my needs.Highly recommend thus office! I will send my family to them!

The receptionist is not friendly and isnt knowledgeable in her job. Its pointless to book online and pointless to be the first one to check in because they dont go in order, they dont know who checks in when and even though they open at 8am they dont even start seeing people until at least 830am. Youre better off waiting until middle of the day or going somewhere else.

If I could rate no stars I would! I injured my finger. I called this location to insure they could assist me, which they confirmed they could. I made an appointment online and came in. I was made to wait an hour only to be brought back and told I would need to seek assistance at the ER they couldn’t help me. This was inconvenient but I understand and went to the ER. But a week later I received a bill. A BILL!!?? For what? No services were rendered! I will not be returning to this or any AFC location.

Getting an appointment was great. As far as the appointment, everytime my child goes there I get told he has strep and he needs an antibiotic. I do not believe this to be true I believe the provider is simply trying to get people in and out. My son’s throat is not even red or anything?? But he took one peak at his throat and said “oh yeah” like it’s you can tell by looking at his throat. I do not recommend this facility due to the provider that just wants to prescribe you something and get you out of the door. Sad.

This was my first visit here. The staff and doctor were very nice. The waiting area and rooms were clean. I made an appointment online the night before and uploaded all the requested information. I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork when I arrived.

Dr. Thompson is a great doctor and always listens and is thorough with his treatment. We rarely have to wait very long, too! The nurse was also the sweetest.

The staff here is wonderful—the doctor that “saw” me, not so much. I called before I came in to see if they would do staple removal as I had a head injury a week ago and was told I needed to have them out in 7 days. Upon arrival, I was seen fairly quickly to be told, “I don’t take staples out before 10 days.” After informing him what I was told as a patient in the ER, he says, “Well you can go back to the ER then.” I have no idea which doctor I saw as there was no introduction. Not to mention, there was no examination of the healing wound. A little (or a lot) more tact could and should be used when dealing with any patient, especially a first time patient. I will go elsewhere with my business. Wonderful staff, rude doctor.

Always a big fan of Stacey Dill, shes seen myself and my 1 year old so far and always gets us taken care of. She takes the time to listen to the patient! 10/10 recommend

Went in on Tuesday at 3:15 to get chest x-ray. Office opened till 6:00 but x-ray technician left at 3:00. Went back Wednesday morning at 8 am and first one in the door. Set there waiting to be seen till 9:20. X-ray technician did not show up that day. Went back Thursday and I finally got chest x-ray. Communication is bad. Need to let people know whats going on.

Staff is professional and quick to get me back and treated. The process was effortless and easy. I wasn’t there 30 minutes with checking in to leaving the facility.

Much better than sitting all day in the ER.Couldnt figure out my pain issue, but got that taken care of with my own Dr.Great place to go when you need care quickly and dont wont to go to ER or cant get in with family Dr.I highly recommend the Cummings Highway Group!! Walked in , registered on my phone and was seen in 10 minutesI have seen both Dr.s at this clinic both are caring, professional, friendly bed side manner. They take care of your medical issues. Its the only walk in my family uses.

WONDERFUL staff! Everyone involved in the process was spectacular. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the checkin process. The triage tech was very personable. And Dr. Thompson was so fantastic! He had great bedside manner and was great at explaining everything to us.We were there less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I needed to see a doctor on a Saturday morning. Went to our local AFC. Everything went well. Staff and doctor were nice and friendly. Doctor listened to me tell him about my issue and knew right away what needed to be done. Will definitely go there again when I cannot see my primary doctor.

IBooks had to wait a few minutes and was taken back quickly for my appointment. The doctor came in right away. Had me in and out of there in less than 30 min.

Woke up feeling drained, had congestion and coughing. Was on vacation so as soon as I arrived back in Chattanooga came to this office. I could barely hold my head up at that time. They got me in within 15 minutes of my arrival. Was seen and prescriptions ordered before I left the office. I wish I could remember the nurse and nurse pracititoner because they were wonderful and caring.

I have been feeling so sick for a week. The dr and staff listened to my symptoms. They were encouraging and asked me to come back if I havent saw positive results in a few days

I dont go to AFC often but whenever I do I get the best courteous and professional treatment I could ask for. Dr Thompson.. Miss Kay.. Miss Chloe.. Miss Jesse... Miss Natalie... They are all top notch professionals in my opinion.

I had a visit on July 1, 2024 with swelling in my right lymph node and right ear pain. I was seen quickly, and given an explanation for what was going on and instructions on how to continue toward a complete recovery. I had medication that was provided and received a shot. They were very professional and showed great empathy for me. They were very friendly. I would gladly go there again. I was there approximately 30 minutes total.

This staff is really good! I can go here for most any reason. They get you in quick and they listen and make suggestions and treatments based on all aspects, I appreciate the kindness and knowledge of the staff thank you so much! Stacey the NP was so kind, caring and thorough! The nurse was very good at sticking me too which is a big plus!!

I am so frustrated. They ask me what pharmacy. I told them cvs in Trenton. My husband has covid can hardly stand up. But having to be sent from pharmacy to pharmacy. Good city doesnt have our insurance information.So he will have to drive back up the mountain to get his insurance card . The man is sick.This is ridiculous and uncalled for. To say the least.

Doctor was wonderful. I have developed chronic shoulder pan due to arthritis inflammation so she prescribed a steroid injection that worked! I finally slept through a complete evening workout waking up to pain. . Thank you!

An urgent care place actually open on the weekend when I can’t get to my regular doctor. What a blessing. Looked at several closer to home. All closed on the weekends. What’s the point if urgent care is for when you can’t see your regular doctor?

Everybody super nice loved my nurse practitioner, but I had to wait a long time over an hour even with a spot on the list.

I was seen without much wait. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The provider seemed genuinely interested and caring about taking care of my needs.

Excellent doctor and staff. They take the time to listen to you. Fast and professional.

Arrived at 2:45pm. I was triaged and in a room by 3pm. Didn’t see a provider until 5:10pm. Seems like he was in a rush and was in and out within a minute or 2. Didn’t really listen to my problems. I was told he wanted to swab me for strep but I didn’t have a sore throat. Just a sinus infection. I asked for an antibiotic shot and he told me my symptoms didn’t warrant a shot. The nurse came in to swab me for strep and I was told the test would take 10 minutes and the provider would come back in. About 30-45 minutes later, the nurse comes in with an antibiotic shot after I was told I wouldnt be getting one. The provider never came back in to discuss my test results. I asked the nurse what antibiotic the provider was calling in and she states he wasn’t going to be sending anything in and that if I wasn’t better within a few days to call back and he would send something in. I understand that it’s flu season but I don’t understand why I had to wait so long and they were not busy. I will not be returning to this clinic

The visit was easy and quick with almost no wait time. Great advice and diagnosis from the doctor and left with the answers I had hoped to find.

I know it seems like these places are a dime a dozen, but this one is seriously SO wonderful. The staff are all friendly, the doctor today was so kind and informative, just all around a good experience. To top it off, I walked in at 3:30 and walked out at 4:03 - didnt take more than 30 minutes out of my Sunday. This is the AFC I will use for ALL of our after hours/weekend needs!!

I ask refil for my son antibiotics just to fimished hes dose, becasue he has been throwup after giving him. and have to give him another.but the people who answer the phone is not relly helping.

This urgent care was a Godsend! All of the staff were so friendly and professional, especially the nurse practitioner(Taylor R.) that took care of my daughter. I was late due to traffic on I24 so I called and the receptionist was super nice about it and said they’d hold my spot. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. Super nice, friendly staff. Then my usual pharmacy was closed so I called to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy and it was no problem at all. Highly recommend

Employee was extremely rude towards another patient by absolutely refusing to fill a prescription this patient needed without seeing them. The employee stated that it was their last day and this is why they didn’t want to. This was incredibly inconvenient for this patient seeing as how they had waited for hours to simply be told that the doctor doesn’t want to because well, they just don’t want to. This was very unprofessional behavior for a medical professional and clinic.

We were happy with the entire process at AFC Lookout Valley. Check in was easy and Dr Thomas was thorough and kind.

I was provided exactly what I wanted: I need to know if my toe is broken. An x-ray was taken and read by the doctor. He provided simple guidance on the next step. Straight forward treatment with a solution in a comfortable environment! Doesnt get any better.

My wait was 30-35 minutes. I was sent a link to complete registration on my phone, so I could wait in my car. The receptionist nurses were courteous. The doctor asked questions, really listened, and processed his conclusions with me, then tested for flu and COVID. I had neither.He listened to my chest, and I got a steroid shot and a prescription of antibiotics only if things didn’t clear up in a few more days (I had symptoms for six before coming in).Several years ago I went to the same clinic and a different doctor scared me half to death, saying I might have cancer. This recent visit was completely different, thankfully.

From the front desk, to the nurse, and the Dr everyone so nice. Couldnt of asked for better visit!

I had an excellent experience! The nurses and doctor took excellent care of me. They really listened to me and I felt valued. The called my prescriptions in immediate, which made everything easy for me. The facility is pretty, well appointed and sparkling clean. I will most definitely come back here when I need medical assistance or advice.

Dr Thompson was top notch! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Great personality, too! The Medical Assistant was also very nice and well trained. I look forward to going there in the future! I wouldn’t mind working there, but they don’t need any registered nurses right now.

Good luck getting xrays, never anyone there to do them. Waited from Monday because they left earlier, told they would be back wed only to have them not show up again, then told I would have to wait till Friday! Absurd. Never going there, they obviously do not have it together.

Have to say as far as being my first time ever visiting an Urgent Care facility was very much impressed. Staff was helpful as well as knowledgeable, must say was very impressed. Being a retired nurse you tend to scrutinize everything, the nurse that gave me my 2 injections “ AMAZING.” I truly felt better when I left. I thank God I gave them a try. We just moved to the area recently and Ive been suffering with a really bad cough for a couple weeks and bronchitis. Had a great visit! Erica, the front desk receptionist, was top notch. She was very sweet and listened to my every need. The nurse and nurse practitioner (Bobby Kite) were amazing as well. Nice and listened, never rushed, explained everything so that I would understand. Would recommend 100%!

Great service quick efficient. I went in during the middle of the week at 4 and the afternoon. They were able to get me in and seen by the Dr. Thompson and checked out in an hour. I was astonished with the quality of care and time management they have give everyone there. Highly recommend.

I visited today with a very urgent need - I had a chemical burn in both eyes, was in a lot of pain and could barely keep my eyes open. The staff brought me back right away and flushed out my eyes, better than I had been able to do on my own. Within a short amount of time, I was able to go home. Many thanks to the friendly staff - they were ALL really nice and great at what they do! Highly recommend.

Booked my appointment on my phone. Did registration online. Was called back immediately at my appointment time. Was seen immediately and the NP Stacey listen to my concerns and provided the healthcare I needed with professional courtesy and kindness. The visit could not possibly have been better.

I was there a little longer than expected but partly my fault. They did a good physical and was very polite and listened to what I had to say. Ill come back if I need to. But the cost was high just for a DOT physical. $175

Ive been here a few times for gout issues, never a long wait and its always clean. 👍👍 In my book. Update: Just did my annual wellness checkup for insurance, and besides the minor technical difficulties with my insurance (mainly cause I have changed jobs so many times) it was a good and speedy appointment. 🙃

I was visiting my daughter and her family when I injured my right knee from hiking and biking, trying to keep up with my 2 year old grandson, when my knee isn’t use to the hilly terrain, as I live in the flatlands of SW Georgia. I could barely walk yesterday morning when I woke up and was going to head home. I wondered how I could drive 5 hours since it was hard to bend my knee to sit in the car. I wanted a professional opinion to see if it would be ok for me to drive that distance safely. Dr Thompson was phenomenal. He was very kind and and gave me great care. He recommended an injection of a steroid and a pain injection to make my trip home more comfortable for me. It really helped and I got myself home. I praised your practice to my daughter and her friend as well. Thank you Dr Bruce and your front desk and nurse that gave the injections. Great team!!!

I walked in about an hour before closing for the day, as I could not reserve an online spot due to the time of day. I was still seen promptly. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my illness. The doctor spent sufficient time with me and did not seem to be in a hurry to rush me out the door.

I walked in because I was so much pain in my lower back and my upper leg on the same side. I could barely walk I was in so much pain. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, they make you feel at home. I was diagnosed with Sciatica and was given a steroid shot and the Dr called in a prescription for a steroid pack and muscle relaxer. 3 hours later I’m already feeling relief. Thanks So Much!!

I use AFC Lookout Valley as my primary care physicians and I have always gotten outstanding service from the staff and cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Bruce Thompson and NP Stacey Dill. They are top notch!

Very happy with my experience yesterday at AFC Lookout Valley. Greeted promptly, saw physician within 10 minutes of registration. She was quickly able to assess my injury and prescribe treatment, and I was out the door! About 35 minutes total— but I was fortunate to be the only patient at the time (3 pm on a holiday Monday). I’ll still choose AFC again when I need a quick visit!

I always have a great experience when I come to this urgent care facility. The staff and Dr. Thompson are always super helpful and friendly and I am always in and out in less than an hour. I have been a couple times here in the last month and both times they have been wonderful. The waiting room and patient rooms are always super clean and the medical assistants and nurses are always very nice and listen to your concerns. I will continue to come here for my health needs. Went online and saved a spot filled out the paperwork online and got there 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in and I was brought back at the appointment time service. and very fast and knowledgeable staff there great sevice. Thanks Doctor Dill

We unfortunately needed to take our toddler to urgent care while visiting from out of town. AFC was clean and quiet right when we walked in. The receptionist was kind and helpful and we were seen right away. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner who saw us were comforting, understanding, and very helpful. We were impressed with AFC from beginning to end and are grateful for such a good experience during an urgent time. I recommend AFC - thank you for caring for us the way you did.

I had a great visit with everyone on the medical side. They were friendly and listened and took great care of me. My only complaint is that the person at reception was very condescending. Im not a neophyte tech user. The tablet/phone check in was not synced so that I could get my code put in in time. It kept giving me new codes instead of letting me get back to the check in page. After several attempts she finally took the tablet and got it to work. Maybe she was having a bad day, you never know.

It was busy there but everyone was very helpful and honest about the wait.

Im a truck driver & I went in for a DOT Physical & a pre-employment drug screen today. My appt was @ 12PM. There were a few people in the waiting room but as soon as I completed my check in from my phone, I was called back for the drug screen. As soon as I was done with that, the nurse then started the physical by checking my blood pressure, reading the eye chart, etc. After that, she lead me to an exam room and in less than 10 minutes, the doctor came in, completed the physical & signed my medical card & long form. I was walking out the door in just under an hour! By far, the fastest & most efficient process Ive ever encountered. Best of all, the receptionists, nurse & doctor were all very professional, upbeat & kind, which helped ease my usual anxiety that results in a high blood pressure reading. Any truck driver out there knows that can be a total deal breaker for getting a clean medical card which causes a loss of your job! I actually had the absolute BEST blood pressure reading Ive ever had in a doctors office. I honestly believe the attitude & overall of vibe of AFC- Lookout Valley on Cummings Hwy played a large role in my successful experience. This place is AWESOME!!

This was my first visit. The employees were all very pleasant. My wait no more than 15 minutes, which included completing my registration information. The waiting room and patient room were very clean . After being taken back to a room , it was a short wait for the doctor. The doctor was pleasant, answered my questions and diagnosis was given. I never felt rushed. She encouraged me to come back as needed. I was there less than an hour. It was a good visit. I will go there rather than the ER in the future, when and if it is necessary. Thank you AFC! Youre amazing!

AFC is the only urgent care I go to. There is a fast pace less than a mile from my house but I’d rather travel the 20 miles to AFC. They are always thorough and check everything you ask them to. The doctors or practitioners always listen to everything you say and do as you ask. They will always be my number one choice for urgent care. AFC in Lookout Valley Chattanooga, TN will always be my go to as long as they’re open. Dr. Wheatley was great today. My husband was sick also and they let us be seen at the same time which was convenient.

Called for next day appointment. I was reminded via text about my appointment the next morning. I arrived 10 min early, but my wait time was very short to be seen. Paperwork completed online. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Thompson was great. I was assessed and was given exactly what I needed to help me. AFC of Lookout Valley has made a great first impression. I will definitely visit this office in the future. Ten star 🌟 rating personally.

Dr. Elizabeth Brooke was great. The wait time was not so great but I appreciated Dr. Brooke’s attentiveness, compassion and friendliness. For a man, I have always found that most female doctors listen the best.

Dr Bruce was very caring and personable. He relates to my concerns extremely well. I have been to this specific clinic many times and I’ve always gotten great care. I will continue to use their expertise.

The nurse practitioner was friendly and helpful as was the staff and nurses. The nurse practitioner took the time to listen and was very helpful. She told me a story that was relevant to my situation which gave me courage.

Love this clinic and the friendly doctor and other staff members. They are very busy in the mornings and early afternoons, so we have learned to call for appointments during less busy times. A permanent x-ray specialist is sorely needed at this location to help with some diagnoses, as they only have one on Fridays as a fill in. The clinic location has saved me several trips to my primary care physician downtown, thankfully because it accepts Medicare.

Mr. Chris Wheatley took such excellent care of me when I came in ill. Listened instead of rushing and gave me great advice and appropriate medicine. The rest of the staff was lovely as well. Would highly recommend!

Super clean, fast and friendly facility amd staff. We were visiting from Jacksonville, Florida and had an emergency. We were in and out and on our way in about 40 mins from start to finish.

I am a big fan of this Lookout Valley AFC. The staff is always pleasant. The two doctors are really top notch. I know personally how great Dr. Dill is. Last year she really made a huge difference’s when I was very sick and unable to see my GP. I was so grateful.

Everyone is very friendly and the doctors are exceptional. The office and waiting rooms are immaculate. The wait time is very minimal if you have made an appointment online.

The wait wasnt too long although here were several people waiting. I like the online completion of registration.

Paisley Reeves was my 1 st contact when I went back for my exam. I was pleased with her work and she took time to listen to what I had to say. Dr Stacey was also very pleasant to deal with, she took time to talk and get to know a little about me also. I would recommend this office anyone.

Very poor experience this time around. We came in for my sons ear infection at noon. Put his name down to be in line, it was expected to be a 3 hr wait so we came home to wait. Went back at the time given and waited another 1,5 hrs inside the room. Doctor had apparently gone in to the wrong room and we were left waiting forever. A nurse was notified and went in to tell him we were next, but he got mad at her and I heard them talking about it not being right. We left soon after without being seen and called a teledoc instead. We had a prescription within 15 minutes of the call. This happened on Sunday, January 14, 2024

The nurse practitioner we had, Robert Kite, left us feeling like we were children. His tone was extremely condescending. I’ve never had an experience like that in a walk in clinic. When you feel bad, you don’t need lengthy, elementary explanations.

Met a new Doctor to the practice today Dr.Robert goes by Robby. He was the best doctor I have ever seen took his time and Genuinely cares for each patient. They don’t make them like him anymore AFC is very blessed to have him on board.

Received service quickly. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. was very thorough and explained my condition and treatment clearly. Very positive experience.

The clinic was clean. Doctor was professional. I made an appointment which didn’t seem to matter. It took 1 hr and 23 minutes. I only went in to get a tetanus shot. I had to go to the RN station to inform them that I needed to leave for work and then they were quick to get to me. And I am not sure why this survey appears to be coming from someone other than me. Every aspect of my visit today was excellent. Electronic registration was easy and went smoothly. No time short. Staff responsive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the use of this American Family Care in Lookout Valley, TN.

There really wasnt a terribly long wait this time thank goodness. Theyre always so friendly and efficient and professional. I like the way they take time to listen to you once you get in there and you dont feel like youre being rushed through.

It was a great experience from the front desk clerk to the nurses and to the doctor/nurse practitioner. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Answered all my questions and directed me to the right specialist.

We were in town for vacation and my whole family got sick. Dr. Thompson was so understanding and kind. I have been to a couple AFC’s and this was by far the best experience my family has ever had. He was also great with my child and was able to get her to laugh and smile. Wonderful doctor and staff!

Had a very good visit at AFC of Lookout Valley yesterday. Made the appointment via the phone. Filled out all the paperwork online and submitted it before I arrived. Waited about 20 minutes to be called back.Everyone was very nice and professional. Once back in the room, from the time I left took about 20 mintues. They had to mix up a shot for me.Very impressed with cleanliness of the faculty, professionalism of the staff and with the attention I received.In the future, I will not hesitate to contact AFC of Lookout Valley for my medical needs.

Yes they were very helpful, the staff and doctor took care of me and it was done quickly. I feel like the help I got will help me until I can made arrangements with my primary doctor. I believe the doctors name was Stacy. She was very nice and caring.

Receptionists slow to attend me, both appeared to be on personal devices, sign in is a nightmare for non- technical patients. Once taken back the service was prompt, comfortable, professional and complete! Stacey Dill was as pleasant and thorough as good as Ive seen. And Im very happy with her diagnosis and treatment results.On the clinical side- 5 stars is not enough. Reception 4 stars was too much. Ive been to your clinic a few times and Dr Roberts and all NPs are very good!

Went early one morning, staff was friendly and I was seen promptly. Dr listened to my issues intently, offered treatment for one issue and planned follow-up tests for something else. They are nice and thorough and I am pleased and will be back when needed.

Ive been here before for tonsillitis and they do not disappoint! I had to schedule an appointment today and Wendy was such a pleasure to speak with! She was very personable and kind.

Disappointed first visit. Seemed organized with a queued order for seeing a doctor. Then 2 hours later I am finally seen after being missed somehow. Others who showed up after me were seen. Doctor was great. Plan to wait and know the order you sign up doesn’t matter.

Called for scheduled time and was able to get right in. I was seen quickly by staff and doctor was able to conclude same as expected. He called in prescription for a minor infection and I was on my way within 20-30 minutes of arrival. I never felt rushed and the care was excellent.
