Great staff. More affordable than anywhere else around here. Made an appointment online, paid at time of arrival, was in and out in about ten minutes or less. Very convenient they even let me show up a few minutes early

Technician was very nice, polite and professional. Also very skilled at blood drawing, which is probably the most important thing. The office was very clean and neat. Great experience!

Simple and quick. I came in for a blood test this morning and was very impressed by the kind professionalism. I didnt even feel the needle. I will definitely make this my spot for any further tests.

Alicia the nurse was extremely kind. As someone who hates getting their blood taken, she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. If needing lab work again, I would go back and see her for sure.

I’m hard to find a blood vessel. She found it first try. I appreciate that very much. She is skilled and professional. She was very friendly too.

Worst place to go, host will look at you and not even come to the door to answer questions. Team won’t answer the phone from 1230 to 1:15 but be at the window to say they on lunch from 1:15 to 2, after telling me to come before 2. We see who does their job for a paycheck other than helping individuals. And yes this is the one on Washington rd!

I came in today to get blood work done for my thyroid. Jo was amazing at handling my freak out session in the chair. I have got to give it to her👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 lots of respect for this lady. I know I’m not the easiest to draw blood from and she was the best. It didn’t even hurt. Thanks Jo for the best experience I’ve ever had getting blood drawn!!! ❤️

Awesome, very friendly, courteous and easy lab technician. She doesnt hurt and gets the job done very quickly and efficiently. So sorry I cant remember her name but she is awesome. I will certainly continue to go there for any future lab work.

Wow, Alicia was awesome. The moment you walk in the door you saw her smiling welcoming face that put you at ease. She really helped explain the forms that had to be filed out. The facility was so clean and well organized as well. My experience was very pleasant. I would not hesitate on returning and would certainly refer family and friends. Alicia is a rare commodity in the health field!

Jo was absolutely amazing. From the moment, I walked into the door, her friendliness, her professionalism, and her sense of humor was amazing. She made me feel at ease and totally comfortable. I am a hard stick, but she was so gracious and so kind I definitely will be coming back for all my lab needs. If I could give her 6 stars I would!!!

Best blood draw I’ve ever had, never had a blood draw as painless as i had here. The nurse was very understanding when i told her i faint when i do blood draws and she kept my spirits high with jokes when i did faint. If i ever need a blood draw again i will definitely come here.

Most painless blood draw Ive ever had. I always faint when getting blood draws but the nurse was super understanding and even made light jokes to keep me calm.

Jo is a one-woman Pitt crew! She got me in and out in a jiffy. She was so kind and gentle I couldn’t tell if the needle was in when it was (I was looking away). As a result I will probably get the next 3 tests I want done here too. They can even test for mold exposure! Oh and it was an affordable rate too. Thank you Any Lab and Jo!

Like other reviewers have noted, Jo is very professional, personable, and efficient. Coming here for a blood test was an excellent experience & I plan to return whenever necessary.

I can not rave enough on Jo at the Augusta location! My 5 year old needed his 1st ever blood work done and she distracted him and made him feel so comfortable and special... not even a tear! My son said she should be part of Paw Patrol (which honestly is the highest honor someone could receive from a 5 year old! Haha!). Lord willing, we wont need more blood work... but if we DO, we know where were coming (and sending everyone else who ever needs it too!)

If it wasn’t for the facility opening 45 minutes late. My appointment was for 9:15am. Sign on the door says open Saturday at 9:00am. Yet the employee did not show up until 9:45am. Not sure if the person before me had a appointment but she obviously had to wait as well.

I went to get a required COVID test before an operation. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving and my operation was Monday morning! Miss Jo at the lab was amazing from check in to swab and check out! I got my results Monday morning just in time to present to the hospital. They even called me to let me know the results were emailed moments ago! Very personable and professional!
