The front desk are really nice and the nurses and doctor are very professional and caring. They asked me a lot of questions and listened respectfully to my answers. The place is very clean and welcoming. They even have a cute Christmas tree. Scheduling appointments are very easy online on their website and everything was fast. I felt no judgment and can feel that they want to help me be healthier.

Mariana was a very professional nurse practitioner, walked me through every step of the exam, and answered all my questions. Made sure to ask if I was having any pain, needed blood work, etc. Very good beside manner. The office was clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. I wish I had a chance to spend a little more time in the waiting room. Lol.Its nice to find a regular gyn close to home that takes my insurance.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Irina is very helpful. The office is clean and well kept. Its close to bus and train. I will definitely recommend.

I had to do this positive review for an appt that was greatly done when most reviews arent. I was seen within 5 mins of arrival. Everyone was very down to earth and very polite. They informed me of everything and asked permission before doing anything. Ms Ariel annswewd all my questions, we both have 2020 babies and shes a melanin queen. I was so delighted to see this since zocdoc didnt have her information when i made the appointment. Thanks to everyone there for making this an easy switch. Also the setup is beautiful and clean

First time patient and it was an amazing visit . The office is decorated so beautifully with these colorful assorted chairs , that makes the waiting room pop with color , and they have another waiting area with the same array of chairs with a beautiful chandelier hanging . From the front staff to the medical assistant’s were absolutely courteous and professional. The nurse practitioner who saw me was amazing she was gentle and she explained everything to me . I would recommend this office to all my friends and family . I want to say thank you for making me feel so comfortable

This place is awesome! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the wait time, which was a little longer than I expected . But honestly, it wasn’t too bad. The doctors and staff were super friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The environment is welcoming and pleasant, which made the experience much better. I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and will definitely be back!

Im glad I discovered this location on Zocdoc. The check-in and registration process is super quick and easy. I didnt have to wait long to be seen. I appreciate how helpful the front desk was even prior to scheduling my appointment when I reached out to them over the phone. The medical staff is really nice and professional too. This clinic opened recently in July. I usually go to their UES location. Everything was brand new, clean, and welcoming. Staff was friendly and took care of me. Since I was the 8am appt, there was hardly any wait time. I was in and out within 1.5 hours.

The front desk ladies were absolutely amazing! They were so sweet and made me feel at ease. I came in feeling scared and in pain, but I left with a huge smile on my face! Thank you so much, Dr. Aeriel, for truly listening to me and answering all my questions. The ultrasound Lady was so kind. I can finally get a good nights sleep tonight after four long days.

The location is aesthetically pleasing and the staff is welcoming. I think what made my visit such a memorable experience though is that they truly care about your experience, follow up on, and seek to support you even after your visit. I received a follow up phone call after my visit and any expressed concerns that left me very impressed with the service, level of care, and speed of follow up. The NPs - very professional and supportive. Highly recommend.

Seeing these reviews is very surprising as my experiences are very similar to the same low review. I recently came last week for an emergency app stayed there for a few hours since this location was the only one in the franchise that can deal with the appointment. Then went around with multiple people waiting never actually doing a test and all this time it was needed was a procedure which Ive specified on why I came in. Even the doctor specified she didnt see me when everyone said I met with her. Later on when rescheduling, I needed to make 2 appointments which one was for Wednesday Jan 8 at 830am and may 1 at 115pm which i never received confirmations for and I asked after if I would received text and email. While booking I added to my calender and I still never received it so just to be safe I reached out and just now found out both were never booked lol. All the response back is empty apologies and nothing changing. Its a great thing someone telling me to do a review and rate my experience since Id assume medical professionals can do a great job in customer service and express themselves in a professional manner. The call centers dont even assist correctly either. Hope no one experiences this if they had concerns on their reproductive health, if so please look elsewhere.

It is my first pregnancy and so far they have been so great! The staff are so welcoming and comforting. The providers are knowledgeable, kind and patient. The ultrasound tech is amazing and helpful. As a first time mom to be, I have felt only comfort coming here. I recommend!

I’ve been going to the garden obgyn location in Manhattan for several years and never had any issues. I had an annual check up at this location and it took over 2 months to get my results. I called daily after 2 weeks passed trying to track down my results and no one seemed to know where they were. They told me they’d call back and never did. I shouldn’t have to chase down my results and it shouldn’t take 2 months to get answers. It was a horrible experience. When I finally got my results I tested positive for BV which I should have received medicine for..2 months later ??? This is ridiculous. The doctor Ariel was very nice but the overall service and professionalism was horrible. I’ll never go to this location again.

This office is the best! The front desk staff and medical Assistant and doctors are very well professional. They make me feel welcome and warmed each and every visit. MA staff alliah makes me feel comfortable every time with my blood work and the front desk Kendra with making my appointments at the right time for me.

Best GYN I have EVER been to. It is so beautiful inside,calming and relaxing.The inside of this location gives the vibe that you are at a relaxing spa. They work very efficient and have you waiting for less than 5-10 minutes. The receptionist are so nice and talk to you in a soothing and happy manner. I am so happy I made the switch from Gyn office across the street at 2044 because they were working my last nerves while this Garden Gyn location has brought me nothing but peace☺️.

This place is fantastic. They have taken care of me since the beginning of my pregnancy and continue to take care of me even on days that I am not scheduled.. They’re not many good clinics but I can tell you this is maybe the best one I’ve been in within the last 3 to 4 years.

Be careful here. Test results for a regular annual exam took over a month. I wound up having to call Labcorp directly to request results and took weeks to get everything settled. The individual providers were very kind and caring, but the overall organization is very fishy.

Staff is very warm and courteous. They answered all my questions and put me at ease when they saw I was nervous. The whole process was seamless and they guided me throughout the whole thing. I would definitely recommend coming here!

My sister Had an appointment at this location ,the manager asked us both to leave a review, my sister told her she left one prior to her visit, she was very pushy for us to leave a review and now reading upon previous reviews from patients I see why. She has no manners she jumps right in your face asking to leave a review without asking how was my visit. my sister was making her follow up appointment she then proceed to jump over front desk staff without any consideration while making appointment about leaving a review. She didn’t give us one second to finish. If it wasn’t for my sister I would not return to this office.

12/23/24 Update reviewMy second visit for the same symptoms experienced on 12/21/24. The call center pushed me to go into the office when I told them on the phone it isnt necessary. In office, Marina -NP confirmed a phone call wouldve worked to switch medication. Marina shared the medication prescribed is standard and it usually works but I repeatedly told her it wasnt working. Why would I return if it medication was working?! Marina also shared none of the doctors were in office and only the PAs were available. This makes me curious if the doctors are ever there.At the beginning of the in-office visit the medical assistant said theres nothing to help me (per the provider) today because I declined the pap smear on 12/21/24 and asked if I wanted a pap smear on todays visit. Should I be coherenced into a pap smear to get the care I need? I clearly stated I am visiting and do not live here which doesnt make sense if there was a follow-up needed. The doctors and nurses at the office do not have a license in state I live in to practice. This was a waste of time to go back and forth and pay money for the additional office visit. In addition I waited an extra 30 minutes to be seen and greeted by the not so helpful medical assistant. I will follow-up in a few days to get the results of both my labs.12/21/24My PA-Carolina addressed all my concerns and made me comfortable. Thank you for having available last minute appointments.

Horrid place. Zero bedside manner. They made me walk through the reception in the hospital gown. The nurse practitioner stabbed me several times with lots of eye rolls. Were in NYC, there are competent businesses everywhere. Avoid this one at all costs.

The nicest gyno I have ever been too! From the upscale pretty decor and furniture to the friendly staff. They were thorough with my work up and listened to all my questions. My concerns were met with ease and they assured me if there was any other issues to feel free to reach out or come back. There was limited to no wait time and everyone was very professional. They are fairly new but doing a great job in my opinion. Im so happy I found this place. Patient for life!Each doctor was accompanied by an intern but everyone was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! The staff is super friendly. My nurse practitioner was very attentive and knowledgeable about managing my women’s health needs with consideration of my separate chronic illness. The sonography tech was speedy and talked me through the process. Oh and the place is pretty cute! (Much of rest of the building is still under construction). Glad they opened this location.

This place is a mess. I will spare the details, but essentially, I have still not gotten my test results, and its been a month. They try to gaslight me into thinking that theyre on top of it, but when I went in to get answers (because they are no help over the phone), they told me they never sent my test in and I had to get another one done. Still waiting for those results. Dont go here.

I made an emergency appointment here because my regular gyno was not available, this was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I came in the office and the front desk worker was cold and short with me and the other lady that was checking in, when they called me back I was waiting on the room for close to an hour for the doctor. I was dealing with a very scary issue and she came in with a student and was very cold and not very informative of what was going on with me, she had her back to me the entire time she was writing her notes with no remorse or help as I tried to hold back tears. When I was done I had to get blood work and then they had to make a follow up appointment for two weeks later, the front desk girl made the appointment for 2 months later instead smh. They were also talking negatively and loud about other patients while I was there. This office isn’t the best at bed side manner, and they take extremely long to inform you of lab results. Very frustrating experience

Don’t go here. They take forever to give you your lab results, mine took 2 to 3 weeks when every other gynecologist I’ve been to literally takes a few days. They took so long with my lab results that I had to go to another gynecologist to get tested and I got my results the next day and my medicine. If I had waited for the results from Garden OBGYN I would’ve been with an infection for three weeks. Ridiculous. When I was getting my blood drawn they were training a STUDEN who drew my blood and couldn’t get all the blood out. She was also very unprofessional and even took a phone call while the other lady drew my blood because she wasn’t able to do it properly. There was also a STUDENT who did my ultrasound. She was nice but I think that people should be given the choice whether or not they want a trainee to do their exams. She was not experienced so it took longer than usual for my ultrasound to be done which is very invasive and uncomfortable as you can imagine. The experienced ultrasound tech had to take the tool away from her and do it herself to get it done properly. Also, one of the nurse practitioners or doctors - an African American lady by the name of “Crystal Wright” has a rude demeanor and an attitude for no reason. I will not be returning to this practice. Please go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive had. I made an appointment with a specific doctor, and they called to ask if I was okay seeing a male doctor, which I declined. They then scheduled me with a different female doctor than the one I had originally booked. The following day, they called again asking if I could be seen by a male doctor, despite my previous answer. I politely reiterated my preference to see the doctor I originally scheduled, but they said that wasnt possible and offered me another female doctor. Due to the urgency of my situation, I had no choice but to accept. Just minutes before the appointment, they called again to reschedule my appointment for another day. Overall, it was a highly frustrating and disappointing experience.

The place is beautiful. Always wanted to find a place that is as beautiful as it is clean. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and answered with patience every question I had. Would definitely recommend to all of my girl friends.

I was going to walk out when I had sat alone in the cold exam room for over an hour, and I wish I did. I had a feeling the 5 star reviews were fake.I booked this place ONLY because they had same day appointment - do not make this same mistake.When I was brought to my room, the technician couldn’t figure out how to log my vitals and questions so just asked and jotted down on scrap of paper then left and came back 30 minutes later forgot she did this and did same questions again.i witnessed her check “no” to sooo many questions she didn’t even ask me the answer to! I then waited over an hour for a doctor to come in. The entire time there was a computer screen showing many patients name and reason for visit. No privacy.When I checked out - the girls at the front desk shout out everyone’s names, results, what they need to come back for etc. NO privacy. They also mixed up my paperwork with the woman next to me and handed her my referral and results and rushing me to come back for things I actually didn’t need. I was appalled the entire time.Finally- they told me they called my insurance but never did. I spent days calling the office repeatedly being lied to that they would call for authorization but they never did. My insurance company never even heard of them. I got lied to many times.Went to another office and got the insurance authorization within hours of visit. I am still appalled by the disorganization and problems I experienced here. A month later- and they still never contacted my insurance…

I wanted to give this place a try as I was going through some symptoms. They stated they will send over my medication, I’ve been contacting this practice for two days! Every time I contact them, they state the medication has been sent, however every time I go to the pharmacy they do not have my medications. Never coming back !I wanted to come back and say please be careful with this place ladies. I came here in July and they gave me wrong test results. Had me panicking for two weeks, so upset and depressed. Went to another place to get the same exact test, and everything came out great. I also went to another clinic just to make sure a third time that I’m okay because of how much this place made me panic. Everything turned out well. Ladies just be aware and careful about this place.

Initially I wanted to like it here but this has been a very bad experience that has left me in the dark with no one knowing where my test results are. I had an appointment September 10th. That morning I was running behind and called to let them know and was told that it was ok. About 5 minutes later I received a call from the office asking where I was and that I was about to be marked as a no show. I was super confused because I just called? Now my test results. I had a full blood test, STD Panel, and Pap smear done on the 10th and have been waiting weeks to hear back from them. Ive been calling every week and they just keep telling me that they aren’t available. I call Monday and demand my results. The office manager found a provider in the office to share my results with me but I was told that the lab only gave them some results and not all so I have to come back and get another pap?!!!!then got another call a couple hours later saying that my results were in- only to be told the same results for vitamin D deficiency and a yeast infection. (Which they just told me about so basically have been unknowingly living with an infection for 3 weeks that has gotten worse but i did not know why or why it was ). I have no idea if my pap is normal and am un aware of my std status. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here because who is to say this won’t happen again. Better off going to planned parenthood because this was a disaster10/3 update: stayed on the phone for 30 minutes only to speak with with a medical assistant Aliyah who laughed in my face! She then proceeded to say that I was the only one with testing issues but there are several reviews from people who have this problem as well. Jas at the front desk did her best in trying to help me and I appreciate that a lot. Hire more people like her and maybe things won’t be this disorganized

What a great experience for me an older woman who hasn’t been to a gynecologist in a long time. I highly recommend this community of caring, kind, professionals. I’ll be going back and will recommend Garden OB/GYN Brooklyn to everyone. They took care of all my needs! No wait time at all. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office that I was seen and cared for as quickly. Every member of the staff is outstanding.

Review Update 11/2/24: The office responded to my bad review from 11/1/2024 within 1 hour, but still no call from the practice or doctor on my results or the medication they sent. No message on the patient portal. They care more about public ratings than their own medical negligence.DO NOT COME HEREI have been coming to Garden OBGYN for many years. I’ve been to their locations in the city, Queens, and on LI. I had blood work done on 9/9/24 at this new Brooklyn location. In the following weeks I called to get the results and was told by the doctor they will call me when they’re in. At this visit a STUDENT also conducted a breast exam on me without the doctor present or disclosing they were a student. Later the same student performed my pap. The way I was asked was the doctor saying “do you mind?” I made the assumption she would just be on the side to learn, not perform it. The procedure was excruciating, and I’ve had many at this point in my life.I got the results from labcorp first on my blood work. I’m not a doctor, but based on the ranges everything seemed fine. I never got a call back from Garden, but I let it go. I get a bill from labcorp.On 10/31/24 I get an email from garden saying my results are ready. On 11/1/24 I get a notification that two prescriptions were sent for me (related to low iron - I had to google what the medicine even was).It took 7.5 weeks for my results to come in? How can a doctor send a prescription without ever discussing the results with the patient?I had two babies with garden within the last 5 years and I always got my results and a call within a week. Those doctors are no longer with the practice, but we’re always incredibly responsive. It’s obvious they deprioritize anyone who isn’t pregnant.I have to constantly call in to get any answers and when I ask to file a complaint I’m told to speak with the office manager. The standard of care is non-existent here. How do I get a bill and prescription before ever speaking with my actual doctor on treatment plan? In the past I would at least get a message on the patient portal discussing my results, this time nothing.

Last minute appointment on Saturday- great space, amazing staff, and the most through annual checkup I ever had- including pap, sonogram, and iud removal- on the spot-Will refer all my lady friends

This place is ridiculous. My experience here was weird. When I first came here I made it very clear that my insurance would be rolling over to state Medicaid anthem bcbs through HRA because I’m out of work.. they told me they did take my insurance in the beginning then out of no where they said that they didn’t because they thought I had straight Medicaid which I don’t . Now I’m getting text messages saying I owe $1,851.50 before it was 500 something now it’s more.Then to top it off I had an OB in there who was very opinionated! She did not like the fact that I wanted to do water birth and had her very own opinions about it saying the risk of infection is high! Girl no it’s not ! Stop lying and using your own opinion be a dr not a hater and when I went to the front to ask for my medical records to be sent to the birthing center for water birth she had a fit even the people at the front desk were embarrassed by her behavior because she had an attitude then left to the back because she was loosing a client to water birth.When doing water birth you have to go through orientation and a class with the BC to make sure you are fully aware of everything that they do and any risk etc they make you 100% aware that if anything goes wrong you have to go to an emergency room and they have procedures set up to do so. As well as many midwives and access to doulas and any dr you may need they will give you a referral. There are no risk to having water births. Who wants to have 10+ people in a room telling you what to do when I can have a calm birth and 2-3 people in the room just supporting me and comforting me. I’m not trying to be shoved with medications nor my baby or have unwanted male drs or nurses in my room looking at my private area! I have a choice and I’m choosing what I want for myself and my birth. You have a problem with it keep your personal opinions to yourself!I hope if you book here make sure they take your insurance 100% and ask multiple times. Also make sure the OB don’t make you feel uncomfortable for your birthing plan for your own child. If you’ve done research and are fully aware of everything then don’t let nobody try to tell you different. It’s your journey not theirs.Side note the girls who work in the office are great no problem with them very professional but the one OB there she’s a mess.

Took my wife there for office visit I see a couple of bad comments honestly I disagree Garden obgyn in Brooklyn is the best the staff are amazing got my test results right away they walked us through step by step the Manager Jaz took good care of my wife and the MA there today was amazing would be bringing my wife back amazing job guys thanks so much highly recommend it!

Terrible front desk. We just left without bothering to see the doctor. I would bet a thousand dollars that other reviews are fake. Checked out the yelp reviews and they are rated 1.3/5. If you check their ratings on garden’s site it’s 5/5 for 10,000+ reviews. What a joke. There should be legal action and cancellation of license for such an act. Imagine what else the doctors will be willing to do to make money, if this is how they are duping people to bring in traffic.Everyone that walks in regardless of their symptom is presumed to be there for an annual visit, if it’s their first visit- this what the front desk told us. And that was after she banged the pee cup and all she said is “bathroom is behind you.” She couldn’t get the name right after giving her the license and spelling it out 3 times. And then she got up and was ready to leave. You should just be fired on the spot and never again be at any front desk.It’s a shame that NYC doesn’t have good options or immediate appointments. But even for the same day appointment, don’t take a risk on this place and try other options please. Else you might end up offending the front desk or worse, be required to take tests/be feared into situations that make you pay more than what you ought to.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. I did not have to wait very long for the doctor to see me. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

It’s a very professional and well kept place most of all the doctors seem nice and respectful except for the fact it feels like they are judging you especially if ur not in ur 20s and pregnant they have that look on their face where it seems like ur in the wrong havin an accident or made it ur choice to have one wasn’t right and why are u doin it they give u a judging look and then when u notice they smile at u and start being nice towards u and then when i got blood work done and told the girl try the other arm bc she was poking me wit the needle and said is fine after the 3rd 2nd try kinda she went maybe we should try the other arm it won’t go in atp it felt like she didn’t listen she just hurd wtv she wanted to other then that im seen quick i come in not even 20mins they come to get me i can say they are well managed wit time

First time here and I loved it. I didn’t feel rushed or anything . I’ll be back. Thank you everyone.

Horrible place ! It’s been 2-3 weeks I was there & I’m still waiting on the doctor to call me for my blood work results. Btw Dr. Marina said I wasn’t pregnant & this past Monday I had a sonogram where I could see the fetus !!!
