New patient visit was wonderful. The staff was polite and efficient. One patient was allowed in the waiting room at a time... there were chairs provided for patients to sit outside. I took the photos below to show my husband how clean and pleasant the office was...it was spotless. The truly important thing was that Dr. Benecki was very thorough, fully reviewed my background health issues, was easy to talk with, kind, calm, patient, and gentle exam. I was impressed.IKG

Dr. Benecki was a perfect choice for me. She relieves the apprehension and dread many women feel about their annual exam. (The plexiglass made it very difficult to hear the receptionist who spoke very softly.)The office, waiting area and exam rooms neat and clean.Scheduling an appointment using the website is easily done with just a few clicks. Reminder and confirmation text messages are helpful, including links to complete most of the patient forms in advance.Arrive a few minutes early, since the parking lot tends to be full and it is sometimes challenging to find parking.

Dr. Benecki is a caring and professional doctor. She is someone you can talk to about any issues you have. I fist came into her practice in 1983 when she delivered my second baby. She is the BEST !!

Dr Benecki is a wonderful, caring, compassionate doctor. She has been my OB/GYN for over 40 years. I can talk to her about anything. I highly recommend her.

After making an appointment with the doctor for a second opinion, the front desk rep called and stated that the doctor would not see me since I am a new patient and I already had my yearly done in July. I made this appointment over a month ago and completed the paperwork. I wish I would have known sooner. I was surprised the doctor would refuse the appointment. I understand this is how she runs her business but makes me think that her morales and ethics are questionable.

I have been a patient here for many years. The staff and doctors have always provided me with the best care. Dr. Benecki makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She is very thorough with what your health needs are and makes sure your records are up to date. I highly recommend this facility for your heathcare.

Pineland Associates is a really great group. I have been dealing with Dr. Benecki for about 35 years. She is a very knowledgeable doctor. She has helped me through some medical issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic gynecologist.

Every year I have anxiety going for my yearly Pap test and mammography due to family history and myself having breast cancer.Dr Benecki puts me so at ease that my blood pressure goes down as soon as she comes in the room. She is compassionate, professional and takes her time with every patient.

Arrived 15 minutes before appointment early am. Updated info and gave sample. One person ahead who had already went in. 10 minutes later, she came out. Waited 30 minutes from scheduled appointment time to see doctor. I know the doctor was early as she rode up in elevator with me. Considering I was the second patient scheduled, that really was way too long a wait. Other than that, everything else was good.

Dr. Benecki was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I appreciate that she was understanding and didnt dismiss my feelings regarding my health concerns. She took the time to listen and I didnt feel rushed.

Ok here is the update, these people are trying to bill me (again) for a 2023 year old bill. They already got paid. This place is a disgusting example of trying to squeeze every penny out of a client that visited the office for a few years loyally. Thank you for being a real low class act. Make sure you display all clients accounts according to your books! Please place all info like you did mine on social media!

I’ve never had such an awful, invalidating experience in my life. 4 years ago I went to Dr. Benecki advocating that I have extremely bad periods, heavy bleeding, cramping, suicidal thoughts, I workout 2 times a day 6 days a week and keep gaining weight. She told me it’s totally normal nothing to look into and I mentioned I may have endometriosis and I’m concerned. She completely dismissed me told me it’s super unlikely for a 21 year old to have that, which is untrue!! I found out recently that I have PCOS and when I found out I felt so validated I felt like my whole life finally made sense. Anyways, I’m posting this because apparently Dr. Benecki has the best reviews on PCOS according to google. But she completely invalidated me and let me suffer for an additional 3 1/2 years where I could have been working on it instead of being in pain and suffering.

My wife had an appointment scheduled she shows up to the appointment and they say it was cancelledWe never got a cancellation email or anything of the sort we asked why they said we sent the paper work and it wasnt filled outWe never received any text messages or emails with paperwork they said you must have because it shows it was readWhen we asked why we werent called they said they cant call it doesnt make sense to call every patientSo we reluctantly rescheduled she shows up to her appointment and they said oh it was a technical glitch you dont have an appointment todayI would like to understand how a doctors office doesnt have the tiniest but of responsibility of calling a patient to tell them an appointment was cancelled

Dr. Benecki is an excellent gynecologist! My yearly exam was the most thorough I have ever experienced! She is very focused and very knowledgeable. She made me feel very at ease about the next steps in my treatment. The women behind the glass in the office are very nice too, and even though the doctor was running behind schedule, I only had to wait about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Benecki!

This was my first visit to Dr. Beneckis office. The office staff was very nice. Upon Dr. Benecki entering the exam room she introduced herself and also confirmed my name. So many doctors do not ask your name and they are supposed to even if you have been going to them. I have had a experience where the doctor was on the wrong chart because they did not confirm my name and name on chart. Dr. Benecki was very easy to talk to answering all my questions and concerns. She also inquired about coverage of other doctors,immunizations,and preventative care. Would definitely recommend Dr. Benecki . So many people complain about office staff. Not in this case they were all very nice and helpful.

I would like to think Dr. Benecki‘s office for the way they handled the pre-visit paperwork. It was all printed out and I just had to make sure everything was up-to-date. You have no idea how important that is going to five or six doctors and filling out seven pages each time when you were just there two months ago. That is totally ridiculous and a waste of my time and quite honestly it stresses me out. Dr. Benecki’s office handed me the forms that had all my information printed on it already. $50 last minute cancellation charge. Needed to reschedule bc of my cycle (unpredictable). If I went I would not have been able to get the whole exam, and would have had to come back. So either $50 cancellation charge or $120 in copays, $60 copay for 2 visits. The lack of flexibility and understanding is sending me elsewhere going forward. Nothing personal about the doctor, just the policy. The emails and texts I received prior to the appointment did not mention a cancellation/rescheduling charge.

Dr Benecki was very professional, caring and thorough with my exam and also going over my medical history. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Her nurse was also very professional and made me feel very comfortable.

The entire experience was lovely! Friendly and welcoming receptionist. I got to do all my paperwork at home and online - Heavenly! Very short wait time, barely got to open my book. And the nurse who took my vitals was also friend and personable. Dr. Benecki was friendly, took her time and also asked many questions regarding my medical history making me realize Id left out a few things. The exam itself was as good as a trip to the gyno can be. I highly recommend this practice!

I like dr Bernecki but I think it’s ridiculous that she only does injections at noon. Every time I come there are several other appointments at the same time as me and I usually have to wait an hour for a 5 minute injection. It’s extremely frustrating as I have to come on my lunch break.

I can not tell you how relieved I was that the office accepted my Medicare insurance. Dr. Benecki is so, so nice. She is gentle and incredibly caring. Responsive care. The person who takes calls listens well and takes appropriate action. The doctor is helpful and down to earth. The patient assistant/intake woman is very helpful and kind. This is a great practice and I would recommend it. Sometimes you get a great doctor with efficient staff but who have no people skills. Sometimes you get great staff and a doctor with no people skills. Here you get the best of both.

The nurse who helped me last year was amazing.I would definitely recommend.

Zero stars Unfortunately its the staff that are very unprofessional in the office. They dont call to follow up if you filled out your form( they send a link which looks weird) now these days you cant just click on a link over text and risk being hacked. I filled everything through appzoc doc. They cancelled my appointment. I called and filled out the paper work immediately they refuse to book me until the following month because they were already booked. (within 15 min). Sad I wouldve want to go there for the doctor but NOT with rude and unprofessional staff.

Dr. Benefits is very nice and takes the time to answer questions and concerns. However, her receptionists are not very friendly and seem annoyed and bothered. Ive been there a few times and each time I never received a warm greeting or felt welcomed. Also, they kept reminding me if I dont cancel my appointment within time, they would charge fifty dollars. I was being treated as a transaction instead of a patient. I earn a decent salary and can afford fifty dollars. The money is not the issue , is the treatment.
