I recently had an appointment with Dr. Hammoud, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Hammoud took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and I never felt rushed or overlooked.During the visit, Dr. Hammoud explained everything thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. her bedside manner is exceptional—calm, compassionate, and truly caring. I felt like I was in very capable hands and left the office feeling reassured and confident in the care I received.The follow-up communication was also top-notch, and I appreciate how seamlessly everything was handled from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Hammoud to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate healthcare provider. Its rare to find such a combination of professionalism and warmth!

Update: I don’t know what thisresponse has to do with my review. My issue wasn’t about insurance; it was about being misled during my visit and charged for something I didn’t initiate, as well as the rude behavior from the receptionist.I just had an appointment with this gynecologist, and Im extremely disappointed. I was told the annual checkup would be free as long as I didn’t bring up any issues. However, once in the exam room, the doctor started asking me about my medical history, including whether I experienced period pain. I told answered honestly, and the doctor suggested an ultrasound, all in the span of about five minutes. When I went to check out, the receptionist informed me I had to pay a $70 fee because I discussed an issue with the doctor. When I asked why, the receptionist rudely replied, I don’t know, that’s what the doctor said. This feels like a trick to charge patients! The doctor asked me questions that I had to respond to, and then they used that as an excuse to bill me. I won’t be returning to this practice, and I would advise others to be cautious.

Ive been a patient under Dr. Hammouds care for some time now, and its truly disappointing to have to write a review about a doctor I believed to be honest and compassionate. I was seen for a wellness visit and her office has billed my insurance under a billing code that doesnt align with the services I received during my visit. I tried to resolve this issue by calling, but the staff at her office told me that Dr. Hammoud confirmed the billing was correct and that she nor the billing dept. would discuss it with me. Although I get that they might have been swamped, their refusal to address the issue is absurd. Its not about the money; its about the ethics of how the situation was managed and the decision-making process behind it. Regrettably, I cant recommend Dr. Hammoud, and Im going to seek care from another physician.

I love this office. It’s small but comfortable and they are always so quick. Dr. Hammoud genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help us feel our best. She is also very knowledgable and able to answer my questions about how other things in my life could be affect my health as a woman. I would recommend everyone I know to her office.

Dr Hammoud is knowledgeable and gentle. I appreciate it when she explains what she is doing during the exam and I appreciate her calm demeanor and patient explanations. Im so glad I found Dr. Hammoud!

Dr. Hammoud is amazing. She is the first doctor in my life that actually listened to my concerns. Her ability to explain complex medical “happenings” and how to being a treatment plan are outstanding. After years of frustrating and often times upsetting appointments, Dr. Hammoud has turned that around for me. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly smile. The nurse was also kind and helpful. What a wonderful practice! Call them today, you won’t regret it!

I love Elite Gynecology. Doctor Nadine was so sweet and knowledgeable and efficient. I really felt like I could talk to her about anything and she answered all my questions. Recommending my children, mother, and friends!

Amazing doctor and place!! The office is easy to find and is decorated so nice. When you walk in you are helped immediately by really kind staff. Dr. Hammoud is the best I’ve been going to her for years and I recommend her to all my friends and family who need a gyno. The office feels really warm and comforting and all the staff are really nice. Dr. Hammoud really takes the time to get to know her patients and their issues.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was gorgeously decorated. Doctor Hammoud throughly explained things without making an embarrassment for myself. She was kind and sweet and made you feel comfortable. She had an immense knowledge on the topics and gave a great intellect. I have been her patient for 4 years and she performed my hysterectomy. I would definitely come back!!

The feeling when you walk in the office is so welcoming. The office is clean, amazing decor, staff is very pleasant, I did not have a long wait. Dr. Hammoud is incredible and genuine. She took her time, I felt completely at ease, answered all of my questions. My overall experience is 5 stars. I would recommend Elite Gynecology without any hesitation.

If you want a doctor who will actually take their time with you, address all of your womens health needs, Dr Hammoud is hands down providing the best possible care. Listens to and addresses all concerns and questions before you leave the office. Her new facility is chic and inviting. Highly recommend.

Best experience I have ever had. The receptionist was wonderful and helpful, the environment was peaceful and clean, and the doctor went above and beyond to answer all my questions.
