For now, I cannot give 5 stars but I’d say the center is well on their way for me!I’ve met Dr. Matthews 1x - her bedside manner is fabulous! I’m in the beginning stages of IVF and she was very helpful in answering my questions and providing literature. As of date, I’ve been working directly with Bob (her nurse) and he has been great as well! The staff in general at AtriumFertility is great. I feel at ease and welcomed. Everyone is so pleasant from Phlebotomy, Reception staff and the Ultrasound tech. Everyone seems well knowledgeable and there is literally no stone left unturned here.

As a nurse with many years of experience in healthcare, I was incredibly pleased with my experience with Dr. Matthews. She spent ample time with us, explained every detail, and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend for any fertility needs.

This entire operation is 5 star. You’re informed, communication is open and constant, you’re cared for and heard. Dr. Matthews is a straight shooter, her team is a well oiled machine, and the overall experience was great. If you’ve been through the IVF process you know that’s a high praise because literally every step of the process is veiled in some kind of loss. Our losses were always met with answers, options, and optimism. If you’re unlucky enough to have to go this route, may you be lucky in the care that you receive. This is better than a miracle; it’s hard numbers, science, and education executed by all around decent humans, as rare as it may be these days.

Dr Mathews was very attentive and knowledgeable. She provided other alternatives and acknowledged my concerns. She is very kind and thoughtful while still addressing the issue. Ultimately, I will be switching providers. Thank you Dr Mathews!
