I took my teenager in for an annual and everyone was so attentive and caring. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. We did have a wait that wasnt typical, but it was because I moved the appt up a day(to same day) and was informed there would be one upon doing so, so there was great communication and expectations set regarding that. Everything from setting up the appt, moving the appt, interacting with staff and doctors in person, and the lab work was all wonderful. I get nervous with new doctors because of experiences I have had in the past, but this is one of those offices and Healthcare team that restores some of my faith in the medical system and does really care for the patients that come through those doors. Very accepting and inclusive as well! I will be returning as a patient myself and will continue to take my kiddo there as well!

My first visit as a new patient with Dr. Maryline, was nothing short of amazing! She was professional and kind. The entire staff was so nice. Even Ms. Kim the phlebotomist is a very nice lady I can tell shes experienced at what she does. I fill my concerns were heard and addressed. As a woman I dont want to see another doctor for my health care. My visit went so well! Thank you ladies for your service it is greatly appreciated🫶🏽

First visit with my new primary care Dr and I have to say that she has really opened my eyes on a lot of issues that I am having medically Im really ready for my new start and Im willing to do what I need to do to be able to live a longer healthier life. The facility focuses on the development of healthy living for all walks of life. But I as a woman of color who was basically a walking heart attack. If it weren’t for the second opinion I received and the treatment plan. Continuous monitoring of meds and kidney functions! Motivational follow-up visits of encouragement. My days were probably numbered. Thanks Dr Marilyn O! And a staff that isn’t afraid to laugh and chat with you. You are not just a patient you’re FAMILY!

I have received nothing but excellent care every time. I have an appointment with her. She is very detailed and patient with all of my questions. She is encouraging me to be a healthier me, and that is very appreciated. She takes her time to answer all my questions and I do not feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ongangi really listened to me and I could tell she cared about my well-being. She asked important questions to find the root of my issue. She really is a good doctor, I felt like she was actually invested in me getting better and she helped me make a plan for my health.

Went to control my blood pressure, all the staff is super nice and caring . Accepting that I have hypertension has been so hard and they made me feel cared for and gave me the strength to keep pushing .

Absolutely, recommend this Dr!!! He was very caring and listened. The office is beautiful great atmosphere. The front office women were nice and very attentive. The woman who drew my blood was the sweetest and we talked and laughed. She walked me through everything that she was doing and was very gental when it came to drawing the blood. My husband was also seen and he said he enjoyed his experience as well. The doctor was very nice and listened and gave amazing information for things.

So far, so good! I had my first appointment with Dr. Ongangi. She is nice, intelligent, direct and efficient. The wait times are average about 30 minutes total between the waiting room and in the exam room. She prescribed some meds and I was feeling better the next day. The lab lady was great as well. The follow up on the lab work was a teleconference. It felt rushed. I was prescribed some other things.I was disappointed that when it came to refill a vitamin d and an asthma inhaler prescription, she wanted another visit and additional lab work. That costs me and my insurance company money every 3 months. Ill just buy it over the counter. I guess a lot of Dr.s do this, but it isnt right.

Maryline Ongangi is fantastic. She listens to all my concerns and does the proper follow up. She is very kind, very professional, and I feel comfortable knowing my health is in her hands. The front office staff is very nice too. The woman who draws blood in office for the labs has a gentle demeanor and gentle hands to not cause too much pain with blood draws - which is highly appreciated. Everyone in the office seems to really care about what they do for their patients and that’s rare to find. Highly recommend coming to this office and seeing Maryline especially if you are a woman.

Dr. Lewis Nyantika is one of the best. He takes his time and break down everything to you so you can understand. He definitely would go the extra mile in making sure you have the knowledge and the best care. His assistants and staff are very helpful and nice. You will absolutely feel the caring environment.

Since Ive found i had Cancer i havent seen my PCP in months. So i made appointment just to inform her of whats going on. I felt so open and comfortable with telling her whats going on with me. Whycause thats the way she makes you feel.

She’s been my doctor a little bit over a year and I absolutely love her establishment. The front desk ladies make me feel so welcomed and I literally talk to them like my family. She listens to your needs and makes a plan for a healthy life. I even got my fiancé to switch doctors and he enjoys coming as well. Great team all the way around!!

Dr. Ongangi, and the cool nurse who checked vital and gave me the shot I needed, made sure I was well informed while I was there. Dr. Ongangi made me feel like I was her only person and she was fully invested in my concerns.

Maryline Ongangi has been a my primary physician for 3 appointments. She has made me feel very comfortable and is concerned for my whole health. A genuine care for my well being.

I have tried to schedule at this practice TWICE over a 9 month span and found time to be wasted each attempt. Aside from Erica, staff seem to be incompetent and unknowledgable on basic inquiries. OOP expenses were not disclosed prior the appointment which is extremely inconvenient after physically arriving onsite to be seen. And the sass and poor attitude toward rectifying the issue(s) didnt help. If you’re looking to establish care here, consider searching around a bit more. Good service starts with good staff across the board.

Ms. Ongangi is Al always so positive and professional. I drive an hour to see her specifically. Her staff is top notch and incredibly caring.

Honestly this is the most amazing practice I’ve ever had the honor of being a patient. Not only is the preventive care beyond impressive but so is their health wellness!!! I suffered a terrible cough for eight years, and after being told by multiple specialist that I do not have allergies or asthma, or anything, the matter with my digestive system, I finally came to see Dr. Marilyn Ongangi. She is a God send in my life! She walked me through a series of steps, ruled out several medical conditions very carefully, and then gave me a miracle inhaler that completely changed the quality of my life for the better!!!! Dr. ongangi is a breath of fresh air with a keen talent of meshing traditional medicine with modern medicine. I adore her and her whole team Erika and Melissa are little angels who look out for you that’s make my visits so awesome every time!

This is the best team of doctors and staff that care about the patients.They were available when I needed them most by the time when I didn’t had primary care. I felt welcome and I got the help and answers that I needed for the strong pain in my ankle because a different place I went to before, didn’t help me as much as I needed.With the medicines I was prescribed and the referral that I need to find out what is going on with my ankle, I’m glad I don’t have to figure this out on my own because of this amazing caring team.

Lewis was very polite and thorough. He took his time, answered all my questions, and explained things very well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didnt get my prescriptions written out they were emailed to my pharmacy. Now, in all honesty, that was my fault. By the end of my visit, I was busy telling the girls of my great experience. I forgot to ask for it on paper. Thank you in my next review. Im sure it will be 5 stars, and I will give the name of the 5 star receptionist who checked me in. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

She is a wonderful health care provider. She always makes you feel important and cheers you on when you’re doing well. If you have concerns about your health she always helps with those too and gives you ways to address the issues so you’ll be healthier. I enjoy how she listens to you and gives you helpful feedback as well. She is very encouraging as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

From the moment I stepped foot into the office I felt so comforted and welcomed, the front desk attendant was so sweet and courteous and really helped my anxiety i usually feel at doctors offices. Dr. MARYLINE is heaven sent! She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She goes into depth about lab results and really helps you understand how and why health matters. So happy I found her!Now for the front office…. One of the young ladies is not very friendly and she looks like she has an attitude all the time.The wait times can go over about 30 mins at times but I understand because if the doctors really care for their patients, they give them their undivided attention.I’ve gathered along the way that you can’t have both. If an office is fast, they not really giving you a holistic approach.

I have been struggling since 2015 to find a worthy primary care provider when mine quit practicing to teach at the University. As heartbroken as I was, I trudged on, shooting blindly. This office is the absolute best!!! I had originally started seeing Dr Durham who is so sweet and thorough. She makes you feel so comfortable. I needed to make an appointment to talk about my mental health for the first time in a long time and Dr Durham was not available so I went ahead and made an appointment with Marilyn. I don’t as nervous since I hadn’t seen her before and it takes a lot for me to trust anyone in health care. I was so pleasantly surprised! She was so so amazing and caring and thorough also!! She made me feel like I was experiencing something real and that it was nothing to be ashamed about. She helped me so much that I cried tears of gratitude the next time we spoke because what she gave me actually worked! She wasn’t afraid to dig in and give me something she thought would work. She spoke to me and treated me like a real person and she actually cares. You can tell the difference between this one and others and they both are such a blessing!! Highly highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then I asked to make an appointment and for them to check if I was in-network. The girl told me they dont take my insurance. I have BCBS and it says on their website that they take that insurance. Im not sure if they are too busy to take appointments or just too lazy. I can understand if they are busy, but to straight up lie and say they dont take BCBS, when its clearly on their website is disheartening for staff. I wish I could get the girls name so the doctors can know they are turning away patients due to this.

FromMy initial call until my final moment in the office I felt seen and heard. Warm smiles and genuine concern made my visit and subsequent decision to make this my PC facility worth it. Dr. Nyantika has an amazing team and I look forward to returning.

I recently started seeing Dr. Maryline. I was very nervous to go to them about being depressed. Its always something I felt like I could deal with on my own. After seeing her I was very impressed. Her and her staff were very caring and took the time to try and find out everything they could. Now my husband goes. We both love this practice. We look forward to going the rest of our lives.

I 100% recommend PrimeCare Family Practice! The front desk, manager and the providers are very professional, empathic and know what they are doing so well. I received wholesome care, they made me feel so welcome, my insurance was messed up yet they were so patient, they went above and beyond in ensuring that my aim of visiting the clinic was accomplished, they also called me to explain results to me. Terrible staff they have the worst attitudes they not sympathetic typical medical staff just here for a check these places just hire anyone now.

First of all, I love the location and surrounding areas of the doctors office. I automatically feel that Im where help will be given. The office waiting area is small but due to the friendliness of the staff, it almost makes the size of the waiting area appear homey. Almost like how you have kids that go to school with a small class just so they can have special care and attention. Anyways, the front desk is nice and they laugh. That was a plus for me, we are already in a doctors office and no one wants to be there except for checkups but just bc youre sick doesnt meant youre dying or contagious or too stern to laugh and not make the best of a situation. My doctor is Marilyn, I may have said and spelled that wrong but she is very through and detailed and will not have you leave her office without making sure we have a name and solution to your visit. Ive even spoken with her on the phone one time, didnt even expect that and she assisted me after I spoke with the front desk. Now, I dont plan on calling and saying maybe I speak to her without making an appointment but just wanted to mention that bc it shows the care they provide for their patients. Looks nice and clean on the inside and smells great, as well. Doesnt take long to be called to the back nor does it take long once youre in your room. I dont plan on switching doctors with my insurance anytime soon, but i do plan on letting my church friends know of this place...PrimeCare, if you see this, thank you, feels good to know that you can serve your country and come home no matter the time out from service but still get treated with love! ❤

Office manager Erica, front desk admin Melissa, and of course NP Maryline herself helped me through some very painful times. They took great care of me when I was in a great deal of pain and unable to put any weight on my left ankle. Melissa and Erica helped me get to and from my car and Erica even went to the local pharmacy to pick up my prescription because I was unable to move at the time due to my injury. NP Maryline was kind and and patient, she let me stay in the office until I could move again and I never felt more cared for by a medical professional. I love this whole team, because they gave me care, compassion, and dignity in one of my darkest hours. Thank you PrimeCare team, for everything ❤️.

I had some TMJ issues due to some dental work, Dr. Maryline was so nice and understanding with my pain management since the dental office wouldn’t help. I also had flu symptoms and when I went to get that checked out she sent me coupons for the medication as soon as she prescribed it!

They listen to me about all my concerns and issues. Maryline cares about your wellbeing and that’s a fact. She’s a wonderful woman.

Shortly after my initial visit she sent out a letter advising that she was leaving the practice and I was assigned to Nurse Maryline Ongangi. After a few visits I struggled with my increasing concern that there was no on-site physician. I suppose I could go to CVS minute clinic to see a nurse. I commend Nurse Maryline for taking on an entire medical practice. She is kind, compassionate and an excellent family practice health professional. However Ive decided its in my best interest to have a primary care MD. Thank you for your care.

Eating humble pie. A person can write a whole lot of ugly when they are angry. And in fact I have been one to do that. For clarity I was not angry at the facility I was under a lot of stress and dealing with one thing after another and took it out on the facility. All it was was a miss communication. I’d like to retract my statement in the past of a navigate negative review. Dr. Marilyn is kind hearted, amazing, thorough, and downright wholesome. She has always treated me kindly, with respect, and integrity. Thorough treatment. A genuine concern in my health. And overall, a true definition of TLC.I highly recommend Dr. Marilyn and Prime Care.

I was coming into the facility for routine monthly appointments. I have been visiting for approximately a year. In that timeframe I’ve had to cancel for appointments. With notification and rescheduling. Today I try to make an arrangement for an appointment. I think I’m notified that if I cancel my appointment I was going to be terminated as a patient.These appointments that were canceled and scheduled with you to me being in a car accident, my father taking revealed where he became hospice, and then eventually he died. However, it’s pretty crummy that they do not take that into account. Especially when you give them notice.Let’s not mention the mistakes that I make, like forgetting about you in the lobby. Or even forgetting that you had an appointment with the doors don’t even get opened up. Or when you rush through like cattle on your initial visit and they don’t even take down your name your phone number or anything like that. However we have emergencies and cancel the appointment now as a patient “terminated “Customer care and patient bedside manner I have to say is a façade. Or at least it does not match what is in black-and-white.

I recently visited PrimeCare Family Practice for the first time. Ms. Maryline Ongangi conducted my welcome to Medicare examination in a very thorough manner. This was a two visit process during which I could see that she, and the entire staff, truly care for their patients. If you are at all hesitant about seeking medical care, for any reason, be assured that you will not encounter any judgement here. You can expect a comforting and informative experience.

My experience has been good. I don’t feel rushed when I’m talking to her and she gave me real patient education on my condition and not just prescribing a bunch of pills.

To be clear, my familys experience with this clinic was as an advocate for my Mother who has been battling for her health almost the entirety of 2020.We arrived with my mother to what seemed like an ordinary doctors visit everyone has come to expect, filling out first time patient paperwork, etc. We sat in the waiting room and were eventually called back and given the usual oral inquiries about what is wrong, what are you here etc.Everyone we encountered inside were pleasant and nothing seemed out of the ordinary at first, but as Dr. Ongangi came in and began to ask questions and speak with us, it became clear that they were actually listening, taking thorough notes and asking questions about my mother and in no rush to get us in, write a script and send us on our way to clear the room we were in. They talked to us for quite a while, ran necessary tests, made some suggestions and through the entirety of our visit, never seemed to rush anything or get impatient. They went out of their way to ensure the information they were working from was correct and several times read their notes back to us for confirmation.We spent quite a while that day at this appointment and the entire staff went well above and beyond to provide my Mother with exemplary service and attention to detail that is hard to find in this industry today and so much what she needed at this time. To this date, I have only encountered healthcare service at this level two other times, once at the legendary Mayo clinic and another at a specialty provider in Austin, Texas. Never have I experienced this type of care at a family practice, and they are examples of what our entire healthcare system should strive for.I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a family practice and I believe I will be moving the rest of my family to PrimeCare following this amazing experience. Thank you all at PrimeCare for helping my Mom.
