Horrible services the person whom answer the phone has no manners and the medical team does not communicate with the patient or the family not a good place for an elderly patient this clinic should be closed for patient safety

This office is horrible. We had an appointment with Dr. Chalik. We showed up 30 minutes early. They collected our co-pay, made us wait for over 2 hours, then cancelled saying the doctor had an emergency. We rescheduled for the following week. They cancelled again. They never treated us. We never met with the doctor. I asked for a refund of the co-pay, and still have not received it two weeks after we paid for a visit that did not happen. I am about to report them to our insurance carrier to get them removed from the network and the New York State licensing office. Very unprofessional practice.

I was waiting for my results for one month, no one called me ,when I called first they said well called you back, they did ,said my results are ok and after that charged me and Insurance company for televisit . In normal practice office call you to say about results and WILL NEVER CHARGE you when you called just to get you results ! Total disaster!

I like that the waiting time isn’t long and the professionalism. They are also very hands on and try to get to the core of medical issues. Also, they very good on reminding one of their appointments. My appointment was for six months and they called me to remind me, I myself had forgotten. I love their service.

Dont get me wrong I like Dr Raykhman, great doctor. However this company billing practices are horrible. Billing department nowhere to be found, only voicemail. And when you get a call back they act like doing you a favor. I was charged a deposit for the surgery due to insurance deductible. Insurance paid the bill around a week ago vi electronic transfer and Im owed around $800 refund. But they just refuse to pay it back claiming there are maybe another claim processing. When I made deposit it was for the surgery deductible only not for any other claim (with other insurance company).So word to the wise, NEVER LEAVE DEPOSIT. They will find reason not to pay it back. Just find another doctor, there are plenty.

What a great office environment, support staff and Doctor! Truly impressed and grateful. Was referred here by my primary care physician for potentially low testosterone level. My first impression when I walked in was of entering a posh modern-art style Manhattan hotel reception. I was greeted pleasantly and filled out my first timer paper work. The office offers free Wi-Fi, so I didnt have to waste my precious cell phone data. Big plus for us busy New Yorkers. The reception is spacious and was air conditioned, offering respite from the blistering humidity outside. I was called in shortly after completing the necessary paperwork. My urologist doctor Lyudmila Emag was pleasant, professional and accommodating. The visit did not feel rushed, which is a pet peeve of mine, my concerns were heard and addressed. The nurse took my bloodwork and I left the office relieved that I was treated with the kind of service expected from a professional medical clinic. I felt supported. Promptly, a day after, I received a message from the office with blood work results and the next step in treatment. Highly recommend you give these health experts a try, they know how to treat people with care.

I had a 5:00 appointment with Dr. Raykhman and arrived at 5:09. I asked how many people were before me at that time and was told 3.. Finally at 6:35 I was called in. After 10 mins I notice that I hadnt seen the doctor walking around. I left the examining room and asked the front where is Dr Raykhman was and low and behold I was told he went home that it was 7:00. So I was pawned off to another physician.I got my co-pay refunded back to my card and I left. Why make the appointment if your not going to be there!!!!!My time is just as valuable.

They told me to show up with a full bladder for my appointment. They were more than an hour late to see me, even after I told them multiple times that I really needed to pee. Finally I just peed and left without ever seeing the doctor or getting any treatment.

I went to there office to see Dr. Raykhman. He is one of the finest urologists. His bedside manner is amazing. Also the wait time was minimal which is good. Staff was pleasant. Overall a good experience

Dr Yuly Chalik is very courteous and well qualified in urology. He listens very attentively what you say and recommend you the best treatment. He treats you like very caring friend. Accord physician is a team of highly professional staff. They support and care you through every way. Recently I got lithotripsy from them to remove my kidney stone. They are caring me a lot and call me daily and ask about my condition. I highly appreciate and recommend them.Ifitikhar Ahmed

I have been seeing Doctor for about 7 and a half years he is the best and his nurses and staff cant be any nicer. Very polite, friendly and caring would recommend them to anyone reading this

Dr. Vitaly Raykhman was very helpful. He explained the test results and plan of action, he listened and responded thoroughly and in a helpful manner. Overall - very good experience.

I am a patient of Dr. Raykhman. He is the most professional compassionate physician Ive ever met and I also find his staff to be attentive and competent. I highly recommend his urology service.

3 hours waiting time. After i told dr Reykhman that i will go to somewhere else insted of say we sorry he told me its ok, i can take my medical records and go. They simly dont care. After being patiant for many yers. Very sad

Horrible office, sorry to say my experience was horrible. I mistakenly show my international insurance from work which I primarily use when I go work abroad, they wouldnt let me see the doctor because I have two insurances. They let me sat there for over 2 hours no one told me nothing until I ask and they told me they are still trying to figuring out if I can see a doctor.

Dr. V is very professional and knowledgeable about person’s with disabilities such as myself. The staff is friendly and organized, best Urology office in NYC!

Clinic terrible! diagnosed and conducted without any analysis procedures. Dr. Reichman unfairly done its job and then a week later I need a medical help again . I do not have health insurance and all visits and treatments, I paid the money. I am not highly recommend this clinic

It very good clinic! Highly efficient and fast! The nurses and receptionists r also very nice and beautiful! The Doctors r also very knowledgeable. ^ ^
