I have had nothing but a great experience so far. They have been extremely responsive and have answered any questions I have had. The Doctor is very thorough in her conversations and she makes me feel very supported. She will go out of her way to call me to make sure I am doing well. I appreciate how important they make me feel and that I am not just a number.

Dr. Vitiello is great, and to the point! Michelle M. in the financial/insurance department has gone above and beyond in assisting me with my authorization/referral for IVF. The sonographer and lab tech are also so sweet, especially for how early in the morning were coming in! The nurses are also very quick to get back to me on prescription refills and any questions I have. The portal is great! Ive had a wonderful experience thus far!

My husband and I had our intake appointment last August. Our doctor promised the center would help us navigate the coming months and we’re there to support us. She then explained I would need to call on the 1st day of my next period and would be scheduled to be seen for tests on day 3. She also explained my husband would need a seamen analysis asap. She also broke the cardinal rule of patient care and promised we would be pregnant in 6 months to a year setting us up for excitement that would be more pain and heartache. We scheduled my husbands analysis and then waited for day 1. On day 1 I called and was told to message in the app so I did. I was then told on the app they couldn’t fit me in. I was extremely confused as I was told what to do and told I would be seen. After sending a follow up message explaining my confusion I was met with cold staff who told me I should have known it doesn’t work that way and it’s not their fault they don’t have time for me. At this point I was told I’d have to try again the following month. While I sat waiting my husband had his analysis. I then had extremely heavy bleeding happening so I again reached out and was told to they couldn’t help and to call my primary care. At this point I was ready to move to another clinic but we still wanted my husbands results. We never heard from them. We are now in April of the next year and starting at a new clinic from scratch. We once again reached out to them to get his results and have to jump through hoops to get them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic and highly suggest you look elsewhere especially if you want to be supported through this journey!

I met with Dr. Hill in February 2023. I had been undergoing fertility treatments since January 2021, and I was only 6 months into a 12 month waitlist for my local REI team, so I figured I would stay with some friends and do my treatments in NH.Dr. Hill took one look at my BMI (which we all know isnt reliable and mine isnt that high), said I couldnt do anything until I lost weight, offered pharmaceutical options because I have PCOS, and ended the appointment after 7 minutes.My local team got me in when they had a cancellation a couple months later, reviewed my medical history with 2 miscarriages (not just my BMI), and said that it must be a chromosomal error in the embryos. They started treatments, and Im now entering my 6th month of pregnancy.You can go to FCNE, but ask for a provider who takes the whole person into consideration. Were more than just a BMI and treating infertility is not a one size-fits-all approach.

The Staff here is amazing! They are so nice and easy to talk to. Clair, Vanessa, Lynne, and the other girls are the best. Thankyou for all you do and being such kind hearted people. I really appreciate all of you. Linda M.

Without getting into too much detail, or experience with FCNE was frustrating. It was very difficult to get timely or informative responses as we tried to navigate this difficult process, and almost all calls made to FCNE would go to voicemail that would rarely be responded to. They seem to only respond to portal messages, and even then responses were not prompt or helpful. After spending over a year with FCNE we ultimately decided to pursue IVF via a different provider.We were not planning on leaving a review online, but when we began the process of requesting our medical records to facilitate transfer to new provider we were met with appallingly bad and unprofessional customer service by the staff at the main Reading office. FCNE is certainly not a company that that we would recommend to anyone who is beginning the IVF process.

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Hill and his team!! After multiple failed attempts over 7 years at another location, they gave me and my husband our little miracle! I would recommend Fertility Centers of NE to anyone!!!

Miss leading information, same treatment each time never change the cycle to get a pregnancy. Portal Only and they DO NOT give you full daily bloodwork results unless you fight for it. I would save your heartache and go somewheres else.

Update your time. Been to this location 4 days this week and its locked. Give you thousands of dollars and you cant even be open the times that are listed.

I had a great experience but now 2.5 years later they’re trying to send this crazy bill?!? Makes no sense but I’ll be figuring it out with my insurance I hope!!!

Wasted time and money went did blood work and everything then the just ghosted me do not waste your time
