Dr. Debuche is a great Pediatrician and her assistant is very good with children; this is where the good part of this review ends. The rest of the staff at Bushwick Communicare are awful. They are all rude and they all hate their jobs. They need to fire the entire staff in the pediatric department. The phone is almost always busy so trying to make an appointment for your child is damn near impossible. When they finally do answer they are always booked for like 2 months and the person you get is rude and not helpful at all when you ask questions. The girls at the front desk always have an attitude and dont even look you in your face when they are speaking to you. The nurses do NOT know how to draw blood properly. They poked my daughter 5 times and still were unable to get blood from her to send for testing. Please look for another health center for your child. Stay away from this unprofessional place.

Dr. Gardner is very unprofessional to be a pediatrician. And 1 star is being nice she would get noStars from me. I do not recommend. The overall staff is pretty okay

Dr McBane is super professional, funny and kind. The desk staff is always hard at work doing your best and Ive never had an issue there.

A very negative environment. Its really easy to feel uncomfortable when you walk into this office. I understand that they may be understaff, however that doesnt give the workers a reason to be rude and unprofessional. They should go do a job that brings joy to them.

Everyone is very professional and kind here, from the doctor to their reception. They make you feel better since you go through their door. Very satisfied. I heard they were a complete new staff, well... it works like a clock!

Very professional, somewhat punctual, especially considering their work load. One of the better doctors offices Ive visited.

This is a horrible hospital especially for Dr.Debuche.She is a horrible doctor never have time for her appointments and dont even know what she is doing
