Dr. Dudley and his team are excellent professionals who care about you and your concerns. It has been my best experience in a private clinic that I could find. They are kind and dedicated to their work. The nurses are attentive and respectful and very professional.

My experience with Pinnacle was amazing! I understand that staff was probably just “doing their job” but it made me feel like it was so much more. Dr. Dudley was our physician leading us through our infertility journey. He was there through multiple rounds of IUI and IVF, and he ultimately was the reason we have our beautiful little girl now. He walked us through every decision, answered every question, and always provided the most caring and calming influence for us. When we were faced with only one viable embryo, he made sure every possible variable was perfect before we implanted, and all of that care and expertise did the trick.Best doc you can have on your side when going through your fertility journey!!!

I have never felt so welcomed and cared for at a facility than I do Pinnacle ATL! I had issues with my previous clinic due to them not accepting my BMI. So, we really needed to get our embryos out of there… And since we wanted to do an FET right away for personal reasons, I was worried! However, Pinnacle fit me in right away, zero issues! Everyone is so communicative. The prices are so much better than other places (I called seven).. They have a patient portal, a text line, and I cannot imagine how I dealt without these luxuries prior to using Pinnacle. It’s so convenient. Not to mention, Dr Dudley is so kind, he truly listened to me and I felt like more than a statistic to him, which is how I felt at my previous clinic. He and the staff are helping me jump through so many hoops to fit our needs and I’m so relieved I found them! I can’t wait for my treatment and care to continue with Pinnacle.

Pinnacle Fertility has a new doctor and I know him personally. I am a fertility acupuncturist, author and clinic director of multiple fertility acupuncture clinics and I have worked with Dr. Paul Dudley for over 15 years. Not only have I worked with him, Dr. Dudley was always there for my patients. He is smart, kind, thorough, straightforward, honest and treats patients as equals and co-collaborators. Atlanta is lucky have him. And I must admit, we are devastated to lose him here in Seattle.

This review is on Dr. Dudley. He was my doctor in Seattle and I am so sad to see him go! However, it sounds like this clinic is in desperate need of him. I highly recommend Dr. Dudley! He is one of the only doctors who explained things clearly, realistically, and positively. His bedside manner is outstanding. A defining moment (without disclosing my medical history) was when I explained something to him and he responded with I believe in a womens intuition. He believed me, ran a quick test, and pivoted the plan. I cant recommend him enough.

The staff represented at Pinnacle Fertility extended over and above kindness, understanding, and professionalism towards me. I felt valued from the very beginning during the appointment-setting until the very end when results were given. I am pleased.🥰

We met Dr. Dudley in 2014 in Seattle. We already had multiple fertility interventions but with no luck conceiving. We were hesitant to try IVF because I was already 42 years old and both my husband and myself work in Neonatology. After a few meetings with Dr. Dudley, he helped us come up with a plan that we were comfortable with pursuing, despite a 4% chance of conceiving. After one cycle of IVF, we transferred one of three embryos; that embryo is now our 9 year old daughter! We are forever grateful for his patience, encouragement, and support throughout our IVF journey.

I have worked with Dr. Dudley for many years. He is a brillant physician and cares deeply about his patients. I highly recommend his care.

Do not plan on using the pinnacle fertility facility. They will try to scam you and waste your time and money. This place is filled with incompetent and most unprofessional people from medical field (if they even have diplomas is questionable). Do not use this company!
