I absolutely love that Walk In GYN offers not only quick and accessible care but also high-quality service. The idea of making an appointment for any of my needs and being seen, heard, valued, and receiving the required service is wonderful. I appreciate the convenient locations and extended hours, unlike other GYN offices that close early, delay services, or require multiple visits. At Walk In GYN, I feel truly listened to and comfortable as a patient, making my appointments a stress-free experience.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. The front desk receptionist and the staff who checked insurance were so kind, quick and helpful. The medical assistant was great. The doctors were professional, respectful and informative. And the wait time wasn’t long today. Even when it’s longer wait days, the service is well worth the wait it’s difficult to go anywhere else. Really enjoy this clinic and will be back.

To start off with the place is very clean. Bathrooms are clean. The exam room was clean. The front desk lady was very polite. The medical assistant was very polite. The doctor that I had can’t think of her name right now. She was easy to talk to. She’s very pleasant would definitely go back again

Very kind and attentative from the moment i walked in until i left. Had no appointment and had everyone listen to my concerns with true care and interest. A no judgement zone and a strong resource for the community. I am new to NY so i feel grateful to have found this (i was refered here by the brooklyn planned parenthood who is booked for weeks) this was a great and now the preferred choice

Super professional, caring, respectful, efficient, and easy! Im so grateful cuz this has been hard to find, like the old song says... Anyway, first walk-in GYN clinic in the nation, and it happened in Brooklyn!!~~ PS they take all forms of insurance. I had to pay $25 copay for an emergency non yearly visit.

Highly recommend this clinic. Patients are treated very well. Place is very clean, staff is very caring. Appt available right away even though walk ins are welcomed. A clinic like this is very needed ,hope many other ones can open every where. Excellent service.

I had a frustrating experience at this facility. I went in for a routine visit, and although my insurance is supposed to cover the charges, I was still billed unexpectedly. The staff were not very helpful in resolving the issue, and it left me feeling confused and frustrated. I hope they improve their communication about billing and insurance coverage in the future.

I went to them a year ago for an emergency since they were close by, theyre not in network for me. They did tests and said I needed a colposcopy, intrusive procedure that I was worried about since most places I have heard dont medicate you during it. Fast forward a year, I havent heard from this place in forever besides a call months ago asking when I was gonna come back in, I said I had a designated gyno already. Plus my bill with them was steep since theyre out of network, Im good. I get an email and text pretty much saying I have an appointment without me asking OR ever scheduling. ???? My pet peeve is when people are pushy and dont take no for an answer

They don’t give the correct info, I called to ask about an ultrasound they told me $300 without insurance I ask them if that’s all I have to pay or I just have to pay anything else the consult and they told me no it’s just $300, I traveled 1 hour to do the ultrasound just to find out I have to pay extra $350 because I don’t have insurance (even when I ask before how much was the total) total waste of time.

I’ve been to so many OBGYN offices in nyc and never felt as comfortable as I do here… I’ve visited the Clinton Hill location for many different reasons (good and bad) and they’ve been great with me every single time. Ultrasound and blood tests on premise is a huge plus. Highly recommend them to any women & sending my sincere gratitude to all those who created and run this practice. You do really empower women as your WiFi password says and I am a big fan!

It’s hard to reach them by phone but easy to book an appointment online. You may have a small wait but the employees and medical staff are really great.I have never felt rushed at my appointment and received great direction on healthcare and addressed ongoing problems. I would highly recommend Walk In Gyn Care.

I have always had the most beautiful experience at Walk-In GYN Clinton Hill location! I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service, which is unparalleled by any other medical office Ive EVERRR visited. Their staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my entire visit.The medical professionals are also top-notch. Ive been having very many medical issues regarding my reproductive system. They were knowledgeable and very caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me clearly and concisely. I never felt judged or that my questions and concerns werent being acknowledged or taken seriously. I was very impressed with their level of expertise and professionalism.Furthermore, the facility is immaculate and sanitized, and all health regulations were followed. They also had paintings that were medical-related, which was nice.Overall, I left Walk-In GYN feeling very satisfied and grateful for the outstanding care I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone with a vagina.

This by far has been the best experience i’ve ever gone through with OBGYN services! i’ve had a long history of vaginal issues and always felt rushed and not taken seriously, however the service here gave me a whole new perspective! i felt like i was being heard, i didn’t feel rushed and each person i encountered answered all of my questions! i will be coming back here all the time now! the place was so clean and it was a very friendly environment! you guys were the best, thank you

Black women please stay away from this clinic,if you decide to receive care from this clinic you would be putting your self in danger.Firstly I want to say how hurt I am and disappointed which prompt me to leave this review.I found out I was pregnant early and I decided to go to this clinic due to the fact it was so impossible to find an Obgyn with open appointments.when I first saw the doctor I explained to her I had PCos and I have been trying for 15 years and this was a miracle and how happy I was.First they did an ultrasound and blood to confirm I was pregnant my hcg level was check alone and not progesterone level which the doctor suppose to check that because she knew I suffered from Pcos so automatically she knew it’s a high chance my progesterone level most likely was low and if it’s low I can eventually loose the baby.But the Caucasian doctor never explained or told me any of that information that she knew as a doctor instead she withheld information from me that was so important to me concerning my pregnancy..my second appointment a yoke sac and a fetal pole was spotted which was panted in my uterus so at this point they knew the pregnancy was progressing the right way..I was given a next appointment to see if there was a heart beat. However, no heart beat and baby isn’t growing that’s what they said.So I turned to the doctor and said why don’t you check my progesterone level along with my hcg to have a better idea what’s going on when I said that she looked at me like I was stupid and said okay we can do that.But proceed to inform me I was having a miscarriage.If this doctor did her job properly and not judge me by the color of my skin I wouldn’t be going through this.Please black women be aware of this clinic if you are pregnant go somewhere else.

I have been going here for about 4 years and service is getting bad. I kept getting different doctors who would tell me I had to be a certain age to do a test and then when the age came they would give me excuses and the test was important for my health. I brought them my concern and one doctor was very sarcastic as if I am not in the medical field and don’t know what my concern is about. Story short I finally was able to get a consult which is done before the exam and the doctor cancelled the day off and I got a call on my way to work. When I made the appointment I specifically told them they days I can’t schedule due to school and work and they call me mid going to work and I wasn’t able to hear them well. They cancelled and told me if I wanted to reschedule and I agreed. They gave me an appointment for the day I noted to them I wasn’t able to do telehealth or go in and now they are charging me $50. I understand things happen but why didn’t the doctor get charged $50 for canceling a very important appointment last minute. No one warned me about this new $50 no show fee either. What type of doctors office bill this outside of patients insurance when I have Medicare and can’t afford it. Not only that but I have been calling and spending my time trying to fix this and twice I was told they would fix this and they didn’t. I keep getting harassed with text for this bill almost everyday. Instead of texting me so much why can’t someone from their team fix the issue they told me was already fixed twice. I contacted their billing and they even told me that the $50 has to be cancelled on the end of their clinic. What type of compassionate care is this???I am not a Karen and I have given this place more than enough of patience and went for so many years to get treated this way, and because of what I have they tell me to not stress and they do this.The level of greed in this place, you guys are always busy and have waiting times. It’s a walk in GYM the doctor won’t ever run out of patients. Why charge $50 without even allowing the patient to chose when they are reschedules or warning about the cancelation fee. In none of the other doctors offices I go to do they charge this fee and they are appointment only. The doctor gets payed more than that for a quick consult and I have to spend my lunch time. Things happen but I get charged and the provider doesn’t get nothing for canceling my appointment.

Great GYN Walk in office Friendly and Professional . I Came in as a new patient was treated very well from the front desk to the Doctor. I will be using this office again thank you so much for your wonderful service . Also in a great area not far from where I live . KUDOS

I came in yesterday looking to get a birth control prescription to regulate my painful periods and all the employees were amazing. I broke down in tears because what Montefiore couldnt do for me in years, was done in this walk in OBGYN clinic in a single day. Even if you dont receive what you need right away, the kindness and care that you get in this safe space is incredible. Thank you Carcha Bernard and all the amazing people at this location.

Ive visited Walk In GYN Astoria and Manhattan location for years, but this new location open recently and decided to give it a shot. I loved the staff, theyre so welcoming and professional. The facility overall is extremely clean and organized.I will continue to visit as it happens to be closer to Park Slope.

Best place ever! The atmosphere is tranquil, the staff are polite and professional. I absolutely LOVE that it’s WALKIN!! So if I’m having issues I can be seen same day! The staff is female and so I feel super comfortable talking about all my female issues. The doctors/NPs are super informative. Let me put it to you like this… who else is going to relate to you body other than another female? This is the place! And you can have. Sonogram on-site same day! This place is a God send to women everywhere!

Loved the experience, they are really welcoming and explain to you everything you want to know. I was in doubts because I read a lot of reviews about long waiting time but to be honest it wasn’t bad, regular waiting time. ( I had a previous appointment)

I have been coming to this gyn clinic for years now. I’ve grown from a teen to an adult with them literally! Everytime I come the staff is so sweet, attentive, professional, and caring. They work fast and efficiently. They’ve helped me through some tough situations with my sexual reproductive health. I recommend them to all of my friends family and even strangers. I highly recommend this GYN clinic to women. The whole staff are professional, from receptionist, the nurses to the doctors are professional and Phenomenal. They make you feel safe and comfortable and answers all your questions, and will contact you immediately if anything is wrong. Just heads up they do not take metro plus insurance but they take any other insurance.

This review is months late 😅 but I’m finally getting around to it.Never have I felt so comfortable and well taken care of at a GYN office like I have this one. I needed to take a look at something ASAP and Walk-In GYN cafe was one of the first places to pop up in my search.I booked my appointment the same day and my experience was not only good but reassuring in a way that made me look at my feminine health in a way that I haven’t before.It’s an all women staff, all of whom are very pleasant and attentive. Any doctor I’ve seen here has been knowledgeable about any concerns I’ve had and would give me suggestions and advice. This place had such an impact that I decided to make them my primary GYN moving forward.The place is really clean and inviting and depending on the day the wait time isn’t too bad either.If your insurance is accepted here I HIGHLY recommend 👏🏾

This is the GOAT GYN Professionals, from the check in, triage my provider then to check out, very satisfying visits for sure!!! I am NEVER disappointed leaving your office. I hope you stay in business because in just a few short years I will be sending out families younger siblings to receive care.

Besides the med tech seeming very nervous, uncomfortable taking vitals asking basic info, my main issue billing.I am still being billed for labs from my visit in November when I paid for the everything upfront, at the time of the visit. This was confirmed when I paid before my appointment and right after as I was leaving. The practitioner even mentioned sometimes lab bills get sent to the patient even when they’re not suppose to so ‘be sure to get in touch if that happens’ so they could take care of it.I have called, emailed, even gone back in over the last two months. Finally got the direct billing line and left a message. No one ever picks up the phone. When I went in person, someone assured me it will be taken care of and I don’t owe anything. Still getting bills from Bioreference. I cannot believe how much of my time hasn’t been eaten up attempting to address this issue!I notified Bioreference again, they noted it on the account so it would stop affecting my credit/end up going to collections as the bill is still outstanding from Nov 18th.Employees seem to respond here so hoping this will help rectifying the situation but it shouldn’t come to leaving bad reviews to resolve issues.

I walked into the brooklyn located after speaking to someone on the phone insisting they close at 6:30 oppose to 4pm. So I go to the location after work to find the door closed. Then the rude girls inside who sound like they are having a party ask me if i can’t read the sign that says they are closed. Very u professional. it’s a gyn office and that’s how you speak to people. lucky that door was locked because she wasn’t gonna be coming to work the next day. especially me being. patient i was very disappointed in that service

Lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. I received more care here than urgent care and the emergency room. Even though I only had an uti, they checked for everything. It was a pleasant appointment.. Would definitely recommend this place.

Everything about my experience here was extremely positive. Id walked in because my friends had glowing reviews and my expectations were still exceeded. My time here made me realize how subpar all my female needs doctor visits have been up until now my entire life - the level of concern and expertise here was so amazing. They listened and asked questions about things other doctors have just blown off as something I need to learn to live with in the past. This place really sets the standard for female care and I hope other medical institutions step it up and show they actually care about us too.

My overall experience was great, with excellent care and attention from the medical staff. The reception party however was very brash and unconcerned with providing customer service. Additionally, I was very grateful for a business like this to exist, but you will definitely pay for the convenience of the service. When you walk in the door and check in, you are immediately charged $255 before seeing the doctor, plus if you add on a service, you must get dressed, go pay for the service at the front, and then go back, get undressed and receive your service which I found to be uncomfortable and strange.

Very welcoming conveint time their schedule allows me to visit and not take off work. The Team is nice and patient the atmosphere was relaxing and the wait didnt seem long.

My experience here was nothing but great!! From the front to going to the back! Everyone I encountered was soo pleasant!! I can’t name by name because there are different staff that I encountered the times I been here, and my memory is not the best;-), but everyone was great! The staff made me feel comfortable up to seeing the providers! The two providers that I saw during my experience coming here they were awesome! Very informative and thorough. To say this is a walk in clinic it runs sooo smoothly!!! It’s not chaotic at all!! Great calming music is playing! When it comes to women’s GYN or OB care I feel it should be just as this clinic does! Clean, welcoming, calming, and a feel of comfort!! If you’re expecting this is only a temporary place to go until you find a permanent OB:-( . Not sure of the time frame you can continue care. This place makes you want this to be your permanent spot:-)

Went three weeks ago for an STD panel. Still no results yet. It doesn’t take that long to process at a lab. I can’t get anyone on the phone and the website keeps kicking me out. I’m not going back in person to sit there all day. This place isn’t close and it’s a walk from the train. Not to mention they had me on hold for 10 minutes with no hold music & all of a sudden there’s hold music? It’s really the little things that tell me how disorganized a practice is.

Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk staff to the medical assistants, nurses, doctors, everyone, was incredibly attentive and welcoming. I was blown away by how thoughtful and intentional everyones language was, they explain the how and why of everything to make sure you feel safe and comfortable, and they deeply respect your experience in your own body. Terrific care that put me instantly at ease.

Had a really horrible experience today where I could overhear the clinicians gossiping about me disparagingly from the office because they keep the door wide open. They were acting like I was being paranoid and only concerned about my symptoms because I “probably saw it on tiktok” but I hadn’t even requested the appointment, I was asked to come in for a follow up by one of their coworkers…

What an amazing experience. This is my first time ever going to a different OBGYN in my entire life and I’m so happy I did. Medical assistant, front desk, ultrasound tech, and doctor were all awesome! They were so sweet and attentive. They make sure you’re comfortable and very informative. They even gave me a whole breakdown for natural PCOS diet. The doctor was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. 10/10 recommend and will be returning.

This office does NOT provide services to pregnant women due to not having an OB on staff OR provide terminations (abortions).When inquiring about these services, you will be given vague answers (on the phone & in office) and the office will run every test possible to bill your insurance and then inform you that you need to go elsewhere for the actual care that you requested at the beginning of the visit. It actually took TWO visits before I got a straight answer. They are purposely misleading patients at this office.The title walk in gyn literally means that they only provide basic GYN services and nothing more.I gave 2 stars because the office is nice and the staff is friendly. You can also get an ultrasound with results on the same day. However, regardless of the name, appointments are recommended due to how busy it gets

Please do not come here unless you have several hours to wait, even if you have made an appointment. This place seems very disorganized and is understaffed. Unless this is your last option, I urge you to go somewhere else.They didn’t even communicate a wait time to me when I came in for my appointment, even when I tried to ask whether they were behind schedule. Very disrespectful of patients time — I ended up needing to walk out after waiting over a hour for a scheduled appointment.

Amazing place, reviews don’t lie. Everything was super quick and easy, no delays or long waits. Everyone was nice and professional: receptionists, nurses, doctors, technicians- everyone.Doctor was very understanding and very clear, explained everything to me very well. I came with some complaints, got a sonogram and bloodwork done right away, no lines, no waiting.I’m very impressed with this place and hope it will remain the same.P.S. I really liked the paintings on the walls instead of the regular posters! I found them adorable. Nice touch!

First time ever visiting walk in gyn. I was a bit skeptical at first as thought about the possibility of charts being mixed up due to the high volume of walk in patients. I gave it a try and it was without disappointment. When I walked in, all the lights in the waiting area were off. Not a big deal. The receptionist was very friendly and so were the nurse techs. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I left feeling confident and comfortable.

Great facility! All of the ladies are super friendly and welcoming. Providers In person and tele health are great.

This faculty is very clean always smell very good when I come in the door. From start to finish, the team was absolutely amazing. I have never felt more cared for and respected in a medical office. When making my appointment over the phone, the receptionist was friendly and patient. The online pre-appointment paperwork was easy to navigate. When I arrived for my appointment, the check-in process was quick and seamless. I really appreciated that the medical assistant explained every step of the intake process and asked if I wanted to get weighed versus telling me. I also really appreciate how the PA listened to my concerns and took time to explain my options for care and did not make me feel like I had to make a decision in that moment. It felt like a judgment free space and I look forward to my next annual exam.

Greatly enjoyed my visit for my annual. Was told by front desk staff that the testing should be covered 100%, asked my Dr, was told to ask front desk staff again, who confirmed it should have ALL been covered. Got a bill in the mail for over $120 for several unnecessary tests. I appreciate the thoroughness but many women in nyc are already struggling financially. Why have your front of staff lie, and then not even do in house billing? So when you request a re-coding you have to get bounced around by a third party? So say you are for women of color but you need to also be better at understanding peoples budgets and giving disclaimers on the testing you are doing, by #1 making sure the testing is covered by most insurances. Such a pain, will not be back.

Sanin (I’m sorry if I butchered the spelling but she is front desk) is incredibly kind and patient, wanted to shout her out for holding down the fort so efficiently. Also had a great experience with all the staff. Wait time can be long-ish but this is healthcare and short staffing is a very real issue, especially when they provide such comprehensive care.

A LIFE SAVER!! I’ve went to so many different urgent cares for my obgyn problems but of course nothing tops vaginal health like a obgyn. The staff are FRIENDLY and nice, they do not have a attitude unless you give them a reason to. Treat everyone with respect and you’ll get great service. The wait time was close to nothing, understandably the staff was amazing at checking in patients one after another. I’m 20 years old and felt extremely comfortable around the doctor, something that usually doesn’t happen often ,very easy to understand and answered all concerning questions I have. Will define be coming back here and recommending this place to friends. MEDICAID/ EMBLEM HEALTH ACCEPETED! I made sure to check if my insurance was accepted via phone call before I stepped foot into the office. Thanks again! Keep up the amazing work!

This was my first time here. I was referred by Dock Medical Health. It’s a Clean facility with motivational and inspirational decor. During my recent visit, I was welcomed by friendly staff with not a long wait time. The Nurse Practitioner Has an Amazing bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.

I recommend this place. The service I received was very professional. From the receptionist to the nurses and providers. The place was very clean and everyone was pleasant. The provider made me feel very comfortable and told me step by step what she was doing. She even recommended some vitamins to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I will definitely be coming back! I have already recommended this place to a few of my friends.

Did a walk-in last week after leaving wow work an hour early to be here prior to last walk-in time. I checked in, provided a urine sample, waited patiently, got my vitals taken then was escorted to a back room & told to undress. As I sit there naked from the waist down the nurse comes back to inform me that they dont have an OB so they do not see pregnant women. I called this place several times & could only get an answering service. Having someone answer the phones could have saved my time which they clearly dont care about & avoided this entire situation. This place is a joke. Only for pap swears. If you need actual full service womens care please go elsewhere worth your precious time & money.

If I could give this place zero stars my god I would. Let me just say first of all I left a very terrible review for their 200 W 57th st location and it’s not different at this Brooklyn location.To be very honest, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the receptionist. She was very polite and informative. Check in and out was a breeze. Very friendly woman. The women who take your blood and vitals are also nice. No complaints there, at least for myself. Now, the nurse practitioner Audrey A was so unprofessional. She wasn’t so informative. Only gave information if a question was asked. Gave sonogram results and straight up said “we know there’s something there but we will just have to wait and see how just come back in 2 weeks and we can go from there.” As a person who has had a bad history of instances such as these if you read between the lines — no worries no sympathy no care no nothing. Just a simple “i don’t know what happening we’ll check in a week.” I left that office lost, confused and absolutely stressed and scared thinking I was high risk. Not to mention she gave me the wrong timeline of how far along I was. She didn’t completely check neither.The woman who did the sonogram didn’t even speak to me. Hid the sonogram screen and just walked out stating “wait for the provider” like how ghetto can you people truly be? Not even a how are you today. Just pure ghetto. Idk why this place is even open in ANY location. Whoever is the hiring director needs to obviously been fired cause they do such a poor job at hiring PROFESSIONALS.Fast forward went to a midwife today, 4/5/23 and she was absolutely amazing.I couldn’t recommend her more. The office, the staff, absolutely everything about this other place is 10 stars. I found out the CORRECT timeline of how far I am and I am finally on the right track and not scared.Walk-in gyn you are such a scam. So not professional at ANY LOCATION. So very very very very very ghetto.Please erase all my client info. I will never be here again.I will NEVER in this lifetime recommend this place to ANYONE.

I wanted to share my experience today with Walk IN Gyn care today. It was my first time there and I needed a refill on my birth control as my doctor is out of office and it was an emergency (at least to me!). The women at the front desk were soooo nice, helpful and just genuinely good vibes. The check in process was seamless, bathroom was so clean, the space was tidy and neat. The nurse and the doctor were both women of color and I felt so comfortable immediately. I received my birth control refill for 6 months! I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Ive been having such a hard time finding the proper care and I always think its worth shouting out places that provide us with that! Just recommended this place to three people I know, all from todays experience. Thankful I discovered this gem.

It just so happens that I found this place out of SHEER happenstance, coming from another appointment next door. This is the kind of practice model that should be NATION WIDE. The office is very clean, maintained, efficient, and welcoming. The staff were all very kind and explained everything to me. There were resources and fun info posted everywhere. Also, LGBTQ friendly! I felt respected, AND they take my insurance which a lot of places dont take. They also take Medicaid!!

So grateful for the care Ive started to receive here and will be returning. My internal sono tech was so helpful, communicative and caring. I honestly have never received that type of help and care before as someone who is low-income living in Brooklyn. Its really refreshing to see this type of space being provided for low-income people of color with with wombs to get the support we need.

I was in alot of pain when I called the office and was told to come in. Took an uber across town not even 10 minutes after they said come in.I was in tears at the office .They put me in more distress which intensified my pain because I got there 2:04p instead of 2pm, they refused to see me for 5 minutes . All I wanted was someone to see me to tell me if I needed to go to a hospital that day. It is not nice, they dont care about women that much, it is a business of over worked NPs. This is not the first time being disregarded. The last time, I had to go see another doctorI only return back because they were the ones my results were going to.

Great place where you will feel comfortable entering this office. This was a great experience and require me to revisit it.

I had not seen a GYN in almost 2 years because of Covid. I had some concerns and was having a hard time finding a place to go since we had lost our old insurance. I finally googled GYN Brooklyn and this place popped up. I am SO happy that I found them. The entire experience was wonderful from the front desk, assistant, Doctor and lab techs. Dr Christina Jones patiently answered my questions and did an exam. The ultrasound tech came to get me when she was ready for me and the Dr spoke with me again immediately after the ultrasound. The lab tech came to get me and took blood easily. I will go back in 2 weeks to discuss all the results and they were able to give me a referral for a mammogram as well. Overall it was a fantastic experience, I cannot recommend them enough.

Staff was very professional and nurturing. Office was clean and felt calming. I got my blood taken for a test and the lady who did it for me did such an amazing job. I usually am sensitive to needles and did not feel faint. Definitely recommend this place.

Im 45 and this has been my best GYN experience. You are not seen by the same doctor which I am used to, but all give me the same care. No rush, everything explained, all your questions answered. Knowable. All staff super nice. Thank you!!

Life happens and sometimes you need to see a doctor NOW. Whether it’s an emergency or just our crazy schedules! I love this practice. I’ve had 2 visits and 1 was as a walk-in. They’re organized, friendly, efficient and I like that all of my records are accessible in a portal or app. Great experience so far!

First time going here and everyone is welcoming and nice, and the office is clean. The great part is that they take walk-ins. Expect to wait a little bit, but every doctor’s office requires wait time to be able to give quality care to patients. Will continue to come back here. As it was my first time see a gyn, I was extremely anxious and scared. I was not fully educated on what a gynecologist does, or why it is important to get yourself checked yearly. The staff there was very informative, kind, and reassuring. I was asked multiple times if I was okay, or comfortable with them to continue my check up. The doctor and nurses both took their time and walked me through the process of what was going on. This place has a calm and clean environment, as well as nice staff, it deserves 5 stars.

My entire experience was ruined by Yesenia. I asked about the new patient fee. I wanted to know exactly what I would be paying for. She never answered my question, but instead said it was the rule. I told her that in my experience I have paid nothing or much less for first visits at other facilities and again asked exactly what I would be paying for. She advised me that “You could go to those places” it was extremely rude and uncalled for! She does not value patients and doesn’t have the skills, leadership or patience to be in customer service. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she isn’t in on weekends. Yesenia, made me feel completely unwelcome.She also does triage. It was the most awkward triage experience. I couldn’t wait to get away from her.When I saw the provider, Nick it was clear based on her statements (which were polite) that Yesenia told her something about our conversation. I put it out of my mind and focused on why I was there.Nick, was very helpful and understanding. No complaints at all.Samantha, at the front desk was very nice, welcoming and also understanding.

Great place. Beware of hidden fees though. Would have been a five star review as this all womn clinic did a phenomenal job of seeing me last minute and giving necessary tests and scripts. However, it is really disheartening as it is dishonest to not inform a patient that there would be an extra $135 charge on top of the $750 they paid for testing. It ruffled my feathers and put a bad taste in my mouth that Im getting calls from a bill collector over a month later because no one from the doctor to the front desk taking my payment couldnt tell me I would be slapped with an extra charge.

My experiences here are always satisfying. The office is always clean. From the front desk assistant to the doctors to the entire atmosphere at this clinic which is airways welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My doctor Tara Sung is the best. Best gyno experience I’ve ever had. Clean and inviting office, people were kind and I didn’t have to wait forever. Receptionist helped me print my insurance card when I told her I didn’t have one (not something she had to do but was nice enough to without me even asking). Quick and efficient yet never rushed.The provider was super kind, clear and specific with recommendations - as a result I got confirmation of something that I’ve suspected for years now but other healthcare centers have neglected to find. This is likely also because the sonogram specialist took her time and was attentive. In the end I got helpful sheets of guidelines, supplement recommendations and a few holistic care recs so I left feeling a bit more prepared that I’m used to.I rarely give reviews but I had to here - I’ve never felt so safe/validated at a healthcare center before (didn’t even know that was possible tbh) and the fact that a walk-in could have this level of care blows my mind. Will definitely come here from now on.

I was apprehensive about going to a walk in clinic thinking it could be like the “fast food” of care. But the office is very clean, calm and inviting. Everyone who works here is beyond nice and welcoming.And Dr. Fadel is the best gynecologist I’ve ever been to. He listened to my concerns without being dismissive; he was gentle, reassuring, informative and just plain real. Not a trace of arrogance or pretension.He made the experience as comfortable and positive as a gyno visit can be.

My cousin who has been going to these clinics for a while recommend it to me. And I must say this has been the best experience I’ve had, from making a same day appointment during this pandemic and a snow storm to be seen in the morning, to having a sonogram done same day (other clinics would book another apt for a sonogram), I was treated very well, with respect and cared for. I was seen by Dr. John Fadel, he was so informative, kind, empathetic and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend this clinic, it’s the most convenient place, with high quality care and nice staff.

This place is the best Hands down. The reviews is real y’all. I was looking for a new GYN and came across this gem on google. The reviews are what made me try this establishment. But listen From the walk-in the front desk workers to nurses everything and everyone was awesome and polite.I was there for literally 25 min. Quick fast and easy. I don’t know why I never knew about this place. From now on this the only GYN I’m going to Period!

The staff is very kind and I was seen quickly, however after learning some test results, I requested to see if I could speak to someone about it considering they did the testing. Only to be told that I would either have to schedule a health visit or message through the portal. I messaged through the portal and a week later got a message stating I still need to come in to discuss my test results, it seems a little ridiculous considering that I would have to pay for this visit for something that can easily be talked about via the phone. Also the way they told me about these tests results was through a portal message very casually, no call. And they didnt post the lab results until after the fact. Its just really disappointing that I cant speak to anyone about these results without delayed response or having to come in to pay for another visit.

Sooo nice! My first visit to the clinic for my annual exam and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The check-in process was quick and wait times were reasonable. I felt comfortable bringing up my issues and did not feel rushed. I definitely recommend this facility for your gyne needs.

I came to this location earlier this year when I found out about my pregnancy with no problem. I came in today as a walk in because no one has been answering the phone. I sat there for about an hour before the Hispanic girl with an attitude at the desk called and asked for id and insurance to her response is we don’t take that insurance anymore. They usually ask for that when signing in not after sitting there. I asked since when but she’s too dense and says she doesn’t know. I wasted my time coming here. I wasn’t a new patient and was not informed about the insurance change and that the Manhattan location only accepts that provider.

Tried this location after a bad experience elsewhere and was amazed. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The facility itself is very clean and well taken care of. The staff are really awesome and nice. Dr. NIC was awesome and very professional as well as the rest of the staff. Appreciate them so much for what they did for me. Definitely recommend here!

Dr. Johan Fadel is the most amazing, kind, generous doctor ever. I have never had such a great experience with any other GYN. He is compassionate, kind hearted, very detailed and reassuring. The staff is always kind, always friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the experience.

AKA: walk out GYN Care.I waited 20 minutes before my scheduled IUD removal to be told I was required to get a sonogram first, despite zero complications, and they need to reschedule the removal for a different day.Even if their practice requires an unnecessary sonogram, there isnt a legitimate reason for separate appointments. In some cases a sonogram is used *during* the actual removal. and why wait until I show up in person to let me know?At best, this means the providers on site dont know how to read sonograms-- its also possible they are perfectly capable but are splitting up visits to max out the insurance claims.Im sure some people like this place. The music was nice and everyone spoke softly. But thats not *medical* care.

Made an appointment online with the Clinton office in Brooklyn. Even checked in electronically on my phone. Both times my insurance information was shared and a picture (front/back) was sent through the checkin link. So I found it odd when the front desk asked me for my information again. When I arrived for my appointment the front desk then said that my insurance was not excepted. Very disappointing!!!

2 stars because its clean and bright and the folks in the front are great!My experiences here led to me not really feeling safe with my medical care. I came from a place of inconsistent care and anxiety and made that clear.The first person I saw was a medical student. She took my history. I didnt ever mention anything about diabetes (I dont have it) and explained o was there for infection and possible UTI.Doc checked me out and discussed sugars. Why? Very weird. I left urine sample....made it clear o wanted to be tested for UTI. She agreed.The next week I made virtual appt. 30 minutes late. They were waiting for copay but no mention of copay meanwhile there I sit in a virtual waiting room waiting to go over results. Finally appt starts....30 minutes late!I find out that doc stated that I did not leave urine. WTH? Was that lemonade in that cup? Then. I asked where they got the results from....I was told from a culture that was sent in. At no point did the doc say when she was examining me that she was taking a specimen. Might be nice to know that too...Overall doesnt feel like a safe space, rather one about money. Would have easy to answer my question via portal (I asked 3 days prior to virtual) or popped in and explained about copay rather than making me wait. No follow up calls. Nothing. Just not a safe space. Its sad....I had hope

As a nurse Im giving this place five stars. I havent been to the gyn in over 2 years due to covid. no appt or they were too far off. I googled walk in gyn and found this gem. Front desk workers and medical assistant was nice and professional not nasty. Dr. Jones was simply amazing 👏. I was able to make an appointment online next day for 8:15am I was out of there In one hour with scripts already sent to pharmacist. parking is horrible 😫.

Let me start off by saying I Love Walk IN GYN and everything they stand for as far as Womens Health. Not only are they dedicated to womens health but they are so Sweet and Genuine. I never felt so much comfort at the GYN in my Life. Front desk personnel Jasmine was so helpful, as a new patient paper work can be so annoying but with her help it was a breeze. Also when Jasmine saw me waiting on blood work she came and Got the Job done, She definitely went above and beyond. Zuleyka M.A. took Great care of me leading up to the actual Visit. Last but DEFINITELY not least My P.A. Nic, She was AMAZING to say the least. You can tell she is not only devoted to this but she actually care. It was a Pleasure all around 😊. After many different experiences(not good ones) looking for a Good GYN, Walk IN GYN Care gave me everything I was looking for and more. So much so I dont mind the Travel time. I had an amazing experience here. I loved that the staff is mostly women and they made sure as was as comfortable as possible! The atmosphere was so calm and they were super gentle. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new gynecologist.

The GYN herself was great. However my PAP labs were lost for over a week and sent to the wrong lab. I had to see a completely different GYN at another office to get labs done again after getting the run around (here) for weeks. Id love to use the nurse practitioner there as shes a woman of color. But will not because of the STAFF mix-up.

I’ve been to this place a few times. The facility itself is clean. The bathroom is in the waiting room, so it’s a bit awkward walking out with a cup of urine. The front desk staff are professional and I’ve never waited more than 15 mins to see a doctor.During my last visit I saw NP NIC. It was terrible. She was very condescendinOverall, during this last visit, NP NIC was very dismissive and condescending. I left feeling like I was a nuisance to her. I didn’t like they way she was talking to me—-as if I am dumb.Luckily I took a picture of my chart, so I was able to reach out to some friends (and Google) to try to figure out what going on with me.Ultimately , a clean facility is great, but a seeing’s doctor/np who is caring, willing to hear you out, and not dismiss you is even better. For that reason, my rating is 2 stars.

Honestly it’s good if you have no insurance and need a (not so)quick diagnostic for std screening and culture sampling but if you have a unique situation, the doctor is almost useless. An experienced doctor is usually able to diagnose certain problems as soon as they see them along with providing ways to alleviate them in the future but it seems the one I had couldn’t answer any of my questions and just told me to “wait for results” after my Pap smear. I described my discomfort and was just looking for a possible reason for a recurring problem I’m experiencing but was given the run around then was prescribed a medicine that I’m almost confident would make my situation worse. I will just get health insurance and start seeing a knowledgeable practitioner from now on. This place is for simple screenings. Don’t expect to get much questions answered. I feel like with the price of the consultation alone I should sit with a doctor who doesn’t answer “I’m not so sure” to every question.

I came in for treatment at around 11:00AM today. Im here at my pharmacy and my prescription hasnt been sent over. I even turned around and walked back to the front desk to double confirm my pharmacy location with the receptionist at around 2:30PM when I was discharged.Its Saturday and you closed an hour ago and youre closed Sunday and my pharmacy is closed on Monday for Labor Day (my birthday)Now I have to wait until Tuesday ( which sadly happens to be my grandmothers funeral/wake) to get relief for my symptoms which mainly consists of heavy bleeding.I already had to wait TWO HOURS before I was even seen by the nurse, Paula.* I had to re-park my car because they were letting others go ahead of me. My total time wasted with your establishment equals 3.5 hours.Im terribly unhappy with this place and its terribly unfortunate that I have to continue dealing with heavy bleeding for my birthday weekend and my familys farewell to my grandmother.*Paula was really patient and this review does not reflect her exceptional service ❤ the sonographer was absolutely lovely as well.

I visited Brooklyn twice and Manhattan and they both lied and said I could not be seen because I needed a doctor for my visit and no doctor was available because of my insurance. I was also told my insurance is inactive and I called my insurance plan and was told that my insurance is active.

I had a terrible experience at Walk In Gyn Care with Nic Rathert, the nurse practitioner/provider.I came in for more lab work because they were not able to get the sample tested properly from the last blood draw a couple weeks ago. When I made my appointment, they confirmed this would not require a co-pay or run through insurance again.When I arrived, I let the front desk lady know, as well as the nurse who took my blood pressure, I was here for lab work. The nurse said the provider will come in first and then we would take the blood draw. Nic Rathert came in, asked if I had any questions, and so I asked about the lab work I was about to get done.After she left, the nurse came back in and said I will be billed for this visit because I spoke to a provider. I told the nurse I was confused because I’m just here for lab work. The nurse relayed this to Nic, who came back in the room, yelled at me while saying that once I even speak with her that I will be charged for a regular visit.I again explained I was very clear about my reason for coming. Nic then turned to the nurse and started to yell and lecture her about how that is not the procedure for lab work patients. I thought Nic was very unprofessional and condescending to the nurse, and especially in front of me. I’ve really never seen this behavior before so I opted out of doing the bloodwork at all because I was so uncomfortable.Before she left the exam room, Nic said that this visit would be “gratis” or without charge. By the time I got to the front desk, Nic told the front desk to still bill me for the visit. When I contested, Nic came to the front desk (without yelling this time because we were in front of the waiting room instead of behind closed doors), she said she would ask the administration if this visit could be comped but in the meantime it will still be considered billable.This visit was terrible. I would avoid NP Nic Rathert if you can. It seems like they are more concerned with trying to bill my insurance and get me to pay a co-pay than to give me actual care.Its a shame because I had such a great experience in the past with their providers in the Walk In Gyn Care in Lower Manhattan that I thought this would translate to the Park Slope office. Unfortunately, it has not been the same experience and I won’t be returning.

I had a great experience at WalkinGynCare. I was a new patient coming in for an annual visit and I swear I was in and out so fast 💨. I want to give a special shout out first to Miriam who was so well versed as a nurse and as a nurse myself she made me feel so comfortable. I was paired with Nic as my provider and the exam was immaculate. Nic asked all the right questions asked my future plans for my health and never judged my answers. I would definitely recommend Gyn health from this medical office.

Just went there a couple of days ago. The staff was very nice. The wait wasn’t long. It looked clean and organized. The doctor was also very nice. It will be my new place to go for my checkups.

Went here two weeks ago because I was concerned I had an infection (lower pelvic pain and cramping unrelated to my period) met with a doctor who ordered lab tests and said it would take 24-48 hrs to get the results back. 5 days later I call they office for the results and they tell me 7 -14 days!! Okay...way longer than I was told but whatever. I called back this morning and it turns out they messed up sending over the sample and so 2 weeks later Im still in pain and have no lab results. When I called someone at the front desk she said that this happens all the time and down played the whole thing. AVOID!!!

I had to come here in a pinch and was really so impressed with the care and service they provide. I would highly recommend the Brooklyn location.

Such poor care given at this place. I had to wait over a week to get a simple ultrasound read which is usually suppose to take 2-3 business days. On top of that they failed to provide a detailed diagnosis everything was so vague and doctor failed to properly answer the questions that I had. Seek better care elsewhere

I just turned 18 and this was my first doctors appointment on my own, let alone w a gyn. The staff was warm, friendly and made everything easy.

I was so excited to find this place, because it was so hard to find a gynecologist with a short wait time, but the few times I went the medical assistant literally only weight me and then I see her faking my bp and pulse as if I’m not sitting behind her, I think that was kinda of messed up don’t lie and say you have taken my bp and heart rate, just state you didn’t do it but anyways first two times I went the PA’s I seen were very nice and understanding due to me having PCOS and so hard for me to Loose weight since I don’t get my period, and the third time I came in due to some pain and discomfort I literally left so hurt and disappointed because the PA goes well you just need to work out and I told him well I go to the gym and work in a hospital so I’m constantly running around, he goes that’s not enough you need to loose weight, and then goes come back when you lost weight. And honestly I never came back, and decided to just find another place, and realizing not everyone knows about mental health and how much this is taking a toll on me the last thing I need someone is to be like yea I can’t help you come back when you lost weight

Genuinely nice staff .

Walk in gyn discriminates against elder citizens by not accepting Medicare. They refused to treat me and I was in pain and discomfort. Their greed for money is more important than helping people. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Clean and I love all of the staff. I started going to this clinic two years ago! To be honest I do not see me going anywhere else for GYN care.

The providers are so rude and they made my daughter super uncomfortable im never coming here again my poor sweet girl was in complete distress the whole time horrible horrible service you should all be ashamed!

All staff encountered were friendly. It was a quick in and out process. Not busy at all and very clean.

Don’t know why it’s called walk in gyn. If your a walk in u will never be seen. Waited for 3 hrs only to still not be seen. It’s ridiculous

Don’t trust the website hours. Paid a visit there only to be told that they’re closed. So I spent 30$ Uber for nothing. Also nobody ever picks up the phone. That’s no customer service .

Don’t come here if you are pregnant the sono tech is always calling out lol save your co pay and go else where the receptionist are sweethearts though!
