I called to simply set up a songram and was denied by the person who answered the phone because of my ethnicity... he simply told me he was not going to schedule me an Appointment even though i already have been to this clinic with no appointment. He was very nasty on the phone and made me cry, i am pregnant and emotional and the way he dealt with me on the phone was no one to deal with any future or existing patient.

Extremely misleading and inaccurate advertising — they do not have free pregnancy tests, and are very condescending on the phone. They do not provide abortions or abortion alternatives.

I’m very appreciative. They gave me great information about my options to abortion and really good parenting information. Free Abortion Alternatives helped me see things differently. I love that its a free service and a place to turn when facing an unexpected pregnancy.

I enjoyed my experience at the clinic with everyone today. Everyone acknowledged me in the best way they can, it was very satisfying and prodigious. They help you find your way and the alternatives through everything you need help with.

I called asking if the sonograms were free, as I didnt have alot of time to call other places before 5pm if it wasnt. The guy starts rattling on, he was rude, frustrated and started asking me personal questions to the point where I had to stop him and simply ask, is the sonogram free?. Yet again he rattled on never answering my question, leaving me guessing. I had to stop him THREE TIMES, I dont like it when organizations wont just cooperate with their patients and be trustworthy and transparent at the beginning. And especially when people blatantly ignore your questions,concerns or needs but then want you to answer their questions first. Im the patient, finally he said it depends on the circumstances when I asked him why he couldnt just say that the first time- he had the nerve to hang up on me and sent me to voicemail. Even when I tried calling the other locations, all calls were routed to him. So if this is how they treat people who have questions, I highly doubt they will have any supportive solutions for other pregnant women like myself trying to find the help they need. If they cant clearly answer a simple question about cost with respect, they have another agenda and dont respect minorities. No way I would step into that place . HORIBLECUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Nurse and ultrasound tech were great. They do not offer actual termination services. I found personally that some of the questions were not medically unnecessary. There is also a fee for the STI testing that I was unaware of until I showed up for my appointment.

My first visit here was very comfortable i would definitely recommend this facility for new moms if youre not completely sure of what decisions to make and definitely will come back . The staff are especially polite and concerning.Very helpful

I gotta be honest. I had an appointment yesterday oct. 8th and at the beginning I had a bad concept about this place because of the guy that answer the phone but all of the people that are inside are so lovely. ALLOF THE FOUR LADIES THERE. I feel so nice & confortable so my experience was really good even though I think that whoever is answering the phone is so rude but thank you 🙏🏾

It place is really clean people are friendly but I just feel like they give you the runaway so you can change your opinion about what you going to do. I dont need no convincing. I would go here again tho

Emc Pregnancy clinic is amazing, the staff is extremely informative and understanding. My experience was outstanding, this staff definitely helped me keep an open mind on my options about pregnancy and i would absolutely recommend to any female.

As soon as I walked in I was received with lots of atention and care. I am grateful for the information about STDs and STI that was provided. I was also given information about pregnancy and details about the stage in my pregnancy. Amber treated me like part of the family, shes very loving and helpful. I will recommend anyone who has questions about STD/STI or pregnancy, they are great to work with!

Well the name of the clinic tells you what it is: abortion alternatives. Hence if someone wants an abortion...common sense from seeing the name of this clinic tells you that this isnt the place for it.

Fist time visit its very informal about all the options and they have a lot of resources that they can connect you to every one seems friendly and can answer your question if not they will go the extra mile to find out over all I like that they have many resources and options for unplanned or planned pregnancies and their wasnt a wait to see the ppl I need

I called to get more information about the types of services that are offered here. The receptionist confirmed that they provide pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. I asked if this was a health clinic, and the receptionist simply repeated that they offer pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. Google lists this places as a Womans Health Clinic, but I dont believe this is a licensed medical facility. Going to planned parenthood instead.

This clinic is a very helpful clinic. They gave me the proper care and information. I would refer this clinic to family and friends. The staff was very respectful and followed the HIPPA law, very confidential.

My experience with this clinic was perfect. The staffs felt like family which made me feel comfortable and Id recommend this clinic to anyone.

Every positive review is FAKE, they even used a stock photo in the last one. Evil people spreading false information to vulnerable women, claims a non-judgmental atmosphere but is aggressively religiously obsessed with making your choices for you and lying to you to change your mind when youre terrified and seeking help. This should be illegal. These people are anti-choice, anti-woman, and anti-knowledge. They prey on terrified women making a difficult choice and present them with flat out lies and misinformation because they couldnt care less about you. All that matters is your zygote. Deplorable. These people are the devil incarnate, pray for their souls.

Avoid coming here, their main goal is to persuade you into not having an abortion. Not real doctors, look for help elsewhere!

A very helpful clinic with a warm and caring staff. They not only offer abortion alternatives, but also referrals to other assistance and std testing as well.

Thank God for this place. The counselors were calm and cool when I was frantic and irrational. Thanks to a young woman there I have a clearer path.

This place is strategically in the same building as a Planned Parenthood to trick women. If youre considering abortion, DO NOT GO HERE. Continue on to the Planned Parenthood in the same building.
