Hello to everyone…Doctor Kirakosyan (Doctor K) is not only an excellent surgeon, but a very gentle, nice, and thorough man. Smart too!!! Lol A big thank you goes out to everyone that was in involved with my surgery at Millard Fillmore Hospital. Doctor K’s office nurses, administrative ladies are also fun to be around. Thank you as well. I have not one complaint. I also feel amazing after my surgery (hysterectomy) I would highly recommend Doctor Kirakosyan… He is the best! Dr. Kirakosyan is very compassionate and thorough. He explained everything in great detail during my office visit, so much so that he left me with no questions. His bedside manner is exceptional. He has a very calm demeanor. I felt that I had nothing to be nervous about entering surgery in his care. Every interaction with his office staff was pleasant as well. They made extra effort to schedule me for surgery quickly to alleviate the pain I was in! Surgery was uneventful and exactly as planned. Dr. Kirakosyan is a great doctor! He is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with all the information he is sharing. He and his staff are amazing and friendly! After the great care from my most recent surgery, I would 100% have him perform another surgery if needed!

Never did I imagine I would need a hysterectomy at 37yrs old but it was needed & I have no regrets after having it done. Dr Kirakosyan did an amazing job. Him & his staff were very kind and attentive, calling a few days after surgery just to see how I was doing! What a relief it is to no longer have to worry & to be able to live my life again! I was referred by my Gyn to Dr Kirakosyan for a laparascopic hysterectomy & could not have been in better hands. I had many other issues as well that Dr. K had to encounter during surgery that were unexpected. He made me feel at ease every step of the way from my first visit with him til my 2nd postop. My hospital care & treatment was amazing at Millard Fillmore Suburban! I am still recovering now after 6 weeks for a few more weeks but it is as expected with all the issues I had at hand. My gynecologist told me prior to referring me for this surgery.. that she would trust this surgeon with any of her family members & I would absolutely do the same. Thank you Dr. Kirakosyan for taking such great care of me! All of his staff is amazing as well. Beyond 5 stars!

I had a hysterectomy by Dr Kirakosyan on May 31st. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with him and his staff. I highly recommend him and his office.

He is an amazing DR. They listened to what problems I was having. I would refer everyone to him! If you’re ever having female problems and are sure you want a hysterectomy, he’s the doctor to come too!

I have been having pelvic pain and terrible period for years. I went to Dr. Kirakosyan and explained my symptoms. He diagnosed me correctly and gave me all of the surgical options that could possible correct my issues. Within a few weeks I had decided on which surgery I wanted to receive. His office was quick to book my surgery and kept me in the loop on every step I needed to take. My surgery day was fantastic. I felt extremely comfortable with everyone I came in contact with and went in very calm. He was able to do exactly what he explained to me and now 2 weeks later I have zero pain. I am so happy I decided to see him and I am healing great, with only some very small incisions. Thank you so much for helping me become pain free, I could not be more grateful to you and your staff.

Dr. Kirakosyan recently performed a robotic assisted laparoscopic total hysterectomy on me. He was very patient and thorough during my first visit explaining the procedure and answering all questions. He met with me a second time prior to surgery to again explain in more detail the procedures, consent forms, and what to expect after surgery. He removed 2 large fibroid tumors during the procedure and everything went exactly as he explained both during surgery and my recovery. He is a well known and respected surgeon with a patient and caring bedside manner. I would recommend Dr. K to any of my family and friends.

Dr.kirakosyan was there every step of the way. He walked me through all my options before surgery and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The day of the surgery he came out to make sure I was prepared and then also came to see me afterwards to make sure I was feeling ok. He also kept my husband informed and went and spoke with him afterwards to let him know how I was doing. The staff in the office also amazing! I cannot praise the work of Dr. Kirakosyan enough! He’s an excellent surgeon. I went into the process a little scared. All of my worries were put to rest and my recovery has been astoundingly uncomplicated. I did not realize just how much pain I had been living with. Within 24 hrs of leaving the hospital, I started to feel so much better. Now, a month post-op and I feel fantastic. Dr. Kirakosyan thoroughly reviewed all options with me, and together we chose the best coarse of action. I am so thankful that I was in the care of Dr. Kirakosyan and his team!

I was referred to Dr. Kirakosyan back in 2018 by my OB at the time because he was 1 of only 2 specialists in WNY with the ability to to the surgeries that I needed at the time. He is an amazing surgeon and human! He has one of the best bedside manners in the medical profession. He always makes sure that the patient understands whats wrong, what it means to you and your health along with all of the options available to you. He involves the patient in the process. He doesnt talk at you like some surgeons. He talks to you like a normal human being. He recently completed a full hysterectomy plus some extra work on me. I love when he brings the pathology, ultrasound, etc report into the room, explains what it says and then says So what does this mean? before proceeding to explain the report in laymans terms so you can understand it. I had some concerns and he patiently discussed every one with me without making me feel like I was bothering him or taking up too much time. He is the best in his field!

Dr. Kirakosyan was so knowledgeable and understanding about my needs and problems. My surgery went very smoothly and am finally able to start getting back to a normal life. Dr and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Can’t thank them enough

Dr. Kirakosyan was excellent . He explained every detail before and answered any questions I had . I felt I was in the best hands the entire process. I had a four hour surgery robotically and afterwards I wasn’t in any pain and I recovered exceptionally well. I would recommend Dr K 100%

This Doctor is very thorough, as well as personable. He takes time to explain and allows patient to guide decisions. His nurses take time to know you and put you at ease. The office staff go beyond to make outside appointments and help with insurance coverages- no suprises!

After a physical with my OBGYN, something was found and I was referred to Dr. Kirakosyan. I can not express how grateful I am to Dr. Kirakosyan. Dr. Kirakosyan lets you know what options there are and answers whatever questions you have. Dr. Kirakosyan is passionate about his patients, very knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. I disagree with the reviewers hostile and negative review of this excellent practitioner and surgeon. I consulted with both Dr. Kirakosyan and also Dr. Ghomi before having a uterine fibroid removed. As I was led into the exam room, I observed Dr. K in a little side room carefully looking over the radiologist report and sonogram. I liked and trusted Dr. Kirakosyan immediately, and only went to Dr. Ghomi because it seemed wise to get a second opinion. When he explained the report to me, Dr. Kirakosyan said the radiologist was world renowned. Dr. Ghomi thought he was such an expert that he did not have to bother reading the radiology report. It was obvious he did not read the report because one of the treatments he suggested, the radiologist had indicated in the report was not possible, due to the large size of the fibroid. Back I went to Dr. Kirakosyan, who did the myomectomy. My scar is virtually invisible. Dr. K. is not only a brilliant surgeon, but generally so. He speaks a few languages and is an all around lovely human being. In fact, I got along with him so well, I asked him to be my doctor because my gyn had left the practice. I am very glad he took me on as a patient.

The surgery and recovery was explained to me in detail. Everybody was very professional in the building, They were sympathetic, and made me feel very comfortable. The building itself was very clean and organized.

I have to say he is the best Dr I have ever had, so caring, he did 2 surgeries on me at one time and I felt great he is an amazing Dr and person and his staff is outstanding, I would recommend him to anybody and I Thank him for everything he has done for me

Dr. Kirakosyan and his staff are excellent. I was referred for surgery and found the communication and treatment to be of the highest quality.

This Dr is more interested in pharma then the patient. Like so many that treat endometriosis, they are not interested in options outside of medication. I was not treated like a patient. I was really disappointed bc I called ahead to alert the staff that I am being treated for medical trauma and unfortunately this Dr was just as dismissive and unhelpful. I do not recommend this practice.

I was refused treatment by a nurse who decided for the Dr that he would not help me while quarantined due to Covid. This ignorant nurse talked to me as if I was insignificant! Told me basically to suffer for an additional 14 days to seek treatment after an annual visit only!
