Staff was friendly and service was prompt (although it did take 3 sticks to get my blood). I thought I was going to a Cigna authorized lab that was affiliated with Quest because the My Quest app referred me there and I asked several times before we started the labs. Im not sure if they deliberately misled me or misunderstood what I was asking. I was told payment was required with labs, but assumed he mean my co-pay. I would have gone elsewhere had I known they didnt accept my insurance. Receipt was for total billed (so not something I can use to submit the claim myself). I called for an itemized receipt, but havent gotten it yet. ArcPoint may be a good choice if youre willing to pay for labs yourself and are in a rush. They promoted the other services they offer while I was there (which is a lot). Disabled individuals may want to consider another lab as there were a lot of stairs to reach the clinic.

The staff is professional and provides excellent service. Despite heavy traffic causing me to be late for my appointment, they managed to complete my blood draw on the same day, sparing me the need to reschedule, especially since my house is an hour away. Thanks for making everything so easy!

I found out the gender of my baby at 7 weeks here and the owner and technician were very nice! They even rescheduled my appointment because I had a late meeting. results came 48hrs after my visit.I found out the sex of my baby at 7 weeks. Thanks to this place. The owner and the technician are super friendly. They even made me a second appointment because I was late for the first one. And the results came 48 hours after my hearing.
