My most recent experience here was positive (Jan. 25). Outside of the paperwork hassle (which is better than it used to be) and the wait (admittedly wasnt too long), the experience was very positive. Front staff was good, friendly and professional. The PA that saw me was great. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask the questions, heard my story, and set the doc up for a good visit. The doctor I saw was absolutely fantastic. Again, she already had my recent history from the PA and my past history from my visit a few years back, but still took the time to listen, ask questions, and spent enough time with me to put me at ease that I wasnt just being shuffled through the system. This approach and these skills are very much appreciated in this day and age! Is absolutely love to have her as my primary physician.Id also like to add that the efficiency of my service didnt stop at the door. I was pleasantly surprised before I got out of the parking lot to see the text come through from the pharmacy saying that theyd already received and were processing my prescriptions.
This was the best urgent care experience ever. The two at the front desk were super helpful, super quick and nice. The doctor and staff all took the time to listen, were efficient and professional in their responses and use of time. We were in and out in no time. Thank you NextCare and staff!
My appointment was at 5:30 PM. I wasn’t seen until 7 PM. The nurse or the person that took me back was not friendly at all. I was being seen for 2 ear infections so my ears were ringing. He was wearing a mask so I couldn’t hear him, I told him I couldn’t hear him and to speak up. He did but it was more like he yelled at me. The PA was very nice and really concerned about my ears. Only one of the receptionists was friendly. It was one of the worst experiences I have had at an Urgent Care.
The staff at NextCare Urgent Care were very kind and efficient when I came to see them. They told me it would be a two hour wait, but I think they got me in a little quicker. They were very quick to refer me to the emergency room and said they would keep my urgent care visit cost as low as possible. Because of their instructions I was able to get to the front of the line at the ER.
I scheduled as a walk-in and was very patient and kind with the longer wait time due to the nature of my appointment. It was about 1.5-2 hours. when I was eventually seen, the PA was obviously in a huge hurry since they appeared to be at max capacity with walk-ins. The PA wasn’t rude, however I don’t think my quality of care was great. I’ve been having obvious chest congestion/cough for over 10 days and just got an xray with an rx for cough suppressants that aren’t even covered by my pretty good insurance. Kind of a bummer visit.
This review is not a reflection of the staff, but rather of NextCares system. I made an appointment for my child to be seen at 2:45 for a fever and COVID/Flu symptoms and arrived 10 min before our appointment with all my paperwork done. We then waited 2 hours. What I realized is that it doesnt matter if you made an appointment--the walk ins will go in before you if they walked in before you and the appointment time is just getting in on a list. SO...when I made my appointment I could have really just checked in online and waited for them to send me a text instead of taking my sick child into a crowded waiting room to lay on a hard chair while they called everyone that checked in online ahead of us. If I would have known I would have brought Tylenol with me since his Ibuprofen had worn off, and I would have taken him in the morning so we werent driving home at 530 still waiting for meds. So--the appointment is a stupid, misleading advertisement. The staff was great, friendly and clearly its not their fault things are busy during the cold and flu season but NextCare shouldnt offer an appointment option if they still have you wait two hours.
Worked out great making appointment on line. Waited less than 10 minutes. Everyone was so friendly & at ease. Fortunately my ankle wasn’t broken & was given ankle brace to wear. The care was outstanding! Absolutely recommend this provider!
I was there a couple of hours ago, and I did not care for the provider, Catherine Parker, PAC. She spoke rapidly & abruptly, and my daughter could barely hear her. My daughter just turned 18 years old, and the doctor acted as if I wasnt in the room, even though my daughter requested that everything be communicated to both of us. She was not detailed in how she explained things and her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. The front office staff was curt & unwelcoming.Ive gone to the one on Power, in East Mesa, and Gilbert, and they all had a positive, very pleasant disposition! Not this provider. Henceforth, I wont patronize this location. The wait time was not bad; thats why theres two stars!
Little wait before getting in but I didn’t have an appointment so that was reasonable. PA who took out my sutures was very communicative, explained everything about the healing process, and showed me exactly what she meant. Very good experience!
Location is convenient. The staff, all staff is less than desirable. The girls at the front desk are rude and act as if it is an inconvenience to help you and check you in. As if it is something beyond their scope of their job description to actually do their job. The doctor, or PA, was also extremely rude. She couldnt wait to get out of the room and wouldnt listen to our symptoms. We were told it was nothing more than drainage. We told her that it had to be more and she actually got upset with us and said there wasnt anything else she saw. That we were more than welcome to go to a specialist. We went to another urgent care and it turned out to be a major ear infection and strep. Please dont waste your time or energy here. You are nothing more than a number to these people.
I enjoyed the convenience of the quick paperwork QR core feature & the wait really wasn’t that bad! The provider was thorough and listen to my needs. And quickly sent my prescription to the local 24 hour pharmacy. Really made dealing with a messed up eye a lot easier than expected for a Friday night.
We had to go in very late, at less than half an hour before closing, and kept them well after midnight. Yet they were so kind and compassionate. They ran multiple tests until finding that the person we brought had pneumonia. We would have waited sooo much longer in an emergency room, and it would have been much more expensive. I would absolutely not hesitate to visit this clinic if we ever needed emergency care again. Excellent, caring, helpful staff!
Rude ladies at the front desk, the lady that came in to help me didn’t offer any further testing, turns out I had Covid and they didn’t even offer to test for it, had to find out myself. When my original Strep test came back they called me and I missed the call so I called them back and told them I missed a call from them and the lady on the phone said “yeah I have no idea why we called you… what’s your date of birth” in a very rude tone. And then said “yeah your test was negative” and hung up. I will never go back to this place. Horrible healthcare, horrible customer service, and no compassion for their patients. I wish zero stars was an option.
This is my go-to NextCare location. I made an appointment online and, even though the waiting room was packed, they honored my appointment and brought me back on time. The doctor was quick and the prescription was sent to a 24-hour pharmacy since it was late at night. All within one hour I was seen by the doctor, and had my prescription and I was headed home. Now, a couple of days later, I am feeling much better!
Medical assistant that rooms patients was very rude on 11/29 at around 12:30. Told the girl at front office she didn’t care if a patient was ready to be called back. Very disappointed with the service there. While I was in my room I could hear the Doctor and medical assistant saying that they shouldn’t have came into work and the people that don’t volunteer to go in should’ve been scheduled …. Giving attitude and not speaking to any of the patients… very disappointed . The only ones that were friendly was the check in girls very sweet and caring so far as the back staff …. Nothing but ugly looks on their faces
I had no appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all. Receptionists were very nice and help. Nurse and Doctor were also very pleasant. I would definitely come back if need be.
I was very happy to find an Urgent Care location not too far from my house that was open late. I was able to make an appointment before I got there and also able to view how many people were waiting. I showed up a couple of hours early hoping that I might get in quicker because they also took walk-ins, but it looked like it was going to take the full 2 hours or more to be able to see me so I went home and then came back an hour or so later. There were still three or four people in front of me, so I still had some waiting and I think they called me a bit after my appointment time. But everybody was very nice and professional. They have a lab in house so they were able to perform a test and give me results on the spot pretty much and they will do some follow-up afterwards. Called in some antibiotics to a pharmacy that was still open which I picked up that same evening and was able to get started on my week of antibiotics. So all in all it was quite happy and I caught up on an audiobook while I was doing all that waiting.
We visited the clinic after my husband got sick while visiting the area from Boston. The care we received was very good. My husband felt sick, we made an appointment and he was seen with only a few minutes waiting. He was able to get an x-ray to confirm the diagnosis. Our primary doctor is confident in the treatment and so are we.
What an awesome experience. Brian was AMAZING and able to get blood from me in one try, which has never happened for me in my life 😂 The PA I saw was also super nice, thoughtful, kind and thorough. So thankful for them and their late hours as well!
I watch the reception how she deals with patients and her tone of voice and reaction is professional. She handled them with great manners. Technician was also amazing and the physician seems kind and caring and enjoys why she does cause some are just all for the money. The only thing I didn’t like was the waiting time but of course this is given as there’s so many people but overall it’s a good place . Customer service no longer exist or not expected but here was different it’s too bad they can’t do all.
I showed up around 9 at night and i spent almost 300 dollars for less than a minute of physician assistant Melissa Samms time. she said i could go to the ER if i wanted to and gave me no recommendations or asked if i had any questions. im extremely frustrated and upset because i wouldnt have wasted all of that money and time if i didnt feel like something was wrong. everyone else was very kind and accepting especially for that time of night. dont see Melissa Samms if you want to be believed.
Excellent care and very professional, but friendly. Answered all questions easily. Appointments adhered to. Definitely will go again. Great experience.
They were very nice, so for that, 2 stars, but it cost a lot of money for them to tell me nothing was wrong, only to go back to another doctor 2 days later and test positive for strep… which was exactly what I assumed it was in the first place. Maybe it was too early to test, maybe the swab wasn’t great, who knows. But what I do know is they cost me more than double the amount of money at NextCare vs my urgent care appointment today, and worst, cost me a few extra miserable days. Wouldn’t go back unfortunately.
Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. The medical staff all took their time with me, explained things well, and answered my questions.Overall, a good experience.
They made us pay over $100 to tell us theres nothing they can do. Sent us home without doing anything whatsoever. Not even a medication to help in the meantime. The actual provider was rude and very judgemental which was not necessary. The front desk lady was also rude, and very unhelpful. If you think you need to go here, save the money and the trip and just go to the hospital. They wont help you anyway.
Seems a lot of healthcare has gone downhill after COVID. Lack of compassion and caring. Its nice to see this place has not changed, people and care are fantastic. I wish they could have more services available, but they fall victim to lack of available staff like everyone else. I cant sing them for that.. thanks for the great care
I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this urgent care. I’m hesitant to write bad reviews, but I feel my experience should be shared. Let’s start with the pro’s: I was able to be seen same day, I didn’t wait too long, and they were able to bill my insurance correctly. Cons: Doctor was dismissive and not very thorough which resulted in delayed care. I came to urgent care pretty sure that I had a sinus infection. I mentioned my symptoms to the doctor who immediately said I had a virus. I knew that already since that is usually where sinus infections stem from, but I was hoping to get some antibiotics as traditional medication was not working and I was getting worse every day. She was adamant that I had a virus and that my body would fight it on its own. I am also immune compromised which makes fighting anything on my own an uphill battle. When I mentioned that I had fevers every day for a week, she instructed me to take more Tylenol and told me to monitor. I told her that a fever that doesn’t go away most likely means there is an underlying cause that may need to be treated, hence why I requested antibiotics…for an infection. She did not believe I had a sinus infection and began testing for flu and Covid. When the results came back as negative, she shrugged her shoulders and said that there are hundreds of viruses of which it could be any one. She prescribed me cough medication and that was that. Before I left I asked her when I should come back if the cough medication alone doesn’t work and my body can’t fight it off. She told me I could come back in two weeks, but that “I would most likely be told the same thing, that it’s a virus, and there is nothing much we can do about that”. The next morning I woke up with the highest fever I have had and goop coming out of my eyes. I felt awful and decided to go to a different urgent care not associated with NextCare. I was also able to make a same day appointment and the doctor actually listened to what I was telling her. She felt my sinus points which the previous doctor hadn’t and immediately told me I had a severe sinus infection. She prescribed me antibiotics and I was able to start them that day. After a few days of taking them I immediately started to feel better and my fever went away. They even called me the next day to check up on me! I won’t go back to NextCare. I’m know not all locations have doctors like the one who examined me and maybe she was just tired from a long day, but I would rather go someplace I know will listen.
Staff is always kind and ready to help. Yajayra checked me in and took my vitals. She was absolutely amazing and so sweet, she answered all the questions I had and had the best attitude throughout my whole visit. I’m very grateful to have this clinic nearby for any urgent care visits and have never had a bad experience here.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have NEVER had a helpful, much less pleasant, visit to this location. Everyone is rude, they don’t care about figuring out what is wrong with you. Nurses will say “I don’t know what you expect us to do about this,” then when you ask the doctor about it the doctor will yell at you “WELL IS [nurse] A DOCTOR?” Maybe train non-doctors not to give unsolicited medical advice that should only come from a doctor? Receptionists sit in the lobby and talk shit about patients for all to hear. Half the doctors can’t modulate their voice and therefore end up sharing your medical info with the entire clinic despite being behind closed doors. My most recent issue is when I went in with breathing issues, pressure in the chest, wet cough, and was tested for strep and sent away after it came back negative. Two days later I was significantly worse and had to go to HonorHealth, where they CARED enough to x-ray me and found out I had PNEUMONIA. My visit to NextCare was an absolute waste of time and money. I had to get 5 different treatments when I went to HonorHealth because of the shape I was in.I no longer care that this is the closest urgent care to me. I would sooner pay ER bills or take a farther drive than come to this dumpster fire of an establishment.
My PA was great and very detailed. What i didnt like was my waiting time, even with an appointment I still had to wait 1hr and 45 min. That is ridiculous.
I didnt spend more than 10 minutes at any point in my visit without being checked on, spoken to, updated etc and it was busy... my blood draw was painless - thank you Salina!!My doctor was amazing - I forget her name but I felt seen & heard and not once felt like anyone was pressed for time or rushed. Wonderful experience considering the circumstances. Thank you!!Wonderful experience considering the circumstances.Thank you!!
I went into this urgent care yesterday describing every symptom that I told to the ER today. Yesterday this urgent care clinic sent me home with a small dose of antibiotics to help with my cough and sinuses. I ended up in the emergency room this morning and now I have to be admitted to the hospital because I have an extraordinarily bad kidney infection, which they found by testing my pee, which they also did at this urgent care clinic and found nothing. They seem like they don’t know what they’re doing or just simply don’t care obviously.
The service was good, the medical staff, and wait time was fantastic. But, the pharmacy I specified on the Solv app when I checked in was not the correct one. The check in app is slow. Overall, for a Friday night, my visit was quick and efficient. I still had plenty of time for a good Friday night! Thanks!
Best thing was availability of scheduling same day. Waited 35 minutes to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. Said script sent to pharmacy. Got a call about 20 min later asking whay pharmacy, when I tell the she was like oh yeah I see that now will send over 2 hours later nothing at pharmacy, was told will gave someone call in when done with patient....
I called ahead to see what the wait time was. They said 40 minutes. I arrived and filled out the paperwork. I waited about 30 minutes or less. I was seen for a rash and it was determined that I had hives due to an allergic reaction. Not sure what the reaction was from particularly. I was prescribed an oral steroid and my prescription was ready within an hour of my departure.
I came into Urgent Care with what I thought was a sprained ankle and an injured wrist from an overuse injury in my job. However, I also had several other symptoms and significant pain that was preventing me from walking well or using my hands in general. The pain was bad enough that I was wheeled into the Urgent Care. PA Heidi took the time to ask me questions about my symptoms and my health history in order to provide me with an accurate treatment. I had already seen a primary care doctor earlier in the day who didnt identify my health issue. She found that I was suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and prescribed me medication. After less than 12 hours on medication I was walking much more easily and even able to attend my office Christmas party! Today as Im writing this review, Im able to use my dominant hand for the first time in a week. PA Heidis caring manner allowed us to find the root of my problems. While I will still need to see a specialist, Im so glad that PA Heidi was the first one to give me this news and to take the time to listen to me to get an accurate diagnosis!
Too long wait time >1 hr inspite of scheduling appointment. PA stays in room for less than 5 mins but it takes forever to enter the room. They test patience of sick patients for sure. It wasn’t super busy too. Definitely need to speed up things. Front desk girl African American was rude at Dobson location.
I waited over 2 hours to be seen for a five second appointment where I had to push for an xray to be taken. All for the PA to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. Front desk was also making remarks about me calling prior to verify that they had xray at their location. The only good experience that I had at this urgent care was the xray tech. The bedside manner I received was terrible up until the point where they found out I work in ortho. I ended up being seen at a sports medicine clinic where I was properly diagnosed and X-rays had to be redone as the images taken at uc didn’t even show the proper angles or the full collarbone.
I go here all the time for many different aliments when I cant get into my regular doctor. Never have to wait very long and can even make a same day appointment when I dont want to sit there and wait. They always fit me up for the minor problems I might have.
We booked a 10:30pm appt online for my daughter who had strep. When I get to the clinic to check in the front office woman said she couldn’t find the appt we booked and directed me to use the walk-in QR code. I asked if it would make a difference in wait time. She informed me it wouldn’t which turned out to not be the case. When I started realizing people coming in after us, with appt’s, were being seen before us I then asked her again if we could check in using our appt slot we had booked online- I could literally see our initials in the wait time section of the app which showed less people ahead then our walk-in check in she instructed us to make. Again, she insisted it would not make a difference as all the appts were running late. This made absolutely no sense and proved to be wrong anyway as we needlessly waited an extra hour and watched 4 people go ahead of us that shouldn’t had she just done her job and checked us in under our booked appt time. Not only was she completely incompetent and inefficient, she was clearly not interested in helping or explaining anything to anyone coming to her to check in. The first point of contact for your patients should at least possess basic communication skills. Send her back to training or find someone new.
Go there a lot when I have trouble breathing. I have a few lung diseases. Last few visits not feeling like they care to much that I am struggling to breathe. Trying to stay out of ER. They seem to Want to get in and out of exam room. I’m never going back again. Dobson and north of Chandler blvd Chandler
Every time I come here the front desk are so friendly and the medical assistants and doctors are very caring. I also never have to wait too long. I live in Maricopa and tried the NextCare out there but it was terrible. This Dobson location is worth the 45 minute drive.
In and out quick, front desk, Medical asst and PA, were all kind, professional and caring. This will be my new Urgent care!!Highly recommend
Decent service. Had an appointment, got into a room About 40 minutes after my appointment time. Un Fortunately they dont do x-rays of necks. So I had to go somewhere else.
Got me in quick and the lady doctor (I wish I remembered her name) was so kind and got me everything I may need for my extreme cough. Normally don’t love urgent cares as most of the people that work there I’ve been to act like they hate their life but everyone was kind at this one. Important when you’re not feeling good yourself.
Your experience will vary greatly by the provider you get. Unfortunately, the PAC I got was terrible the last two times I went here. It would be great if the standards for care was measured by something other than getting patients out as fast as humanely possible.
Appointment went fine. Getting prescription sent to pharmacy I told them to and the one they had on file, was a nightmare. I had to go back in to Nextcare around 3:45 to see why it wasnt at pharmacy yet from an 11:00am appt. They said it would be sent again, but didnt go out until 5:22pm and still went to a CVS 3 miles further away! I wasted a few hours driving around since rarely does anyone answer the phone at Nextcare near me 600 S Dobson Rd , Chandler AZ forcing you to physically go back in and stand there to get an answer. Not good.
Not friendly, at best a forced friendly from the front desk.Assistents in the back were super nice. The practioner had no bedside manner and told me I was vague. Will not recommend ever. Healthcare is expensive why give it to a place like this to enjoy.
I walked in at 10:15pm almost 2 hours before closing. Everything online said that it was open and accepting walk-ins. Arrived and she said they were at capacity. When I asked about why it was reflecting as still accepting walk-ins she said the general manager was trying to figure out how to change it. I wasnt even allowed to put my name on a list for a now show appt.
I was able to wait in my car until it was my turn to be seen. I received a text and phone call which I appreciate. Even though there were many people ahead of me I was able to be in and out within an hour feeling much better. I’m thankful for the staff that took care of my issue. I can now walk without pain! (I had glass in my foot)
The PA that saw my daughter yesterday barely assessed her or even touched her. The medical assistant had a terrible attitude and was trying to use adult equipment on a pediatric patient. The entire experience was terrible.
If I could put more stars I would. Very efficient. Great communication with their sick patients. My daughter and I were treated badly at a clinic right before this.(another health care provider) When we came to this location we were treated with care and diginity. We have asthma and were suffering from a Respiratory infection. The staff was kind and the doctor listened to my needs. Thank you.
Walked in about 8:30 AM w/o an appointment. The receptionist was very nice. I was seen @ 9:30 AM. Very nice , very professional. I highly recommend this location!
Good experience. Dr. Shy was on the ball, confident, focused, reassuring - and effective. This was our first visit to Nextcare, but won’t be our last if/when health issues pop up.
Staff was not friendly at all. My son came in for ear pain and no one showed any sympathy at all. The PAC Melissa Samms looked bother when I asked her if she can give my son drops for his infection instead of oral medicine. Mrs. Samms was un a rush to get is out the door.
I came in this morning, front check in lady was very nice, nurse was nice and personable. Dr. Juan Miranda helped me. Gave me answers and guidance so I knew how to care for my wrist.I am already feeling better. Icing my wrist and taking anti inflammatory. Plenty of fluid. I know what to do if there are further problems.Happy to leave a great review. Very grateful to heal and have a quick visit.I appreciate you all. Kindness matters.
I went there with a sore throat number never looked in my throat. I went there with problem with my ear, and that wonderful lady Nahida she came in and she flushed my ears. She was very gentle very comforting. She was the best I’ve ever seen as far as the receptionist she has very little to be desired unfortunately, that’s the first ignorant person you see, then the other one came in never got an anabiotic never looked in my throat. Never nothing very very dissatisfied very except for Nahida. She was the best. She’s the one who took your vitals. She flushed my ear out. Anyone else I’ve ever been to in my life
3 hours just to be seen. Front desk ladies were very rude to all patients walking in. Nurses/other staff in the back all loudly talking down upon patients, complaining about their requests. All around immature and poor service. Don’t recommend :)
Dr was great, staff not so friendly. I waited over an hour to be seen with appointment, will not return to this location
I was signed in and taken back rather quickly especially for urgent care. The staff and Dr was very helpful in answering my questions and making suggestions.
My daughter went in for a sports physical. We were able to get a same day appointment and the exam was fantastic. I felt that the physician spent enough time with my daughter to get a good idea on whether or not she was healthy and G2G!Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend Next Care Urgent Care to friends.Thank you Dr. Mirgerler!
This was the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I usually hate going because of grumpy staff, scary people and awful wait times. However, this location was a unicorn of urgent cares. I don’t think I will ever go to a different one again. 👌
Walked in and there was not one person in the waiting room so they weren’t even busy. There were two girls at the front desk that were chatting and looking at their phones, did not greet me at all just said do you have an appointment? I said no that was followed by “scan the code”I just don’t understand especially in the medical field how people can be so rude. You can’t even say hi how are you? OK no problem. You don’t have an appointment. Go ahead and scan here. Just some type of a warm welcome. The back office was friendly, but coming out again to the front I felt like I was putting g them out -sorry you have to pause from talking about what you did on the weekend to help me!I was very nice, smiled and said, thank you and was very courteous along the way, hoping for a change in the attitude, but it continued.I know it’s hard to find Good workers these days, which is why I’m assuming they would allow this type of behavior. There was a sign that said any type of aggressive behavioral will be Kicked out or something to that effect and I’m thinking well no wonder people get aggressive in there because they’re so pissed off that they’re being treated so rude!
Wow, what a horrible experience! This is exactly why I avoid seeking medical care. After a couple weeks of a bump by my elbow I finally decided it wasn’t going away and wanted to make sure it wasn’t something serious (it was red, now a bump that’s tender and burns/itches a bit). I paid ~$250 because I haven’t met my deductible this year, and the doctor looked at it for 20 seconds and said I’d have to go see a dermatologist or orthopedist (not extremely helpful that she couldn’t narrow it down to one option, I suspect that’s because no tests were run to determine the actual problem). Previously I’ve been to urgent cares that have run blood tests to ensure there were no infections (which is particularly concerning because the nurse that took my vitals said it felt warm and could be an infection), and one time lanced a similar cyst/bursirtis pocket, but this doctor just felt it and said to go elsewhere. She then couldn’t believe that I wasn’t satisfied with the “care” I received for the money, and she walked out of the room without providing an actual recommendation of where to go or what to do. The receptionist was nice enough to print a page of orthopedist recommendations, but it seems to me if you’re unable to help in any way other than send me somewhere else, there shouldn’t be a $250 charge up front (which I assume is why you have to pay up front, as this seems to happen fairly regularly based on the doctor’s defensive reaction).
Arrived around 10:30pm. Was seen in less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I tried to book an appointment online and after going through that process it told me my slot was no longer available which was annoying. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Fast, friendly service. The paperwork is online and much simpler and faster than the old paper way. Our appointment was for 20-min in the future but then they called us right back. This was one of the best Urgent Care experiences we have ever had.
This was my first time there. They were kind, compassionate and saw me quickly. I appreciate them.
It was quick and easy checking in, and the provider was outstanding. She listened carefully to all my concerns and was professional and thorough.
The lady at the front desk with the Roman numerals on her hand in real small writing was very rude . She didn’t care to help out with a question we simply had in regards to, do we wait in the front to receive our discharge papers as well as a letter for work . She yelled twice and stated I told u to go out there already ! very unprofessional very disrespect and rude . Considering you’re working with people to help them specially people that aren’t feeling good and are sick already upset and you wanna be rude . ! I definitely think it’s best you reconsider your position if you’re gonna be rude and scream !
You could hear the employee(s) cursing and yelling at each other. It was mainly the receptionist. The lady with medium to long dark brown hair with faded highlights. She sits closer to the main office door when walking in/out. It was very awkward and very uncomfortable. Definitely wouldnt recommend it. A lady and her son left, right after hearing staffing cursing.
Waited an hour and half from the appointment time. Physicians Assistant was great who we saw, she prescribed exactly what we needed.
People were very nice. I was a Walk in. It took 2 hours to get xray and results.
Wonderful physician assistants and nurses! Very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. Only problem is when you try to return a call or text from one of them THE FRONT DESK DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER! I tried calling several times different days, different times trying to return their messages.I brought this up to the PA Wednesday, she told me she knows that’s a problem, they have talked to the front desk about it several times, but THEY STILL REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I even said something to the front desk as I was walking out about not ever being able to get through, the phone keeps ringing and ringing. The woman just looked at me. No response whatsoever.
Even with an appointment I was in the waiting room for over an hour and 20mins so there was really no sense of urgency for being an Urgent Care. If I was told when I checked in this was the case I would have rescheduled. I won’t go back for this reason. However the MA that took me back and the tech that drew my blood were very friendly.
Went in with complaints of coughing and sore throat. The medical assistant to take the vitals was wonderful, and she took a strep culture. The PA Shayan came in to discuss the negative results and offered no other care for the symptoms I was having, even though I explained I have green pus pockets in the back of my throat and cough up green mucus and was prone to sinus infections. I haven’t been sick in over three years or been prescribed an antibiotic since. I wont even take an ibuprofen for pain much less anything stronger. Though he recognized my throat was red and swollen, he did no other labs and acted as though I was making up my symptoms. When I was leaving I had to get the attention of the front desk girl who was on her phone and rolled her eyes when I wanted to pay my bill.If you are not concerned with results and action being taken on your complaints, or even compassion, then this place is for you.
Very impressed! First time at this urgent care. They were on time. Very professional. Nice providers and staff.
Did walk in at the beginning of the day and was able to get in within 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional
The. Staff was very nice and the Dr top-notch we were in and out, in not time. I took my son after work and expected to be there for a while but it was not like that. Thank you for your help
Process was quick and easy; I was in and out with no issues. Staff were extremely kind and informative when interacting with me, which helped wonders when coping with pain. They really helped calm me down, patch me up, set expectations about healing and aftercare, and made a horrible accident manageable. Thank you again x
The provider Shyon Fakhimi was excellent very knowledgeable . He explained in detailed about my issues and provide me with medication. Thank you! Great work !
I had fluid build up in my elbow. I was misdiagnosed with a joint infection and was sent to the ER only to be told to go home after seeing the doctor. The ER bill was $1800 only to be told it would go away on its own. Waste of $1800.
Waiting to be seen was a bit long. FromThe time we checked in and waited to be seen was a 45-50 minute wait. Too long in my opinion. Then you have to wait once you’re done with your visit another 5-7 minutes to get any paperwork. I only came here because the sports physical fee was cheaper than who I normally go to but I think I’d rather go back to them and pay the extra for a shorter wait time. Staff was great but not the wait.
Front desk staff seem like they hate their lives. Not even the slightest bit friendly, don’t acknowledge you when you’re speaking to them or when you walk up to the counter. It was honestly just such an uncomfortable interaction…… I am taking my son elsewhere to be seen this evening.
Stopped in to evaluate injury to my right arm post car accident. Nurse and X-Ray tech were great - friendly, empathetic and quick to evaluate/diagnose. The two young ladies at the front desk could maybe use some training on greeting patients, things like turning from your computer to face the patient when communicating, looking patient in the eye when communicating, expressing sympathy, knowing how to deal with insurance and billing so as not to worry patient… Overall happy with experience though. Would come here again, but hope I don’t have to!! 🙏🏻
Tooth pain on a weekend is never fun. I made an appointment online and was seen by one of the coolest providers. I’m pleased to say I was seen with care, love and respect. Visit this location if your in the area and need treatment. Not to mention the hospital is across if you need urgent help.
All staff were friendly, professional and informative.Especially the nurse in a pink uniformShe was amazing
My son cut his finger at work and needed stitches. I knew NextCare would be open past 8pm so we went. Not only was the MA, efficient and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to find us a charger so we could charge my sons phone so I could get the Workmans comp info off of it. The doctor was awesome! She took her time and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely go back when theyre needed!
They took our insurance. They were able to do a chest x-ray while we were there.
I had a very pleasant visit. The staff was very professional and very helpful. I’d highly recommend this establishment to anybody seeking medical treatment.
Waited for almost 2 hours to be seen - I scheduled and appointment but there was only 1 provider available and she was an N.P. The staff taking vitals was (he) was unfriendly and incompetent as he couldn’t not answer simple concerns expressed to him about options! All around it was a horrible experience compared to the last time I was there in 2019! You need to hire staff that cares and wants to help people in need of immediate health care!
I had to get my ears cleaned at this location and I regret not waiting until the morning to go to my usual urgent care. They used a spray bottle instead of a syringe. A syringe gets the job done in 5 pulls and it is relaxing. This urgent care allowed a certain nurse in blue scrubs Mexican woman 200lbs to excessively and aggressively spray my one ear over 70 times without even stopping to check if she got the ear wax out and let the water drain and when she stopped and said theres more she kept going and then also dug into my ear with a tool and when I yelled in pain she kept going and then said she realized the ear wax she was looking at was abraised ear canal skin from excessive force. They then sent me out 1 minute later without even discussing the poor treatment and damage from the treatment. Horrible review. 1 star for every area of service.
Front staff was rude to me and other patients. Provider recommended me a prescription I was comfortable with and then she changed it without consulting with me to something that is well known to be harmful to the human body. I only caught this as I was leaving. I tried to get it changed back and they would not honor their original commitment. The provider recommended I get the other medication anyway and I said I am not taking something that is known to be harmful to many patients but I would take the other one or an alternative. She said that is your choice to not pick up the prescription. I thanked them and walked out. Oh and they are aggressive even though there sign advocates against it, maybe they should read their own sign and respect a patients rights and ability to be a part of the discussion that affects their health.
The doctor, nurse and staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely return and recommend the facility to anyone.
I came in with my spouse and upon entering in you immediately get the vibe from the front staff that they are inconvenienced by any patient they have to help. They are rude to every person that came in. They have a sign posted that aggression from patients wont be tolerated ... what about aggression from the staff? Overall I do not recommend anyone be seen here. For all veterans please go to another Urgent Care that contracts with the VA. I will be filing a complaint thru the VA to let them know how this clinic is treating their patients. To the managerial staff: please do not leave a generic response. If you truly cared about your patients you would be specific and reach out directly to those who have made complaints.
Kelsey Rokey PAC messed up all aspects of this discharge. She prescribed Amoxicillin which was the one antibiotics my daughter is allergic to and then didnt despense the ear drops she desperately needs.
Everyone was friendly and helpful on a busy night. They asked questions and gave very good input on how to proceed to address my issues.
My wait time was very good everyone in the office very nice .doctor was very good explain everything very caring. Took my concerns seriously.
I was well taken care by both people who took care of me, sorry I don’t remember their names but so kind and the doctor was fantastic!!! A very short wait time.
Megan huerta is one of our favorite providers she is always so kind and caring and we were lucky to see her today! 🥰
More expensive than other urgent care. However, no problems with checking in, and the Medical Assistant was courteous and efficient. The Physician Assistant was also very polite and listened well during consultation. Thanks. Now the facility is in need of updating and better care.
The staff was super knowledgeable and nice . Even when it came to the nurse and doctor we were in and out with in 20 minutes . Visit was for physical for my child to play football .
Completely unprofessional and did not help with any of the concerns I brought up. Essentially sent me home with the same issue and told me if it got worse to just go to the emergency room, did not help with anything I asked for.
I made my appointment, got there and 5 minutes later they called me back. In less than 10 minutes I was checked out and heading to the pharmacy for my prescription. When I got to the pharmacy they had already received my prescription and were working on it.I was gone from my house for less than an hour and I saw the Dr. picked up my prescription. I don’t think you can ask for better than that!
It was really quick getting to the doctor as walk-ins. Appreciate friendly attitude towards me and my daughter. Would recommend!
We were next in line. 0 ahead. And then the nurse comes out and calls someone else’s name. So they go in. That felt rude.
My daughter experienced a persistent stomach ache accompanied by occasional vomiting. We were fortunate to receive prompt medical attention as a walk-in patient, and our concerns were effectively addressed. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff.
I was well cared for tonite. I did not have to wait more than an hour and drs and hlp were ver patient with me. Thank you.
Had a medical problem come up after our usual Urgent Care office closed so we decided to try NextCare. Scheduling an appointment was really easy, and the doctor was attentive, communicative, and thorough. Even though we had to wait a bit longer than expected, the experience was overall very positive. Well definitely return if another Urgent issue comes up!
Receptionist very unprofessional and rude. I had a 9:30 am appointment and checked in using the app upon arrival. I saw confirmation that I was checked in, and was on the list. After 30 minutes of waiting, I received a message that the appointment was cancelled. When I asked the receptionist, she was rude and angry that I should have checked in with her upon arrival. I told her I did not see that instruction anywhere, only instructions on how to check in using the app. She asked me to wait and after sometime, she started taking care of the 10 am appointment and told her that she would be next. I told her this is very unprofessional and asked her to cancel my appointment. I have also reached out to next care customer support about this issue. If there are no improvements in check-in process and staff training, I will not be using nextcare again.
The only positive about this place is they saw me at my scheduled time. I payed $160 for a lady to talk to me for about 30 seconds and send me out. Not happy with the service at all.
My visit at next care was very good. The physician assistant took good care of me.
Went in without appointment and was seen very quickly. Everyone their was great and took good care of me.
The receptionist was friendly, calm and helpful. The waiting area was clean and spacious. The dr and nursing staff were so full of energy and friendliness for the busy and late time of night it was. The nurse kept apologizing for the wait, which was about an hour but to be expected for an urgent care! The PA was so bubbly and enjoyable. It made the experience so positive as you walked out the door!
I booked my appointment for Saturday at 8:30 am to get my stitches removed. I arrived at 8:20 and was not called back to a room until 8:50. I was at first annoyed by this as I did not see them calling anyone back in that time period. When I got to the room, I learned there was only 1 provider at that time, and I understand that treating some of the walk-ins was probably more urgent than removing my stitches. Just like the first visit my care givers were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this place for urgent care.
Dont bother with an appointment. We were treated just like a walk-in. Not one moment sooner.
I waited in the lobby longer than Id to have but, once seen, It was a pleasant experience.
Receptionist, doctor and nurses were friendly and thorough. My mom was seen soon after she arrived. The medical assistant was extra careful when doing EKG. My moms diagnosis and treatment were explained clearly.
Excellent doctor; nice front desk staff, but long, long wait
The doctor that I saw was fast and in a rush didn’t even care about my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be back .
Office personnel were professional and speedy! I really appreciate how friendly they were as well. Thank you
Everyone was so great! The appointment was easy to schedule online and that saved me from having to do the paperwork in office. Both the nurse and doctor (PA?) were kind, professional, and courteous. I got my meds filled right away, and I’m on the path to feeling better. I would definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care at Dobson.
I had tripped and fell, which caused serious pain in my foot. I went here and when they called me back, they were so sweet and brought out a wheelchair as it was harder for me to walk. Everyone was so friendly. Richard (I believe that was his name) and the tall blonde physician were wonderful (didnt catch her name). Thank you for making my negative night end on a positive note!
Made an appointment over the phone. Virtually no wait when we arrived. My husband was promptly seen, xray done, crutches given, and checked out all within an hour and a half.Front office staff not overly friendly, but care provider and technician were very much so in the back.Happy with the care he received!
Check in and vitals fine I was there to get antibiotics for a sinus infection. Provider who has known me for 30 secs is telling me I don’t know my body which I’ve had for 55 years. Over 100 sinus infections, couple of surgeries and she wants to argue about what I need. Also was just an unpleasant person.
The service was timely, however they couldnt get the prescription right if their life depended on it. They sent the prescription to a Walgreens in Sedona, instead of a CVS in Chandler, AZ. We called them and ask them to send it to the CVS just down the street to a CVS in Chandler, AZ. But instead they sent it the Walgreens in Chandler, AZ. We drove over to Walgreens to pick it up, but they refuse to release it as it had already been processed in Sedona and couldnt be moved to Chandler as there system was down. To keep this short, we wound up going to CVS and paying cash instead of using out health insurance as it was past midnight and we wanted to get home. The icing on the cake was when my wife called them and told them they needed to get the act together, the person on the call responded, Yes, I know.
Management needs to do better with getting the receptionist to answer the phones , why is it after the 10th call you guys finally answer ? Unacceptable as a major business . You guys need to either GET more staff or retrain your staff; this is ridiculous.
Had a 1:45 appointment. Was out by 2. Answered all questions.Everyone very helpful
Absolutely the best place for DOT physicals. I walked in, no appointment and it took less than 15 minutes.Pleasant doctor and staff friendly and professional.Well recommended to you drivers needing a DOT
Quick to set up appointment over phone. They sent me paperwork to fill out. I did it. Showed up and appointment went fine. I wasn’t feeling well, so I just wanted to get in and out. Which is exactly what I did.
I went to this place for a hangover with a incredibly upset stomach. I was there for almost 3 hours. It felt like this doctor was using my pain to make me go to the hospital he works at next store. This seemed like a, This is for your own good. situation. I see this as unethical, manipulative, and controlling. He changed his mind about medication that would have helped my stomach. He said I had acute confusion after I stumbled repeating what he said. I have unimaginable anxiety that maybe didnt help his diagnosis but damn, have some empathy. If you made a mistake and have a really bad hangover get an IV medic. They are understanding, share their own experiences and will do their best to make you feel better. If you have a problem get help of course but not from this place.
Didn’t take long to be able to make an appointment and there were convenient times to choose from to work around my schedule
The facility was clean. The MA handed me a face mask in the waiting area outside of the main waiting area and brought me to my room quickly. She was thorough in her questions and obtained my vitals quickly. The Dr. or PA I saw was patient in listening to my explanation of concerns. He too, was very efficient and polite. I am grateful for such good treatment. My medication was ready at my pharmacy within 40 minutes. Thank you to the front desk individual, the MA and PCP. Stellar service.
Needed an urgent care late at night during the week. All other places close early. This place stays open until midnight, thank goodness. When I got there, there was no wait. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and got me checked in very quickly. Once I was checked in I was called back to a room rather quickly by one of the sweetest nurses. She was so compassionate and listened to what I had to say about why I was there. Took my vitals and sent the Dr in.When the Dr came in she asked questions and poked around to see if X-rays were necessary. We talked a little bit longer and before I knew it I was on my way back home.I have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had at an Urgent Care! I would recommend this place to friends and family. They treat you with kindness and compassion and respect.
It was a fast and easy check in. Waited less than 10 minutes and was seen by the doctor withing 5 minutes of being called back. Quickest visit to any urgent care Ive ever been to.
Exceptional Care and Compassion at NextCare Urgent Care!I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding care we received at NextCare Urgent Care, particularly from PA-C Mandi. Mandis approach was not just professional but genuinely caring. She took the time to listen attentively, ensuring she understood our concerns thoroughly.Mandi crafted a comprehensive action plan tailored to my daughters needs, demonstrating both expertise and a commitment to her well-being. Even though the wait was longer than expected, the staff, including Mandi, made every moment worthwhile. Their friendliness and personable demeanor created a comforting environment, making us feel well taken care of.This wasnt our first visit to NextCare Urgent Care, and based on the consistently excellent service weve received, it certainly wont be our last. I wholeheartedly recommend NextCare and commend Mandi for her exceptional dedication to patient care. Thank you for providing a reliable and compassionate healthcare experience.
There are not many late-night options for urgent care. The nurse was great, very thorough, and had a fun sense of humor. Wait times were long as expected, totaling 3 hours.
Friendly, curtesy, knowledgeable staff. Seeking care out of my home state, I had some comfort concerns. They quickly put my concerns to rest. They all Displayed sincere empathy to my issue. Thanks!!!
Medical service was good and staff was very courteous. Site is not kept sufficiently clean. I handed an empty soap bottle to front office staff from guest bathroom only for her to not refill it and clocked out. The glass near the front door was so dirty from likely young hands but it was so dirty the glass was becoming opaque. Will do my best to find other site.
The front desk girl with the braces gave me a hard time about everything. Every time I am there she is just unpleasant and not happy with her job. I suggest getting out of customers service, if you do not like people. I couldn’t recall which insurance I had because it changed recently and needed alittle help locating it. I’m aware how to verify insurance. I don’t think she knew that. As soon that was said, thats when she decided to start doing her job. Will not be coming back to this location.. everything back of house was great though.
Quick. Fast. The MA was on top of everything. I originally scheduled for an hour ahead of when I went in but I was seen within minutes. Definitely my preference of urgent cares in the Chandler area.
I’ve come to this urgent care a few times now and each time I was taken care of very quickly, kindly and competently! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!
Showed up for the appointment we made ahead and were told it would be at least an hour wait but we could come back later and just wait with the walk-ins. I left, made a new appointment online and returned several hours later. They were 45 minutes behind then. The PA we saw was unfriendly and condescending. This is the second time we have had her and it will be our last. We will use Nextcare again but wont use this location. Once is a fluke. Three times is a pattern and have displayed a standard.
Doctor is rude and condescendingNo history of pain medication abuse or drug abuse and yet was not given pain meds for a cracked tooth and insufferable pain.Unethical
For Convenience and availability. Also for the entirety of the visits. Staff has been helpful and interactive.
It was very efficient, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Shyon was very thorough in examining me, I was very satisfied. I would definitely visit there again if needed. Thank you!
Excellent office staff and excellent PA and physician who evaluated me and determined my path to recovery.
Cash grab, no Xray tech on sight but recommend that we should be seen. Take the money and then send to ER for X-ray. Poor way of treating people. Had to pay Copay at ER to get treated.
This place provides inadequate healthcare. The Provider was condescending and dismissive. Kept saying “your options are, take a shot or go to the emergency room” to my response “the shot is a temporary fix”. They did no labs, no urine test, nothing! Also the provider kept giving me scenarios of why I was feeling how I was feeling and not acknowledging what I was saying my symptoms were. She seriously needs to rethink her career in healthcare! Second time at this location and I should have learned from the first time.
Went in without an appointment and was seen in less than 30 min for a busy Friday night it was a quick visit.
I was pleased with for being a walk in that my wait time was only about an hour. The staff at the front desk was not to friendly. Just ask to take picture and fill out paperwork. No friendly greeting. The lobby was dirty, there was a dirty Kleenex left on the chair along with chip crumbs on chairs and all over the floor. No disinfectant wipes to wipe anything down. The nurse & Dr. were ok but really didn’t get much information on what caused what they believe is vertigo, other than thinks my left ear had some bubbles in it, and do some exercise. I was not told anything specific what I can or can’t do when I’m feeling better. But paper work says don’t drive or do anything but didn’t say for how long. I was dizzy and nauseous so I wasn’t thinking real clear but I read the discharge papers and they didn’t say anything either.
Made an appointment online. Filled out forms online before arriving at clinic. Front desk person was polite & friendly. Seen within 20 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Vitals & throat swabs done once taken back to room. Results took only 10 minutes. Pleasant visit with Nurse Practitioner Sarah Snyder. She was thorough in the plan of care. Thank you.
Quick, fast, easy including x-ray, getting a splint in 1.5 hrs. Thanks!
Love going here as they hardly ever have a long wait and are as good yet quicker than going to the ER.
Fast, friendly and a great price for a sports physical for back to school!!! They staff at the front desk were friendly and even squeezed me in, despite the full waiting room and really only waited 30 minutes to be seen!
The provider was excellent and spot on when caring for my wife…5 stars. Front staff could be a bit more friendly though. That’s part of the experience. The place is pretty dirty until getting to the care section….appearances mean a lot. I’ve been a provider for 20 years. If I’ve learned nothing else, it’s look sharp and be courteous and friendly.
I had an appointment for 12:15 but I didnt see a doctor until 12:45 and there wasnt anybody in front of me at that point. As far as the doctor goes, he was great! The place seemed clean. And the nurse was also nice
Horribly wouldn’t even remove glass stuck in my hand and charged $430 to tell me go to the ER
This visit was more of a reassurance that my sons toe still had a saving grace.. I can’t remember what the Drs name was but she was very attentive and helpful with what we needed to do and when we should seek medical assistance.. honestly so much better than being all day at the hospital to just get the same results!!
I had a great very helpful experience! This location has great doctors and staff consistently!!
The nurse and doctors were very nice but the ladies at the front desk were horrendously rude. Especially the pale brunette one with the straight hair and bushy eyebrows. I kindly told her he she mispronounced my name and she was very snarky towards me after that and kept giving me dirty looks. Very hurtful and will not be returning. I’d love to speak with a manager.
Website showed no wait time. I arrive 10 minutes early. Waited an hour in the lobby. And another half hour to see the medical provider. Nurse sent my prescriptions to different pharmacy than the one I requested which was closed. Except for the provider, terrible service all around.
Even when this urgent care is empty you’ll still be waiting 10-15 minutes in the unusually hot waiting room, and you’ll only receive subpar customer service from this point on. If this location wasn’t a 24 hour urgent care nobody would come back.
Heidi is literally the best! She went above and beyond and got me the medication needed to heal me after tests were run! Thank you so kindly!
Scheduled an appt for an X-ray. Get there only to learn that there’s no X-ray technician available. Informed I could come back later in the day as my only option. Another family with a toddler has to endure the same. Not okay!! Webster should NOT state X-ray is available of it’s not. And if it’s because of 3rd party scheduling - then fix it so it reflects accordingly.
When I arrived on Monday at 520pm, I checked in. Check in & all paper work was filled out online which made everything easy. It was busy, with 7 people ahead of me. It shows your position on the website in real time. The wait ended up being about 1 hr and 20 minutes. Once I got back with the staff, everything was so easy, so quick & simple. They got my vitals, got the details and within 10 minutes I had my prescriptions getting sent to my pharmacy and was headed out. I got texts from my pharmacy that my medicine was ready before I even left the parking lot. Other than the wait being lengthy, they made everything so easy. I will go back in the future if I need to.
I was seen almost immediately, very little wait time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go here again if I needed medical attention.
I was happy to hear that NextCare urgent care was open past 8 o’clock. I made a 10 o’clock Appointment, and then went and sat in the waiting room from eight until I was seen at 9:15. The receptionists, medical assistants , and PA Amanda were all professional and caring. The facility could use a coat of paint, and some better lighting outside.
Nice staff, wait times where okay but they couldn’t actually help me with my issue. I wish they would have turned me away instead of wasting my time
We had an appointment at 6:15pm and we ended up staying till 8:08pm. My son has a really bad headache and they were taking walkins before us. We inquired 3 times they were keep saying we will call your name. I had finally found out that they removed my name. Then I had to prove it in my phone that we had an appointment at 6:00pm. One of the worse experience and will never come back or recommend this clinic to my family or friends.
NextCare was friendly, efficient and a reasonable price for us since we were self pay. The doctor, Vanya, was super nice and answered all of our questions.
Reasonably short wait. Front desk was very nice.
The worst experience Ive had at an urgent care. I made an appointment at 3:30, they didnt see me until 5 and they rushed through it as fast as they possibly could. Then they told me to get some over the counter cough syrup. I could have got better care and guidance from a Walmart pharmacist. Im dumbfounded at the utter lack of care and respect for people that this place has. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Waited over an hour and half before getting called back. Sat, checked in with my sick son and watched multiple others walk in long after us/ check in after us and still helped before us. Highly suggest a Banner health location instead for better and quicker service.
Got in quick and the PA was very informative and took the time to listen to my concerns.
Very respectful staff. Not very long waits, were able to get us in and out in timely manner.
We went in for a Sports Physical for my son. The staff were very welcoming and cordial, and the costs for the physical was very affordable. My only complaint is that we waited about an hour even though we did have an appointment. Other than that it was a really great experience and I would use them again and recommend them to others.
The providers were all very nice and helpful.
Dr was very rude got no help whatsoever wanted paperwork that I didnt have or receive and refused to help me or refur me to get the medical care I need
I’m a veteran and getting in to see my doctor can take a while. So going to NextCare Urgent Care under the VA health benefits was amazing. I was in and out in 20 minutes. That included my vitals being taken, a Covid and flu test being done, and getting results back and medication prescribed. Amazing work. I’ll be back when I don’t feel well again.
Great, fast service. Was in and out without an appointment in less than an hour. Provider was friendly, personable and efficient.
It was not good experience at this location. One of the front desk person tried to help, other one was busy using her mobile phone. The nurse whose name was grace was in rush , she took vitals in standing position ( not appropriate) asking question but not willing hear the answers, she would never let the patient finish the answer. She did not take time to introduce herself and never try to walk through the process what patient supposed to do next, who is she, what she wants to do and how patient can participate.
You wait for as long as it takes just for the doctor to rush to see you in a span of 5-10 minutes or less. The medical field is starting to feel like the minute to win it game. This is beyond this place, the entire American medical system needs to do better and get back to having doctors focus on healing the root cause.
This was my best experience EVER at an urgent care. If you check in online, it’s the easiest process. In and out within 30 minutes. Not to mention, had such informative employees in this location. Juan helped me out with my issue and made sure I left feeling like I was actually taken care of! Thank you guys, keep up the good work.
Barely talked with doctor couldnt even get a word the lady at the front desk came back to the exam room and was rude
The providers and the staff in the back were kind and helpful. However, this is my second time experiencing extremely rude and condescending front desk staff. I’m not sure why they pick the meanest people to sit out in the front desk and communicate with people who are obviously coming in because they have to not because they want to.I wish I got the ladies name, but I came in Saturday 1/20 around 3:45 pm. Her tone and demeanor was awful to me as well as anyone in that room, who had a question for her.
I’ve been there a couple of times for different incidents. I think overall the experiences really good. I highly recommend this place. We have a professional team of doctors and nurses.
Everyone was super helpful and the online checkin made things quicker and easier.
Everyone there is so nice and caring and profession. From check in to check out there is always a smile. And also most importantly they answer all the questions u have for your visit there. We appreciate Dr Shayon Fakhimi for helping Roy and knowing exactly what was needed before even coming into the room to see him. Thank you everyone at NextCare Urgent Care
The staff at NextCare on Dobson were top notch. Thanks for all your help.
Quick, easy, very welcoming. In and out in less than 1 hour.
Schedule appointment every time and the wait is still over an hour. Lobby and bathroom was unkept.
Went in because my son couldn’t breathe well. Checked in online. Receptionist asked me to do paperwork first. I asked if he could be seen while I do paperwork…because breathing is super important. She told me no, paperwork first, then she’ll check me in, then she’ll “see what she can do.” We couldn’t get out of there fast enough, and thankfully my son is fine after receiving a breathing treatment elsewhere.
Very good service even though they were packed.
Visit went well. Could not get through on the phone to make an appointment or talk to someone. My paperwork said to prior to going if possible. The lady asked if I had an appointment knowing she wasn’t answering the phone. Frustrating. But other than that, which seems par for the course nowadays - the tech was professional and quick about his part.
Terrible! They tried hitting me with collections that insurance would have covered from 2 years ago making it seem like they weren’t going to see me and brought back other patients even though my appointment was before theirs. The dr was so incredibly rude and condescending she wouldn’t listen to my concerns told me that she can help me with one thing. Very discouraging when you’re sick. I don’t even feel comfortable going to this dr I would stay away because she thinks she knows it all and started assuming what I did to get sick. Said it was probably Covid when I knew it wasn’t I already was tested. Made me wait in the waiting room pretty sure she forgot about me then tells me forget the x ray we will just treat it as an upper respiratory infection after scaring me about pneumonia. Kept asking me if I smoke which I don’t but I work in a restaurant with a smoker I’m around all the time and told me I was lying. Healthcare is getting worse and worse it makes you not trust drs and her I really don’t trust. She’s the person who knows it all and no dr does well thinking they just know everything without ruling things out.
Came as a walk in to the next care clinic at dobson road with my infant. he was crying cause of stomach digestion issues. the staff was helpfull and polite. the provider was kind enough to help us understand the problem and how we can help our baby. she assured us and gave positive affirmations. over all experience was good even tho the waiting time was long they said two hours but we just had to wait am hour max thankfully.
My experience was very good at this particular location off Dobson and Pecoss road. They were efficient in getting me treated after hours, as they are open until 12am. My only issue is the doctor spent less than 5 minutes in the room and never came back. We would have liked to ask a few follow up questions. I would definitely recommend NextCare and I would go back again!
Went for DOT physical. The staff was very professional and courteous throughout. The Physician Assistant was very clear when explaining what needed to happen during the exam. Great team work during the busy time. Recommend for drivers needing DOT physicals.
Honestly. I would never come here as a patient.! I brought a coworker in after having a allergic reaction to shellfish she had at a lunch at work across the street. She has been throwing up and not feeling well at all. We have now been here for over an hour and a half and still havent been seen. Pretty sure we could have gone to the ER and at least been roomed by now. My medical opinion visits should be based off medical priority. We both work in the medical field and have never witnessed this nor would our practice let this happen! This is a URGENT CARE right?
